This happens to be a commission for goldelite over on FA.

I'm beginning to notice a lot of 'dragon' in my titles for stories. Hmm. That aside at least it's very applicable here, for there is a whole lotta dragon to explore! I mean, uh, at least be the focus of the story. Never mind the fish. <3

This was a cute commission to write. I'm glad Goldelite came to it for me!

Also the goddamn formatting seems to screw up, AGAIN, every time I open the file. Maybe you guys will have better luck with it.

Watching from the safety of a small cliff, just barely above thetop of the leaves on trees below, would lay low a gray scaled dragon. He was a beast which called himself Goldelite, it seeming of which it was hiding a certain aspect of his life, considering the only other colors his scales would display were through red markings across the face. While not considered small in the overall spectrum of the animal kingdom, he wouldn't either be recognized as the largest of the broad species that his heritage was known to grow; twelve foot to the shoulder was still surely nothing to ignore. This knowledge happened to be the precise reason for which he watched thehorizon.

Peaceful, yet living alone among his lands, there would be a particular creature which he was spying upon. The past few days have disrupted his daily routine due to the emergence of another dragon which had never been seen across all his travels. The dragon appeared after a calamity had hit the landscape to the south, for it came from what seemed like a blazing ball from the sky would have birthed out of a metal shell a finned reptile. Beyond that the predominantly blue scaled creature was huge, and well enough to be towering over the trees of which it would walk among, yet seemed to live like a normal dragon might. To the gray dragon, the blue one was an even greater mystery beyond all that, for it seemed to live most of its hours awake swimming in the depths of the sea.

With a powerful push of his hind legs, the wingless dragon launched himself through the air. A quick drop downwards, utilizing slightly blunted claws to grapple upon the bark of a tree, he'd use the momentum to perform one last jump to the ground. Swiftly and silently the curious dragon ran until the forest of tropical trees thinned out due to the transition of loamy soil to soft sands. Coming to a slow trot and finally to a stop, the dragon peered downwards. In the brief moment in pause of movement the red eyes shined with a thirst for knowledge; a footprint would be seen, the first of its kind, quite clearly from the aquatic dragon he was tracking. Goldelite could see how he that his body appeared barely larger than a single toe, in comparison to the print left behind in the sand. The dragon which he sought seemed to be larger than he thought, and thus his red tipped tail twitched quicker more with curiosity plaguing his mind. Nothing this large lived on his planet, he was sure of it, so from where had this new dragon come from and just how did it survive?

There wasn't much the smaller dragon could figure out in one sitting, but he had finally worked up the bravery to sneak to closer proximity to the aquatic based creature. Judging from the freshness of the paw mark, which he had hopped on by, he was right on schedule for trailing the beast. Every day nearing the end of the short twilight minutes leading into the night, the finned dragon seemed to slink within the warm waters for what Goldelite assumed was to hunt. What he didn't know, however, was just how much this dragon needed to sustain itself and how far from shore it would go. He planned to find out. When breaching the end of the trees and coming upon the unrestrained wind of the seas, he'd stop to take a deep breath of fresh water to enjoy in the calm it brought on the mind. Noticing to his left a long and thin trail, he was able to deduce the existence of something delicate that likely dragged across the ground which hung from beneath the tail. He recalled seeing something of a dewlap-skin earlier, but figuring the creature to be so based around the water, it should be more likely a fin. With a soft sigh, followed by one more deep breath, he'd launch himself within the waters.

After taking as deep of a breath as his lungs could hold, Goldelite would plop his head below the darkening waters. His own disturbances to the water were eclipsed by that of the much larger aquatic dragon seen, for just the blink of an eye, swimming elsewhere in the waters. Everything was right on queue according to the plan so far. From here on out, however, the gray dragon hadn't the slightest inkling of what exactly he should be watching for or what actions to even take. Diving further down and outwards with puffed cheeks, bubbles occasionally escaping his nostrils, he'd quickly devise his next actions in the limited time.

The blue dragon seemed to go completely invisible in the nighttime waters. Light glaring off the surface of the water helped create shadows of objects, but for one unaccustomed to such an environment, the actual objects themselves were difficult to focus on. Plant life in the warm salty waters waved about idly as anything living seemed either to be in hiding or plain resting, perhaps for the fact of a larger and unknown best being in the area. In an almost reckless mannerism this gave Goldelite hope and spurred his eagerness to witness the other dragon's lifestyles. Quickly scooting away from the rock with a push of his hind legs, he'd paddle himself into open waters clumsily with the use of all four paws. With a tail flicking back and forth with little help to his propulsion, he'd quickly look back and forth.

