#6 of Science Fiction, Space and the Far Future

Mother of fuck this took way too long to write. Too many interruptions through the week. But it was fun. Enjoy amigos! The metal ladies need love too!

A small group of men huddled around a barrel, stuffed with papers and whatever burnable objects they could find, keeping their hands pressed to the warmth emanating from the flames. Not far away, on the shambles of wood and metal that consisted of Shantyville, lapped the waves of an ocean, growing steadily, as a storm brewed. All of a sudden, a great boom sounded out which turned the heads of all the men present, as they watched the varied shapes of starships descend from the storm clouds, traveling slowly to the great construct above Shantyville, the space port, which leaned down over the small rocky shelf. An old man, with many layers of rags and scrap piled onto him for clothes, stroked his grey beard. He looked back down to the youngest member of this particular group, smiling.

"I think it'll be good pickin's today lad. You're going to see what you can swindle off the newcomers?"

The Kid nodded, pulling his hands back into the collection of clothes he wore to keep warm, taking one last glance at the burning barrel, before heading off into Shantyville, following the only path which led to the only safe entrance and exit, a monumental pile of scrap against the towering shelf of the Spaceport. Over the years things had been pulled out to construct the filthy little world of Shantyville, in the process creating a path to follow for those to leave in the quest for fortune, and stepping back into the civilized world, or those who came here when they had nowhere left to turn. It would take half an hour for the Kid to scale the pile, but by then, the starships would be just starting to disembark their passengers.

In his trip The Kid came across others scaling the pile, all going upwards with more or less the same goals in mind. Stealing what they could off the tourists, that or suckering them into forking over some of their cash in exchange to be makeshift tour guides. The various beings of Shantyville likely new all the spots, good or bad, because they had been there before, once when they were among society, and then when they started falling. Shantyville was the end of the road for most. In his climb The Kid spotted the familiar shape of one he knew, taller than the rest. He sped up alongside to the tall alien, patting him on the back.

"Hey hey Mazeki, going to do some magic tricks today?"

The blue alien turned his head, revealing six bright yellow eyes, with a wide smile, baring sharp pointed teeth all around.

"Only zee ones zat count. Ze ones to distract zee eyes of our customers."

"You got any word on who they'll be?"

The alien brought all four hands from out of his cloak, shrugging.

"Ze word says mostly refugees. Little tourists today. But, zat doesn't mean we can't welcome some new friends to our special club, no?"

The Kid smiled.

"No harm there. After all, that's how you found me."

Mazeki spread all four arms wide from under his cloak and bared his pointed teeth in a rather poor imitation of a human smile, but the Kid knew the alien genuinely meant well.

"And what a find you were! You've got more talent, even zen me!"

"You're not giving yourself enough credit. You taught me, and I still don't know how you can do half the things you do."

The alien smiled again, draping one of his blue, finned arms over the Kid's shoulders.

"You will someday! But for now, why don't we stick to what we do best? I will entertain our guests, and you will take things zey won't miss!"

The two scaled the pile together, laughing as they went, passing the half hour in no time.

The Kid weaved his way through the crowd, as bellows and cheers rang out as their attention was drawn by Mazeki's performance. He was right, most of the crowd were refugees, no better off than the people down below in Shantyville. But there were still some good pickings. Some foreign money here, some trinkets there. Enough to feed themselves for a few days at the very least. As the Kid traveled through the crowd, he spotted Mazeki pulling forward a volunteer for one of his tricks.

"You sir, come here! Have you ever wanted to have your own currency machine? Ever thought of all ze things you'd buy if you could have whatever amount you needed at ze press of a button?"

The Kid stopped to watch, catching a resounding yes from the volunteer he pulled out of the crowd. Mazeki nodded happily.

"Well today is your lucky day my friend! Through sheer force of mind, I will take whatever credits you give me, and increase zem exponentially! So, what is your offer today friend?"

The Kid caught sight of the volunteer handing over a small card, to which Mazeki raised it up in the air, showing it to the crowd.

"5 credits my friends! Now watch, as I bring good fortune to my brave volunteer!"

Mazeki started his show, first clenching the card in one hand, and then wrapping his second around it, then comically letting it slip out of his hands, to which the crowd laughed as he bent down to scoop it up.

"Zis is bad luck. But no matter! We can turn zis bad bout around!"

Wrapping all four hands around the card, be began to bellow into it from his deep lungs, compacting the ball of his hands tighter and tighter, until light and sparks began emanating from his hands, to which the crowd backed off. After his light show ended, he spread three arms wide, holding the credits out to the volunteer with a smile on his face.

"1000 credits for you today my friend! You must have done something special to please ze gods! Go on then, try zem out right now!"

