Shunned Proposal

When a male that is viewed upon as an abomination makes a proposal to a dragonrider he's shunned and refused, but Ronam is not a creature to accept refusal lightly. He's always been one for creative solutions to difficult problems and Shika finds herself experiencing just how creative he can be.

"ANOTHER DRINK!" The roar vibrated across the tavern, bringing laughter to the patrons that had crammed themselves into the tight space while the electric blue dragon perched precariously on a stool. "Come on, fan-FA: Another round!"

The small rodent behind the bar tilted his head up to glare at her as she used slang instead of his proper name, but he picked up the pitcher to refill the mugs that had been shoved up on the bar. Shika grinned to herself as the drake gave her a broad smile, his eyes unfocused as he tried not to fall down from his perch as he handed her a drink and another one to their friends. She wasn't nearly so bad off, but she certainly wasn't feeling as if she were ready to jump up and go for a run. The drink was running freely, a thick sweet fermented juice that stung her tongue as she took a sip and leaned backwards with a creaking sound of her leather tunic shifting along the line of her back. Her friend jumped down to settle next to her as she cast her legs out and licked her lips a few times before taking a sip.

"You alright, eh Olon?" She tilted her head to one side as the drake leaned forward a bit, his jaws opening in a broad grin. Oh yes, he was drunk, far beyond drunk.

"Yeah, drink up! Essen! You too! Drink it up!" The drake gestured at her friend, the lean salamander giving him an aloof look before sipping her drink with only the slightest flicker of amusement in her eyes. "We gotta celebrate. Shika's gonna be a married woman soon!"

"Shut up, Olon!" Shika growled a warning and narrowed her eyes slightly, supported by a hiss from Essen. The black and yellow salamander curled her lips backwards a little bit in warning as the drake let out a drunken laugh.

"Come on, you know it's only a matter of time. She has to live it up now, maybe take a nice drake like me for a ride before she's prim an' proper." Olon tilted her head towards her and she resisted the urge to strike out and slap him. Only the fact that she had known him for most of her life kept her from doing just that.

"Ignore him, he's drunk." Essen took a drink from her mug, her eyes just as glazed, but she could handle her alcohol a bit better. "You won't end up marrying Ronam, you're better than he is in all ways."

"He is an animal." Shika curled her lip back in disgust as she took a sip of her drink again, swallowing a larger gulp that made her wince when she felt the heat pouring down towards her stomach. "I will not touch any of the hinsh-el!"

"That is harsh." Olon blinked his drunken eyes a few times, sharpening a little as a frown formed on his features. "You can judge others by Ronam's worth."

Shika bit her tongue to keep from saying what she really felt, but she knew better. Olon came from a family that had been known to throw the odd _hinsh-el_and continuing on would only insult him. Her own family had had one mating result in one of the creatures, but that had happened so long ago that she could barely recall the stir it had made. She, herself, had been born properly into her family name. Essen didn't quite understand her disgust, salamanders didn't have the same reproductive ways that dragons did and she was always confused. Shika had been born with her twin from a single egg, the pair of them working to crack it until they tumbled into the world slick and egg-wet as her mother had been and her father, and back through eggs immemorial. She and her twin only had one name Shika-dallev, each one making one half of their identity. They were both identically colored, brilliant sunset purple shading towards red at their points. They only had one difference.

She had been hatched on two legs, bright eyed and intelligent with a keen understanding of who she was and lacking wings. Dallev had been hatched on four legs, his mind muted and dimmed as a feral creature. It was no mistake like Essen had inquired about when she had first come across the dragonriders, it was just how their kind were. She supposed at some point in their past one of their mages had cast a spell to ensure that any egg that they laid would have two yolks, two hatchlings and they would be divided in such a way. Or perhaps what her father said about gods were true, she wasn't sure where she stood on the gods, but it had always been that way. Dallev and she had a bond that was drawn taut between them, a mental connection that went deeper than words could ever express. And that was what made her one of the Riders, just as Olon was a Rider.

Dallev had gone from being the size of a puppy to the size of a beast that easily topped twelve feet at the head, his wings large enough to cover a house when he spread them open and powerful enough he could take her aloft with ease. She had gone through the military with him, earning her shoulder knots as a captain as they ran scouting runs as were traditional by female Riders and spy missions. Olon was in her company up until recently, but had finally transferred out when his sister, Lettian, had finally gained enough weight to join into combat. It worked for their culture, it allowed them to dominate the upper hemisphere. But not all of their eggs hatched the way they should, or so neatly, sometimes the hinsh-el hatched out instead.

They were dragons that had no twin, no other half to call their own, and every time they hatched they did so on four legs instead of two. They should have been dull and bestial like Dallev was, but they weren't, they were intelligent. And they were frightening. They were pushed to the outskirts of their society, shunned. There was no place for them, not when they looked so wrong and demanded the same rights as a Rider had. No one had heard of a hatchling hinsh-el coming out on two legs, she had no idea why, but other's supposed that the larger half to the twin yolk devoured their would be Rider, absorbed them and claimed their spirit to become more powerful. It was almost unheard of for any to make any real name for themselves, and those that did, did so ruthlessly. They were demented, twisted, frightening. Like Ronam.

"You should tell your parents." Essen spoke up softly, slowly as she tipped her drink back, draining it. "It is an insult to your family that he would approach you with a marriage proposal."

