"Okay," Colin said, regarding his reflection firmly. "What are your boundaries?"

He took a few deep breaths and adjusted his carefully styled, brown hair, re-aligning his tie promptly.

"Mild, social drinking," he told himself. "No drugs. No sex."

Satisfied with the response, he gave himself a firm nod. The small gesture caused the thick, square glasses sitting on his face to slide down his nose. Once he had pushed them back up, he said, "Alright then. What are you going to be?"

He hesitated for a second; wondering if talking to his reflection was in some way considered crazy.

"You're not going to be crazy," he told himself. "You're going to be confident. Strong. Social."

He coughed, politely covering his lips with his fist. In that moment, he caught a whiff of his breath.

"You're going to brush your teeth," he muttered, deflating as he shuffled over to his bathroom.

As he was just squirting some of his toothpaste for sensitive teeth onto his toothbrush, the doorbell suddenly rang.

"It's open!" he shouted, stuffing the brush into his mouth before starting to vigorously brush his already very clean teeth. He heard the door to his small, one bedroom apartment spring open and entrance loud boom echoed through the apartment. It was an entrance where he burst in, flinging the door wide open with enough force that it bounced off the stopper and slammed back shut. He leapt past the door, avoiding getting slammed in the face and flung his arms out wide with a broad grin on his face.

"Hey, hey! Where's the party animal at!?" he shouted

Colin spat out the suds in his mouth and straightened himself. "In here!" Then he resumed brushing.

Alex poked his head into the bathroom and rolled his eyes. "Oh for... Dude, that's the sixth time you've brushed your teeth in the past hour alone!"

Colin turned towards his broad shouldered friend. His right eyebrow rose at the sight of Alex's choice in clothing. His left went up because that statement was surprisingly accurate.

"How'd you know...?"

His best friend rolled his eyes. "I talked to you an hour ago. It takes you five minutes to brush your teeth because you've timed yourself to finish at exactly five minutes since we were in high school. I'm also guessing another five minutes between each session to have your little 'motivational chat' in front of the mirror. You do the math."

Colin frowned and turned around indignantly, spying at his friend from the bathroom mirror. Comparing how he was dressed compared to Alex, he felt a little... overdressed. Alex had a pair of jet-black pants that hugged his figure so tightly that his ass looked like it had been vacuum sealed in there. He wore a fishnet shirt that showed off his incredible, lean, muscular build and that nipple ring he was always so proud of. Much to his surprise, a pair of tribal tattoos had found its way onto Alex's forearms.

"Did you get a tattoo just for this occasion?"

Alex grinned broadly, showing off his big, front teeth. He was in no way bucktoothed but they still dominated the rest of the arrangement. It made him look cute and approachable - something he constantly preyed upon. "Nope! Check it out! They're just sleeves." He miraculously tore off the 'sleeves' that were wrapped around his forearms, peeling away the tattoos.

"Aren't they cool?" Alex asked.

Turning away and returning to his vigorous exercise of dental hygiene, Colin muttered, "Not the term I'd use..."

"Come on, dude! Get rid of the penguin suit!" Alex bounded of up beside him and gripped his jacket. "We're going to a club not the high school prom!"

Colin spat and grabbed the well-washed glass beside his sink. "This is the only thing I could think of wearing out..."

Rolling his eyes, Alex retreated from the bathroom. Colin then heard his best friend start rummaging through his closet. It was something he did often. Personal space was always an issue with Alex... but not necessarily an issue for Alex. The outgoing, athletic young man absolutely loved getting physical with everything. He touched anything and everyone regardless of whether it required contact or not. A contrast between him and Colin's obsessive need to stay clean.

Washing away the suds from his mouth, Colin straightened then grabbed the bottle of Listerine sitting neatly on the shelf beside the other hygiene products that he had bought recently. All of them were at least a week old. He firmly believed that anything over a month old lost its efficiency and gathered germs on their surface. It was not just the contents of the bottle that was a worry but the bottle itself. After all, some of these products were somewhat acidic and contact with the plastic containers could cause some of the plastic to seep into the fluids he was throwing onto his skin or gargling.

At least that was what he firmly believed.

After a quick rise of his mouth, he turned, adjusting his jacket from where Alex had displaced it and then returned to where Alex was rummaging through his closet.

"Dude, you have nothing! Everything is suits!"

"The only time I really go out is in a suit," answered Colin. "Since we don't have casual Fridays at the bank anymore..."

Alex poked his head out of the closet, a befuddled look on his face. "Who told you that?"

"I just assumed..."

"You mean you didn't notice all the people not wearing casual clothes yesterday?"

