Chapter 15

Ghost

I began gasping for air which seemed weird. I looked around and saw

Kino's friend Axel. A lady walked in and looked at me "Ah the first to

awaken." Soon enough the other two woke up looking at me and then

around. It seems like we're inside some type of bar maybe. I can see a

bartender cleaning a glass looking at us. "Hun come over here please."

The man came over as his body vanished, but he could still be seen.

"Yes, my queen." "That's a shadow." She moved her hand up and look at

us all "The one you are protecting is in danger and so is my bouncer."

"Why do you want to help?" "If we get rid of these hunters then I'll

be able to use my magic when ever I want and not worry that they'll

come and destroy my business. Do you really think the male cops enjoy

male strippers?" "No, I suppose not." "So we'll be splitting up in

teams of three. You, Axel, and me will make one team as the rest make

the other team." "Why don't I just join them and you three be a team?"

I pointed to her, Axel, and the shadow. "Do you want to save them or

complain about the teams?" She right I have to put aside my hatred

towards shadows and save him. "Very well. Noah, Stephen watch your

backs we're going up strong foes. They nearly killed us last time, but

this time we're ready for them." "That's right Ghost we will save

Brian." I smiled slightly he's made an army to come save him without

knowing it. He got close to these people and so did Kino. I stood up

with Stephen and Noah. "Let's go save them!" The lady smiled at us

"Ghost and Richard are the stealth part going around security. Me and

Stephen will be support and long distance attackers. While Axel and

Noah will be the speed in the factor." I nodded my head as Richard

walked to the others. Me, Cortez, and Axel got together. "We will look

for Kino while you three will get Brian." "I'm Brian's guardian I

should go and save him!" "Kino is the key to Brian's gift. At

the moment he will be uneasy and scared. If they make the energy

spill out if him. Then we will have hell of a problem or should I say holy problems." I

looked at her she was smart she knows a lot of things. "Very well

let's go and save them. Noah, Stephen I am entrusting Brian's safety

to you two." They smiled and they spoke in sync "We will save him." I

smiled slightly as we all left.

I saw the building it was four stories high. Brian's life force is

strongest on the top floor. That means we don't have to worry about an

underground maze. We ran inside only to find a hunter glaring at us "A

witch, a ghost, a shadow, a neko, a wolf, and a vampire." He grinned

happily "What a joyful hunt!" Cortez and Stephen cast a spell

sending thunder to his way the hunter was blown to the other side of

the room. "You three go we will stop this hunter!" Noah, Richard, and

Stephen ran up the stairs. "You three aren't going anywhere!" Cortez

surrounded the hunter with flames he was unable to stop them perfect.

"Damn you witch! Ether way you're all too late we'll be hooking that

little freak magnet and get the power we need thanks to those

vampires." Vampires. I summoned my two sword and looked at him. "Die!"

Axel came up next to me grabbing my sword turning it to a dark blade then taking it from me

"Death bringer." I grinned as Cortez sent thunder at him he jumped

away as Axel kicked the guy to the wall. "Ghost hurry up." I ran

quickly to the hunter as the building shook. Axel lost his grip as the

hunter stabbed Axel's shoulder-blade. "Take holy water you blood

sucker." The hunter pulled a wooden stake stabbing him in the chest,

Axel's eyes widen falling to the floor blood spilled from his mouth.

"Axel!" I cut the hunters left arm off as he jumped back grinning at

me. He pulled a cross chucking it at me. I jumped to the side as he

ran for me. He stopped cold in his tracks as he began falling to the

ground. "And that finishes off one more hunter. Thank you Ghost for

giving me time to cast the death spell." She pulled the stake out of

Axel's body as she puled out a bottle dripping blood in his mouth. He began coughing blood

I heard a howl it must be Noah. Now I wonder if it

was a good howl or a bad one. I looked over at Cortez as she made

Axle's body glow slightly as his wounds closed.

She healed all wounds he had and looked at me. Axel stood up wobbly

and patted me on the back "We'll save those love birds." I smiled as I

helped him up the stairs. I saw lots of blood.