Goldelite's cheeks puffed somewhat with the strain of holding his breath. Bubbles escaped at a quicker rate and in bursts from his nose. All the while he moved his head around to search for the hidden finned beast, yet eyes nor ears unaided seemed enough to detect much of anything at all. The dragon thought that perhaps he simply wasn't quick enough to find what he wished in this method. Troubling however was that the other dragon could be gone as quick as it had come. Floating suspended in the water for a couple brief moments, the burning sensation for a want of air was overcoming the lungs. There was no other choice but to start his ascent back to the surface along with a somber feeling of defeat while inching back to shore.

A flurry of movement suddenly halted the dragon rising back for air. Within an instant he had been overcome with a large school of fish swimming wildly around at dizzying speeds. None of them were all too large, but there was strength in numbers, and these silver scaled fish seemed to understand this. Their purpose of movement didn't seem to be exclusively about hostility, but rather fear, as they ebbed and flowed in defensive movements. Goldelite was lost entirely within, clawing out in the confusion created. All the more confusing to him would be that they seemed to completely ignore his presence. It was then that he realized they weren't swimming from anything, but in fact they were being contained by something else moving around. Just barely he could see the glimmer of something flashing against the moonlight from between momentary gaps of the bodies of fish, moving in a spherical fashion to keep the fish how it wanted. Bubbles popping in the water along with the quick movements of bodies pushing themselves through the water ensured that all other noises other than the fish would be forfeit to the ears.

Breaking apart their formation, the school of fish gave sight for Goldelite to see exactly what was going on. He felt like the core of their group, and in a way, to be much in the same position that they were. It was happening so quickly, but he was finally face to face with the dragon which he wished to inspect from earlier. Or, moreover, he was able to view into the mouth which made up that face in an awe-inspiring fashion. There was just enough light pointing in at the correct angle to illuminate the maw of the aquatic dragon.

Time felt like it froze in place as the large blue creature was seen lurching forward, yet any movements were perceived as so quickly that they left a blur. There was a distinct lack of fear in Goldelite's mind as he stared wide eyed forward. The fish swam in such a fashion that they created almost a funnel around his peripheral vision, so that he would focus entirely on the dragon in front. The tongue was seen extended and hooked upwards, ready to flick and ensnare anything that might come in its path. Teeth glittered in the white light from above, as anything beyond that was invisible in the darkness where light wouldn't escape.

Reality hit the gray dragon quickly as the jaws of the larger dragon snapped shut. A powerful suction of water, as if the beast were inhaling, quickly ensured that anything free floating in the immediate vicinity was taken inside. The suction was very specific in how it pulled Goldelite forward while he tucked his tai, and paws close to his body in a defensive position. Gliding gracefully along the edge of the tongue, his sight was filled with a blur of purple and white-ish blue; flesh and moonlit water blending together. Fish smacked against his sides in the chaos of what took place in what was just a couple fleeting seconds. In a way he wasn't meant to be there, and it was as if he were more of an obstruction to the other prey objects as a result.

The smaller dragon would be battered relatively harmlessly while caught in a state of limbo. While the larger dragon kept snapping for other fish and gulping them down voraciously, Goldelite was found to be bouncing between those finned creatures and the tongue itself. One particularly powerful blunt force to Goldelite's left flank would be enough to have him gasp out in surprise, and with that the last of his precious air would have been expelled. Enough momentum would be preserved through quick thinking to angle himself parallel with where he felt the tongue. Quick thinking based purely on instinct was what many dragons often excelled at. He found himself caught up perfectly with the flow of water to lodge himself between theside of the tongue and gums just below the teeth near the back and bottom of the maw. His eyes closed as along with the release of his final breath.

Gasping for air would have come much easier than Goldelite would have expected. He'd sputter out a warm and thicker liquid; much like water, but clearly holding many more components within it. Swishing the saliva around in his mouth as if his unconscious brain quicker understood the impact of the situation, he'd figure out that it was simply the saliva of the larger dragon. He had to count his blessings at this point, for the larger beast had ended the feast quick enough to close the mouth and cease the torrent of fish and water. The only thing left now was to squirm free between the teeth, which now pushed along his backside, and the tongue along his underbelly. Proving trickier than to be expected, for the tickling sensation that any wiggling created was more than enough to disrupt even the most steeled of adventurers. Taking several deeper breaths, he'd rest to regain some composure. Much of his olfactory sense was obscured, much the same with his vision, by the constant mask of saliva he'd have to periodically shake away. Anything which he did grab a whiff of would be very much like, unsurprisingly, that of the fresh salt waters he had been swimming through not so long ago.

Movements melded with each other by the larger beast. Goldelite could feel as the tongue would shift positions lazily every now and again in seemingly random directions. Each inch moved ensured a fresh coating of the adhesive liquid was applied against his scales. Judging by the gentle rocking of what was assumed to be swimming, the larger dragon continued on with life as the little being seemed evidently inconspicuous despite fidgeting. With a combination of his movements and that of the tongue, however, there was enough give to make way for a slight descent. Pawing about for any object to latch on to, he'd try to make sure he wouldn't move any more than he had to for fear of making his presence known. The tongue seemed to move in accordance by inching away like a giant slug.