"Gah!" Olon choked slightly, coughing as he tried to clear his throat. "Are you insane? They would sell her off like a sack of gems! Hinsh-el or not, they would want that alliance."

"He's right." Shika winced slightly and gave a shake back and forth. "He's taken over trade near the river, and he's nearly taken the Black Sea as well. If he's looking for a wife then people will be throwing women at him, no matter he would kill them evening trying to mate them."

"God, he would really want to try?" Essen flinched and set her bug down on the bar. "He's the size of your dragon, he couldn't possibly thing-"

"He said he thought I'd give him a fine egg for his heir." Shika shuddered slightly, licking her lips as she recalled the way the massive midnight blue dragon had made his proposal. "He decided to show me what I was going to be getting into, as if that was what I was concerned about!"

The drake had not been shy about what he intended, he had approached her when she'd been watching Dellev off after their scouting mission and had flaunted himself before her. Exposing the slit beneath his broad dark belly so that inch after bestial inch of his cock had pushed out into the open, slimy looking and longer than her arm, longer than her leg with a swollen base that had throbbed as he looked her over. There had been no romantic attempts to seduce her, no murmured endearing words, but a promise that he would give her a life of opulence and wealth, a trade agreement with her family and a harem of lovers as long as he was given rights to an heir first. She could retire without worry, if she wanted to be bred like a beast by the creature, if she would be impaled on his length and brutally taken so she swelled with an egg. It had been... horrifying. It still horrified her at remembering his attempts.

"I'm getting out of here." She stood up and swayed a little bit, unable to quite balance on her legs so she had to drop her tail to keep her upright. "I gotta do a sweep tomorrow afternoon, I don't need a hangover."

"Heh, want me to come tuck you in." Olon leered at her playfully, making her snort in weary amusement as she stepped away from the bar. The rodent bartender gave her an annoyed look when she nearly stumbled over the stool on her way out.

"No, I think I can make it on my own.." She growled and made her way to the door, frowning as she tried to concentrate on her bond with Dellev.

Normally it was as easy as breathing to feel her twin's mind, summoning him with a brush of her emotions, but this time she fumbled after him. After a few moments she threw her mind at him blindly, throwing them against him so that she felt him turn his attention towards her. His mind was always strange feeling, but at the same time intimately familiar. She had known his mind against her own from the time she had first opened her eyes, she had felt his pain and affection as a part of her own. They were two halves of the same whole, despite the fate that had made him more animal than truly intelligent. He didn't need to be intelligent, she gave him her mind and cared for him, protected him, loved him for the same in return.

She felt him before she felt the wind of his wings coming down at her, his eyes two bright points above her in the firelight before he neatly backwinged in front of her. He sent a brush of concern towards her as she stumbled towards his shoulder and gave a playful slap against his smooth interlaced scales. It was easy to find the smooth padded harness, her hands knew the way even if she was drunk, and she scrambled up his shoulder to swing herself into her saddle. The soft leather clung to his body, like another skin, well padded so he was comfortable in it as she used clips against her leather harness to lock herself in place even for the short flight back to the stables.

"C'mon Dellev, let's get home." She laughed as her brother turned his head back to snuff against her with concern rolling from his mind. She leaned forward to scrub her fingers against the bridge of his muzzle before he turned away and leapt upwards with a flash of his purple-crimson wings.

I wish I had wings of my own.. She thought idly as she moved with him as he powered up higher and higher into the air, the wide sails shoving the air down beneath him. He got the best end of the bargain in that part...

~ ~ * ~ ~

The world erupted in a roar that sent fear tearing through Shika, a high pitched pained cry that had her rolling and twisting in terror as she recognized her twin's cry. Dellev was shrieking with rage somewhere, the sound vibrated the ground beneath her as she groaned and strained to lift her head up. She felt as if she had been hit with a load of bricks with a dull ache that was throbbing just behind her eye so that every sound was a torment. She wanted nothing more than to curl back beneath the covers and block out her brother's annoying cries so that she could try and sleep off the hangover that was starting to grow by the moment. She could feel the stabs getting worse as she moved her head about and stifled a groan.

Oh god, he would wake up with a bug up his ass when I'm hungover. She started to push herself up, her hand fumbling for the covers as she reached out to sooth her mount so that he stopped his infernal noise before her superiors stormed the place demanding to know she was hurt.

Two things happened at once that made her snap her eyes open despite her dread of feeling light hitting them. Her hand groped against nothing, the fingers were refusing to bend right as her claws scrabbled against hard ground, and she could not find her brother's mind to touch with her own. She stretched out towards him, trying to find the presence in her mind that had been a constant in her life from the time she had first opened her eyes until now. He should have been there, just as he always had been. He should have rolled over her thoughts in a warm comfortable presence, but there was only emptiness as she clasped harder. He wasn't there! Dellev wasn't in her mind! Shika lunged upwards with a weak cry, her entire world off balance as she got her paws beneath her and swayed back and forth as she got her feet up and her arms so she was on all fours.

Her eyes opened and she saw an unfamiliar spread of stone and grass around her, large flat boulders pushed deep into the earth were offset with growing moss and, beyond that, soft pasture. She was on the ground, outside, not in her bed. This wasn't right, she should be in her bed. She and Dellev had flown back last night, she remembered being astride him as they angled towards her home, but then.. it became jumbled. Strangely so. She couldn't exactly recall getting out of the saddle or getting into her bed, she couldn't even recall landing. She shook her head again back and forth, shuddering a little as she nearly stumbled to one side and fell down again. Had they crashed? Had Dellev somehow gone down? Impossible, he never missed a beat, but could they have been taken down? Why couldn't she feel him? With a wince she lifted her head, if he couldn't hear her thoughts, he'd recognize her voice.

