Squeak. :3

This is part one of a gift I wrote for FA: kenson and FA: kwandry

They run a podcast that has to do with all sorts of macro goodness. It's -super- interesting, and I think it's the first macro furry podcast out there. So totally check it out! <3

You can find the podcast right here: http://sizematters.podbean.com/

I know this story doesn't have a -ton- of action, but for those of you who are into destruction, you'll find plenty of that in here. :3

Comments and feedback is much appreciated. :3

A brownish paw descended down onto a building. At first, it simply rested upon the metal construct, causing discordant groans to emit from the building.

A second paw descended onto the first. It was just a tad smaller and was a dusty yellowish color, with black spots. This new paw began to press down upon the first, adding weight to the building.

Within seconds it was evident that the metal rectangle was unable to support the pressure that had been placed upon it, and it emitted a horribly loud screech, as metal was ground against metal.

Both the brownish foot and the spotted foot pressed down, and as a result, The once-tall building was compressed, in a similar manner to an aluminum soda can. The giant paws made it seem easy; no visible effort was exerted, aside from the encouraging press that the spotted foot placed on the red and white one.

"Seeeee? I told you this would be awesome!" An excited voice squeaked out. It was followed up by a deeper and more reserved voice. Glee was still apparent, however.

"It felt pretty nic-" The second voice was interrupted by the excited chirp of the first.

"I told ya! That was totally worth twenty dollars!" Chirped out the voice, as excited as ever. The spotted toes wiggled eagerly, atop the fluffy-looking brown paw. "I even recorded it, so we can watch it over and over! It's like we made a Godzilla movie!"

The crushed building and the set of paws suddenly phased out. Everything was black now.

...

A red panda stooped down and snatched up the video camera that he had previously placed on the ground, right before the little model building. "Check it out, Kenson! Giant paws!" The red panda chuckled out, turning the screen of the video camera, so both parties could view the screen.

The spotted cheetah, Kenson, emitted a happy squeal. He clasped his hands over his muzzle, and giggled. "Aw, it looks so real, Pandapaws! We've totally got to do this more often." The cheetah finally stepped off Kwandry's foot, and set his own foot down by the rubble.

"Well if I wasn't broke, we'd be able to buy more models. Maybe next time we'll just buy one of the models that snap back into place." Kwandry stuck his tongue out, and playfully nudged the shorter feline. He was met with a quiet squeak, and push, in return. The push caused the panda to step back, finally releasing the flattened building from his oppressive foot, with a satisfying crunch and creak. The model building was truly wrecked; metal had snapped and broken. Where the support beams weren't broken, they were bent to match the contours of the bottom of the red panda's foot.

"Well, how about we just grow real big?" Kenson snickered quietly, and set his foot in the print that Kwandry's had made. Since the cheetah's foot was a tad smaller, it didn't quite fill up the entire print. The feline continued, his tail swishing about. "There'd be a ton of buildings to crush, right? We just gotta drink a potion, or take a shrink ray, or-"

"We've been over this, silly." Kwandry stuck his tongue out, taking a step back, sitting on a brown couch. "If we were able to grow somehow, it'd be too dangerous. Oxygen molecules would be too small to interact with, so we wouldn't be able to bre-"

"Screw physics!" Kenson interrupted, giggling cheerfully. He hopped off the destroyed model, and back onto the couch. He stretched out on it; his head rested against the arm of the couch, while his feet were kicked up onto Kwandry's lap.

"That's not even physics!" The red panda rolled his eyes playfully, and chuckled. He dug a paw in between the cushions, and fished out the remote for the television.

"Whatever! You'll see! I'll grow real big, 'an I'll give you -all- the paw smushes. Now, let's watch Godzilla or something! I wanna get into a stompy mood!" The cheerful cheetah replied, playfully tapping a toepad against Kwandry's nose, causing him to huff quietly.

"Not like you need any help with that, right?"

"Nope!"

...

