This is a poem about losing your way down the path that we like to call life, and how lonely it feels. It's also about the loss of some people while trying to find your way again. Hope you enjoy.

Excuse me, sir, I seem to be lost I cannot find my way

Did I take a wrong turn at Lexington Avenue? I took a right, or was it a left? The bright street lamp on the corner of Harrison Was where I was supposed to take a left, correct? Or was it a right?

Please, sir, don't go I really appreciate your help, and your time Just five minutes is all I need to explain To you my situation.

And even if you don't understand, I'd ask that you be patient While I try to find my way.