At this point the gray dragon's heart was beating harder than a drum. He had come too far to be discovered already, and judging by the movements the tongue exhibited it proved likely that the jig was up. Or at least he at first believed. The giant muscle seemed to be arching upwards without any care about what the smaller dragon was actually doing, which allowed him to finally flounder about in surprise at his freedom of movement. In a quick slide he'd find himself at the bottom of the mouth; the frenulum for the tongue. It was like bathing in a pool of heated liquid, as Goldelite was able to splash about with his feet when trying to right himself. His nose would come in contact with the lingual portion of connective tissue with a different type of tickling applied. There was a certain satisfaction to the light rub it gave as it stretched upwards, while the tip of the tongue could be felt pressing down against his partially curled tail. Ducking down and keeping quiet, observing, he'd feel the thickened liquid around his legs rush along his body. Following it just a moment after, a defining and resounding gulp pierced into his ear holes to send a shiver down his spine. It was borne both of being innately curious about the situation, and at the same time somewhat jealous he couldn't witness the process more thoroughly. He understood, then, that the dragon likely mistook him for nothing more than a leftover fish to be swallowed down.

Natural bodily processes weren't much to wasting time as Goldelite would find out, as in his daydreaming mind in the inky darkness of the mouth, he'd feel the tongue laying atop of him. A cacophony of squishing sounds ensued as liquid shifted with the muscle before finally relaxing. It pushed at him with hefty weight, and he would comply to help mask his presence all the more. His muzzled would be mostly submerged in the once-again collecting liquid of the maw, and he'd ensure his nostrils were above the surface, almost akin to an alligator. Despite it sticking fairly well to the bottom side of the muscle with every breath, he'd gain a deeper sense of what the mouth smelt like, at least from the bottom. It was soothing in a way, much like being close to the water at all times, but with a certain fishy scent that was impossible to ignore. With the mouth having been shut for long enough the natural ambient smells permeated below, helping reinforce the fact that the larger dragon primarily hunted the crop of the sea. Changes in movement on the outside world helped the smaller dragon to understand just what was taking place, and with the lack of piercing strokes signaling swimming along with an absence of bobbing to tell of walking, it was very likely that the blue dragon was resting on land.

There was no other time like the present to finally make a move. Goldelite had spied on the larger dragon long enough to at least understand when it would sleep, but moreover, understood on a personal level that there was nothing else like sleeping after a fulfilling feast. One object could be ticked off his imaginary list, and that was the larger dragon seemingly fed mostly upon fish in large binges. Flicking his tail slightly to feel at the slimy grasp of a cold and fibrous object, he'd also suspect that water plant life was a small yet secondary attribute to a balanced meal.

Weakly and slowly the small dragon would bend his legs and reposition his paws so that he'd be able to create some level of lift for himself. The texture of the fleshy tissue beneath him was strangely comfortable despite being tough just below. Perhaps the actual feeling of flesh itself helped attribute that level of comfort, especially when combined with the slightly wrinkled texture that the frenum possessed. Even though the downward force of the resting tongue seemed to feel like several hundred pounds to the smaller dragon, it had a certain give to it that made it easier to circumvent. It wasn't so much that it was being lifted, but Goldelite could feel how it molded around his body; the exceptionally slick underside creating a pocket that was nearly too comfortable for him to want to move. Keeping his mind on track, at least for now, he'd quickly swing his body weight to the left in order to roll over and hold the tongue with his paws once again, albeit in a different fashion.

Squeezing his toes together Goldelite would feel the tongue with more depth. The convenient upward mounds that were created between the weight and upward force helped him to isolate and concentrate on what sections he wished for. It was sort of amusing of a feeling for him to be able to manipulate something so heavy and forceful in small locations. Slowly yet surely the exploratory pawing transitioned more into a gentle massage as the little dragon's mind wandered slightly. He couldn't help but relax; the firm underside almost perfectly fitted for the natural curvature of his spine. With a slow and constant stream of saliva flushing at a lazy pace along his side and past the tongue it felt to be a better bed than he could ever have wished.

It was then that Goldelite snapped to attention and realized that he was drifting off his course and goal. He was here to mentally document more than just the underside of a foreign dragon's tongue after all, though this was a good start to the mental map being made. It wasn't often that someone could get in a location such as this, and for what actual use this information could be utilized future he would give no thoughts towards. This did, however, beg the question of just what else the larger dragon was hiding among its physiology. Curling his toes with upwards stretched forelegs, the small dragon latched upon what he assumed to be the tip of the tongue; using the gums and bottom teeth as a guideline for when to reach upwards. With tiny kicks proving useless for providing momentum, it was up to a long series of pulls to get himself out from beneath the heavy muscle.