The crowd waited silently as the man fiddled with a small computer on his wrist, making a purchase over the planetary network. The man's arms flew up into the air as he shouted with glee.

"It's genuine! It worked!"

The crowd cheered madly, rushing towards Mazeki to offer him whatever credits they had. The Kid smiled. Although it wasn't actually 1000 credits, and Mazeki had actually taken the five that had been given to him, his fake 1000 would pass until the tourist began to check his account and find that he was actually spending money he didn't have.

He was still watching Mazeki fend off the crowd, trying to line them up one at a time, when he was shoved in the back roughly. He turned around to see who the culprit was, and shut his mouth before anything came out. A large alien brushed past him and others, bearing a very close resemblance to a massive, stone wall. The Kid wasn't worried about the huge alien that was trampling through the crowd, it was the man in front obscured by it. Cross was on the loose today.

The Kid let the group of miscellaneous aliens and humans pass, looking forwards to where they were headed. He slapped himself mentally when he spotted their target. How hadn't he seen that one before? Alone and out of the crowds in the middle of the hub sat a Synth, clothed in very extravagant, exotic clothing. Very high class, sticking out like a sore thumb, and Cross and his men were heading right for her.

Cross and his group lived elsewhere other than Shantyville. The Kid was told that, in the early days of the forming of the community, Cross was kicked out for his violent tendencies. Shantyville didn't want trouble, or attention drawn to them. All they wanted was some place quiet and out of the way, where they could try their hand at getting back up from whatever life hit them with. Cross was supposedly an ex-mercenary, but that never stopped him from toting his arsenal of equipment and weapons. Today, they were one of the many gangs in the area, one of the top actually, competing for control of the region.

Cross didn't play by any rules, and didn't care if he drew attention to himself. He wanted power, and took it by any means necessary. And it was clear what he was after today. There was no security in sight, which meant they were probably bribed. Whatever the Synth had was worth Cross's time. Whatever the Synth had was probably worth his time too. Except that he wouldn't kill her to get at it. Pulling a spherical device from out of his many pockets, the Kid blew into it, signaling with his hands at the advance Cross was making on the Synth.

Mazeki heard the unique sound, and spotted Cross and his men. Pausing his act, he began moving, chattering to the crowd as they eagerly followed, the large mass heading toward an intercept of Cross and his group. The Kid watched as the Synth continued to sit on her suitcase, looking over to Cross and his approaching group. Mazeki wasn't going to get the group over in time. The Kid had to think on his feet. He couldn't possibly hope to accomplish much against Cross, or his men. They were armed, and he wasn't. And he wasn't a fighter either. They would be in range of the Synth soon, but if he ran, maybe he could get to her first.....

The Kid began running, keeping Cross and his group with their backs to him, moving to flank them on a wide angle, just out of the corners of their view. He didn't necessarily have to be right next to the Synth to talk to her. Maybe he could get her attention first. He ran as best as he could manage, staying on the edge of the group's vision, when he suddenly tripped over some bundles of wires and tubing connected to one of the starships resting on its massive landing gear above them. He swore as he fell, enough to catch the attention of Cross and his group, who now turned to face him. Cross was the first to speak, unshouldering his weapon.

"What are you doing over here rat?"

The Kid had nothing. His mind went blank as he stared at the barrel of Cross's weapon.

"I asked you a question kid! The fuck you doing over here? Come to see if you could swipe some of our gear?"

The Kid shook his head, holding his hands up in the air as he stood up. Cross pointed his weapon directly at the Kid. Off in the distance he heard the approaching crowd cry in terror as they spotted Cross and his gun.

"It's your lucky day today kid. I'll give you ten seconds to answer me. If you don't I'll shoot you."

Cross's men unshouldered their weapons as the only member of the now fleeing crowd approached, Mazeki. They kept their weapons on the Kid while Cross addressed this new issue.

"What is it with you bunch of rag wearing rats today! Don't you take one more step! Hands in the air where I can see them!"

Mazeki calmly stopped short of the Kid, holding all four of his arms up in the air.

"I come here to help kin in trouble. My friend here made a mistake. I ask zat you let us go. We will give you no trouble."

Cross laughed, turning to his men.

"Do you believe this guy!? His buddy here was trying to steal from us, and now this ugly fuck wants us to let him go!?"

The rest of his men laughed, while Cross pointed his gun back at Mazeki.

"No deal. You walk away now, I let you live. Your buddy is in trouble though."

Mazeki stood tall, baring his sharp teeth in a smile.

"Zat is not happening my friend. In fact, I think you are ze one in trouble."

One of Cross's men shouted out,

"What a load of bollocks! Shoot this guy already boss!"

Cross held his hand up, a smirk coming across his face.