Colin scratched his cheek absently. He tried to think over what he had been doing yesterday. Crunching numbers and balancing books had been his entire day so much so that it was a dizzying blur. At one point he thought he had lunch but he was fairly sure he had just eaten it at his desk and shovelled the food into his mouth with one hand while the other continued to work away at the keyboard. He hadn't really interacted with anyone...

"I was just so busy..."

Alex glanced around as if he were searching for someone to say 'Can you believe this guy?'. "Dude, you need to get a life."

A blush crossed his features and he ducked his head bashfully. "So I've been told. It's why I agreed to this outing, right?"

"Don't call it an 'outing', man! That sounds so... stuffy! We're going out!"

"What's the difference?"

"It's just different," Alex insisted, striding up to his friend. He quickly loosened Colin's tie, letting it sit uncomfortably about halfway down his chest. He then pulled the blazer from Colin's shoulders, shoved it into his friend's hand and then angled the entire arm in such a way that he was holding the jacket over his shoulder. Alex took a few steps back admiring his work. He then shook his head and reached for Colin's pants. Any normal person would have shied away but after going through high school and college with Alex's non-existence rules on personal space, he didn't give it a second thought. Even when Alex loosened his belt and pulled put his shirt, Colin just stood there taking it.

"Okay, next, change your shoes."

Colin's eye brows rose. "You're going to practically undress me and the limit is the shoes?"

"Just do it."

Snickering to himself, Colin went over to his carefully arranged organised shoe rack and pulled out a pair of brown loafers.

"No!" Alex shouted like a scolding father. "The sneakers."

"Sneakers with a suit? Really?"

"You're not wearing a suit."

"But -"

"Just do it."

Shrugging and trusting his friend, Colin removed his carefully polished black, business shoes and slipped on the black and bright orange sneakers he reserved for the gym... not that he went that often... or at all. He followed Alex's insistence to get a gym membership but never really went after the three day trial period. He mentally added 'cancel gym membership' to his to-do list.

Sneakers on, he turned back to Alex, still stiffly holding his blazer over his shoulder. "How do I look?" he asked, a lopsided, awkward smile on his features.

Alex rubbed his chin thoughtfully. Over the past few days, he had been growing a goatee and while it added a certain debonair edge to him, the fact that he was using every excuse to rub it was starting to wear on Colin. In all honestly, it made him look like a douche but apparently, it attracted a lot of attention. At least that's what Alex claimed.

"You look like any other guy getting off work and looking for a good time," Alex finally exclaimed.

"Isn't that what we're going for?"

"It's Saturday. No one works on Saturday."

"Actually, last week I had to -"

Alex waved his hand to cut him off. "Yeah, yeah. We need to get you a conversation starter. Something that'll really spice things up and get you laid." He clicked his fingers. "Oh! I know!" He reached into the pocket of torn, black jeans. "These were going to be Plan B tonight but seeing as you need all the help you can get, I was thinking, why not!"

He produced what appeared to be a small, bright orange plastic case. Inside were what appeared to be contact lenses... only they were yellow and slitted. Almost reptilian... or feline.

"You must be joking," Colin said.

"I'm serious, dude! This will be a killer conversation starter!" Alex flung his arm over Colin's shoulders, waving the box of contacts through the air. "Just imagine it; it's dark, its misty, the heavy bass of the music ringing in your ears. To wander up to this lost girl who has been nursing a drink all night. You give her one of these..." Alex gave Colin a coy, predatory smile and stare. "... and top it off with a witty pick up line. She looks into your eyes, stares into these babies and bam!"

Colin jumped.

"Conversation starter!" Alex finished, handing the box to Colin. "Put them on, man! Just make sure to take them off after the night is done. You're not meant to sleep with contacts on. They supposedly roll up into the back of your eye or something like that."

Rolling his eyes, Colin regarded the box and shut it. He looked for a manufacturing label and frowned. "Gene Pool? I've never heard of these guys. Are you sure it's safe?"

"Yeah, dude! I hear they make some awesome products. Some of my best buds are even dropping work from the bank and going to work for them! The pay is awesome and the benefits really take the cake. Health care, paid housing, all that jazz!"

Colin regarded his friend warily. "Wait... Are you trying to tell me that you want to work for them?"

Alex sighed softly, his cheery mood suddenly fading. His arm left Colin's shoulders and he turned towards the door, giving a helpless shrug. "Look, I already told the boss. I'm quitting in three weeks to work for Gene Pool. That's how I got the contacts. It was on the list of benefits. I know how bad your eyesight is and how badly you need to get laid. I swore to myself that in these last three weeks, I'll get you some ass. I figured why not take two birds with one stone, you know?"