With a few extra tugs, the gray dragon would finally find himself residing atop of the tongue, with a plethora of new scents to explore. Taking a deep breath caused his nasal passages to flare due to the curious scents in the air. Most predominant was that of fish. In fact, for Goldelite, the smell of the previous meals seemed to overpower that of the dragon's own scents, and doubly so when combined with the otherwise pleasant aroma of the fresh sea water. That was until a glob of saliva would have stretched forth from the tougher palette from the top of the maw to obscure his nostrils just as he took another testing sniff. It was then that a combination of, once again fish, but that coupled with ocean vegetation, a certain tinge of flesh itself, and a overbearing concoction of pheromones and bacteria giving off their own scents in large. For another dragon living off the land it was akin to a smorgasbord of delightful information. Not only that but he was able to relish in the sensation of how it would roll across his scales in a slow oozing fashion. Just by standing still and letting gravity take control of the situation, one could have their body cleansed in an odd sense of the term.

The next step in the process would be to finally get a more concrete view of the area at hand. Pushing his paws down into the squishy floor that was the tongue, he focused upon himself to live up to his namesake; Goldelite would exhibit a natural bio-luminescence from the normally red colored dotted triangle just above the brow of his eyes and stripes along the back jawline. It would be a faint glow not even detectable in moonlight, but within enclosed caverns with no other light source, would be more than enough for his powerful eyes to catch any and all reflections. And he was left in awe with the faint gurgling noises coming deep within the dragon's body to fill in the silence.

For the first time the curious dragon was able to catch light of just how beautiful the larger dragon's mouth looked to be as he was astounded with the brilliant purple hue the flesh took on. Every tiny centimeter looked dazzling and entrancing, for each insignificant fold in the flesh created the illusion that there were millions of jewels laden just below the skin of the flesh. No matter where he looked the saliva reflected the light in the most impressive ways. Tiny glints here or there, caused from miniscule movements of the mouth, would attract his attention as he'd try to move towards it to get a better view, only to have the one he was chasing disappear and another glint materialize elsewhere. There were times where he'd trip and slip upon the broad surface of the smooth tongue. Squeezing the flesh between his toes wasn't much of an option as all it did was ensure his body was all the more slicked up, but it was as if he were hypnotized by the endless shining. He truly felt as if he had passed through some realm into a warm, magical cave. And a giant one at that. The scope of the maw itself was enormous and extremely predatory in nature. With a high ceiling to the rough palette at the top of the maw, with yellowish-white teeth partially parted to just barely reveal the cracked flesh of the cheeks; there was likely quite a large amount of food that could be held with just a little stretching.

While finally finding the courage to move forward, Goldelite found the area to be like a moving cave, or at least from time to time, as the little dragon found his gait to cause stimulation. Every now and again the sides of the tongue would curl upwards to try and control the little one's movements, and at other times it would stretch beneath his body almost with purpose to aid in walking, but with how lazy and slow the actions would be it was clearly nothing more than simple natural reactions. If nothing else the small dragon seemed to enjoy such changes in his environment, harkening it to be a sort of playground. Even when falling forth with a quiet splat upon the wet muscle, he'd stare to take in the slightly porous structure of the tongue. Every time he'd pull himself upwards he'd be sure to leave a passing nuzzle to the nearest bump, a taste bud, to incite the movements once again for his amusement. The texture itself was amusing to rub up against in any case, for in places there would be leftovers of fish scales and other vegetation for unique variances.

It came to the point that the fish-sized morsel had forgotten why he even got himself caught in the first place. There was no sense of fear for his predicament of needing to get the mouth open again at some point, and there was no quarrel in his mind with moving closer towards the back of the throat. He was able to make note of how that particular segment seemed quite well blockaded with folds of the back of the long tongue taking up much of the space. The only thing allowing the dragon to breathe would be how the edges of the strangely prehensile tongue flapped about at the passing of the most eased of breaths. Tilting his head upwards caused the little legs to stop right in their tracks, as he was entranced now more than ever by a single simple object.

Bobbing up and down with idle animation in the aquatic dragon's sleep, there would be an uvula taking up what would otherwise be a severe lack of space. It was at this time that the smaller dragon could have wondered if this dragon truly had come from far away, as it shared this trait with his own species, but that would be if Goldelite could even focus a passing thought on anything but the dancing flesh. Taking a deep gulp, as though he knew that it might be the end to his silent exploration, he stretched his neck upwards. With a quick jab he'd bump against the musculus tissue to be rewarded with both the quiet squish of soft flesh and the quick dab of saliva connecting between it and his nose. Squishing his toes in against the soggy floor with excitement, a great deal of the younger dragon's inner hatchling began to show itself. Rubbing his head against the bottom proved the small collection of muscle to be surprisingly weighty for what it was, which allowed him to have it form around his head just slightly as if it were a hat. Holding just a few seconds, the playful dragon would allow a slightly more runny of saliva to slide between his scales before quickly lifting his snout upwards to give it a much more proper of a rub with his face. There was a strange tickling sensation that was brought with it which was oddly addictive, as though it actually secreted its own unique liquid.