"Hold up. I want to hear this. Okay buddy, give me some good reasons why I'm in so much trouble right now."

Cross held his arms out, looking all around,

"Because I don't see it. No security, we've got guns, and you're right in plain sight. What makes you think you could cause problems for us?"

Mazeki held his smile.

"Oh, you think it is me? Oh no, no, not me. But ze one you've ignored."

The Kid held his breath as he watched the entire scene play out, keeping his hands up in the air as the group had their guns still on him. Both him and Mazeki spotted it, but said nothing. The Synth approached the group, carrying her suitcase with her, going so silently that she crept right up behind them, and set the case down on the ground. She made motions with her hands as she backed off. As far as he could tell, she was motioning for them to run when something happened.

Cross turned his head, spotting the Synth backing off. Bringing his weapon to bear on her, he spotted the case laying near the group, and instinctively began running away. He yelled to the group who was now half focused on watching their back and keeping the Kid and Mazeki in their sights.

"Bomb!"

The words barely escaped his mouth when the Kid spotted the Synth holding something, a trigger. He could see her press something, and in a flash of light and heat Cross's group vanished. The Kid was blinded from the flash but was quickly picked up by Mazeki.

"Come on, now is ze time to move!"

Picking the kid up over his back and starting a slow run, the two heard the discharge of energy weapons and bullets behind them. Nothing came their way, but in all likelihood whoever survived the blast was now shooting at the real threat. The two merged with the crowds as more of the spaceport burst into a panic, Mazeki shoving his way through back towards the entrance to Shantyville.

"So who do you think it was?"

The Kid sat amongst another group of people all sitting around a large fire. The two moons shone brightly down on the calm ocean, the only thing to be heard now that the bustle of the spaceport high above was closed down.

"I don't know. She was wearing really high class stuff, sitting all alone. I think she wanted attention on herself."

Another man chimed in.

"You think it was gang related?"

Another man next to the other argued,

"No, Kid said she was an offworlder. No offworld gang feuds going on here. I think she's something else."

"Vigilante?"

A man stepped into the light of the fire, wearing combat equipment and toting a rifle. He wiped his shaved head as he made his presence known to the group.

"That, ladies and gentlemen, was an assassin."

Cross swept his rifle over the group.

"Please, don't stand up. I'm only here for one person."

He found the Kid amongst the group. Pointing his rifle at him, Cross smiled.

"Ah, nice to see your eyes are still good bud. I'm glad you're making a full recovery after causing the deaths of half of my best men!"

The Kid held his hands up in the air.

"Nu uh! Not working on me. You're coming with me kid. I'll give you ten seconds, just like before. Stand up and come over here or I open fire on your little buddy group here."

The group stayed frozen on the spot, all eyes on Cross. The Kid stood up, slowly making his way through the crowd. Somebody stood up, arguing the Kid's advance out of the group.

"Kid didn't do nothing Cross, let him go."

Cross turned on the man, upholstering a small pistol.

"I didn't ask for your opinion on the matter."

Cross shot the man in the leg, watching as he fell back down, crying in anguish. The group got up to move, when Cross swept his rifle over to them.

"Nobody move!"

The crowd stayed still as the Kid closed the gap to Cross. He smiled, keeping his gun raised.

"There, wasn't that easy? Nobody got hurt real bad. Simple."

Cross lashed out with butt of his gun, striking the Kid across the forehead, sending him spinning to the ground, unconscious.

Ice cold water splashed against his head, waking the Kid up instantly. He gasped from the shock, opening his eyes to see the faceplate of a Synth, mere inches away from his face. The glow that would normally fill the two yellow ovals for her eyes was inactive. He turned his head to a voice nearby, finding that he couldn't move any other part of his body.

"Wake up kiddo, time for school!"

Cross was there, accompanied by some of his men. He motioned to one of them, a man wrapped up in bandages around his face and arms.

"Give the lady a jolt. We'll want her awake for this too."

The man approached, sticking a baton against her side, sparks flying off where it made contact. Her system activated, coming to life as the glow returned to her eyes. In seconds, she was straining against the bonds that held the two of them together. Cross took the baton and tapped it against the side of her head.

"Oh no miss, I don't think you'll be breaking out from the chains we've got the both of you wrapped up tight in any time soon."

The Kid looked down, to find thick iron chains wrapped around the both of them, keeping the two of them pressed against each other tightly. He was right. Synth or not, she couldn't break through. They weren't going anywhere. Cross circled the two of them slowly, first focusing his attention on the Synth.

"You know, I think it's amazing that you're even still alive after all the bullets and ammunition we wasted on you. Special grade stuff, designed to fuck up your internal systems."

The Synth had no reply, merely watching Cross.