Noah

I woke up and saw Ghost and Jay. We're in some type of bar. What

happened? Oh that's right hunter's stormed our house. I saw Ghost and

some lady talking. I leaned over to Jay "Jay what is happened?" "Oh

my name isn't Jay it's Stephen, but you can call me what ever you

want Noah." "I'll call you Stephen. So what happened?" The lady spoke

a bit louder "So we'll be splitting up in teams of three. You, Axel,

and me will make one team as the rest make the other team." She was

talking to Ghost, but it didn't seem like he trusted her "Why don't I

just join them and you three be a team?" Ghost pointed to her, Axel,

and the person. "Do you want to save them or complain about the teams?" I

wonder if Ghost doesn't trust her or how she put things together.

Ghost spoke to us "Very well. Noah, Stephen watch your backs we're

going up strong foes. They nearly killed us last time, but this time

we're ready for them." I spoke up "That's right Ghost we will save

Brian." Ghost smiled I wonder what was so funny? We all stood up and

he spoke "Let's go save them!" The lady smiled at us "Ghost and

Richard are the stealth part going around security. Me and Stephen

will be support and long distance attackers. While Axel and Noah will

be the speed in the factor." The Richard dude came up to us at least I assume he's Richard. "We will look for Kino while you three will get Brian." "I'm Brian's guardian I

should go and save him!" This could take a while. Ghost is always

wanting to do something like this he probably thinks he's the only one

who can save him or be near him. I saw Stephen's tail he still had the bell. I never

killed anyone before. Not even a vampire let alone a human. Ghost

spoke up as reality came into view again. "Very well let's go and save

them. Noah, Stephen I am entrusting Brian's safety to you two." "We

will save him."

We saw the building it seemed huge. I heard Brian's scream he was

screaming for Kino. He's definitely in there. We ran inside to see a

man who smelled of blood he must be a hunter "A witch, a ghost, a

shadow, a neko, a wolf, and a vampire." He grinned happily "What a

joyful hunt!" The lady and Stephen cast a spell sending thunder to

his way the hunter was blown to the other side of the room. "You three

go we will stop this hunter!" The lady was telling us to go on without

them. I don't want to, but we need to be strong. I owe Brian he took

me in when my clan banned me from the pack. Even when I miss judged

him he didn't mind not even for making him bleed or cry. He may not be

a wolf, but he does his best to hold his pack...no his family together. I will do my best to protect him. I won't make the same mistake twice.

We ran up the stairs. Only to be ambushed by more hunters. I heard a

few whispers "They beat Alpha? What will we do?" "Hush we have more

numbers than they do we'll just charge at them." I looked at Stephen

and Richard "Their going to charge!" The second I said these words

they did charge at us. Stephen made plants grow making a vine wall

grow in between us. As he began to do a spell. Two swords appeared I

grabbed one as Richard grabbed the other. A hunter was able to cut

down the wall as others burned it. Richard had some quick feet.

He was able to kill two with one swing. I shoved some away. I heard a sword drop behind me I turned quickly around. I saw Stephen grinning, but that grin faded as they surrounded us. They got us in the middle of the room. Crap now what? All of a sudden the building

trembled. A chunk of the ceiling crushed a few hunters. I looked

around maybe a few ten left. I tossed the sword up and the hunters

looked up. I shifted and howled loudly they all looked at me as

Stephen made a flash blinding most of them. I grabbed the sword with

my mouth going full speed around cutting their legs off. I felt a few

stabs on my back, but this won't stop me. Their counting on me. Only

three left. I charged at one of them as they quickly kicked me across

the face making my drop the sword, and tossing me across the room. He

walked over to me as I saw Stephen and Richard being pushed into a

corner. "Did you really think we wouldn't be ready for a wolf to

attack? You caught a few of us off guard by grabbing that sword with

your mouth, but that won't work on us. We're the best of the best

here. We are the three might Black Raven Slayers." Black Raven

Slayers? I tried to stand back up, but he kicked me down pressing his

boot on my neck. I saw Stephen trembling in fear and Richard was

protecting him. This is just like last time... I slowly began closing

my eyes. I can't even save my friends. What type of wolf am I? I'm too

weak. Just like last time I have to see my friends die in front of me

being unable to do anything to stop them. That's when I heard it. A

scream it was faint but I could still hear the words. "Kino! Noah!

Stephen! Ghost! Save me!" It was Brian's scream. That's right everyone

is doing their best. I bet even Kino is doing his best. I am stronger than before.

