So first off, how often do you try to paw-off, beat-off, etc...?

I used to try to beat off 2 or 3 times a day and a lot of times it would be just quick sessions and yeah, by the third time, it feels less satisfying and you barely produce in your orgasm.

Can anyone else identify with that? Especially when I was a bit younger and discovering the joys of doing it, I wanted to as often as possible!

Now, from what the people before me have already said is to wait maybe a day to a few days before you paw off. This does work pretty well. I used to be like clockwork. Every day (actually night) about the same time I'd be going at it. That's fine too. Drink more water throughout the day. For the average male, about a gallon of water throughout the day should help. This helps your body flush out toxins and crap and, since there is liquid in semen, it helps develop it.

Second, Do some exercising. In males, the exercising, over time, takes fat off the body and increases testosterone levels. I would hope you know that Testosterone is what pretty much causes the male sex drive. So with an increase of testosterone, not only will you be a bit more horny more of the time, but your sessions can last longer (and harder) and your orgasms will produce more and be more intense.

Lastly, Eat your veggies. I know, now you just want to tell me to shut the hell up and don't tell me what to do. But I'm SERIOUS. Broccoli, Spinach, califlower, and asparagus naturally cause your body to over-produce testosterone. And we know what that means right? Better sex overall. With someone or without.
