The Biggest Dino

Dino was never very big, which was a shame considering his species. He had been the runt of his family for as long as he could remember always having to look up to all his brothers and sisters. Even his friends his age quickly grew to almost tower over him as he stayed no larger than 5 feet tall even as he aged into his twenties. The poor rex had always had to deal with everyone he met lording thier height over him.

The green Rex never wanted much in life though, even as small as he was he still led a happy productive life. He quickly was able to save up and get himself a small house outside of town where he was able to live pretty easily. Even with his life going well the rex always wanted to be bigger, he spent countless nights wishing that he could grow just a couple more feet so that he could stand on the same level as most everyone else he knew.

So the morning that Dino woke up and sat up in his bed and promptly hit his head on the cieling was a shocking morning indeed. The rex rubbed his suddenly sore head and let his eyes go into focus noticing a couple of interesting facts, one that he seemed to be mostly hanging off his bed and two his body felt unusually cold.

Dino slowly was able to gain more coherence and looked around him, everything seemed a whole lot smaller to him now and he didnt..know. Then it hit him, he had grown! He looked down at his body noticing that his pajamas were ripped and barely holding onto his much bigger body. Dino also looked at how much smaller his bed looked to his now larger form, he guaged that he had to be several feet bigger by now.

He moved his feet in front of him, knocking down a lamp in the process, and slowly stood up. Luckily he had not growing larger than his cieling and was able to stand relativly straight up. Dino smiled, his celeing was about 10 feet high..so that meant he had grown over 5 feet! He beamed to himself looking down at his mirror and only seeing part of his body in it.

"I really am not sure what happened last night but I am happy it did!" The dino mused to himself as he started to move to his door, he slowly moved down and bent himself over some to crouch enough to get in and down the hall. He moved down to the living room and out the front door, his tail only knocked a few things down but he would deal with those later. Right now he had to show himself off to everyone, thank goodness it was Saturday and he had no work she he decided to head to his friends in the park.

Dino stepped into the sunlight of the bright morning and gave himself a good strech standing all the way up on his tiptoes and feeling his claws brushing into several limbs above him. The larger rex gave another large grin and started to walk down the sidewalk, he gave no real thought to the fact that he was quite nude he was much too excited about his size.

There were not too many people out yet so he didn't get any real stares yet until he managed to get down toward the center of town. At his size it didn't take him much time so he got near the town park right as it was starting to fill up with people. He could hear gasps and could almost feel the stares of his neighbors and the others in town as he walked over to where most of his friends usually gathered on their days off.

He could see his friends talking and laughing with each other as he stomped up, "Hey guys check it out!"

His friend all quickly went dead silent as they stared at the larger and now nude Dino. He stood there smiling as they tried to find the right words, and none of them really could. They just blinked blankly at him for a few seconds before walking over and inspecting the 10 foot tall rex who stood over several of them and was on eye level with the biggest of them.

Dino just patted on of them on the shoulder and stepped back, "I will let it sink in guys I have to head out!" He quickly bounded off as the group talked amongst themselves trying to rationalize what had just happened.

"Hah they were so shocked, the look on their faces was priceless! I guess I should actually get something to wear though."

The oversized rex walked over to the nearest store and ducked into it, he smiled at the shocked clerk and picked out the biggest shirt pants and underwear they had. He paid the clerk and crouched back out. He yanked on the clothing right in the middle of the sidewalk, he really had never been that modest anyway. The clothes fit well enough so he had no issues moving around.

Dino looked at himself again and smiled as he walked down the sidewalk back toward his house, he took his time this go around letting everyone see him. He waved to several who slowly waved back staring at the much larger rex. Dino had to laugh at each time he got a long stare, he had really done a number on everyone he knew.

He steadily wandered down the sidewalk in front of his house and started to turn down his own path, the rex's tail was swaying back and forth happily as he opened his door and slowly crouched inside the house. He shut it behind him and slowly stomped to the kitchen where he opened the door to his fridge and promptly started to clean it out of food. He never ate quite this much but he guessed that being big came with more hunger.

The dino made his way to the couch with armfuls of food and sits down carefully, his tail knocked down another lamp on the way, He rolled his eyes some, he was gonna have to move or remodel the place.

He settled in anyway and grabbed the remote turning on the TV and eagerly eating his first meal of the day. Dino watched a few shows as he stuffed himself full and let out a yawn, all that food was really making him sleepy. Maybe he would take a quick nap before going back out to show off more, however he was much too big for his bed.

Dino decided to shove his furniture to the sides of the room and curl up on the floor for now, it wasn't the most comfortable but he didn't mind. He laid there and smiled as he closed his eyes and let himself drift back off to sleep.

As the rex slept something started to happen, the moment that he drifted away into his dreams his body started to tingle slightly and expand. He was growing again! He shifted slightly as his form stretched longer, arms and legs pushing out with size. Dino was starting to fill up his little living room as he grew, his head pushing to a wall as his large paws began to press on the opposite.

Slowly his body continued its expansion as he shifted again, by now he was starting to put significant strain on the walls on each side of him. Of course he picked this time too stretch out in his sleep and his feet promptly smashed through the drywall and supports into the kitchen where he pushed appliances aside with his growing paws.