I turned back to my human form as the guy lost his footing and

slipped. I shoved him away standing up. I grabbed my sword charging at

him. I am stronger than him. I swung at him as he blocked it. I did

this repeatedly at him. He grinned and blocked each one "Your so

predictable wolf!" I know I was. Left strike block. Right strike

block. This was my pattern and I was making sure he get's this pattern

down. After a while in he knew I was going for the right so he went

left. I shifted into my wolf form as he aimed for where I once was and

missed. I jumped up biting his neck ripping his throat out of his

neck. He looked at the others reaching up to them for help. They both

ran towards me and I saw that they knocked out Richard and Stephen.

Those bitches! I charged at them this was insane though I barely beat

this one hunter and now I'm going up ageist two more who have seen my

moves and will know to watch my moves. I'm going to die now, but at

least I took one out. They pulled out guns and fired at me they were

using silver bullets. I stopped cold falling down on my butt as a

barrier appeared in front of me. I saw it was Ghost, Axel, and the

lady. Axel stabbed one in the back as Ghost jumped in the other one's

body and walked to the stairs. He came out and kicked him down. I

heard a snap when he stopped falling. Ghost ran to me kneeling down.

"Hey are you ok Noah?" I smiled weakly as I felt a small warmth in my

body. It felt nice "I am thanks to Brian." "Brian helped! Where is

he!" "I think he may be two more floors up." I saw Axel picking up

Stephen when something in me just went off. I stood up and grabbed him

away from him "I'll take him." "What ever floats your boat." Ghost

looked at me "Are you ok?" "Yeah, I'm fine. So like I was saying he's

two floor's up." "Then what are we waiting for?" Ghost ran up the

stairs and we had to prepare for the worst. I wonder how many be left.

Kino

I sighed feeling hopeless. They took Brian right under my nose again. I

pulled out my ring I was going to give Brian, and for a second I felt

it calling me. I slipped it on my other hand and put my hands together

looking at them both. "I might just keep these two and go buy another

ring for him." Sigh, and at that moment the guy who I thought was dead

stood up "Do you want to save him?" I didn't need to think about that

question "I do want to save him." He smiled and stood up as the chains fell off his body. "What do you plan to do with him when you save him?" "I....I am going to marry him." He touched the other person and looked at me touching my forehead. "What did you do?" He smiled "You will see." I looked at the other guy on the floor and he was gone. "Where did he go?" He walked over to the door and looked at me. "Then know this a person is giving you his blessings along with his wife's for your marriage." "What do you mean." I got closer to him as he opened the door as he whispered "Take care of my son." the guard turned around he charged for the man and they

began to fight I ran past them. They'll keep him farther away from the

entrance, but they will need it to be close to the cage so they know

if he runs he'll come here for me. Then, they'll corner us to make

sure that he won't be able to escape. It will probably mean he's more

up or on the same floor. I went out the room, and saw two stair cases

one going up and one going down. I took one step as the man came down

the stairs and looked at me. "I see you escaped." I took my stance and

looked at him "Where's Brian!" He began to laugh "He's up these

stairs." He motioned his hand to the stairs next to him. "What's the

catch?" He grinned and moved his hands up. I saw daggers flying out of

his sleeves I jumped to the side. "Ah I see you're fast." I grabbed a

dagger and tossed it back to him. I didn't see him move, but the

dagger fell to the ground. I picked up more sending them at him and it

happened again. I didn't toss the last one I charged at him with it.

He pulled a sword blocking it pushing me back with little effort. He's

stronger than me. He picked one up and more came from him. It was his

robe they were hiding his weapons. He may be old, but he is smart and

fast. I can only guess he is the leader. His grey hair must miss lead

his opponents. I wonder if he has something under his hat. He began

launching more daggers at me when I noticed the dagger I had has poison on it.

I can only guess so do the rest. This is bad I jumped more until he cornered me. "You are very good at moving you may have been useful if you decide to work for us." "You

kidnap my boyfriend, nearly kill my kids, and you suspect me to

join you!" "I suspected nothing less now good bye boy." He sent more

daggers towards me. All of a sudden my rings glowed brightly.