"RRRRRRRRRRRRRWWWWWWWWR!!!!!" The sound screeched out of her throat as she tried to form the worlds, a high pitched roar that sent her stumbling backwards as her lips refused to work, her tongue refused to move properly.

The hell?! She took another step back and shook her head back and forth, feeling her arms splaying open wider to hold her up, but not quite the way they should have.

She twisted her head about to look down along the curve of her side and froze, forgetting the angry screams coming from Dellev, she looked down along her body, but it wasn't her body she was staring at her. Her purple shading into scarlet colors were the same, but her body was changed completely, her chest was larger and heavier than it had been with not a trace of softness lingering there. Her arms were thick and heavy, not arms, but forelegs that ended in broad powerful paws tipped with dark black claws larger than her own small trimmed ones. Her neck was longer and twisted around more easily as she looked down the line of her haunches towards her lashing tail, along a body that was almost the mirror of her brother's form, save more slender and her shoulders were bare of even a hint of wings. This wasn't possible! She was a Rider!

She turned about to look over herself, her tail sweeping behind her as she spun in a circle and tried to find some hole in the illusion she was looking at. As she stepped about her paws suddenly clattered and scraped against something, her toes tangling against small straps that made her jerk her foreleg upwards and peer down. Her riding harness was twisted around two of her digits, but it wasn't the size that it should have been in the least little way. It might have still fit over her head, but it wasn't big enough to wrap around her chest anymore. The straps were stretched and torn, so was her clothing where it had been scattered over the ground in patches, torn apart so that it was barely recognizable as clothing.

Dellev's cries continued, making her lift her head, a lifetime of caring for him making her furrow her brow as she tried to set aside the panic that was running through her mind. She had to find him, she had to get him out of here. What if some spell had be flung at them to force him into her body shape? He would have no idea how to deal, no idea what to do or how to handle any of this. She had to get to him. Her tail tip lashed back and forth behind her as she looked around the clearing that she had woken up in, her brows furrowing slightly as she looked at the rough sharp rocks that rose up around her. It was some sort of small crater, but far deeper than what she would have expected. The edges were filled with cracked slate rocks, sharp edged and dangerous looking as she walked awkwardly on all fours towards the edge.

Dellev must be past the crater, close enough that she could hear him calling for her. If she could have only reached out and touched his mind she could have summoned him here, as it was all she could do was try to call out his name. Her muzzle mangled the sounds, twisting them as her tongue felt too thick and strange to give shape to the words that she wanted to offer. There was nothing recognizable as her in them, nothing that would make him stop his calls to come and search for her. She padded towards the edge of the crater and lashed her tail back and forth, cracking her tail against the ground before tentatively placing a paw out against the crumbled slate. Her toes splayed as she put her weight down and began to heave herself up, but the moment her full weight pressed down there was a sharp stab of pain that made her jerk back.

"Now, my sunset beauty, you wouldn't wish to be bleeding and broken when you meet your mate, should you?" A low voice rumbled the words, slow and drawling with amusement as she stepped back and shook her paw back and forth. She knew that voice.

Shika turned about with an angry hiss at the dragon that was stretched out, nearly out of view, on the ridge of the crater. His large blue, nearly black, head rested on a large chunk of rock while his silver eyes watched her without anything more than a bit of mild interest. She stepped away from the side of the crater, her lips drawn back in an angry hiss. She didn't remember how she had been brought down, how she had been changed, but there was little doubt as to why when she was faced with the dragon watching her with open amusement on his bestial face. Her refusal of his marriage, her refusal to bow her head to his whims had roused the strange sorcerer from his attempts at seduction to something even more horrifying.

"That's better." Ronam tilted his head to one side, his jaws gaped open wide in a mocking parody of a smile. "You were out far longer than your former mount, I had begun to worry if the change had warped your mind as well."

Shika snapped her jaws and walked stiff legged across the crater, ignoring the muffled cries of Dellev as she watched her captor sit up with a crumbling of slate that went sliding down along the inside of the crater.

"You could have been great, a lady of wealth and influence that would have provided your family with trade agreements and allies, but I suppose that your bigoted notions wouldn't allow you to have one such as I as your mate." Ronam turned his head to lick along one of his shoulders, but his eyes remained fixed on her. "My... You do look upset, did you think you could refuse me without consequences?"

She reached the point just beneath Ronam and glared up at him, her tail lashing and snapping against the ground in her only available way to express her anger. She tucked her chin downwards slightly, eyes flaring open wide as she let out a low rumble deep in her throat, wanting to leap up and attack the smug creature that leaned down to peer down at her with vague amusement. There was no fear of her anger, he simply watched her as if she were a mild curiosity and nothing more. What did he expect of her? To give into his proposal and become his mate, was this why he had changed her into this bestial form. Less than even a hinsh-el, she had no wings with which to fly or even the ability to speak. How dare he turn her into a rough parody of what he was. It was intolerable.