Colin gently pulled off his thick glasses and regarded them with a degree of disgust. He always hated his poor eyesight. But he hated being apart from Alex even more. They were best friends since high school. They took the same courses in college together and even got the same internship at the same bank. Now they were going their separate ways. It was about time, yes, but it was still a sad parting.

Yet it was comforting to know that despite that, Alex was still looking out for him... even if it was in a vulgar way such as 'getting laid'. "You know my prescription level...?"

"Of course! Hey, if it makes you feel any better, I've got a pair too." Alex pulled out a second box.

"Why'd you get a pair?"

Stupid question to ask.

"It's Plan B!"

It wasn't. It was just Alex making the bridge between them even stronger... before he left.

"Thanks," Colin replied. "Help me put these on."

*****

When morning came, Colin was feeling surprisingly... clear headed. It was the middle of winter and yet he was feeling extremely warm. Sweat covered his entire nude body and he lay sprawled on his sweat-soaked bed. His quilt lay sprawled on the floor.

All that added up to some fairly odd behaviour on his part.

Each night he had a certain ritual when going to bed. First, he would brush his teeth, change into his pyjamas and then carefully lay himself in his bed, first placing the thin 'under blanket' over his body before following up with the thick quilt. Then, he would retrieve his face mask, secure it over his eyes and lie down. Seven minutes later - exactly - he would be asleep. He knew it was exactly seven minutes as during high school camps and college camping trips, Colin would count down the seconds until he fell asleep and his fellow students would make fun of him about it the following morning.

This time, however, finding himself naked, sweaty and with the blankets everywhere was far from the norm.

Colin immediately sat up, his mind racing rapidly.

Sweat plus nudity plus the disarray of his bed could only mean one thing.

"Oh shit! I got laid last night!"

Fear flooded through his entire system as he scrambled to search for something - anything - that would prove to be evidence to the contrary. Maybe drained bottles of beer? A text message from Alex claiming that he had been too drunk to continue and was dropped off home? Or maybe even some writing on his arm from the barman that left instructions for whoever found him passed out on the curb?

Nothing.

"Shit, shit, shit!" he cried.

With the likelihood of sex mounting, he began looking for evidence that he had at least played it safe. A used condom. No. A condom wrapper. Not even a trace. Lubricant?

Nothing.

"Good god, what happened last night?" he half-cried, half-screamed. Panicked, he was on the verge of ripping out his hair and wondering if his illegitimate child wouldn't mind a father with patches of baldness.

Then his phone rang.

His heart leapt to his throat.

The phone rang again.

Colin dove for where it lay on the sheets of his mattress and scrambled for it.

Alex.

"H - Hello? Alex?" he stammered.

"Morning, stud!"

No! Did he really say that!? That could only mean one thing; he had sex with girls. Lots of girls! Or one particularly hot girl.

"Wh - What happened last night?"

"I didn't think you'd remember."

"Just tell me!"

Alex laughed softly. "Okay, okay, don't blow a gasket." There was a pause on the other end. "Huh..."

"What?"

"Oh nothing. Anyway, we were talking about you, stud!" Alex snickered. "The girls were all over you. Didn't I tell you the contacts worked? Funny thing is, my blue ones apparently look normal in the dark light. So I had to get people to look closer. A pick up line doesn't work quite well when you have to ask them to do something twice. But they were all over you, stud! Wish I had gotten a pair of yellow ones too. You were on fire_!"_

That wasn't a good sign.

"Did... Did I do anything last night?

"Hmmm? What was that? Sorry. Just checking myself out in the mirror. My workout has been really pulling in the results. Don't see why people don't notice it more."

Typical Alex. He was a good friend but he was an attention whore and a bit of a narcissist.

"Did I have sex with anyone last night?" Colin demanded.

"Not unless you somehow snuck back to the club after I put you to bed."

"Oh thank god..." he sighed, collapsing onto his bed. "Alex... Couldn't you have left a message or something?"

"Hey, I was half-drunk and bummed everyone was fawning over you. Seriously, I ripped off my shirt and no one noticed!"

"Of course you did." Colin let out a heavy sigh, relieved and at the same time a little cautious now. "Alex, I know you meant well but... I'm not going to a club again, okay? Last night... I can barely remember it. I don't want to risk anything like that every again."

"Sure, sure. Hey, listen, I'm going to go to the gym today. Want to come with?"

Colin held his phone out at arm's length, frowning. He had to blink several times to reprocess the words. Alex had stopped asking him to the gym after the tenth time he said 'he was too busy'. Now... It was a little strange.

"Um... Okay. Sure. I guess."

"Great! I'll see you at the gym in an hour? And don't wear a suit!"

"I'm not that stupid," replied Colin but Alex had already long hung up. Staring at the phone for a moment, he wondered, "Am I?"