"Of course, that's not going to matter very soon anyway. But still, you're the toughest one I've encountered yet. And believe me, I've killed a lot of your kind before."

Cross turned his attention on the Kid.

"And what about you? Did she hire you? Pay you and your friend to cause a distraction?"

The Kid stayed silent.

Cross butted the baton against the side of his ribs.

"Well, come on then, speak up!"

The Kid looked into the faceplate of the Synth briefly.

"I didn't have anything to do with this. I only spotted her after you all passed by. She looked high class. I was going to steal whatever I could off her if I could get to her first!"

Cross tilted his head.

"Uh oh miss, did you catch that? Somebody was going to try and rob you today! Well, I guess it sure is a good thing we stepped in then isn't it?"

Cross laughed, turning back towards the Kid.

"Guess she fooled more than one person today didn't she?"

Cross drew a knife from out of his gear, running it along down the spine of the Synth, cutting away the clothes that she wore. He worked until he had cut most of her top layer of clothing away.

"See that kiddo? Almost all metal. This lady, is a built for fightin!"

He pulled the rest of the shreds of her clothes away, revealing her chest to him, which wasn't purely metal, but made of some softer synthetic material. Cross and his men whistled.

"Well, look at that boys! She's got a bit more in her than just fighting! Then again, work as an assassin takes you all over the place. Even the bedroom."

The Synth struggled silently against the chains that pinned her arms to her sides as Cross slide his hand down her spine to her rear, feeling her softer parts through what remained of her clothing.

"Ooh, too bad she played foul! I think she's got the whole deal going on here! Could have had some fun with her couldn't we?"

Cross slapped her ass before stepping away, turning to his men.

"Gentlemen, I think we're done here."

He motioned to someone above them, to which the Kid now noticed their chain linked to, a crane.

"Take em away boys!"

The people in the large loading crane activated the machine, pulling on the great iron chains wrapped around the Kid and the Synth, hoisting them into the air. The Kid finally got a view of where they were, and his heart sank when he found out. They were on the old shipping docks, somewhere a few kilometers away from the spaceport. Hardly any sea craft existed on this world anymore, and so the docks and their equipment slowly faded away as other technological empires grew over top of them.

The crane hoisted them high up into the air, turning as it extended its arm over the ocean. The Synth turned her head to face him, looking him directly in the eyes. Her voice was tinged with an offworld accent he wasn't familiar with, all the more made different by the touches of machine induced sounds.

"I'm sorry you were caught in these events. You shouldn't be here. But don't worry, I can save us both. You'll have to trust me though."

The Kid looked into the glowing yellow orbs of her eyes.

"I don't exactly have much of a choice here."

The Synth tilted her head as the crane stopped.

"Neither do I."

Cheers could be heard from down below as Cross and his men watched them hang over the docks edge, held right over the ocean. He could hear Cross bellow above the wind,

"Bon Voyage!"

The Synth was still watching him.

"Hold your breath, as long as you can!"

"What about you!?"

"I've got it covered!"

A moment of vertigo passed through both of them as the chain was released by the crane, before they plunged into the dark ocean below, sinking rapidly.

The ocean water wasn't unpleasant, at the very least, but still a shock when the water washed over the Kid. He almost lost the breath he held as the water washed over him. The only thing he could see as they plunged deeper under the waves was the light of the eyes of the Synth. She was watching him closely as they fell, deeper and deeper. The sensation of pressure on the Kid's ears hurt as they continued to sink.

His lungs were beginning to burn as he wanted to take a breath of air. To hold himself over for a few precious seconds, he let some breath slip out of his mouth, and then, that was it. The Synth was doing something with one of her shoulders, but the lights of her eyes fell back to him when he began to choke on water. Acting before he even took his first gulp of water, her faceplate slid apart, revealing the smooth contours of a human face, although very basic and smoothed out, with pale, synthetic material allowing her to articulate the movement of facial muscles.

She pressed what could pass for her lips against the Kids, and in a wave of relief, he felt air return to him. She stayed locked in place with him, continuing to supply him with breathable air, of which he had no idea how. But he was thankful for it. They sank, and finally hit the bottom of the ocean floor, coming to rest in the sand. The Synth continued to move one of her shoulders, trying to loosen the chains that bound them.

The Kid had time to think while he was stuck, unable to help or do anything. He found that he was oddly calm for the present situation. And then, the thought occurred to him, that he was trapped with a Synth, bound very tightly up against her. Not by choice of course. The top portion of what was once her extravagant clothing was torn to shreds, revealing perfect, yet still artificial breasts, pressed against him. And currently she had her lips locked against his.