"Ahh sweet Shika, you poor creature. I suppose you must be confused." Ronam leaned down over the edge of the crater and snuffed the air slightly. "So is your brother, the poor creature has never been alone in his own head, you know. But this would have never worked if I had allowed that to remain. Such a dreadful thing that bond is, did you know that? Unnatural, a controlling bit of work that makes you take a grand animal like your brother and turn him into a mewling servant."

He isn't a servant! He is my brother, my friend, my companion! She twisted her lips back and snapped out her rage with a click of her teeth in the air.

"Ahh do you disagree?" Ronam reached down and ran his paw along the slates that blocked her way, his claws spreading open and dragging over them so they began to knit into place beneath his touch in a caress of magic. "Why do you think there are hinsh-el? When we develop in the egg, that bond is tried to be put in place by the works of a damned creature thousands of years ago who first cast the spell. When I felt that bond I refused it, I would not allow it. My sister wasn't strong enough to challenge me so I devoured her, I refused to become her pet, but in devouring her I became more intelligent than my poor dumb kindred. Your brother wasn't strong enough to fight you, so you took over. He doesn't even know how to think now because of you, but... you and I shall change that."

Dellev is my twin! How dare he think that I have done anything to harm him, I've taken care of him! His paw moved back down to smooth along the line of slate, reaching towards her as the sharp edges were smoothed away entirely.

"Now come, Shika, you have a duty to attend to today and an atonement to make." Ronam trilled mockingly down at her, creating a path for her up to the top of the crater.

Shika reared up, she screamed and claws, lunged and wrapped her claws around that mocking face and tore at it to drive him back. She bled him, made him screech and scramble backwards to escape-- Shika did none of those things. She lifted a paw and stepped forward smoothly, not even hesitating as he stood back and she was able to climb up. Her legs kept moving as if there was nothing wrong, despite her attempt to make them stop as she came up to the edge of the crater and nearly brushed right past the blue-black drake who watched her with amused silver eyes. Why couldn't she move, why couldn't she scramble away? What was wrong with her? She couldn't work magic, but she could sense it, any dragon could, but as she reached towards the drake she couldn't even catch a whiff of it.

"Ahh yes, funny thing that bond with your brother, it's a slave bond. It was modified a little over time, but it was always a slave bond. Originally designed to dominate and let one remain in charge of the other, it was only softened to make it appear like love." The drake parted his lips again in a smile, showing the darkness of his tongue. "I simply modified it and transferred it, as it should be. I don't need you to love me, only to obey me. Now come, pet, your brother is missing you."

Shika tried to stumble backwards, she tried to snarl, but the command was pressed into her so she stepped forward neatly beside him. She couldn't even tense her muscles up as she felt like some sort of toy at his command as he stepped away from the crater and to the lush thick grasses and the rocky outskirts of the hillside. She knew this place, it was Ronam's home ground, a rotten patch of land that no one had wanted to claim. There was nowhere to build a house and certainly nowhere that one would have wanted to live. Her father had once told her that it would take decades to get all the rocks from the earth, it had been taking landslides from the mountains for hundreds of years and the boulders and rocks were scattered all through the soil. The only possible use that the land might have had would have been a quarry, except the stones weren't anything that were desired or could be easily sold. Ronam hadn't needed to build a house here, or any desire to farm or grow crops, he was an animal.

It was practically untouched save for stones that had been pulled from the heart of the pasture and had been shaped into an elegant looking roof and pillars that was set against the start of the mountain. They were worked with magic to create circling lines and elegant peaks, the pillars themselves were twined with ivy and would have looked lovely in any estate. Beneath the roof piles of silk pillows were scattered to create a sort of bed for a four legged being. It made her want to snarl with disdain. And he had wanted her to marry him, to live beneath a roof like some sort of savage? He had no home to call his own, not to the standards that she was used to, he would never find a proper marriage unless another hinsh-el attached themselves to him and wanted to tolerate this.

The distraction of looking at her surroundings was short lived as she walked behind the drake that held a firm grip around her mind. There was no magic to that hold, just as there had been no magic that allowed her to have her connection to Dellev, it was simply there, but it was warped. He controlled her, not her thoughts, but her body with his command as he led her past his pavilion and down along the curve of the pasture that led towards the edge of the woods. The very silence made her bristle as he didn't even look back at her as he made his way along the edge of the forest, the first start of decent land that wasn't strewn with hard rocks. The sounds of her brother sounding stronger, but muted as if he was losing the force of his cries.

"I had toyed with the idea of simply making you my mate like this, you are certainly lovely enough in this body." Ronam tilted his head back towards her, his eyes narrowed down slightly as he paused to let her catch up. "Bear me an heir and a return to your true self, but I do not tolerate insults well and you have gone far beyond the bounds of civility. I still have use for you, or rather, use for your offspring. You did say something truthfully when I proposed to you."

That you are an abomination that should have been killed the moment you hatched out? Shika thought angrily, her eyes sliding long the tree line, watching as a flesh of brilliant purple and crimson shifted just beyond a thick growth of trees.

"My kind aren't so well regarded to be able to find a strong bloodline to join my own with. Most of your kind want us to die off entirely, or at least hide in the shadows like a dirty secret. Stop, stand here." The drake paused and turned about to regard her as she came to a stop, hating herself as she couldn't disobey that command. "Even the weak bloodlines would refuse me since they would suffer in reputation to become a part of my household, not that I'm interested in weak bloodlines."

