The following contains information about Athyria and it's forefathers. Timeline: E.D. stands for Era of Depression, the first 10,000 years of written history of Athyria. P.E. stands for Peace Era, occurring some 23,000 years ago before 2010 and lasting for 15,000 years. E.S. stands for Era of Stability, lasting from 12,990 B.C. to Present Time..
Athyria: Seen HERE is a aeons old planet of the race known to humans as Athyrians, but the actual name for the planet and race in their native tongue of Athrika, the planet is named Athrianu, and the race is the Anu. In Athrika, Athri means Fire and Anu means Wolves, although both Wolves and Huskies are natives of the planet. Athyria is long wore torn from the wars between the huskies and wolves of Athyria before they united as one people, but they usually inhabit the cleaner areas of the planet. Athyria is quite a large planet, estimated by humans to be nearly 3 times larger than VY Canis Majoris. It's smallest city, Bruniik, is about as large as Texas, and it's biggest city, Rokia No (United City), is as large as China, Canada, and the United States combied. The planet, although most areas being war torn, is highly advanced in technology and science, and because of the planets massive size, the people of Athyria's main form of long distance of transportation is the Light Tunnel, a train that travels through billions of miles of railway at 4 times the speed of light. For medium distance, the Blue Way train is used, which travels at the speed of light, for short ditance, the Silver Way train is used, which travels at half the speed of light, and for local distance, normal transportation is used, which their vehicles are capable of traveling 900mph on the Speed Way, normal roads usually having a speed limit of 50. Athyria is a peaceful planet, but when needed, is more than ready for both an offensive and defensive invasion or assault.
The Five (23 ED): Rokia No was created, with lots of help of course, by The Five. The Five were brothers; Roku, Raaku, Torin, Koraak, and Talok. Roku means Red, Torin means Thunder, Raaku means War, Koraak means Kiev, and Talok means Talon. The Five were born of Mika and Valon, a husky, and a wolf. Although The Five's parents were two different species, are rare occurence happened, each brother wasn't a hybrid, but were only of one species. Roku, Talok, and Raaku were wolves, and Koraak and Torin were huskies. The Five were super geniuses, each with a unique intelligence. One fateful day while on a hunting trip, an asteroid from the Void Galaxy, travelling from trillions of lightyears away, crashed into the hunting grounds of The Five's viliage miles away, and unfortuately, although being intelligent, as adolecents they were also very curious, and each picked up a peice of the asteroid. The asteroid held a power within that made The Five immortal, and based on their intelligence, gave them unique ablities. Roku was given the power of fire (Solar), Raaku was given the power of water(Lunar), Torin was given the power of thunder (Storms and weather), Koraak was given the power of physics (Nuclear), and Talok was given the power of deception, as he was a great stratigist (Black), and named themselves, DeathWolves. Through the years, and through the various wars, The Five mastered their powers and eventually united the husky wolf tribes of the planet. But as the years went on, Talok was starting to hate the peace, and soon went from a loving brother, to a hate filled, blood thristy murderer, and before Rokia No was built, Talok and Koraak fought in a battle that destoyed a lot of the city, but with Koraak ending in victory. To show mercy, Koraak let Talok live, but banished Talok to the dark side of the planet in solitude, but to Koraak's unknowing, Talok found a tribe of wolves that never heard of the war or new found cities, and eventually found a way to pass on his abilites to others, giving birth to the species of the Black Deathwolves, wolves that knew no love, mercy, kindness, or intelligence, just hate, wrath, destruction and hunger. A millenia passed and during the War of Ages (Explained in the section below), Roku, Raaku, and Torin were killed, leaving the youngest brother, Koraak, as the only surviving member of the family, and the last original DeathWolf.
DeathWolves (120 PE): The term DeathWolf comes from Athyria's special forces, the Solok Saak (Death Wolf, Anu is plural the plural form of Wolf, Saak is singular) or SS. The Five were the original DeathWolves, but after Talok's banishment, the remaining four brothers also found a way to share their powers with others. Not all DeathWolves are wolves, both wolves and huskies can be one, because the term is just a name for the force group. DeathWolf training begins when a pup is 12 years old, 2 years after they are given their power. DeathWolf training lasts for 10 years, known as The Ten Sorrows. During the first year, the pups train to master their abilities, with sparring occuring after the sixth month. The second, third, and fourth year they train in stealth and hand to hand combat. The fifth and sixth year is spent training in bladed and broad weapon combat. The seventh and eighth year is spent in firearm combat. The ninth is spent learning war strategy and leading skills. And the tenth is spent training 22 hours a day preparing for the passing test, a fight to the death between a DeathWolf initiate and a captured Black DeathWolf. If the inititate kills the Black DeathWolf, he passes and earns the title, DeathWolf. If not, the initiate either gives up and runs into the safe room and is stripped of his powers and has his memory wiped, or is killed during the battle. The ranks for the Athyrian SS are: Initiate, DeathWolf, Lieutenant DeathWolf, and finally, Master DeathWolf. The only known Master DeathWolves are Koraak, Ishva, and Solokniir. A first level DeathWolf is equal to the rank of Field General in a company combat situation, a Lieutenant DeathWolf is equal to a War General, and normally stays at the bunker in the battlefield giving orders to pass on. And a Master DeathWolf stays at headquarters, overseeing the entire battlefield/operations through sattelite imaging. There has only been 5 Nuclear DeathWolves, Koraak, Kiva, Ashiik, Yaviin, and Ko. Only 2 remain, Koraak, and Kiva, although Kiva hasnt been seen or heard of in centuries.
Current Time (900 ES, or 2010-Present): Athyria is a highly advanced planet of anthropomorphic canids, recently declaring themselves a peaceful yet war-ready people. They have allied with the inhabitants of the planets Earth, Dexus 9, DawnFire, and Yakuun. The Galactic Federation of Allied Governments has an installation in the capital city of Rokia No, making sure that Athyria keeps it's peace treaty valid. Athyria and Earth have shared technologies and constantly import and export resources to each other as an understanding of peace between the planets, although, despite Earth's constant begging and nagging, Athyria refuses to share weapons and munitions information with Earth or the other allied planets. Some people of Athyria have moved to Earth, inhabiting small cities or moving into quiet neighborhoods, and in some cases, becoming rich and successful in a wide range of businesses or careers. There has yet to be a war between Earth and Athyria, and knowing the size of Athyria, Earth constantly keeps the peace with the planet to prevent such happenings.