All of this begged the question of what exactly it tasted of, at least in the mind of one who held no limits when wishing to explore everything possible. There wasn't anything particularly different about the smell it would seem, but if there was it'd be greatly overpowered by the gastric smells wafting up from down below and the other side of the folded tongue. Perhaps that was simply due to a lack of conscious effort from the larger dragon. Without any thought of what the consequences could be, Goldelite extended his own pink colored tongue to swab it along the fellow dragon's muscle. What was meant to be a quick and teasing swipe turned into a slow and careful stroke as he focused on the feelings and flavors to be had. The taste wasn't all that different from what he had gotten before; perhaps a bit stronger sense of saliva and other liquids to change the texture. The sensations, however, were unlike that which he had felt before. It was almost a joyful feeling just to swish about the liquid in his mouth, as it would leave a tingling behind which seemed to relieve any negative feelings. In fact it seemed to specifically target the nerves to bring out feel-good impressions upon a form. Much to his surprise there seemed to be a nearly addictive quality to the clear and tasteless liquid that worked upon the mind like a drug.

Goldelite wouldn't notice, in what was like a small natural high, that his environment was changing ever so slightly. The tongue below him stirred with life, and with purpose, as it lifted him ever upwards towards and against the uvula. It was somewhat of a stretch before to have the small dragon try and reach upwards, but now it was well within grasping range without much strain. It was then that the small dragon would hop upwards and latch directly onto the hanging muscle. It was rather evident there was an absolute lack of any reflexive gag for this specific piece of anatomy, furthering the belief for the small dragon that this really was some sort of factory for pleasure inducing liquids and enzymes. Clenching his forepaws with an equally tight hold of the legs, he'd more than happily rub his body up and against the glossy flesh. Its bulbous form, with how it reformed perfectly once any pressure was lifted, brought a goofy smile to the small dragon's face. The hind legs were utilized for ever so gently stroking along the bottom side of it, for in truth they barely had any room to latch on anyways due to it being around half the size of his body even with his weight causing it to stretch downwards. Snaking his tail around, the flexible small critter used the harmless red-shaded spade to scratch along any exposed flesh of the uvula as if hoping it would both stimulate the production of its unique nectar, but also to bring a sort of joy to the larger dragon's dreams. He would prod here and there to feel both where the liquid might excrete in higher concentration, but also to explore for any direct reactions to hint at where it might feel the best.

Sensing the broad of the tongue against his back ever so gently slide across it allowed Goldelite to feel as though the bigger beast did gain some enjoyment in his sleep. Though the way the tongue moved seemed to indicate different motives, of which the joy filled dragon didn't quite realize. There was a slight bit of movement to the uvula, it waggling back and forth ever so slightly, as he felt a change in position from the outside world. The larger dragon was moving its head. He would look downwards, squeezing his head between his own chest and the squishy muscle he latched onto with amazing flexibility, to peer downwards at some extra sounds not noticed earlier. With liquid covered eyes his vision would be blurred, but they would widen in awe as even he understood what was going on. The esophagus was fully exposed as the tongue had moved away. While laying down, Goldelite knew well that the neck should be horizontal to the ground, and thus there wouldn't be anything to actually look at below him; the only way to gaze within the esophagus at that time would have been to look forward. However now, with the yawning pit below him, this indicated that the dragon's head had raised and up into full position. The aquatic beast was awake, and likely had been for much of his toying with the uvula. He had to wonder if it was as enjoyable for him to caress it as it was for the larger dragon to indulge upon those sensations.

This new sight was one to truly behold. It seemed almost endless, for while the light he did give off wasn't all that powerful, there was a specific feeling to know that one was staring down into a pit of which you can't even see the floor of. Not only that, but it was a seemingly endless hole of bountiful vitality. Every second there would be a new section of the body moving as the flesh rolled along with itself and squeezed together. Every time any two portions of flesh opposite of each other touched there would be a web of mucous and saliva left behind as a quickly fleeting remembrance of the past action. Constant waves of air flowed past Goldelite's body, both from above and from below, in a calm pace. He could feel the chill of fresh air pass down from above, only to be reminded of a vastly different world which lay below once the air came back up; hot, humid, and sticky with the powerful scents of an inner dragon's body which should be a warning in and of itself that, for the most part, anything which entered would never leave again. With the tongue pressing in from behind with slightly more pressure, and the uvula which he held upon lifting in accordance, a new show was about to begin.