No, you're interested in growing your base and power to try and prove us wrong. As if you are the first hinsh-el to refuse to stay in the shadows. A slight shudder ran down along the line of his back while she heard Dellev trilling uncomfortably close. How was he keeping the drake there?

"So I shall have a strong bloodline still, and you will give my mate to me." He turned his head to one side to regard her. "Perhaps not the best crossing, a pair of siblings, but still better than what bloodlines I might find. And with the benefit of being able to raise my mate to what I want her to be. Obedient, grateful, and without the burden of being forced to keep the opinion of her family content."

Bear him his mate?! The thought sent a cold chill down her, one that made her widen her eyes and struggle to get free of the hold on her mind. She couldn't manage it, she couldn't even step backwards as he let his eyes rove over her with obvious enjoyment. He can't expect me and Dellev to make him a clutch! It's against every tradition, every law, every story and lesson she had ever been told. The clans didn't intermarry their own offspring or relatives, and it was completely forbidden to allow mounts to breed. If they wished relief they could mate with one another, but the eggs were destroyed, there were a hundred reasons she had been told for it. From the offspring would be uncontrolled animals to the offspring would be malformed and broken.

"Go, Shika, go and meet your brother. He has been dreadfully lonely since you went missing and he could use some comfort." Ronam gestured with one of his wings towards the tree line. "He has missed you terribly, and I'm sure would be quite interested in being the rider this time around."

Shika jerked her head up, the only action she could manage to show her anger, humiliation and fear at those last words. How dare he even suggest such a thing? Dellev was her brother, her friend, her constant companion, he would no more harm her than he would kill himself. It was an impossibility! She lifted her head up slightly and didn't fight as she took a step forward and then another, moving past the dragon that gaped his jaws in a broad smile. He was fooling himself if he thought that she would carry eggs for him or that Dellev would behave that way with her. No matter her form, he would know her, they had known each other all their lives and that wasn't about to end just because she had changed forms slightly. He would know her coloring, her scent, and he would break her free bond or no bond.

She moved past the trees, her head up as she saw the movement of her brother beyond the edge of them, the slight flash of his wings as they spread and folded again before his call came out in a high pitch rumble. She moved between the trees, her head lifted up and called back to him once she was in range. She was at least able to do that even with the control exerted over her mind, but her call came out in an animalistic sound that almost immediately made Dellev stop his calls. He shifted beyond the trees, turning towards her as she stepped out into a neat little clearing, or rather, little compared to the size of her body and that of her siblings. It was roughly forty by forty feet all around, with massive trees all around the edges, the largest of with scored with white claw marks.

Dellev froze and stared as she came out of the tree line, his wings flared up high as he tried to take a step forward towards her, but was brought up short so the tree behind him suddenly groaned in protest. His large triangle shaped head strained towards her as she watched his wings flare open, unable to move more than thirty feet forward before a pair of heavy chains attached to his harness brought him up short. His dark gold eyes fixed on her as she came up short and waited for recognition to fill him. She might be on all fours, but she was the same color, she had no wings, she was herself and she tried to put her personality into her eyes and stance even if she couldn't speak. Her brother only strained towards her with his wings flared open to either side of his body, the harness biting down harder against his chest as he struggled forward.

"Go and greet him, girl. Properly as a dragoness meeting such a fine drake." Ronam drawled out from just beyond the trees.

While she was grateful that she didn't have to see him right in front of her, she was more disturbed as to the reason why he was out of sight. Dellev wouldn't tolerate another male nearby if he saw a female he wanted to court, he would go mad trying to drive a rival away. But Ronam was no rival, she was no dragoness for him to mate, she was his sister, his rider and she wasn't about to let this creature pervert their relationship together. She lifted her head up high and stepped towards him, heat rushing to her muzzle as her body obeyed the command to greet him. She could do this, he would smell her familiar scent and back off, it was as easy as that.

She didn't approach him as she always had by lifting her hands up to cup his muzzle, she had no hands, and that wasn't how two four leggers greeted each other. She moved up to his body, feeling the heat from his scales radiating out towards her as she stepped forward close enough to rub her shoulder right against his side, allowing him a chance to measure her up. She had seen two mounts greet each other a hundred times in the past, but this was the first time that she was the one greeting. She moved so that her long neck was bared to the drake, tilting her head to one side as he shifted his head about and suddenly puffed hotly against the curve of his shoulder, drawing in her scent as he spread his jaws open wide and flicked out his long tongue.

She moved her head forward slowly, curling it as she had seen females do in the past so that her chin brushed right along the folds of his wings and then up to the line of his back. It bared her most vulnerable points to him, as well as bringing her close to his warm familiar scent. She felt his muzzle against her neck, the breath that tickled out against her scent little shivers along her spine as she remains stiff and still, waiting for him to croon his normal greeting to her, that comforting sound that had always greeted her days. His breath came out again before the length of his tongue slid out and rasped against her scales, curling along the edges and pushing towards the line of her spine.

Come on, Dellev, I know you're not smart, but you know me! She willed the drake to show recognition as he strained forward anther step, the chains nearly snapped against her nose as he ran his muzzle down along her spine.

"Move forward, girl, give him what he wants. It's not your shoulders he wants to sniff." Ronam's voice was more than amused, it almost purred as he flung out the command that forced her to step forwad.