Later that evening, as Kwandry lay in his bed, his thoughts drifted back to the model, and the cheetah. He pictured that giant spotted paw descending on a house, crushing it as if it was made of gingerbread! He chuckled to himself, inwardly rolling his eyes at the cheesy pun that Kenson would probably make. 'I'm a deconstruction worker!' Or at least, that's what Kwandry pictured..

The red panda felt his eyelids begin to weigh down; a telltale sign that it was time to sleep. He didn't fight the feeling; he simply closed his eyes and allowed his mind to wander into the land of dreams. Stompy dreams, most likely.

...

Kenson emitted a grunt, and coiled up as best as he could. The room felt as if it was steadily shrinking! The spotted cat hadn't noticed until he was back at his own house, curled up in his bed, which he had now thoroughly flattened.

Kenson was about ten feet tall by this point, and rapidly growing. In a matter of seconds, his head was at one end of the large bedroom, while his feet were pressed against the opposite wall.

Creaks and groans came from the plaster wall, as the feline's feet pushed with increasing pressure. Kenson tried to bend his knees, but unfortunately, it only saved him a couple of seconds before his feet were back against the wall. This time, though, there was no way to prevent them from pushing at the wall. "Nnnf.. This won't be pretty.."

The increasing pressure from both feet ended up causing cracks to spread along the wall. The cracks were similar to a spiderweb, and branched out from beneath Kenson's feet. It was only a matter of time before the cracks spread along most of the wall, making it weak and susceptible to collapsing.

"Gah..!" Squeaked out the cheetah, as he hit a rough growth spurt. His body quivered all over, and he spontaneously expanded. Instead of being fifteen feet tall, he was easily twenty! As the cheetah's growth proliferated, the house suffered increasing damage. Kenson's feet plunged through the wall, breaking into the middle of his living room.

Another growth spurt, and the cheetah hit twenty five feet! His head was through the opposite wall, now outside of his suburban styled home. The crisp Fall air greeted him, initially chilling him. The unique dusty smell of broken concrete and plaster was in the air, and it mixed with the cool night aroma.

The cheetah closed his eyes and allowed the growth to continue, no longer fighting it. He climbed numbers like a boiling thermometer; thirty feet, forty feet, fifty feet, sixty feet, eighty feet, and finally, one hundred feet.

Once Kenson felt the tingling die down, he cautiously opened his eyes. He felt confusion first, upon seeing a brown and crumbled square on his chest. Realization followed suit, and he came to find out that the square was his roof. His roof was all that was left of his house; the rest was in chunks and pieces., currently beneath his rump and lower back.

As the panic subsided, one thought came to the cheetah's head. "Pandapaws was wrong!" He cheerfully exclaimed. Here he was; easily one hundred feet tall, yet still able to breathe. As if to make sure of it, he inhaled as deeply as he could, held the breath for a couple of seconds, and then exhaled. A mischievous grin spread across his muzzle, as he sat up and brushed the crumbs of house off of his chest. "Kwandry's gonna get iiiit." He giggled out, getting to his feet, and dusting off the debris from his legs and rump.

The now giant leopard took a step north, and when his foot descended in the concrete, he crushed through it with ease, leaving his paw-print firmly imprinted in the middle of the road. Many more steps followed after that one, each resulting in the asphalt breaking and giving way to his feet.

...

Kwandry groaned and slowly sat up in his bed. A rather loud knocking had woken him, tearing him out of his peaceful sleep. With an exasperated sigh, the red panda sleepily shuffled his way out of the bedroom, and into the living room.

Kwandry approached his door, and peered through the built in looking hole. Unfortunately, it was far too dark for him to see anything. "Ugh..." He mumbled, as he unlocked the door and roughly yanked it open. "Hello? Who's the-.."

The red panda's jaw dropped in mid sentence. In front of him was a spotted toe the size of a minivan. He slowly, fearfully, craned his head up. He was greeted with the sight of a grinning cheetah, with his hands placed on his hips.

"Hey Kwandry?" The feline whispered out, still wearing an eager grin on his muzzle.

"W-wha..?"

"That theory of yours? I just debunked it!"