Likely due from a lack of movement, the larger dragon decided it was time to indulge itself upon what could be considered a very tiny midnight snack. A tasty one at least, for the way the tongue slowly rubbed up and down against Goldelite's back would indicate his gray scales to be of attractive flavoring. Down below, however, he'd watch as muscles from the entrance of the throat would slowly come together whilst the back of the tongue finally arched upwards to ready itself for its next act. Like clockwork, all of the flesh seemingly congealed upon itself to grasp at his tiny body still clinging to the uvula. He couldn't fight back, nor did he even seem to have the want of it, for he was so thoroughly enamored with the actions taking place that he simply froze. A swell of liquid rushed around him in a sudden act which felt as though he was stricken with a brick wall. An intense suction funneled him where he was destined to go, as the smooth muscle captured him within its surprisingly gentle grasp to bring him downwards. Air rushed around him and the buildup of saliva, and with muscle moving faster than the eye could keep track of, the sound of a gulp echoed around his head as it seemed as though his entire world gave way beneath his body. Between having been tumbled about in the sudden movements and the way the body controlled his form, he'd watch as the walls of flesh to either side of him rushed by as he fell down head-first. The tiny form, in comparison to the larger dragon's body, would be incapable of causing any blockage. This was evident inthat it seemed to take but a single swallow to ensure that he was sent down the entire tract.

The trek downwards, while in reality would be swift, would still feel to last for ages for the smaller dragon considering, even though he could see the immediate surroundings of dark purple flesh, there was no telling when the end may come. Caught up in the maelstrom of pre-digestive liquids courtesy the mouth and esophagus he dared not move in any way, not so much in fear of harming himself, but of being a nuisance to the larger dragon he had intruded upon. In a way it was rather exhilarating for Goldelite to travel downwards, as he'd bounce every now and again against the flesh with his belly before it'd clench like a trap around him to ensure he'd not falter too much. It was difficult, however, to keep his eyes open to watch ahead as the thicker mucous lining the esophageal muscle constantly splattered against his face. Breathing as well would be a laborious task as the same liquid would clog his nostrils, and if breathing through the mouth, constantly splattered within. At least in this way he was able to sample the much more heavily fishy flavorings of the gooey warmth from the liquid in this location. Even his hearing wouldn't be of much use, for beyond that of the constant squelching of undulating muscle and shifting liquids, there would be the ever quickly approaching pass-by of the dragon's heart elsewhere in the body.

It was then that the quick trip downwards would come to a halt. It was as if he had gone through a chute at blazing speeds, but the sphincter ring of muscle had grasped upon Goldelite's body ever so casually. There was nothing more than a quick fluttering feeling of the deceptively strong flesh as it passed so quickly, yet in that instant it happened, he'd feel how it formed against his body like the scales upon his skin. He knew exactly where he was now, however, and it would be the stomach of the larger beast. Strangely, however, the pounding of the heart was rather close by, indicating that the anatomy of the aquatic creature was at least somewhat different than the norm. Either that, or considering the size, it simply had to work much harder and strained than a creature closer to his own size.

Despite the new muscle which he'd glide upon having quite the wavy pattern to it, and how inexplicably soft it was, it would do little in toning down Goldelite's momentum. The stomach seemed to flatten in preparation for the body, and he'd find that the mucous lining this muscular wall to be exceedingly slippery. Ever so slightly he'd naturally climb upwards along the curved wall as the speeds died down, and once gravity took hold once more, the dragon could once again control of his body as it settled upon the bottom of the gut. At least, if nothing else, the end to the downwards racing speeds came with very soft padding due in part to the cushioned nature of the muscle. It was here that he'd finally be able to stare with wide eyes, darting everywhere without a moment to rest, at the new stimuli taking place.

Everything truly seemed to be a haze for the little creature as the addictive secretions from earlier caused the situation to feel incredibly surreal, never mind the fact of him being able to move and be well alive inside the stomach of another living creature. Reaching his head up, Goldelite would peer around to watch the flesh around him lazily roll and retract within itself, but much unlike the esophagus, ithaving a much more cloudy looking texture to it with what looked to be a glistening aura, as light reflected off of locations which had likely never been truly seen. Brighter purple hued veins could be seen running alone the walls, hiding just beneath a clear layer of skin-like substance. Prodding along the bottom which he still lay, he could feel how the flabby material seemed to resist pressure better the stronger it was. It was a clever design for a beast which often swallowed live prey, for it was quite unlikely anything would be strong enough to actually puncture their way through to freedom. The smell, however, cleverly masked the fact of location. Despite the heavy atmosphere and muggy feel, the scents were actually quite fresh, as though he were breathing air from the outside world. Could this be a true stomach, or something more to store things for later, he had to wonder. Pressing into collected globs of mucous, he wouldn't even feel any pervasive liquids trying to chip away at his scales. In fact this felt very much unlike what anything could be digested in, but rather to sleep in for a cozy and well earned rest. What was strange, however, was the lack of fish. He remembered quite clearly that he originally didn't enter into the mouth alone. As though an answer to his inner pondering, deep guttural sounds took place just below and behind him with a hefty vibration to boot, as though timed to catch his attention. With curiosity not yet being a tapped resource for the dragon, he had to find out just what else this larger beast was hiding.