Still wondering, Colin stood up from his bed and tore off the sheets. They would need washing. He hated the smell of sweat, one of the very many reasons he was averse to going to the gym. Still, knowing that Alex would be leaving in a few weeks, he wanted to spend some time with his friend. He really didn't know anyone else at the bank, only occasionally chatting with people and nodding politely when he was addressed. Alex was his only real friend and the only one he had kept in contact with after college.

He sighed as he carried these thoughts and his sheets to his laundry room. The machine had already started churning after he had loaded his sheets into it when he caught something strange looking back at him through the washer's reflection. Frowning, he tilted his head to the left and the right. The twin points of golden light seemed to follow him. His frown grew deeper as he leaned closer to his reflection.

"Oh..." he whispered.

He had left the contacts on, those bizarre feline contacts that had apparently gotten him a lot of attention the previous night. He had slept with them on. Alex's warning from the previous night about sleeping with contacts on instantly flooded him and he let out a loud, "Gah!"

Panic quickly set in and Colin bolted towards his laptop. A quick search on sleeping with contacts on revealed that one night would not hurt him. There was a possibility of dryness and irritation but nothing overly dangerous. It was strange, though. Several forum posts and manufacturer's websites claimed that he should feel some discomfort or perhaps some blurriness in his vision but after a few blinks, he should be able to see fine again. Yet, the world around him never seemed clearer. Everything was crisp and clear like a thin film had been lifted from the world around him and he was just starting to see the world for what it was.

"Okay, let's get them off," he told himself.

Then he froze.

These were not his contact lenses. They were actually Alex's and they were on loan from his soon-to-be employers. Who were they again? Realising he needed to dump the contacts in a solution to keep them clean and usable. Then again, was it even sanitary to have someone else use used contacts?

Colin went back into his room and ruffled through his clothing and belongings, looking for the case and solution for the contacts. All his searching turned up with nothing. He quickly texted Alex asking if he had the case. Alex replied after five minutes in the affirmative and to bring the contacts. Not like he had much of a choice. He couldn't carry them in a plastic bag so he was forced to just wear them until he met Alex, removed them and then placed them in their appropriate containers. Besides, it would be helpful to have another person remove them.

With a shrug and a heavy sigh, Colin went to his bathroom and kicked up the shower. It was almost noon and because of that, most of the hot water was used up. He grumbled as he was forced to step into the lukewarm drizzle that sort of made him warm but left any body part not under the pelting droplets to freeze. As he always did in a vain attempt to keep warm, he reached for his special exfoliating sponge and scrubbed himself to produce some degree of friction.

A frown touched his lips for a moment when he rolled the sponge over his abdomen. There was a lump there and he wondered if there was more reason to go to the gym than just to spend some time with Alex. Maybe he needed to work out more?

In fact, it was quite the contrary.

As he looked down, expecting to see a belly, he was surprised to find that he was having some degree of difficulty looking over his pectorals. Stunned, he wondered if he had always had such strong mounds of muscle with perfectly erect nipples that barred his vision of his lower body. He leaned a little forward, peering at his abdominals. The outline of six, firm squares pressed up against his pale flesh. His hand was still gripping the sponge against those blocks of a Hershey's bar, drawing his eyes up his shapely forearms and to his biceps. There was one particularly prominent vein running up from the crook of his elbow and disappearing halfway up his bicep.

Was he always this... toned?

He shrugged and dismissed it as a healthy diet, hours lost in front of the mirror grooming and good genes.

Though he had some difficulty scrubbing his widened back, he finished his morning shower ritual within record time. After combing back his hair and returning to his room to fetch some clothes, he realised that he didn't really have anything to wear to the gym... sort of.... As Alex had pointed out last night, he didn't have anything but suits. He got weird looks at the supermarket when he went shopping in suits.

The only other variation to his clothing was the gym shorts and the tank top Alex had convinced him to get. He could never put it on because the tank top demanded he not wear a singlet beneath. It would be weird, apparently. Colin felt rather naked if he didn't wear a singlet. Not a day in his life had gone by that he hadn't worn a singlet beneath any other articles of clothing. Or underwear, for that matter. 'Going commando' was not a thought he entertained at all.

Still, Alex was leaving and from all appearances, Colin would not be seeing him for a while. They barely interacted beyond the few surprise slaps on the back Alex gave him at work, a few invitations out to lunch or dinner here and there and last night's disastrous events. Sure Alex came over unannounced here and there and Colin was stuck with the inconvenience of entertaining him but at least it was an interaction.

Something Colin realised he would miss when Alex moved away.

That only spurred him to get over his awkward feeling of nudity and threw on the tank top. It hid his prominent abdominal muscles quite well but his pecs and arms were out for all to see. Again, he wondered if he had hit a second puberty overnight and grew muscles he never though he had. Then again, most of the time he was under three layers of clothing due to his suit and tie meaning he couldn't really see what he was underneath it all.

