*Here is a sneak peek of my new seven part series, Phase II! No weight gain, but some M/M, based off of Courage the Cowardly Dog and Katz <3 :3 ENJOY*

Phase II - Series By. T1F

I do not own Courage the Cowardly Dog. It belongs to Cartoon Network.

Now, first of all, this series does not include weight gain, but it does include M/M relationships. I kinda wanted to take a brake from weight gain and I wanted to do something full of action, suspence, and some gay content. I hope you still enjoy! This will be a seven part series and each part will have seven chapters in it, so yeah. I hope you enjoy! ~T1F

[PART I - THIS WORLD] [CHAPTER 1 - We meet again]

Courage, what a wonderful dog he was. With his pink and black fur, and his cowardly ways. Yet, at the same time, his heart held all the courage he needed. His masters still got in arguments all the time, and his computer was still calling him a twit. He was used to it by now, after years of hearing it. But, he could never get used to all of the monsters he suddenly encounters in Nowhere. He had to fight angry egg plants, a moon that tried to take ther house away, had to get shaved my a mentally insane barber, and then there was Katz. Katz had to be Courage's main enemy. Katz had done so many things to them, and after he was defeated, he only comes back with another trick up his sleeve. He trapped them into a hotel that was infested with his 'children', stuck them into taffy, and beat the crap out of Courage with a game of sport. How evil can he get? You know, you'd think he is evil itself, but he has a good side... A tiny good side...

"Hmm, I see. What you saw was simply just a dream. It's not that important." Computer answered as the text began to appear on the computer, playing classical music. Courage pouted, "Please, just tell me what it was! Was it a real thing, or... Does it even have a name? What was wrong with it?!" Computer sighed, "Very well. It was a Harponagus, a beast that goes into someones dreams and tortures them using it's hideous form. It only comes when someone is depressed, tired, or in a bad mood. It appears it came when you were stressed out AND depressed about being 'not perfect'." Courage nodded his head, "I guess that makes sense, being ugly and all."

"You twit." "Whatever..."

Courage then looked out his window, seeing all of Nowhere and all of it's contents: Dirt. He then got back onto the computer and searched, "Okay... Current... location.. of.... Katz..." Then the computer processed the website and then Computer told all of it's text and made all of the images pop up, replaying the classical music, "Ahh, you told me about him. He is the one that tried to produce you into a pink vat of taffy? *ahem*... Katz, an insane cat that has loves to kill people. That was all of his bio, now his location. He is somewhere in California, far from here." Courage sighed in relief, Katz usually comes back every two months, and he should have returned, maybe he gave up?

"*ding* Oh, update! Katz is... Oh my..." Courage then got a worried feeling, W-What? Where is he?" Computer then shut itself down, and Courage then got a sick feeling in his stomach...

"Hello, again..." *MPH*

Courage woke up, dazed, vision scribbled up. He could hear many beeps and dings and clicks. The room was awfully noisy, but where was he? He then looked around, seeing many machines and devices, a bunch of things and boxes laid around the room. He tried to move his arms around only to find he was tied to a chair. He called out for help, "Help, help!" He then saw someone begin to come out of the shadows. Courage cheered in happiness as someone had come to rescue him, "Yaay!" Until the person came closer and you could see his full form... Courage's happy face drowned into a face of shock, as he knew this enemy more than anyone else. "Hello, my dear boy. Good to see you..." Courage then realised he was fine. He had beaten this cat so many times, he wasn't really afraid of him, "Ugh, what do you want now?"

Katz slowly walked to him, swaying his tail side by side slowly, "I have stumbled upon this lab, you see. I discovered that the lab runs this one machine that can transport anyone to any dimension. It could send you to a far off planet, the sun, or even in the middle of space itself! Now, it is up and running after some tweaks in the system." "Do you know where it goes?" Courage asked, still not sounding afraid. Katz then got closer, "No, not yet. Actually, I may never know." Courage moaned, "Then how do you know if it even works?" Katz then grabbed his chair as he was still tied to it, "Well, I guess we'll find out if it works!" Courage was now afraid, "No! Don't! Where are-" "Your masters? They are not a part of this one. It seems whenever they are around, you grow some kind of strength that enables you to save them. Not this time."