The realization suddenly made him uncomfortable that he was in such a situation, made worse by the fact that his thoughts had so quickly degenerated from having his life in danger to being pressed tightly against this woman, of which every movement she made caused her to brush against him. He could feel the smooth weight of her chest as she continued to move, grinding against him. She was about as tall as he was, placing her hips in line with his.

The thought of Cross's comments returned to him before he sent them off to their supposed grave.

"I think she's got the whole deal going on here!"

And then, his situation went from bad to worse, when he felt heat surge into his loins, as a fire was ignited that wouldn't be put out. If he could have slapped himself repeatedly now, he would have. He groaned in embarrassment and frustration. This felt as bad as the very first time he was ever caught stealing. The glowing orbs of her eyes found his in the dark waters, as he did his best to communicate that he really didn't mean this at all.

The Synth's attention turned back to whatever she was doing with her arm, as she continued to squirm in the chains and against the Kid. There was a sound that could be heard, and suddenly, the chains were loose. They fell to the sandy floor beneath them, now allowing free movement. The Synth reached out into the dark waters, and pulled back her arm, which was now in the process of drifting away. She handed her arm to the Kid, who clasped it in shock, bringing her one remaining arm up to her lips, motioning that they were going to move now. The Kid felt free to float back to the surface, but the Synth stayed at the bottom, like a rock. His best guess was that she was going to walk along the bottom until she made it back to shore. Something she may need a hand with.

She counted down to three with her metallic fingers, before her lips left his, and he held his breath. She began walking in the dark sand, the Kid hanging on to her arm to keep him partially weighed down, while clasping her shoulder so he didn't lose her. The lights of her eyes were the only thing he could see down here, and if she got ahead of him he'd be in trouble. They stalked through the sandy bottom of the floor, stopping ever so often when the Kid needed air, each time the Kid blushing when his lips made contact with hers. He had the indecency to get hard in the situation, and she still stayed to help him.

Eventually, their slow crawl through the sandy ocean floor came to an end, as they finally surfaced above water, far off from the docks, on some sandy remnant of a shoreline. The two moons shone strong, giving light to the beach and reflecting off the water in a wonderful silver and red tone. The Synth stalked up the beach, falling to her knees on the sand, before turning over and sitting down. The kid plopped down beside her. He could tell that she spoke with some difficulty.

"May I have my arm back please?"

The Kid handed it to her.

"I need you to help me. I can't put it back in place in my state."

The Kid looked at the wound where her arm used to be. She had completely snapped it off the synthetic shoulder joint, the silvery joint was still clung to by torn pale white muscle fiber with miscellaneous torn wires and circuits.

"You sure that will work?"

The Synth shook her head.

"No questions, not now please. All you need to do is relocate the joints. I can do the rest."

She handed it back to him.

"Make sure you don't pinch any of the wires. They serve as my nerves."

"What about the white stuff?"

"Synthetic muscle tissue. It can regrow. Please, the longer you wait, the worse off I'll be."

The Kid lined the Synth's arm back up with the joint, moving wires out of the way.

"So, what did you do back there under the water? How'd you keep me breathing?"

The Synth watched him.

"I fail to see how this is impor--"

The Synth's faceplate slid back into place as she screamed from the Kid suddenly snapping her arm back into place mid-sentence. She gripped handfuls of sand with her free arm and kicked her feet, until at last the Kid fit her arm back nicely. She fell back onto the sand, raising the arm that had been fitted into place, spreading her silver fingers out, and clenching them. She leaned back up, raising herself to her feet. The Kid stood up from the sudden response. She turned to him, still examining her arm.

"Thank you. I have nothing I can offer you for your help and trust. But time is short and I need to move."

The Synth started walking off along the coast, the Kid jumping after her.

"Hey wait up! You can't just, go off like that!"

The Synth turned back to him.

"Why not? I have a job to do, and no doubt, your friend with you at the airport is looking for you. We both have places to be."

"No, I mean, you're half naked!"

"This isn't something relevant right now."

"Will you let me give you my coat at least?"

"If it means that much to you, okay then."

The Kid took off his coat, handing it to her. He blushed when he caught sight of her exposed chest once again. He nervously rubbed the back of his head.

"Hey, I'm really sorry about back there, at the port, and in the water."

The Synth put the coat on, zipping it up.

"You have no need to be sorry. I overestimated myself. I did not think anyone would care enough to see that I was in supposed trouble. I counted on the fact that those who would prey upon someone in trouble would come. Then again, if what Cross said was true, then perhaps I was wrong."

The Kid shot back fast,

"Trying to save you was the first thing on the list! I may steal from others, but I'm not like Cross and his people. Who knows, I might not have even taken anything from you. You might've given me something in return instead!"

"Maybe so. But, what's done is done. I got my mark, and you got out alive."

