The Dream That Turned Real|The Canine Underworld by Triple xXx Werewolf 2013 Subchapter 02 - Fight Club:Practice Makes Perfect (Character Development, Human POV)

My next dream took place after passing out from seeing my new Demon-Wolf form for the first time. It took my other forms and myself (as a Human) into the bottom of the giant crater I made as Anthro, falling from who knows how high up.

The ground was flat level, about the size of a football field. Boulders were pushed off to the edge of the field, stacked as they were bleachers in the center of either side, to watch left and right, not near and far.

We were in the center of the field. I was between the four forms. To my left, were Demonwolf and Hellhound; My right, Anthro and Feral.

"So, what are we doing now?" Feral asked, sitting on his haunches.

Hellhound glared at him.

"Just askin'."

"Alright, since we have nothing doing at the moment, I have warmed up to the idea of holding sparring matches for you, to let off some steam." I said in a cold monotone.

Anthro put on his 'what?' face, as Hellhound and Demonwolf grinned hungrily at the other two.

"I guess I wouldn't mind doing that for Eternity; since I'm pretty sure we're not getting out of here anytime soon." Feral shrugged.

"It will be one-on-one, hand-to-hand combat." I told each team. "No magic or flight, the round ends when your opponent submits by tapping the ground with any part of their body in a pattern of pausing every three taps, or loses conciousness."

"Ohh, this is gonna be so easy. Watch out, Anthro. I might pin you with something other than a bear hug." Demonwolf taunted.

"Anthro, Feral, you're team one. Demonwolf and Hellhound are team two. You will play Rock-Paper-Scissors to determine who fights who." I said.

"Who's playing who on that one?" Demonwolf asked.

"You will play it amongst your team, for example, you pick rock and Hellhound chose paper, he gets to go first."

"Will it be bipedal versus quadrupedal?" Anthro asked next.

"That's the beauty of Rock Paper Scissors, you never know what you're gonna get. But we shall forego that for now."

================================================================================================================

Anthro and Demonwolf were up first.

Mike: Okay.. Anthro, what is your fighting style?

Anthro: It will be a combanation of dance moves and martial arts.

Mike Demonwolf? Your fighting style?

DemonWolf: A precisely-timed all-out barrage.

Mike: Anything specific?

DemonWolf: Muay Thai bahu-yuddha, and some good ol' freestyle wrestling and kung-fu moves to spice things up.

Mike: Okay, interesting.

[After a pause]

Mike: This will be considered fully unarmed combat, and just for safety, the round will also end if blood is drawn on either side; We are not proving our predatory skills by killing each other, now.

Feral: Aw, c'mon, bloodshed's the best part!

Mike: I repeat... Unarmed, NON LETHAL, pins and submissions. Got it?

Feral: Fine.

DemonWolf: Got it.

==================================================================================================================

Feral and Hellhound took their place on the sidelines on either side of Mike, as the two bipedal werewolves got ready.

"Come on, Anthro! You got this! It's in the bag, boy, let's DO THIS!" Feral shouted. "OWN THIS NEWBIE!"

"Ouch, Feral." Mike said, nonchalantly rubbing his ear.

===================================================================================================================

The round starts off with Anthro and Demonwolf charging straight for each other. Anthro jumps with a foward 180 degree flip and grabs Demonwolf's shoulders while he's upside-down. While still floating there, Anthro torques out and hauls Demonwolf over himself 180. Now with the added momentum, Anthro flips Demonwolf forward another 180, slamming him to the ground before landing on him, forcing the hot stale air from Demonwolf's lungs.

Mike blew his referee whistle he made as Anthro from a piece of bone he found in the dragon's excrement. "Pin, point goes to Anthro!"

"You just got lucky this time, Anthro." Demonwolf said.

"First time for everything, D.W., all in time."

"Whadja call me?!"

Mike blew his whistle again. "Anthro, Demonwolf, your round's over. Feral, Hellhound, you guys are next."

Anthro and Demonwolf got up and dusted each other off before Feral and Hellhound took their places.

"If you lose, Hellhound, you're not getting any tail until you actually win!" Demonwolf hollered over to the quadruped.

"Hey, Hellhound, let's just sissy-slap each other this round, just for fun, okay?" Feral asked.

"Ohh, I'll give ya a sissy-slap, boy." Hellhound replies with a lowered brow.

"Round start... GO!" Mike signaled.

