Guardians are of immense power, whereas Defender can destroy and create worlds, Guardians can do that to solar systems. Guardians can be of any race (or species) as specified before. They live for incredibly long lives, 1,000,000 years, no choice. As there is a certain amount of Defenders, there are only ten Guardians who watch over ten universes. Guardians also have a special ability only they can use. It is called time shift. Like gravity shift, time shift allows the user to slow down or speed up time. Mostly used for hyper focus, more advanced forms include Time (space) warp. They usually come out from wherever they reside to help in times of great evils or when The Darkness is waging war. To become a Forgotten...well, you just have to be lucky and wait your turn.They are very powerful and often have a companion of sorts if they are humanoid. Dragon-riders and other races will often work in tangent in becoming a Guardian.
