Culture(s):Aye, The Keturaga, the offspring of the breeding of a dragon and a Ralkya together then you get one of these powerful temptresses; These beautiful darlings are fortunately more sophisticated than their mother race. Keturaga take a lot after their draconic father race: Intelligent, Wise and Strong, are the common traits found amongst this race. The Keturaga are separatists by nature, interactions between one and another keturaga are seldomly seen as they tend to avoid in being in mainstream populations, making their homes in the more remote parts of their worlds. They are quite civilized compared to their mother race, often using their charm and wit to recruit partner's for their fairly small harems, often consisting of three to five partners, forming huge families in the long run although they do deviate from this pattern for a certain race that they share roots with...

The Keturaga are known to horde wealth, whether it be precious minerals or knowledge, you will find their homes are filled to the brim with these treasure but it is ill advised to steal from these creatures unless you wish to have a limb violently ripped off then turned into a bloody pulp of mashed flesh and bone meal. They are amiably social when the need arises or when the opportunity presents to sate itself; If one were to seek out to be a part of a keturaga's Harem, one should know that they are impressed by feats of strength, cunning and intellect. Not else much is known about them with the exception is that they seem to be fond of Metalworking and similar trades.

Factions: Keturaga do not normally form factions but prefer to have large families, often consisting of their partners and their offspring including one's spawned by pairings between members of their harem.

Technology: The Keturaga are advanced compared to their Ralkya mother race that prefers stone age technology; these draconic creatures have an affinity for tinkering with ferrous and non-ferrous ores, crafting tools from the metals such as weapons. They take great delight in their blacksmithing, almost to the degree it having a calming effect on them.

Allies: Dragons, naturally due to their shared blood; Some will lay claim to a dragon as their sole mate for life, considering that some dragons will longer than they do.

Gnolbolds! The Keturaga have a mutual interest with them, as the little devils do as well; the interest is mainly based on the fact that Gnolbolds have draconic blood within their veins that causes the two races gravitate towards one another when they happen to near. A single keturaga will affiliate herself, or hirself as some would say, to one of their colony, some even join with bands of juvenile Gnolbolds that are off to establish their own lair if they happen to cross one's path in their travels. The Keturaga are easily assimilated into their clan structure, working alongside their classes, performing the various tasks that Gnolbolds will do any given day.

Well, I wouldn't say the Keturaga are Allies with the Kobolds but these little lizards fear these draconic maidens as much as they do the Gnolbolds, if not more. Kobolds will act as servants for a keturaga in her lair, performing errands for them: Housekeeping, cooking, Mining, cleaning, etcetera...

Enemies: Demons, moreover, Sex demons such as Incubi and Succubi due to the threat they pose to their harems; A demon hasn't a chance against a Keturaga, neither on the ground or the Sky, they will pummel them six feet underneath the earth.

Hostility: Not so much hostile as long as your not trespassing on their property

Physical Description: The Keturage have plantigrade draconic feet, with claw like protrusions from the tips of their toes; hands with similar protrusions at their fingertips that allow to grab a hold of something with a vice-like grip; they tend have pear shaped or Hourglass shaped body type; Four large powerful Dragon-like wings with impressive wingspans, the upper set larger than the lower set, protruding from their upper back; scales on all areas of their body except around their elven-like face, belly,groin, between their legs as well as their 'cheeks' and the latter part of their breasts. Keturaga have pointy ears like elves but are are on the short side

Eyes: They retain the Ralkya's eye slits that are capable of changing at will,other than that, they have normal eyes like most races

Hair: Various unique hair colors, They tend to keep in short to long in length.

Scales/Skin: The Keturaga have both scales and skin, in various regions aforementioned above; they tend to have darker skin tones.

Sexual Dimorphism: The Keturaga lack a male gender like the Ralkya although do have the occasional hermaphrodite born once in a while, about 15% of the Keturaga population possesses both sets of genitalia.

Sexuality: Omnisexual, not too many qualms about their sexuality.

Reproduction: The Keturaga have a normal set of female genitalia nestled between their legs, the Hermaphrodites of the species are a different story though; Keturagan Herms 'hide' their male bits inside them, containing a pair of testes in their internal structure. The draconic member they possess will hide a pouch in what would to appear be their urethra, which they can easily coax out by on their own willl.

Fertilization: They tend to oviposit or give life birth, depending on the race of the parent

Gestation: Depends on the species, though the keturaga will produce offspring 1.5x faster than a female of the parent's kind

Brooding (Average # of offspring): It depends on the parent

Abilities/Traits: A keturaga is capable of psycho kinetically manipulating five of the classical elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Metal. (Work on more later)