He then walked over to the transporter, and set Courage down into it. Courage struggled as much as he could, but it was no use. The ropes were on tight and they were very strong. Katz then prepared the system, *Transportation Systems online... Now preparing transport... 25%* Courage then bit at the rope, trying to make it snap so he could break free. *50%* One rope was broken, now he had to break a few more. *75%* Katz laughed the most evil and menacing laugh ever, and he set his paw into a lever. Then, Courage snapped the last rope, as he began to jump off the platform... *100%* Katz pulled the lever and Courage was sucked back into the platform. He was too late.

All of the sudden, Katz felt this pressure, like he was also being sucked into the transporter. Then, he was holding on for dear life as the transporter tried to suck EVERYTHING in! He yelled in fear, "Nonononono! This shouldn't be happening! The transporter is unstable!!! Noooo-" then he was sucked in, pretty much sitting next to Courage, more like crushing him as everything began to crush them. There faces were mushed together as the transporter finished up, "You... stupid... dog..." Then they both turned their heads to the side, watching as everything began to suck up into another dimension. Then, a giant piece of metal came flying at them, and they both screamed as they thought it was the end from there. Then, all of the sudden...

Courage fell face first onto a hard gravely terarian, along with Katz right on top on him, pushing his face onto the ground even more. Just then, the metal piece flew right over their heads, crashing into the strange ground, making bits of what seemed to be dirt fly through the air. They were knocked out only for a minute, then suddenly woke up to find they were still alive! Courage coughed as he couldn't really take anymore of being crushed, "Uhh, you're sitting on me... *rgh*" Katz got off of Courage, shaking all of the dirt and strangely ash out of his fur, "Oh, sorry. Ugh, that souldn't have happened. There must have been a bug in the system." Courage then got up, also shaking dirt and ash off of his fur, "Good job, you got us stranded on this weird planet! This is all your fault!" Katz stared at him, "You did something to the system, didn't you? Well, you failed! You got us both stuck here on a planet that isn't killing us right now!"

Courage grolwed at Katz, "No, you messed up! Now were never gonna get home because that stupid tansportation thing was a piece of crap and got us stuck here all because of you! You started up a broken machine!" Katz got angrier, "No, I didn't! You sneaky little pest! I should just kill you right now!" Courage growled again,"You idiot! Killing me won't help you! Theres no point to it now! Now were gonna both die here!" Katz then felt enraged, "Yeah, well atleast my parents aren't DEAD!"

"YOU BASTARD!"

Then Katz was socked right in the face with a couragous fist. Katz's nose was only bleeding. He threw Courage away from him, making Courage land face first again, but this time it was worse. Courage just laid there, trying to get back up.Katz then walked back over to him, ready to finish the fight, until he heard a noise that made him feel uncomfortable. It was a sound that made him feel guilty, made him feel bad, horrible, like something was stuck in his throat. He heard the sound of crying. Katz then walked slower, and peered over Courage, who was now just sitting on his knees, crying. Katz then walked back, trying to give him some space. Courage caught a glimpse of Katz's shadow, and he saw him back away. He turned around to find that Katz was turned away, staring at the red sun. Courage just looked at him, wondering why Katz didn't kill him. Katz cleared his throat, "We should get moving. It looks like the sun is going down, but I could be wrong, this being a new planet and all... We gotta find a way out of this place. NOW hold on, I know what you may be thinking, 'Why should I go with you?' I think I might know a way out, and I know you want to go home and be with your masters. We need to work together on this one."