She tried to stop her legs, she screamed for them to stand still, but the hold on her mind was absolute and brutal as step by step she was forced forward along her brother's side. The familiar feel of his scales and scent was ridden with the knowledge that he was breathing in deeper and a throaty croon began to rumble from his throat. Not a greeting to her, but a seductive tone as she walked forward far enough that he could run the line of his muzzle right against the sweep of her tail. His neck arched confidently as she behaved exactly like a dragoness should have when she was interested in a male. Her hips shivering slightly as her brother ran his tongue along her tail and suddenly gave it a few sharp nips. His front fangs hooked against her scaling and gave a firm yank, pinching so she jerked her tail up higher for him.

"Very nice... A shame to be wasted on an animal." Ronam's voice came from the trees, deep and appreciative as Dellev pushed his nose up and under her tail. Why wasn't he recognizing her?! Why wasn't he backing down?!

She shuddered as the heat of her brother's tongue rolled out and pushed right against the soft scales that lined her bare vent. The very tip rasped over them, warm and slimy as it trailed out over the edges and rolled forward, forcing upwards towards the snug opening. The heat grew along her muzzle as she struggled to find a way to snap her tail down between her haunches, the slimy trail of wetness pushed over the edges and tried to wedge into them. She could feel his hot breath against her, the sharp musk growing heavier in the air as he lifted one large forepaw and suddenly dropped it down against her hindquarters. He was bigger than she was, she had known that all her life and even now he was several feet taller at the shoulder than her changed body, and he used it to his advantage. The toes curled downwards, the sharp claws hooked against her scales as the weight was used to hold her in place. Horribly, she could feel the heat of the tongue coaxing juices from her, the inner passage suddenly felt too swollen and sensitive until the rasping barbs brought with it sharp stabs of pain that made her twitch in place.

Shika could almost feel the hinsh-el's eyes watching her, drinking in the sight of her body being explored by her own brother who's tongue pushed forward harder. His rumble growing by the moment as he nearly crooned when his tip gave a lewd shove forward and pried her passage open. Her walls were splayed open wider, straining as the first thick inch of the tongue was forced inwards, shoving and curling slightly as the walls began to splay wider and wider. She tried to jerk forward, nearly moving from beneath the paw that pinned her down before the great jaws spread open wide and the teeth hooked against either side of her outer thighs so he could better work his tongue inwards. Her inner walls started to contract and squeeze, trying to push him back out as he rasped his tongue roughly back and forth, caressing as he went.

Why doesn't he see it's me?! She wanted to scream those words as she shuddered in disgust at the way the tongue began to roll back and forth. Each push was a new torment as she could feel herself being spread open wider as the tongue thickened while it plunged inwards.

As his tongue worked he drew in a shuddering breath, sucking it inwards as if he were trying to swallow down her scent just as he gathered up whatever slickness he could find with his tongue. He wasn't even trying to see who she was or where she had come from, he seemed entirely engrossed as if she were the dumb beast that she had been made to resemble. His claws raked down the length of her haunches, dragging and marking her with welts as he pulled his tongue back slowly. The small barbs that ran along the appendage scraped through her body making her walls contract and ripple in response as her back arched up higher in the air. Shika's jaws opened in a short cry of protest as the slimy tip of his tongue pulled out before lapping over her vent with renewed interest.

"Did you think without your bond your brother would know you? Obey you?" Ronam mocked from the distance. "You are one thing to him, a vessel for his seed, and the only obedience he has is to the potential of your belly., girl."

Shut up! She tried to scream at him, but the words only came out mangled an animalistic as her former mount lifted his head and nipped sharply at her tail again, his haunches rolling against her side.

She didn't want to look down, she wanted to look anywhere but this taboo act that she was being forced to participate in. But her eyes didn't obey her, they slipped down to look along the powerful scaled side and haunches to the flash of dark crimson that was hanging beneath the sweep of his stomach. She'd seen his cock dozens of times, it was a part of being around him from birth and having a male dragon as a brother. He slipped out at the oddest times, especially when he had been an adolescent, but she had always looked away. Now her eyes were locked on the slimy length that pushed outwards inch by slow inch, hanging down so that the heavy knot right at the base was briefly visible as he pushed his head up higher in the air. The tongue rasped along the base of her tail, the thickness of his muzzle nudged and shoved, forcing it to one side by the broadness of his muzzle.

His tongue pushed out to scrape along the edges of the haunches and higher, the slimy length caught right against her scales, pushing at them before he nipped roughly. His teeth didn't just run over her, they dug in hard enough to bruise and twisted to mark her hide so she shuddered and broke enough to lunge forward a step only to have the teeth dig down harder. He was marking her deliberately! Bruising her purple scales to ensure that there would be little doubt that she had been mated by him and was off bounds for other drakes. Shika snarled out in protest, her tail lashing to smack him against the chest as she gained a bit more strength and tried to drive him back. She didn't care that the claws were tearing along her back, scraping down to leave welts on her interlaced scales, she wanted out!

"Down, Shika, present to your drake." Ronam's voice mocked her, she could even see him watching with his head resting on his forepaws and his eyes glittering with heat and enjoyment.

Shika snapped her jaws in the air, snarling out angrily at the command that rolled through her body. She would kill him for this! Her trembling legs dropped down, added by the powerful paw that shoved against her haunches to try and get her to crouch for him. As she dropped she could see the length of his aroused spire pulsing along his belly, oozing silvery strands of precum to drop down into a puddle beneath him. The harsh scent of his musk wasn't the warm comforting scent of her brother, but a rutting drake, and she couldn't fight the command. She could only hiss out at her tormentor as she dropped onto her belly and trembled in place. Dellev's voice turned into a deep throaty croon of approval, likely thinking she was finally giving into her need. His wings flared open, batting the air wildly before one swept over her possessively so she was hidden from sight.