Feral and Hellhound circled the center of the arena, sizing each other up. In mere seconds, they went from pacing, to full on at it. Feral tackled Hellhound, before recieving a blow across the jaw, hard enough to be sent flying a couple feet into the air. Calculating Feral's trajectory, he predicted precisely where he would land, and ran to that area, to kick Feral with his rear legs, sending the poor werewolf flying back in the other direction, landing with a few rolls.

"Come on, Feral! Sock it to him! Your strength is equal to his! Kick his ass already!" Anthro shouted to him.

Feral then found the strength to stand, and immediately thrust his body towards Hellhound and head-butted his core, T-boning the other quadruped, sending him tumbling a good meter away.

Hellhound quickly recovered from the ordeal and leaped high into the air, curling up into a ball heading towards Feral.

"Ya wanna play that way, do ya?" Feral said with a cocky grin, before leaping up to head-butt Hellhound once more. A failed attack, as he had jumped too low, and Hellhound got the upper hand and uncurled himself, his bent feet came to rest on Feral's head before snapping straight, shooting Feral back down, crashing into the ground, making a small head-shaped divot.

As Hellhound came down, he readied himself and body-slammed Feral hard, sending him three inches into the dry, cracked dirt. Recovering, Hellhound stood, coming off of Feral and peeling him from the ground, setting him in a sitting position.

"Ready for your sissy-slap, boy?" Hellhound whispered into the ear of the nearly-comatose werewolf. "FORE!!!" he shouted at the top of his hundred and ten decibel lungs, and from ground level, a crack and a large yelp reverberated from the crater, and half a second later, came Feral, flying ten stories above ground level before flailing back down to slam into Hellhound, who feigned breaking a claw from punting Feral so high up, and never took notice of how fast Feral was falling before it was too late.

"Knockout, point goes to.. No, wait... Both contenders are unable to move, so I have to call a tie on this round." Mike announces.

Hellhound and Feral both groan as Anthro and Demonwolf drag them off the field.

"We'll worry about a rematch later, guys. For now, you boys rest up."

===================================================================

Dan was 'bombing the hill', so to speak, on his skateboard, as he flew down the side of the crater, Valdov carrying the others on his back. It took him a few minutes to get down to the bottom of the crater, screaming as he lost control and crashed into the solid bleachers, Ryan laughing hard as he saw the dingo make contact with the wall.

Mike and his wolves turned to look at Dan, then to the dragon with his mate and friends on his back.

"Holy fuck! What the crap is goin' on down here?" Dan said after pulling himself from the rocks.

"Where'd you guys come from?" Mike asked. Dan simply pointed up, towards the rim of the crater. "Oh."

"So, what're you doin' down here?" Ryan asked.

"We're just doing some exercising, a little bit of sparring to rid us of any pent-up anger we may have." Anthro told him.

"Wow, Mike, it's been a looong while since I last seen you as a Human." Ryan complimented the Human.

"Aw, thanks. It has been, hasn't it? I gotta get used to being myself again for a bit."

"Ah, y'might wanna do that later, my radar's tellin' me we got company." Corbin said.

"Okay, uhh, quick, Anthro, how do we, ah, merge forms, or whatever?" Mike asked, hurriedly.

"Take my hand."

As soon as Mike placed his hand on Anthro's, Anthro disappeared in a flash of light, and Mike was suddenly imbued with his Anthro form in that same flash.

"Whoa, that was cool! Alright, Feral, DemonWolf, Hellhound, quick! High-fives!"

Mike's remaining forms rushed over to slap hands with the boy-wolf, disappearing in flashes of light, Mike feeling himself imbued with the knowledge that all his forms were back within him, nothing was out of place.

"All right, whaddya got there?" Mike then asked Corbin, looking at the strange equipment on his forearm.

Corbin looked at Mike, quickly focusing on the spider behind the werewolf, whose carapace was as large as a semi truck, and it's abdomen the size of a small hot-air balloon. He froze, bug-eyed.

-.-' "Why're you staring at me like that?" Mike asked.

"Spuh-spas-puh-puh-pai-duh-duh-derr..." Corbin stuttered.

"What? Dude, you're not making any sense."

"Uh, Mike?" Ryan said pointing behind him as the giant spider reared up, ready to shove the werewolf between its mandibles.

"There's something behind me, isn't there?" Mike asked nervously. He looked up, and before he had a chance to scream, the spider came down on him, swallowing him whole as Ryan screamed, both for himself, and for Mike as the suprisingly soft mandibles pushed him down into it's gullet.

