Let the heat burn away the pain
Then pick up and count every grain
That's how much I love you

Autumn on a sandy beach
Let the crashing waves wash away your unease
Count each drop as you drain oceans and seas

Winter with a clouded sky
let the cold freeze your despair
Count each snowflake that falls trough the air
That's how much I love you
.
Spring is filled with music
Let the sound replace the sadness in you heart
String all the notes together and count them from the start
That's how much I love you
.
The seasons never change
but the heat will abate
and water evaporate
the cold will clear up
as the music will stop
.
but my love for you is endless