His foreleg slipped away from her haunches so he could step forward, a dribble of saliva spilled over her haunches as she let out a groan of disgust. Her eyes found the watching Ronam as the drake shifted in the midst of the trees, still hidden form sight, but mocking her as he positioned himself so a break between the trees showed his lower loins, and his shaft. He was enjoying this show! Like a deviant watching the stallions breed their mares. She turned her head away in disgust while Dellev walked over her, huffing out hotly while his forelegs moved down to clutch against her hips and dragged her backwards. She shivered her hide, trembling and tensing, trying to lunge away from the powerful hold on her body. She didn't want this! She had never wanted this! She tried to shriek out her anger, but all that came out was a low snarl as her brother yanked her back another foot, securing her beneath his weight.

Not like this... Damnit! Look Dellev! I washed you every day, I helped you learn to fly, I was there for your first kill!! I know you!!!! She tried to will her twin into realizing who exactly she was. It couldn't happen like this.

The powerful jaws she had once stroked tenderly opened and snapped down against the back of her neck, the forepaws moved to push roughly against her shoulders in a move meant to pin a flighted dragoness. He didn't even appear to be taken aback by the fact she had no wings as his tail twisted down and coiled itself around her own. She knew his body, knew every inch, but now he intimately caressed along her back as the drooling knocked cock dragged downwards to rub along the base of her tail. The ridges just along the underside tugged and dropped down to jab roughly between her haunches, a syrupy trail of his precum oozed out of the tip and smeared along her wet folds, grinding along it as he rocked and bucked his hips forward.

She suddenly felt the tip shove right up, prying and forcing the swollen vent lips open until the precum oozed into her body before he rammed forward harder. His teeth clamped harder so that her shrieking came out raggedly as he wedged and forced her open wider and wider, wet oozing precum spilled into her in ropes. She twisted beneath his weight, trying to throw her weight forward as the sheer size of him pried her apart until her walls were held lewdly wide. Her own juices were pushed outwards from the girth as the first ridge popped in with a squelching noise before he lunged forward again, driving himself, inching deeper and deeper as she threw her weight backwards and twisted about. The ache blossoming along her belly as the claws bit into her shoulder and her twin snarled a warning.

She wasn't his Rider, she wasn't his sister, she wasn't his friend, she was a vessel for his shaft and seed and that was all. His claws hooked into her scales as he lunged forward again, the ridges popping one by one into her, making her walls clamp down tightly in protest as the ache spread deeper and deeper into her lower belly. Her hind legs splayed open as she dug her claws down into the ground and tried to drag herself forward, but his hips lunged forward again, driving himself harder so another ridge plunged into her. She felt blood running along the sides of her neck as the teeth gripped harder and nearly twisted his head in an effort to keep her in place. As if she could, not when his weight shoved down against her and he rolled his hips forward so the next thrust forward came with a horrifying wet noise, a mixture of her own juices and his precum oozed down along her lower belly.

When he dragged backwards her walls clamped down tightly, clutching and pulling as the ridges pulled free until only his cock tip rested inside of her. She snapped her eyes open and groaned out, her jaws parting and her tongue lashing out in the air as she sucked in a breath. The air reeked of male and musk, and not simply her brother's, she watched as the hiding hinsh-el used his paw to stroke over the shaft he had tried to flaunt to her, gathering up the syrupy precum and coating his fingers with it. Her brother let out a venomous snarl and lunged forward again, this time his forepaws moved from her shoulders and hooked her hips as he dragged her backwards to be impaled on his cock.

It was a vicious movement that made her screech out as he drove himself inwards and splayed her vent open painfully wide, making her feel as if she were being torn open as he lifted one of his powerful hind legs and pinned her hips down. He shoved his weight against her as she drove forward and nearly splayed the walls open all the way open around the thickness of his base. A hot jet of precum splattered inwards, already forcing its way against her cervix as he rolled his hips and released her neck. Dellev roared out, a violent threatening sound as he swung his head towards Ronam as he ground his knot against her vent, threatening to pry her open as he ensured the rival male saw his claim. The blue-black drake only reached a paw up to lick off his own precum, his jaws gaping open wide in a mocking smile. He didn't want her.

It was a cold blow to Shika as her brother yanked backwards, dragging the ridges from her so they popped free one by one with thick strands of precum clinging from his thick red spire. Ronam didn't want her, horrible as he was, animalistic as he was, he watched an animal breeding her and made no move to do more than pleasure himself with a heavy paw. Mocking her and smiling as her brother snarled out again, protecting her from the monster, but not in the way she wanted. Through it all she felt humiliating shocks of pleasure, the ridges on her brother found the most sensitive places within her passage to caress along so her quivering walls milked and pulled around him hotly. His cock drove forward into her body, jabbing right up against her cervix, nearly tearing through her as the knot forced her folds inwards and tried to splay them open wider and wider.