Any normal person would notice if they were buff and built but not Colin. He never cared about what he looked like without a suit. Now that he put on his gym shorts, and regarded himself in the mirror, he wasn't sure he liked what he saw. He looked like a wannabe gym jock and more than ever, he felt naked. His attire and appearance looked too... 'sporty' for his liking. Far too informal.

"For Alex," he breathed to himself, trying to fight off the incessant feeling of nudity. "Last few weeks. Got to make them count."

After reassuring himself ten more times, he turned and searched for a pair of socks. Sadly, he only had the same black socks he wore normally for work. Those would never be cut out for the gym. However, he spied a pair of thicker, grey woollen socks he wore for winter and decided those would probably work. He put on his sneakers from the previous night. He hadn't worn such shoes since... well, since he moved into this apartment.

Curiously, he recalled having moved here in casual clothing but couldn't remember for the life of him why he had switched to being the... well... the 'stiff' that he was. He grabbed the complimentary drink bottle that he had been given after joining the gym and headed out of his apartment. The gym was within walking distance, thankfully.

As the warm summer air beat down on him, he rewound his memories of the past and recalled how and why he had gotten to this state in his life. At some point in his life, he had casual clothes but then months upon months of being forced into executive meetings made him leery of wearing anything else but something formal. Eventually, a suit became like a second skin to him.

There was nothing wrong with that, he surmised. Probably didn't make him that approachable. Nor did it give him that much of an option when it came to meeting others outside of the workplace. But it was his comfort zone.

Alex had to accept that. His best friend couldn't change him overnight.

Though, as he glanced at his reflection in a passing show window and spied the feral, yellow eyes the contacts gave him, he couldn't help but smile. Some change was good. Maybe there was a happy medium between wearing a suit 24-7 and being the hip, casual guy that was his best friend.

He reached the gym - a monstrous double storey structure that could easily fit over a hundred people doing various exercises and with room to spare. After waving his pass over the reader, he stepped through the turn style into the atrium where a juice bar was present. Alex was already there, ordering what appeared to be two drinks.

Alex caught sight of him and broke into a broad grin. "There's the party animal!" He carried over the drinks and handed them to Colin. Curiously, Colin noticed that Alex was still wearing his contacts too.

"Thanks," Colin murmured. "You're still wearing your contacts?"

His best friend shrugged. "I struck out last night. I figure today, here at the gym, I can get some ass while prowling these halls, finding the most exhausted, sweaty girl around, offering them a drink from the juice bar and then giving them one of these." Alex looked gravely at Colin, arching his thick brows down. The look had an immense intensity to it that really brought out the sharp, crystal blue of those contacts.

Colin rolled his eyes but couldn't help but bring his vision back to lock with Alex's. "Right. Hypnotism works better with a watch or a pretty face."

For a second Alex blinked and looked taken aback. "Was that... Was that a joke?" He laughed triumphantly, throwing his arms back. He ended up splashing a bit of his drink behind him. "Ha! Last night did you some good after all!"

"Yeah. I got so drunk I passed out. I think I lost some of my 'humour suppression' brain cells," Colin stated sarcastically.

"We should get you drunk more often!"

Colin snorted and told him they should start working out. As he turned, Alex seized his shoulder.

"Whoa man, where's your towel?"

"Towel?"

"Your sweat towel. You can't work out without one." Alex hiked a thumb over at the sign that clearly stated 'Please use a sweat towel.'

His heart instantly sank. "Oh... It's been so long I forgot... My apartment isn't too far. Let me just -"

"Nah, forget about it, man," laughed Alex, swaggering over to the desk. "I'll get you one. It's only ten bucks." Before Colin could protest, Alex was forking over a ten dollar bill and throwing him a gym-branded sweat towel.

"But Alex..." he began, a little taken aback as if he was receiving an unexpected birthday present.

"I'm getting double of what I'm being paid right now where we work," Alex said, swaggering past him towards the equipment. "Trust me, I can afford it. You should really consider applying."

"Don't try to change me, babe," Colin said jokingly.

Alex gave him a smile and looked about to say something but he just shook his head and gave Colin a light punch on the shoulder.

They went to the treadmills and began with a light run just to get their blood pumping. Five minutes of running then they started hitting the weights. Both of them picked different sized dumbbells and began working out their arms. Colin was starting to feel the grimy touch of sweat on his skin and had to fight the urge to rush to the bathrooms and vigorously scrub himself down, apply copious amounts of deodorant and then burn his gym clothes. However, focusing on Alex and how this would probably be the last few weeks they'd spend together made him focus. He did not want to mar the days they had left with his neurosis.