By now the rex was nearing almost 19 feet and he had almost grown to the other side of the kitchen. The counter was being put under an immense amount of strain as he grew against it, his paws indenting and pushing the wood in as they swelled up against it. Finally as he neared the end of his sleep he stretched once more and forced his paws through the back wall of his house as his head started to crack and push slightly through the front wall.

The final crash of his feet was enough to wake Dino up and he sat up in a hurry to see what the sound was, this proved to be a very bad idea. When he sat up he took most of his house out, the entire left half of his home was crushed under the force of the 26 foot rex as he sat up and rubbed his eyes. Dino gasped in shock as he looked around him and saw only the destruction that was around.

He then looked down and saw how much BIGGER he was and rose to his feet, his head over the other houses around him, only a couple of two story houses were as big as he was now. The green dino gave a little grin as he looked down at himself, his clothes had been made to disappear when he grew having had little chance to support a growing rex.

Others started to gather around him now and stared up at the monstrous size of Dino who waved down to them, "I come in peace..I promise!" He received a nervous laugh from the ground and he stepped carefully over them, however some of them were knocked down by the force of the step as his giant paw made contact with the ground.

"Oops..I guess I don't know my own strength!"

Dino laughed some as he walked on making cars occasionally jump or rattle as he passed, he headed back into town. There was nothing left for him back there, his house was way to small for him now not to mention mostly destroyed. So he decided to head to the park, it was one of the few places in the city that could still hold him fairly easily and he wouldn't break too much there.

As he walked he did his best to avoid the cars that were parked on the street as well as any bystanders that were standing staring up at the giant rex. While he did do his dead-level to not destroy anything his tail managed to catch on a building and he accidentally tore into it knocking out a large chunk of the wall. While normally he would be mortified at doing something like this however maybe it was due to his size but Dino just gave a smile knowing the power he now had.

Still he did what he could to not be too bad as he side stepped people and cars making his way to the park and sitting down on a wide green area as the people of the town started to gather around him.

"Don't worry guys, it's just me..I am just a bit bigger." Dino tried explain to them, he was only at 26 feet tall so he wasn't a towering giant to them. He carefully spread out his legs letting the group get used to him, and they finally left him be. Then he watched all his friends come up to him, "Hey guys, I came back...and this time I got even bigger!"

The giant rex giggled as he reached down and patted the ground, "Guys you can get in close I swear I wont hurt you." And they walked in closer, between his legs this time and a couple of them sat leaning on the legs as the giant rex explained what had happened and the nap and growing again.

One of his friends, a blue dragon spoke up, "Well..it seems to me that you are growing in your sleep..so I guess you will find out when you sleep tonight if its going to happen again."

"And what if it does? What if I keep growing every single time I go to sleep? I am gonna get way too big.."

His friends just kinda shrugged, and another spoke up, "If you keep growing I guess we will have to get out of town before you get too big for it."

Dino rubbed chin some, "Yea..I don't want to hurt anyone really but it will get harder if I get bigger."

He leaned back a bit and nodded, "Well I will just have to find out tonight then I guess."

With that he stopped talking about that and went on to talk to his friends about other things, they talked about what they were doing and whatnot. It felt funny to the green rex that even as big as he was his friends still treated him like they always had except now they poked fun at his massive size. Of course now when they did he would just loom a paw over them.

They continued the idle chatter for a few hours as the sun started to go down, one by one his friends left and soon Dino found himself alone in the park once more. He knew that this was the only place that would hold him and so he stretched himself out across the ground and found a relatively soft spot to rest his head. The rex closed his eyes and started to think about what he would find when he woke up, if what his friend said was true then he would be a lot bigger.

The excitement of being even larger almost kept Dino from falling asleep but luckily his exhaustion with the days events finally won him over and he drifted off to sleep. Not long after his large body started to stretch larger again. This time it seemed like it was not going to hold back on this growth.

Dino groaned in his sleep as he grew, his large body swelling and growing pushing trees and benches aside. The oversized rex rolled on his side and crushed a statue in the process, his giant feet started to push into the tennis courts tearing the fences up and destroying the nets and various other things around them.

The 26 foot rex quickly became a 50 foot rex ad then easily passed into the 60s, and then 70s, finally he swelled once more and reached upwards of 98 feet tall, by now his body ran most of the length of the park and his head was jutting into the street. This was probably a good thing because Dino was awoken as a car hit him in the back of the head. The driver had not been paying enough attention and ran right into the giant head.

Dino jumped up in fright and let out a loud yelp of excited panic and rubbed his head, the yelp shattered a couple of windows around him just from the loud voice that he now possessed.

The rex rubbed his eyes and looked around him starting to grin as he got to his feet to see how big he was now, he took a couple of steps and headed to the nearest biggest building he could find and stood against it. The best he could gauge he that he was over 9 stories tall and was about half the size of the 20 story building, the biggest in town.

Now he was really starting to get excited, he had more than doubled his size in just a couple of hours! Dino smiled big and looked around him, it was still really late and he had most of the town to himself. He looked around some and rubbed his paws together, he wasn't going to be timid and gentle anymore. This was his town now, he was the biggest and he was going to have fun!