His tongue rasped out against her neck as Dellev growled, but didn't stop, he clenched the claws of his foot paws down against her haunches and scraped downwards as he began to thrust in sharp brutal movements. There were wet noises at the apex of each and every drive forward, the ridges popping in and out, caressing her heat swollen body as she twisted herself back and forth. Her tail tried to yank free of his hold, but when he tugged he drove forward harder, jabbing his knot against her as she shrieked out again. The walls started to splay open wider and wider, forcing the walls to splay open as she tried to squeeze tightly enough to stop him. Her inner walls feeling every ridge as they tugged backwards before the next thrust forced her forward.

Her twin snarled out again, a warning towards the other drake and his wings spread open wider, dropping to either side while the next forceful thrust wedged the knot inwards. Her walls were pried open, splaying wider and wider, a taut ring to hug around the swollen flesh as the tip rammed up hard right against her cervix. The hot ooze of precum smeared over the dimpled opening and pushed inwards as the walls wrapped around him. It ached, even as her juices were pushed out and smeared along her haunches she wasn't nearly wet enough to take the thickness, but her twin didn't care. He hooked his claws harder against her haunch and gave a sudden drive forward, sinking his knot into her with a humiliating wet noise and the tip bruised her cervix with the powerful thrust forward.

The haunches shuddered and bucked, dragging backwards and trying to pull his knot out of her before plunging forward again. Caressing the ridges through her estrus ridden body as the base began to swell wider and wider, his tongue rasped along the line of her neck, nipping again, forgetting the rival that he was trying to protect her from. He protected her the only way he thought he knew how, by claiming her before the other male had any right, despite the fact Shika writhed wildly. Her tail lashed and her paws clawed up great furrows of dirt beneath her as she tried to yank her way free as each passing moment made the cock grow thicker and heavier. The ache blossoming worse even as the nudge of the tip slipped right along he cervix, settling into the natural indentation there so she felt a shock of pleasure burst through her.

He was pressing against a bundle of nerves so deliciously sensitive she would have writhed and ground back against him if he were a true lover, instead she snapped her jaws shut and tried to brace herself. The knot flared open the full length as her brother's haunches gave a final violent thrust against her, forcing his cock as deep as it would go within her passage as the ridges began to swell open wider and wider. They pressed through her, stimulating her body and forcing it to react, she could no more stop it than she could stop her leg from jumping at a tap to the knee. She clamped down tightly and began to pull, suckling around the glistening red cock as her twin lifted his head and shrieking out a roar of pleasure.

She felt the first thick rope flinging into her and thudding against the opening of her cervix, forcing along the narrow opening and oozing inwards as the length throbbed within her. The creature that she had known from the moment she had hatched claimed her, the sperm rich semen pushing in deeper and deeper as her legs quivered in place. Her eyes squeezed shut while she let out a whimpering cry, pulling the thick hot ooze ever deeper into her body, hating herself for it, but she could no more stop it than she could change back to her normal form. Already millions of the sperm flushing through her, seeking and surging deeper towards the promise of her ova, ready to breech them and force her to carry his bestial egg.

"Rrrr.... Your brother can have your womb, but your muzzle will be mine." Ronam's voice was harsh and mocking as Shika opened her eyes. The drake's paw cupped beneath his dark girth, kneading it with his toes lightly to coax out another fat slippery drop of precum to ooze over the back of his fingers. "I'm sure that your tongue will be just as clever around my cock as it was in calling me an animal."

Dellev jerked his hips forward and ground himself, sending another warm wave of seed oozing into her as Shika turned her head away. Ronam's laughter brought heat to her muzzle, but she could not answer him, could not defend herself, she could only shudder as the hot thick slippery tongue began to rasp possessively along her neck.

"Ronam Hinsh Elijan, you may stand." The old Rider stood straight and tall in front of the GodStones. His eyes were narrowed with hatred and disgust as he watched the hinsh-el stand up with a lazy stretch of his wings.

Ronam had waited so long for this day, patiently and quietly, and it had all been worth it. They could do nothing to refuse him, they could not deny him this right as he flared his wings open and inclined his head down towards the Rider and strode up to the alabaster stones that rose up to the sky. One massive one was in the center of many smaller ones, like a tooth fallen from some great beast that had once existed. It was the center of their religion, their being, their world. They would come here to swear great oaths and blood feuds, they would pass here at their death and be presented at their birth, and they would be mated before it so that the gods might bless their union. And today was the day he would be mated, fifteen long years he had waited, battling against the courts who tried to deny him the right due to his being.

"My dear, you might stand down if you wish to." The elder whispered the words to the young dragoness who moved up beside him.

Arathia was as beautiful as any creature ever born, scaled in blood red with the faintest edge of purple along the tip of her tail and the fringe of her jaw. She had the softest silver eyes and a slender neck that led down to a tall lithe body. She was as lovely as her mother, perhaps even more so as she gave the man an piercing look and stepped forward. The murmur of the crowd turned to disgust as she moved to his side and placed her hand right along his broad foreleg in a show of her support. His jaws parted in a smug smile as he lifted his other forepaw and pressed it right against the stone. She wouldn't deny him, he had raised her, and she had always known for what. He had withheld nothing from her and never would, just as he withheld nothing from her brother Daral, his strong right wing and body guard.

Today starts the day of my new life.. My family name... He thought to himself before beginning the age old words that would seal their mateship before the gods. Shika's offspring were all that he had hoped, and he already had plans for the next egg that she was brooding with her twin. They would sire his bodyguard and harem, and his own offspring would take the shame of Hinsh Elijan and form it into a name of respect and power.