"How're you feeling, man?" Alex asked, wiping his brow with the back of his hand. His biceps were looking huge through the thin, white gym shirt he wore. There was a thick vein that ran down the mound of his bicep before it disappeared into his elbow before springing back up as a delta of veins across his forearms. Colin had never realised how built his best friend was.

"Still feeling like I could go another hundred miles," answered Colin despite the fact that his arms felt like they were made of molten lead and were ready to drop off.

"Great. Wanna spot me for the bench press?"

The bench press. A piece of equipment where multiple sweaty bodies were pressed against the same bed whilst working out, their sweat, germs and dead skin cells rubbing off on the fabric even though they used sweat towels.

"Sure. I could use a good workout on my chest," he stated hesitantly

Alex smirked and gave Colin's chest a playful squeeze. "Nah. You've got awesome pecs, man. Wish I had those." Then he gave Colin a suspicious look. "You haven't been hitting the gym in secret just to make me jealous, have you?"

Rolling his eyes, Colin pushed his friend towards the bench press to avoid the inevitable 'so that's what you look like beneath those suits,' comments. Alex began pumping iron without Colin's help. He was pushing some pretty impressive weight - somewhere past a hundred pounds including the weight of the bar. Once he was satisfied, he leapt up, wiped his brow with the sweat towel he had been using to rest his back on.

"Your turn, bud."

Colin nervously stared at the excessive weight. The last time he lifted any kind of weight was when he moved into his small apartment. A hundred pounds seemed excessive. The grunts of the men around him, though, brought a strange crawling sensation through his spine. He could feel their judgmental eyes. If he so much as asked for a lighter weight, those eyes would become intense lasers that would burn and wither him to a black crisp, mass. One look into Alex's expectant eyes and he froze.

Where would he stand when Alex was gone and he was left to fend off those stares by himself? Where would Alex's bright smile be that would bring him out of his shell? Who else could have pulled him from his safe zone and brought him to a club of all places? Something he never would have thought he'd do in a million years. A million and one maybe but not in a million.

He could not let his friends down even if it was something as trivial as this.

Colin rested his towel on the bench press and lay down, regarding the bed warily. He wasn't unfit but at the same time, he had never really pumped iron before. Wasn't it dangerous to be starting off at such an incredible weight? The grunt of a nearby gym goer spurned him on and he grasped the bar just as Alex had.

"Take it easy, okay?" Alex warned. "Don't want to pull a muscle."

"I'll be fine," answered Colin, trying to keep the shaking from his voice. He let out a loud exaggerated grunt and pushed the bar from its supports. To his surprise it wasn't that heavy. The weight still threatened to come crashing down against his chest but with some effort, he managed to control its fall towards his chest.

"Don't keep your elbows pinned to your sides like that," Alex coached. "And keep it away from your collar bone. More over your nipples."

Colin took the advice to heart and as he did the next repetition, he followed the advice.

Good old Alex, always looking out for him.

He felt the burn on his arms more than his chest and when he felt he couldn't push out one more, he set the bar back with a loud gasp.

"Pretty awesome, dude." Alex moved to help Colin to his feet. "My turn."

For a good thirty minutes, they traded places at the bench press, spotting one another. The weight went up gradually and more and more, the burning sensation from worked muscles began creeping up from Colin's arms more towards his shoulders and his chest. Sweat was rolling off his brow by the time they moved on to free weights. Just as before, they pushed some pretty impressive weights and Colin worked muscles he never knew he had.

After an entire hour, he didn't mind the touch of sweat on his body or the fact that his hair was matted to his head. He smiled at Alex when his friend claimed it was time to call it a day. Another protein shake was pushed into his hands and he was too weary to protest. He chugged down the formula in one sitting, same as Alex.

"You did pretty good today, bud," Alex said with a grin. "Think you'll be coming more often?"

Colin returned the grin as much as he could. "Is this your way of getting me to hit the gym while you're gone?"

His friend grinned and gave him a friendly punch to the shoulder. "When next we meet, you've got to be at least two hundred pounds of muscle and can push a hundred and fifty pounds on the bench press."

"You're insane." Colin regarded the empty shake cup in his hands. "Thanks Alex."

"For what?"

Colin rolled the words in his mouth, trying to find the right things to say. He locked gazes with his best friend and said, "For doing all this. Since we've known each other, you've always been trying to change me, make me a better man. By now, any sane person would have given up and left me to be the loner that I am. In the years that we've known each other, you've never stopped. Only now I've started responding and it's because you're leaving. I'm sorry it took me so long to take your advice and thank you for taking the time."