Everything stopped even his attack, but I could still move. Two angels

appeared next to me. One with black wings and black robe with red

edges. His skin was pale, hair dark as the night sky, eyes red as the

flames of hell, and his very presence made me feel like death was

near. I looked over at the other angel with white wings. He had golden

blond locks, white skin, but not pale like the other. His robe was

white with baby blue edges. His eyes were almost the same color as his

robe edges. He gave off a safe feeling. Both their robes touched the

ground when they landed. I looked at them as they both looked at me

"Who are you two?" "We are now your guardians and we will lend you our

powers and strength." "What's the catch?" "Nothing at all." "Very well

then I accept your offering." They both smiled as the daggers began to

move again as they were disappearing "Say wing guard."

"Wing guard!" Two wings appears one black and one white blocking all

the daggers. "Feather strike!" The wings made a giant X

and sent a ball of white and black energy towards him. He jumped out

of the way as it made the building shake the area was destroyed and

the floor went crashing down. I looked around for him when I heard a

howl. "Noah?" If he's here then so are Ghost, Stephen, and maybe Axel

too. I saw the leader grinning at me then he ran up the stairs. "Hold

it!" I ran up chasing after him nearly slipping on a dagger. I wasn't

that far from him. I could hear his footsteps not that far off. Soon

enough I heard footsteps from behind crap. "Kino wait for us!" Noah?

Doesn't matter Brian's waiting for me.

I stopped once I was on the next floor looking at five doors. With a

note in the middle of the room. I picked it up as Noah, Stephen, Axel,

some dude that looked like Richard from the stripper joint, Ghost, and

Miss Cortez. They filled the room as I read the note "One of these

doors leads you to your lover, but the others shall lead you to your

death. You can only choose one so choose wisely, and for each second

you waste the sooner he will die." I crumbled the paper and ripped it.

"Brian!" I looked at Noah and Ghost. "Can you tell where he's at?"

Noah placed Stephen down and smelled the ground. "No, I can't smell

him or anyone else." "And, I can't sense him they probably have this

place so I can't sense him." I wanted to scream at them, but I have to

calm down. That's what Brian will tell me. He will say you don't need

supernatural powers to know where I am, because we are connect and

that connection can never be broke. I closed my eyes and felt for this

connection. I heard Noah "Kino?" then Stephen who I guessed woke up

"Hush Noah he's trying to find him." "But if we can't find him how

doesn't he suspect to find him?" "Well you can't do anything right now

and we have to see if Kino can find him they have been together

forever they probably are connected in a spiritually way." "Fine."

That's the door. "Brian! I'm coming!" I ran to the third door opening

it up as the other doors locked. Everyone else followed me. That's

where I saw Brian hooked up to a machine. "Let go of my boy friend!"

The man came into view with a girl appearing next to the machine

hitting some buttons. "Start it!" "As you wish master." Brian looked

at the girl "You know you don't need to do this you can quit now." The

girl grinned at Brian as he began to scream in pain. All of the blood

in my body just boiled. "Stop it!" I ran forward as a cage went down on me. Glass all around so I can see Brian in pain. I was trapped. Everyone screamed "Kino!" "Forget about me and go

save Brian!" I looked at Brian as water began to pour down on my head.

"What!" They wanted to drown me. Brian began to scream more "Kino!"

My heart banged heavily. I felt something building inside me.

I felt a sudden pull away as I appeared where the man was standing.

"What happened?" Everyone looked at me and then back to the tank. The

man was there pounding at the glass. The girl pulled out a needle

pressing it ageist his arm. "Move and I'll kill him." I reached for

him as I felt his hand touching mine. I smiled at him, and felt that

energy again. All of a sudden me and Brian where in the water. The man

was in the machine Brian was hooked up too. "Betty disconnect me

before it..." "Master!" The girl ran to the machine and began hitting

buttons intensely. "Hey Kino..." "Shh your still weak." He smiled

slightly as the other began trying to brake the glass. I felt the top

hitting my head as I touched Brian's cheek kissing him. He kissed back

and fainted. Our faces began touching the top I took a deep breath

bring Brian down. I kissed him as I gave him my air. He needs to

survive. Everything began to go dark. Ugh...Brian held my hand tightly

and didn't let go, and nether will I. I won't let you go Brian I will always be here for you.