This wasn't done without any thought however, for he knew the dire circumstances Goldelite could find himself within. One would think that he'd take this into consideration from the get go, but in the beginning that would have simply been a hindrance to his endeavors. Feeling around for the epicenter of where the miniature quake had taken place would quickly allow him to feel a steep dip in the flesh that he lay upon. It was already half open, and just by poking about with his tail and hindpaws, he could feel a greater deal of warmth erupting forth at a comfortable pace. Combining that with the smooth vibrations sputtering forth every so often it would seem more that the extra entrance were begging him to come forth. Realigning himself proved to be somewhat of a challenge, for when ever he'd push against the fleshy floor beneath him, it would give way just enough so that his feet would sink into it, but he'd be unable to gain leverage due to a lack of solidity. Squirming around for several minutes resulted in him rolling around onto his back as he'd flop about. There would be a soft suckling motion taking place against his doubled up tail, asit pushed up to rest along his own belly and his legs. It took a moment for him to realize that it was more or less the body itself accepting his pleas for exploring further onwards. In reality it was nothing more than him accidentally tricking the body that he was just another fish that was left behind, and thus triggering an automatic response in ensuring he be put in place. Tilting his head downwards, his tail would flicker about against his own belly in excitement at the autonomous massages taking place along his body. It felt like he were entering a much tighter segment of the esophagus if nothing else, and yet it stretched around his body just enough to make sure there was enough clearance for him to slip on in. Allowing the body to be as restrictive as it wanted, he'd go limp and allow the body to take its course on him.

Expecting something of a drop similar to the swallow from before, the muscular contractions taking place here were much more slow and casual. They were tight, yet never uncomfortable or at risk of harming his body, so truthfully Goldelite was able to simply sigh out in bliss at receiving a full-body massage like that he'd ever dreamed of; his body slowly gliding along as if he were being pulled along a floor instead of falling downwards. The way the sphincter lipped around him to create slick sounds was able to ease him into somewhat of a more dreamy state than before. There was still quite clearly a large dose of enzymes from the uvula infiltrating his mind, but he certainly wasn't putting up much resistance to that fact. With the tract itself being barely as long as himself, as his face would find itself snuggling into the hold of the smooth muscle, he'd feel the environment further along with his receptive feet.

It was here that the smaller dragon quickly realized would be the actual stomach which he figured would be the final destination from before. Instantly recognizable, when enough air escaped between the movements of flesh due to his body entering the new chamber, he'd take a large whiff of noxious gas from bodies decomposing. Once his body had gained enough freedom for movement, he'd recognize that this would yet again be another drop. Bracing himself, as the third sphincter of his trip relinquished his form, the intensely hotter atmosphere compared to before would surprise and buffet him slightly. His rump would catch the flesh of the wall where he'd once again go for a slide, albeit much shorter, as he'd come to rest among the bountiful harvest of fish which he would recognize as the meal from earlier with a soft splash in heated liquids. Those liquids seemed to consist mostly a mixture of water, saliva, and mucous from the stomach, and the water seemed to be in highest concentration, for it was enough for the fish to live in. Needless to say he'd be utterly surprised, when coming in contact with the finned creatures, that they'd flop about in confusion and fear from being touched so suddenly.

While splashing about to keep himself above the water, he'd find that in essence all Goldelite needed to do was wade and paddle every so often with minimal effort. The stomach appeared nearly filled to the brim with previous meals that the fish themselves were like a part of the flesh. One wouldn't be able to tell just what species of fish they were, however, from the fact that their fins appeared to be mostly disintegrated, and thus resulting in their useless flailing when ever the gray dragon would make too sudden of movements. Combining that with the stench which filled the air it near outright baffled and disorientated him to the point of becoming dizzy. There first and foremost was the rotten smell of the fish. He did not know how long it would take for them to decompose naturally, but within the stomach of the beast they had at least begun to ferment quite ripely, hinting at an excruciatingly slow digestive process. The noxious liquids wouldn't make much of an appearance save for Goldelite occasionally spotting a wavy green substance spreading throughout the water and between the fish. The same destructive enzymes lined the extremely smooth and slick walls of the stomach and oozed forth at a lazy pace. It was a fairly stringy and surprisingly sticky substance. One of the reasons for the slow metabolism in breaking down foods was likely from how the acids were applied. Every so often the water levels would rise as the fish rolled about in hapless heaps with the little dragon forced along for the ride. He'd be able to watch as the more creamy-bleached looking purple flesh rolled itself and contracted to leisurely apply the viscous fluids to whatever was unlucky enough to be pressed near the fleshy ceiling and walls; its existence in the water fairly useless due to how diluted it seemed to become.