The Kid was partially confused now.

"Wait, I thought you were after Cross."

"I wouldn't use a small fusion bomb just to kill Cross. I could kill him with my bare hands if I so chose too. However, the large lumbering wall of a creature that followed him was a different story."

"Wait, so you got your target? Then what's the rush? You and me both just about got killed today."

The Synth shook her head.

"Not me. My wounds were minor at best, and Cross was a fool to think he could keep me at the bottom of the ocean. I'm an assassin, adapted for the kind of things he tried to kill me with. You however...."

The Kid smiled. She had a good point. About what she had to offer at least. He was curious about her now. And, even though she seemed to pay no mind, he secretly enjoyed her modesty. If he could be around her for a bit longer, he'd take the opportunity.

"You know what, you're right. I went through things I shouldn't have today. I almost died twice, and it turns out you cheated me out of saving you and getting my reward!"

The Synth tilted her head. Speaking with a somewhat amused tone.

"And that would be most unfortunate for you wouldn't it? Okay then, what do you want, even though I have nothing to give?"

The Kid opened his mouth, but was cut off as the Synth raised her hand.

"That was just a formality. I know what you want. I accept."

The Kid shrugged and smiled.

"And what is it that you think I want?"

The Synth unzipped the jacket, removing it and letting it fall onto the sand. The Kid chuckled.

"I was gonna suggest you and me sitting down for a bit and having a chat, but if you want to skip a few bases, that's okay by me."

The Synth shook her head.

"Wasn't it you that apologized for not one, but two things? One was for the spaceport. The other was for arousal in such a situation. You didn't actually say it, but that's what it was for. And if I know you well enough already, you'd like to do more than just look at me."

The Kid blushed, saying nothing. The Synth approached him, drawing up close to him, wrapping her arms around his neck, keeping him close.

"Well come on then, have your reward for being such a gentlemen."

The Kid was somewhat taken back by her actions. He wasn't expecting her to pick up on what he wanted so easily. And furthermore, act on it. He stuttered out,

"I uh, I haven't actually ever done this before, with a Synth I mean."

"That's okay. We'll take things slow until you want to pick up the pace. I think you'll find I'm not that hard to please."

One of her hands found its way down to his waist. She tapped on the bulge in his pants.

"Apparently you aren't either."

The Synth grabbed the Kid's wrists, directing his hands over to her breasts.

"Here, I'll get you started. Since you've been staring at them for so long now."

The feeling was, odd. He squeezed and caressed, taking in the new feeling. The Synth didn't have much for soft bits on her, and as he felt the odd, synthetic feel of her breasts, he guessed everything else would probably be like that. It was so weird to him. They felt like breasts to him. Squishy and smooth, something he wanted to fondle all day, yet there was another feeling too, one he couldn't shake.

By his standards, she had perfect breasts. Smooth and curved in all the right places. But there was a texture across his fingertips, something that said what he was feeling wasn't quite real. He looked up to the Synth, who had some time ago let his wrists go in favour of leaning her arms back on his shoulders. The bright orbs of her eyes found his.

"You can feel that right?"

"Of course I can. I can feel wherever you touch. Even through the metal and armoured parts."

"Isn't the point of armour to protect you from something?"

She tilted her head.

"Can you get shot wearing a bullet proof vest and not feel anything? I simply have sensors that tell me when I'm being touched. I can choose to enhance how much I feel, or how much I don't."

The Kid was curious once again, spending part of his time running one of his hands along the various plates of flexible material and metal below her chest.

"So if you can choose how much pain you feel, or how good you feel, why don't you remove pain completely or make everything feel good?"

"I'd be useless, just like you would if all you felt was pleasure. And I wouldn't push myself if I didn't feel pain. I wouldn't know that I was alive, and therefore needed to fight to stay alive, just like you."

The Kid continued on, now tracing her frame with both hands, feeling all the grooves and spaces between the metal plating, synthetic material and wires. The Synth watched with curiosity.

"You like the metal don't you?"

The Kid nodded. He looked up, grinning.

"Now the question is, what do you like? Apart from your "squishier" bits, I mean."

The Synth waved a finger back and forth.

"I hope you're not like this normally with your partners. And besides, this was your reward was it not? You shouldn't be concerned with my pleasure."

"Well, what if I want to? What if I want to hear that voice of yours cry out in pleasure?"

"Then I guess that's what you want. But I'm not going to tell you! You'll have to explore a little more."

The Kid found his way back up to her breasts.

"That's okay with me."