=====================================

Inside the spider...

Mike was caught by surprise at how it felt to be eaten alive. It was similar to being soft-vored by Horscht, but more.. unexpected, and quicker. Add to that, a sense of danger, of impending doom. At first he resisted, wriggling against the spider's insides, but then rested, figuring that it was pointless to do so. He figured then that the best he could do was wait until he was fully in the spiders' stomach, and form a plan of attack as he waited.

'Okay, time for a plan. Anyone?'

'ESCAPE!!!!' his other forms bellowed.

'Yeah, good plan guys. You forgot one little detail: How?!'

A few moments felt like eons as they strategised in his head, Mike being rocked about in the spider's abdomen as the arachnid fought the wolf's rescuers.

'Wait! D-wolf, H-hound, y'all got elemental powers, don't you?'

'Yeah, if ya wanna roast yourself in here.'

'No, I mean use your form, since you were spawned from fire itself, you're basically fireproof to the temperature of the Sun. Especially if Valdov tries to roast this thing.'

'Fire and fury, that's us.' Demonwolf said.

'Hellhound, you're up.'

'All right! I got an idea that'll have this bug losing it's lunch in no time! Besides, I gotta go, f'ya know.' Hellhound replied with a lewd wink.

=======================================

Outside...

The spider had resisted all forms of attack, sending everyone flying to the walls with it's long legs, and even Valdov could not be used for fear of harming Mike inside. The spider roared, unleashing it's gooey white webbing all over them from it's scorpion-like tail, sticking them to the far wall, leaving Valdov to retreat to ground level. It had no time to react to the upset stomach that Hellhound was now giving it, as he shat inside of it's belly to almost overflowing, suspending himself in the acidic, greasy substance, and in a few seconds, the demonic arachnid puked him back out, along with all the liquefied shit he made in there, covering him in it. Hellhound then stood to face the scorpion-tailed spider with a evil glare, liquid scat matting down his fur. He would definitely put all this manure to good use, he thought to himself.

"All right, boy, you'd best learn to respect yer new Master, unless y'wanna eat my shit again, ya filthy shit-face! Here, take that, dirty boy! filthy shit-eater!" Hellhound berated the spider, liquid mess splattering all over the spiders' face.

'P-p-ple-ease, cease your defecation on me, i'll be good!' the spider thought-spoke to the werewolf.

"Gimme a short answer, followed by 'SIR!' next time, boy! Cause I ain't stoppin' until I hear that all-magical word!" Hellhound said, his ass still spraying liquid ropes of shit all over the spider-demon.

'Stop shitting on me, sir! I'll be a good slave, sir!'

"Now, that's better!" Hellhound said, letting the last couple drops of manure pop the spider in the eyes.

"Y'all okay back there?" Hellhound asked.

"Whazzit look like? We're stuck!" Dan shouted.

"Didja try eating it?"

"I never thought of that. Hmm... mm.. Wha- Why, it tastes loike a marshmalleh!" Dan said with his mouth full of the stuff. Ryan tried nibbling on his bindings; Indeed, that's what it tasted like. "Try some, help us get out of it." Ryan told Mike, who had shifted into Anthro's form as he walked over to help free his mate and friends.

"Holy fuck, you're right! Oh, damn, this is good!" Mike said, vacuuming up the white fluff that had pinned his friends to the wall.

After they ate their way through the spider's webbing, Mike changed back into Hellhound, locking eyes with the spider, hypnotising the spider somehow with his eyes.

"All right, boy, here's what I want you to do..." Hellhound said with a sinister tone. "You are now under my complete control... You cannot resist submitting to your new Alpha, pet."

'I can not resist my new Alpha,' The spider shakily whimpered in a monotone, 'Forevermore, shall I serve under your rule in exchange for your mercy, my Alpha.'

"Very good, my Pet. Now be warned: those you've brought harm to, are my friends. Shall I catch you harming them once more, I shall have no choice... but to execute you where you stand. Do you understand this?"

'I shall fully comply with your wishes, O Master Alpha. I shall keep my arms to myself, lest they be torn from my being as punishment.'

Mike nodded in acceptance. "Very good. Now... my friends would like to ride on your back, for you to evacuate them from this crater."

'I shall deliver them with utmost care, Master Alpha.'

"Very well, then. All aboard!" Hellhound said as everyone boarded the spiders' abdomen.