Alex lifted an eyebrow at him and his lips twisted upwards to the right. "You realise that you have just said seventy-nine words without pausing, falling into silence and looking me tiredly in the eye?"

"You counted how many words I said?"

"It's sort of a game of mine," Alex said with a cocky grin. "Whenever you start speaking, I count how many words you say before you break off and look away. The record was thirty."

"You're an ass," Colin snickered, nudging his friend.

For a second, Alex looked puzzled. "Did you just touch me... voluntarily?"

Equally confused, he said, "Um... Yeah? Why?"

"Dude!" Alex exclaimed, throwing his arms back in joy. "You've never done that before! The most I get is a polite handshake! Come here!"

Colin threw his hands up and shied away. "Um... sweaty body..."

Rolling his eyes, Alex lowered his arms and slung his towel over his shoulder. "I suppose that was too much to expect. Baby steps, right?" He nodded towards the showers. "Shall we take a shower?"

"You mean the communal showers where everyone gets naked, washes their dead skin cells and sweat on the same floor and where 50% of the guys urinate in the stalls?" As he said this, Colin was grinning because Alex knew his answer.

"You're right," replied his best friend. "Those places reek. Mind if I shower at your place?"

"Has that ever stopped you before?"

Alex grinned broadly. "Physical contact and sarcasm? Are you really did get lucky last night, didn't you?"

As Colin dispelled Alex's theories about his sexual escapades the previous night, they strode back to his apartment like they had on multiple occasions before. In days past, it had been with Alex drunk off his ass and staggering left and right beside Colin who took him home or held his head back from the toilet bowl as he gave up his dinner or lunch if it was a Friday.

Morning were always the same; Alex on the couch with a massive hangover, asking what had happened and Colin explaining that he had gotten called in the middle of the night either by a bartender or a concerned patron and Colin took him home. Some coffee and a light breakfast later, Alex was boasting about his antics while Colin sat by patiently.

But this time was different.

One of them wasn't drunk off their ass and the other wasn't so scared of muggers and rapists that he had already dialled the first to 'zeros' on his phone and had a rape whistle handy. It was the middle of the day, they walked side by side as two friends should be.

It was such a pity that it took them so many years to come to such a happy medium.

Colin felt his mood darkening and instantly pushed such thoughts aside as they entered his apartment. He expected Alex to walk into the apartment with his shoes on, toss his gym towel on the couch and head straight to the shower. To his surprise, Alex took off his shoes, places it on the shoe rack and then folded his towel and placed it on the kitchen counter.

"Um..." he began.

Alex flinched. "Oh, sorry. Not here?" he asked, lifting his towel.

"No... Erm... You just never took off your shoes before and folding your towel...?"

"Dude, I've been taking my shoes off for months. Your nagging finally got in here." He tapped the side of his head. "That and I know how you don't like germs anywhere so I figure folding the towel and putting it somewhere that you'd wash fifty times anyway is safe. But if you'd rather -"

"No, no," Colin said. "Just... Surprised, is all."

Alex beamed and opened his mouth to say something but then he froze. His jaw snapped shut with a loud click and he shook his head. "Hey, is it okay if I take a shower first? I wanted to head down to the office to drop off these contacts."

Colin almost forgot that he was still wearing the Gene Pool contact lenses. "Right, right. Um... have you got those containers for them?"

"Yeah. In my bag. Just place them in there."

"I've only got the one mirror in my bathroom and I don't want to poke my own eye out..."

"Wuss," Alex taunted, nodding towards the bedroom. "Fine. I'll shower, you sit there looking pretty and when I'm done you can take them off. Five minutes more wearing those things won't kill you, will it?"

Looking warily at the bag where the containers sat, Colin said, "Didn't the instructions say not to wear them overnight...?"

"Well, we did that and we've been wearing them for most of the day."

Processing those words again, Colin said, "You wore them overnight? When you had the containers?"

Shrugging, Alex turned towards the bathroom and shut the door behind him. "What can I say? I felt bummed I struck out last night and I just went to bed with them all. Honestly, I can't even tell they're there anymore."

There was truth in those words. Though they had felt somewhat off when he first put them on, now, they felt... like they weren't there at all. He let Alex turn on the shower before taking a moment to regard his reflection in the polished, reflective surface of the kitchen counter. Having sharp, yellow feline eyes was somewhat startling.

"Hey Alex?" he shouted. A loud hum was his reply. "Did I really pick up someone last night?"

"Oh yeah, bud! The girls were all over you!"

Maybe the contacts weren't so bad. If anything, they were a conversation starter and conversation was something that Colin always needed. More so if Alex was moving away.

That depressing thought once again pierced Colin's mind. Fear of loneliness cast its dark shadow over him once more and his mood rapidly degraded. Colin shuffled over to his bed, all neatly tidied and arranged without a single crinkle. He sat down heavy, his eyes cast into the distance and a frown on his features.