The Synth let her hands travel down her waist, to the lower portions of the exotic clothing that still clung to her, and tore it off, revealing the rest of her silver clad body, save for a small, skimpy black thong that covered her personal parts. The Synth moved away from the Kid, turning her back to him, swaying her hips as she walked, before spinning on her heels in the sand, facing him. She walked back to him, wrapping himself around him.

"I'm all yours now. Do as you please."

The Kid felt her press against the growing erection tight in his pants once again, leaning on one foot to the other, deliberately grinding against him. He gasped as he felt one of her cool metallic hands slip into his pants, stroking his erection so softly he almost couldn't feel it. She raised one of her legs up, straddling his waist.

"Remember, anything you want."

The Kid let his hand slip down to the smooth contours of her leg, leaning forwards, causing the two to fall onto the sand together. The Kid was removing his miscellaneous scraps of clothing in a flash, tossing them freely across the sand, while the Synth waited, laying back in the sand.

"I think this was a good idea of yours! I haven't taken time like this off in a few years. Those two moons look nice on the ocean here."

The Kid finished removing his top layers, and started to work on his bottom clothing.

"What, time for sex or time relaxing?"

"Both. The sand feels good. Warm and smooth. Good to sleep on."

The Kid chuckled.

"Don't tell me you're going to sleep when we haven't gotten up to anything yet!"

The Synth stretched her arms out in the sand.

"You'd better hurry up then! This is too comfortable."

The Kid slid the remainder of his clothes off, dropping them in the sand. To the surprise of the Synth, he quickly clambered over top of her, sitting on top of her midsection. The Kid smiled as she looked up at him.

"You said anything right?"

"I did. So, what's this then?"

The Kid reached over and grabbed hold of her metallic hands, placing them on her breasts, squishing them together.

"This, is what I was thinking about for a little bit when we were fish food."

If the Synth had eyebrows, they would have been raised. But the Kid felt that she had an odd way of conveying facial expression with just the bright orbs of her eyes, as he slowly began to slide his cock in between the smooth synthetic material of her breasts. She watched him with a skeptical look, but kept her hands in place. A somewhat amused tone struck her voice.

"Well, this is something else. You seem to like it though! I wonder what would happen if......."

The Synth began moving her breasts in a rhythm against the Kid's motions, enticing excited gasps from him. The Kid spoke between heated gasps,

"If you keep that up...... I'm not going to last long!"

"That's the point isn't it?"

The Synth kept up her handiwork, helping the Kid along, keeping her breasts pressed tightly around his member. Things began to flow smoothly as the Kid spread precum around between her soft mounds. The Kid spoke again heatedly.

"You don't mind.....if I come on your uh.....face?"

The Synth slid her faceplate apart, to which the Kid responded quickly.

"No no no! Keep your plate up! I like it better that way."

The Synth watched him with a sly look in her eyes. He certainly was an odd one. Her plate slid back into place just as the Kid began thrusting and rubbing faster, as he leaned his head back and moaned, sending ropes of cum across the Synth's face and chest. The Synth stopped her massage, bringing one of her silver clad hands up to her face, wiping away some of the cum that spattered over one of her eyes. She spread her fingers apart, turning her hand over, before looking back up to the Kid, who was evidently admiring his handiwork.

"I take it you like what you see?"

The Kid smiled in return.

"I do. Please don't tell me that's all you're willing to let me do though."

The Synth grabbed his member, clutching it in her hands. The Kid gasped from the feeling of cold that now surrounded him. The Synth stroked briefly, bringing the Kid's cock back to being fully erect.

"Well, looks like you still want to keep going. Okay then, what's on your mind?"

The Kid traced his hands down the curves of the Synth's hips as he slid off her, reveling in the feeling of the various bits of smooth silver metal.

"Can you roll over for me?"

The Synth rolled over in the sand, exposing her backside to him. The Kid's hands slid across the material of her ass, as he examined the new feeling and bounce that came with it. The Synth looked over her shoulder, resting on her arms in the sand, spreading her legs apart. The Kid worked upwards from the soft material of her ass back to the more solid parts, before stopping. He traced his finger over the various overlapping plates on her back and shoulders, finding dents and even full blown holes.

"Hey, you know you have bullet holes all over your backside right?"

The Synth waved her legs back and forth casually.

"I know. It's minor at best. Nothing hit my critical parts and my internal system is already starting to heal up."

The Kid traced his hand down the spinal column of the Synth, which had some space in between the rest of her armour, no doubt allowing her freedom of movement. He felt the unique blend of textures, partly synthetic material that mimicked bones, and other more, techno bits, wiring and joints. Suddenly, the Synth reacted to his touch, the metal plates shuddering visibly on her shoulders, as she let out a hushed breath. The Kid was curious.

"Is that why they tried to shoot you so much here?"

The Synth spoke with less restraint, something more evident in the tones of her voice than before.