'Master Alpha, could I suggest restraining your friends? To keep them from falling off, I mean.'

"You have my permission."

With that, the spider moved his stinger like a crane, carefully depositing silk to blanket their laps with, strong enough to hold them to it's back, yet soft enough as to be comfortable for the ride.

"Wow, Mike, you've leveled up quite a bit, buddy!" Dan said as he was strapped in for the ride. "Ooh, this feels strange... but i'm liking it at the same time."

'All in the intrest of safety, friend.' the spider spoke.

"Say, perhaps after this, might you be willing to knit up some clothing for us? That's if you're okay with it, we just met still, I wouldn't want to mess this up." Dan asked the spider.

'With Master Alpha's permission, I will do that.'

And so, the giant spider set off on the long climb, shooting it's webbing to the ridge of the crater, acting as a winch of sorts, helping to pull them up the steep slope.

Valdov craned his head over the cliff to see what was going on, and caught sight of the spider with the dragons' friends strapped on.

"Wha- Hey, you! Those are MY friends, set them down!" he roared down to the spider.

"That dragon's got one heck of a voice, don't he?" Dan commented to Lupo before the spider's belly rumbled, several soft squishy splats being heard moments later.

"Did you just drop one?" Ryan asked.

"Yes, why? I am not allowed to?" the spider replied.

"No, no, you're fine. It's perfectly normal."

"No worries, Vallie! Mike owns'im now! It's cool, buddy!" Dan shouted up to the dragon.

The spider was not more than halfway up the slope when Mike whipped past it on Dan's skateboard doing a hundred fourteen miles an hour, reaching ground level in no less than fifteen seconds, flying over and sticking the landing right next to Valdov.

"How's it going, Valdov? Didn't chicken out, didja?" Mike asked the dragon.

"No, I just couldn't battle that thing with you inside of it." came the reply.

"Thought you were gonna incinerate me along with the spider, weren't you?"

"Y-Yes." he meeped. Mike had to choke down a dry laugh.

"Val, you must've forgotten, you've aimed your fire at me already, and it didn't do a thing. Well, it gave me some new forms, but..." Mike trailed off before looking down the cliff at the spider, who was struggling to climb up. Backing up a few steps so as not to be seen by the spider, he changed over to Hellhound and stepped back to the edge.

"Wow, look at you, you barely even moved an inch since I got here. You are the very meaning of pathetic! You thought you could defeat me, yet you cannot even scale this cliff!" Mike laughed darkly, slamming his front right paw into the ground, letting loose a shard of rock from the cliff to nail the spider on the head.

"'Ey, that coulda hit us, you idiot!" Dan yelled.

"Who said I was aiming for you, Dingo?" Hellhound replied, sending an icy chill down his spine.

"What about Ryan? He coulda gotten hurt from that."

"I wouldn't dream of it. Now stop complaining before I DO send one your way, Dan!"

"Um, Mister Spider?" Ryan asked. "Could you please weave me some of your silk? Just a small piece will do, thank you."

The spider then stopped it's travel to break off his web, and pump out a arms-length square of silk into the werewolf's waiting hands.

"What're you-MMF!" Dan's question was cut off as Ryan quickly taped up the dingo's muzzle with the silk, leaving only his nose uncovered so he could breathe.

"You should really learn to shut up, Dan." Ryan said, defensively. "Unless you want that beatdown you seem to be askin' for."

The spider then resumed its climb up the hill, trying it's best to race to the surface, finally reaching it in about fifteen minutes.

'What is my punishment for being late, Master Alpha?' the spider asked.

"Punishment? Hmm.. Eh, I'll let it go this one time." Mike said in return.

"Don't be so soft, Mike, give'im something to remember for next time it screws up." Dan said, having eaten his way out of the webbing.

"I think, for this one, the best punishment... is no punishment at all."

"Ohh, I get it, a guilt trip! Right?" Dan tried to confirm with the werewolf, who was already leaving for what he considered to be his home.

"Hey, wait up!" Dan shouted, scrambling to catch up to Mike.

=========================================

"How did I not deserve punishment for my being late?" the spider-demon asked as the others jumped off it's back.

"I think Mike's pacifism held him back." Ryan explained. "That or, seeing that he's got multiple forms, he may have personality issues."

"That means what, now?" the spider asked.

"Maybe that rock to your head was the punishment, I don't know."

A few long moments of silence surrounded the air around them as they made their way to their shelter.
