Above the valley of my distant plans,

A barrier of gray from shifting storm.

Across the canyon massive unit spans,

All hope to failure raging clouds transform.

So barred from success by this foggy wall,

Divided by those small suspended drops,

Which wait opportunistically to fall,

I can not see those mighty mountain tops.

Upon those peaks rest men's accomplishments,

Above my work's ability to reach,

Attempts at joining end in punishments -

A fraud exposed who has not crossed the breach.

But I won't falter as I climb my course,

Despite failure's repetitive nature,

I'll utilize the gifts which grant me force,

Until they grant me successful rapture.

So here in darkness underneath the cloud,

I restart journey from this earthly low,

To pierce that bleak and multi layered shroud,

Ascending with the windy valley blow.

The heavy clouds may block the famous sky,

On gale's breath towards the blue I'll fly.