"It's my central nervous system. The best way to try and kill or hurt one of us is by going after that. Remove that and our limbs go out on us, and it hurts, a lot."

"You mean you're sensitive there?"

The Synth had only partially started speaking when the Kid traced a finger down her spinal column, causing her to gasp in hushed breaths, lowering her head down in the sand.

"I'll take that as a yes then?"

The Synth moaned as he slowly let his finger trail down the various bumps and grooves of her spine, unable to respond. The Kid stopped assault briefly, letting the Synth recover from his sensory bombardment.

"You can feel just about wherever I touch you right?"

The Synth slowed her gasps, her unique voice returning to normal.

"Yes."

"And you can have complete sex with people right? You'd feel good if you went down on somebody?"

The Synth brought her head back up, looking over her shoulders.

"Yeeessss. And?"

The Kid smiled.

"No reason."

The Kid grabbed the Synth's ass, sliding his cock underneath the thong that still remained, letting his cock glide in between the soft mounds. She watched him briefly, before speaking up.

"You sure you don't want to take that off?"

The Kid shook his head.

"I think you look really sexy in it. Besides, it'll look real good when I do this!"

The Kid stopped rubbing, sliding his cock down lower, until he found the telltale feeling of parted folds, slick with juices. He smiled. The simple act of him touching her had already gotten her excited. Now it was time for him to see how it felt to go down on a Synth. With a little extra fun thrown in of course.

The Kid slid a few fingers down the arched curve of the Synth's spine, gladly receiving more gasps in response. The Kid kept his fingers on her spine, letting them slowly slide down while he spoke.

"Now, I just got a funny idea. Call it a hunch. But I think, when I touch your really sensitive spot up here, it'll amplify what other things you feel down there. Which might make things even better for me too."

The Synth couldn't reply as he continued to trace his fingers along the sensitive grooves among her armour plates, but suddenly cried out when he slipped into her soft folds. The Kid smiled. Now he'd really found the jackpot. The Synth felt like something else. Already tight and warm, like any other women he'd been with, but her insides were designed for the maximum amount of pleasure possible. There were things inside her that made the Kid's mind go hazy with pleasure as he slid further and further inside her, rubbing and squeezing, clenching and even spinning. And every time he slid his hand down the sensitive groove of her spine, her actions were magnified, both for her pleasure wise, and for him physically as her body responded to the overwhelming overload.

As far as he could tell, she'd already come, the fluids helping to enhance things as he began thrusting back and forth almost mindlessly, the feeling too great for him. He watched in pleasure as he thrusted back and forth, watching the smooth contours of her ass bounce, while he kept one hand always somewhere on the groove of her spine, the other resting on her cool silver hips. The world was lost to him, the voice of the Synth faltering as the machine induced sounds gave way to nothing but gasps as she lay her head down on the sand. He continued on for what seemed like forever, drunk on the pleasure of the Synth's inner workings as she milked him.

He didn't even know how many times he came, but eventually, he had to slow down, rest. He relinquished contact on her spine, and immediately felt the Synth slow down as well. Pulling out from her now slick folds, the Kid leaned down on the Synth, resting on top of her cool metallic body, one final unique feeling being brought to his attention as his own body covered in sweat, bonded against the metal, plastics, and various rubber portions of her body. The two rested like that for some time, before the Synth recovered, being the first to say anything.

"I can see why you're a thief. And a supposedly good one at that."

The Kid chuckled slowly.

"And I can see why you're an assassin. You could probably kill me in bed and I won't even notice because you were going down on me."

The Kid sluggishly pulled himself off the Synth, rolling over onto the warm night sand, listening to the ocean as it crashed against the shore. Already, he could tell the Synth was moving, getting back up to her feet.

"Will I ever see you again?"

The Synth leaned over him, her faceplate sliding aside, so that she kissed him briefly with those strange lips of hers.

"Probably not. You'll still hear about me though. There's likely a few more people I have to stop by and deal with before I leave this world. Cross and a few others no doubt."

The Synth stood up, taking one last look as the Kid lay back on the sand, content to stay there.

"Thank you. I haven't had time for something like this in years."

The Kid smiled back meekly.

"And I'd never done this before until now. Thank you for saying yes."

The Synth piled up all the Kid's clothes nearby, looking out to the ocean.

"Goodbye, kid. Take care of yourself. And give your friend my regards too. He's got some good magic tricks."

The Kid leaned up, watching as the Synth was already walking away along the beach. He looked over to the bundle of clothes she had piled up nearby, noting that had left the black thong behind on the pile. He smiled, leaning back on the sand, enjoying the moment. Something told him he'd have more than just hearing about her actions. She'd be back.

That was okay with him.