Gasping for air, Goldelite began to feel a wave of fatigue finally hit him as the mind-altering uvula secretions were finally beginning to wear off, and he could come to realize just how long of a night it had been. The offensive mucous applied to his body when ever the gut made its motions wouldn't be of much harm if not simply for how tough his scales were, but also from manipulating his body to better protect itself. A slightly brighter gold glow resulted in such an action, but it wasn't something he could keep up forever, nor would be fighting against the curdling waters and schools of semi-dead fish. Shifting through the previous meals to find what he would assume to be a sphincter into the intestinal tract, hoping to wiggle and squirm his way to freedom in that manner, would be near impossible due to the density of partially finned creatures. Not only that, but he knew well that could take days in itself, and one couldn't be certain the rest of the alien body was even what he could expect. He'd do his best to relax and conserve energy in what little breathable air there still remained while pressing himself against the stomach walls. Knowing full well he'd be slowly covered in stinging liquid even if not pressing against the walls secreting the noxious fluids, there was nothing he could do to fend off than the swirling liquids. Letting out a quiet sigh, and slumping down, he'd flick the tip of his tail ever so idly at a fold in the flesh to pass by time with what little amusement he could find. Enough time had passed that he no longer paid attention to the cease in sloshing that came by every few minutes from the muscles squeezing in their recognizable pattern.

Just as the smaller dragon would have been ready to drift off to sleep, as if to try and at least rest and find a way to escape the fish plagued fleshy cave, he could feel an intense suction taking place around him. Pressure inside of the stomach had shifted dramatically to the point that he could feel his ear drums pop. The sphincter, which he had luckily been able to rest next to after tumbling about with the rest of the stomach contents, could be seen opening above him wider than he'd ever expect it capable. It seemed unreal as, in the next instant, the intense pressure peaked as the stomach muscles violently flexed inwards. They were impossible to time as they happened at varying intervals, but what Goldelite would find was that he'd be suddenly rushed upwards along with a menial amount of contents from the more dangerous second stomach. Laying on his back once more, staring upwards with open eyes and a heaving from the shock, he'd be nearly deafened by a new set of noises. Very particular sizzling occurred from all locations around him, and including on himself, as the mucous of the forestomach seemed to neutralize the acids from the second to the point of harmlessness. An acrid stench filled the space of the stomach as a result from the interaction of opposing liquids, but one could at least get a quiet chuckle out of how tickling of a sensation it actually felt. He soon realized that he may have been stewing in the second stomach's acids much longer than previously thought, as the smaller dragon felt how deep the bubbling motions took place between his scales and in every orifice he could think of. Even where he tried to protect his eyes, nostrils, and ears there was still prevalent the fizzing, of which would cause him to quickly sneeze and shake his head to expedite the process of lightening his senses. It was at that moment he could feel something else deep inside of his head; a presence which he hadn't noticed before tapping at him to garnish attention.

"Ah, there you are. Thought I'd lost ya, you strange little critter. Why on the ocean's name would you ever willingly get yourself swallowed like that?"

The larger dragon seemed to be speaking directly to Goldelite, as he soon realized after focusing on the words for a short bit. Sounds from the voice weren't as muffled one would expect, and judging by the pleasant ringing taking place in his ears, the speech was literally directly pinged to his mind. Smiling to himself while thinking upon the gender ambiguous voice, he'd just squirm about and pretend to hide beneath one of the fish that been partially regurgitated as if to mask his presence. The smaller dragon knew it wouldn't work, but it was all in play.

"Well, if you wish to be that way, I guess you can stay for a little while longer. I admit I woke up feeling better than ever, and with much better a flavor in my mouth than I could ever have hoped for. I assume that's because of you at least. Just don't get too cozy in there, eh? Help yourself to some fish if you need it. Just not too many!"

It seemed to be that Goldelite had at least gained enough favor to not be ejected at the present time. Swishing his tail in delight, he'd wiggle himself down after pushing the fish off his body. Quickly flipping himself upon all fours in a display that one would think he was mastering the slippery environment, he'd start clenching all four of his paws. His weight allowed him to sink into the flesh to have it surround him ever so slightly, so it was as if he were gaining a gentle massage for his more in depth ministrations. It was now that he could feel his world shift as the larger dragon he resided within likely came to a quick halt with a deep growl of what sounded to be bliss echoing throughout the fleshy cavern. Using that as a cue, the joyful smaller dragon would continue the motions of his feet while pushing his tail against a raised fold of flesh that arched upwards from due to the gentle undulations. At that moment Goldelite was forced to relinquish his hold against the walls as his well being was left in control up to the whim of his suddenly shifting world. Several heavy plops could be heard as half digested fish flopped around him on the cushioned fleshy floor. On the outside, the larger finned dragon had likely fallen over due to the change in where gravity pulled at the smaller dragon. The finned beast seemed to have rolled over onto its side to quickly lay down. What felt to be a very faint vibration coming from the surface of the larger dragon's belly scales in what could be assumed to be a gentle series of pats against the belly. Ever so silently the larger dragon could barely be heard speaking aloud to itself, the voice muffled, but bringing a devious grin to the small dragon's face.

"Perhaps that little bugger could stay in there for a few extra days after all..."