[PART I - THIS WORLD] [Chapter 2 - When times go dark]

Courage sat at the camp fire, just watching as the flames flew by. The wind began to calm down making the rustling in the mysterious treestop rustling so much. The night was dark, deep and black. If they hadn't built this fire, they wouldn't be able to see anything. Katz could though, using his 'cat powers' to see in the dark, yet it would still be gloomy. Katz was starting to fall asleep. He yawned, stretched, and relaxed into the log they chopped down. The trees on this planet were covered in a soft fuzz that was clean and smelt like mint. It could be used as a great pillow. It was also very flammable, and could easily cause a forest fire if one was burnt. They were easy to chop down, and thanks to the soft fuzz, you may even be able to do it with your hands, which is what Katz did.

They were all alone, no life in sight, they haven't even encountered any kind of animals yet except for each other. Katz sighed, about to fall asleep, but then he remembered something, "Uhh hey, Courage?"

"Yeah?" "Sorry about the whole... you know..." "*sigh*..." "..." "I wanna go home..." "Me too. But, we have to push through until we find a way out of here. I think I might know a way, but we need to get some sleep, then tommorow we'll find supplies and food, then we try to escape. We need to be prepared."

Then, Courage slowly began to cry. He could be a bit whiney at sometimes, but think about it. You would cry, too. Katz then got that uncomfortable feeling again. He pat his lap a few times, "Come here, Courage." Courage looked back like he thought Katz was dumb, "Wha?" Katz sighed, "Just come here. I know your cold... You *yawn* get some sleep."

"Why are you acting like this?" "What do you mean?" "Usually you would be trying to kill me or put up a sign that says 'No Dogs!' or something. What's going on?" "Do you want me to throw you across the place again?" "N-No..."

Then Courage carefully walked over to Katz, he didn't fully trust him yet. He sat himself on his lap and tried to hold in his tears, but it was unbearable. He started to cry again, quietly. Katz then leaned in near Courage's face and licked his tears away. Courage turned his head around to look at Katz, smiling as Katz had just cheered him up. Katz felt proud knowing that he made someone happy instead of miserable. Courage then dug his head into Katz's warm, soft chest, falling asleep. Katz pet his fur, as he also fell asleep. I guess his good side was being exposed, exposed to Courage. He was happy for once instead of being trapped in his dark and gloomy body. He tried to make his time with Courage worth it.

***

Katz yawned as he woke up to a cold yet refreshing morning. The fuzz on the trees turned from white to a light blue. It was awfully chilly this morning, yet it felt good as the air flew through his fur. He felt like the air was keeping him hydrated, cool and refreshed. It was the feeling of getting out of a cold shower. He noticed Courage was no longer on his chest, but nowhere to be seen! Katz hesitated as he had no idea where he was. He moaned loudly, "Courage?"

*KLACK* *PLOOSH*

It sounded like someone was throwing rocks or pebbles. It continued to repeat after every seven seconds, so Katz used the sound to track down where it came from. Once he found the origin to the sound, he was relieved to find Courage, throwing rocks into the clean water. The planet they were on worked weird. Water was fresh and clean no matter what, food stayed fresh and tasty no matter how old it is, and everything else was amazing. This planet was incredible so far. It was heaven, calm and safe, or was it safe? Katz sat next to Courage, startling him for suddenly noticing him, limping a rock forwards. He looked to his left to find Katz, sitting in some rocks, "Your awake, finally. I woke up-"

"On my chest... *yawn* I know..." "No, you were..... snuggling me... like a teddy!" "O-Oh? Heheh, weird!" "Mmmhmm, it felt good. Your body is so nice and warm..." Katz blushed, "Thank you, I guess." "Your welcome"

Katz continued to blush, feeling his red fur turn pinkish. He also grabbed a pebble and skipped it across the river, feeling some sprinkles of water come over him, getting his fur a bit wet. He laughed, and suddenly he could hear Courage laugh with him. He liked the sound of a happy puppy. If only there was any way to make him happier? Was it time to admit it? No, not yet, Katz thought. He had to wait for the right time...