His eyes began to sting and it was not because of the contacts.

No Alex... There was a sense of brotherhood there and now it was being torn from him. It brought unwanted tears. The past twenty-four hours was like having just woken up from a dream. Alex had been there, encouraging him to step out of his shell and he had always just brushed it off, always assuming that his best friend would always be there for him.

A soft buzzing filled his ears and he turned to find that Alex had placed his phone neatly on the bedside table. It looked like it was a call from Alex's new bosses as the caller id merely said 'Gene Pool'. Colin let it go to voice mail. Once the call faded, he saw that Alex's wallpaper was a rather candid picture of the two of them after they had just gotten in as graduates in their current jobs... Well, current and most likely permanent for Colin. Alex was moving onto bigger and better things.

A wave of nostalgia hit Colin as he idly swiped Alex's phone unlocked and browsed all the pictures he had. There were parties, gatherings, dinners and get togethers there. Colin was in most of them but he barely remembered any of them. Feeling heavy hearted, Colin glanced at his own phone and the very generic image of a grass-green field as a wallpaper. The dismal 'No pictures in gallery' message displayed over his stored pictures.

Colin rubbed his eyes and found a soft sob escape him. He rubbed his eyes with the heel of his palm. The sensation was odd. His palm felt rough against flesh but then again, he was always afraid of rubbing his eyes with anything but a moist tissue for fear of infection.

He glanced at his palm and winced. Going to the gym was a bad idea. Now he had some black gunk on his palms. Probably some weird powder the other gym goers used to keep their palms from slipping from the bars. Now it was probably all over his face. With Alex using up all the water, he was loathed to use his sink. It would take some of the water pressure out. Still, maybe he could find a towel to wipe his palms on.

Colin rose from where he sat, feeling the ache of the workout session starting to creep up on him. It was strange that his lower back actually felt a little sore when he mostly worked on his upper body. His legs felt like lead as well. Hobbling to the kitchen was actually an alien experience but it strangely made him happy. This was a memory with Alex he would cherish... even if it hurt like hell.

As he reached the kitchen, he reached for one of his towels but then froze.

His hand... The black gunk had seeped all across the back of his hand and it was accompanied by some sort of white powder. Frowning, he rubbed his eyes clear of any tears with his other hand but then froze when he felt the same rough texture on his other hand. He stared at both his palms side by side.

A soft eep left his lips.

That black 'gunk' was what appeared to be large, black, rough growths that pushed out from his palms. Those on the back of his hand, was hair. Thick hairs. Thick white hairs accompanied by thin stripes of black.

"Wh - what...!?" he gasped, glancing from palm to palm. Instincts took over and he desperately tried to scratch the growths off. His nails pressed against them and bolts of pain shot up his arm as they tapped against the leathery growths.

But why would his nails be so sharp? He always kept them neatly trimmed.

"Oh god!" he cried. Thick, black claws jutted out of the tips of his fingers. His nails had vanished into the rapidly thickening layer of white and black fur. He almost fainted when the claws slipped straight into his flesh, retracting deep into his thick, meaty fingers.

"What's happening!?" Colin staggered back and in that simple movement, he felt a strange tingling sensation rippling up his forearms. He glanced down and watched in mute horror as the thick fur rapidly spread across his pale flesh. The sensation was followed by the odd feeling of warmth and stiffness in the muscles. His fingers felt like they had been filled with lead and his forearms were turned into slabs of cement.

"Uuuugh..." he groaned as the stiffness grew uncomfortable. His forearms pulsed with new sensations, the muscles pushing against his flesh and stretching the skin thin. The demand for blood and oxygen taxed his veins and they were forced to grow bigger so much so that they began pushing out against his skin, becoming visible as long, rivers against his otherwise smooth, black and white fur.

"What...?" Suddenly, his legs gave out on him and he collapsed, only barely managing to catch himself on the kitchen counter. His eyes flicked towards his feet which had swollen into an enormous size. His toes had become thick, fuzzy and covered in the same white fur that was now spreading up his biceps. Black claws slipped out of his toes as his legs tensed, the transformation rippling up his calves and making him feel like he had just done five hundred calf raises at the gym.

He whimpered in agony, pressing his sweat-drenched forehead against the shiny metallic counter of his kitchen. In that moment, he spied his own reflection... and watched his sharp, feline eyes dilate.

"Oh no..."

A loud growl ripped from his throat. Colin lashed out with his right arm. The stiffness of his muscles exploded up his biceps and triceps. He watched them bulge out to enormous sizes, a plump vein cresting the titanic mound before being gently covered by the white and black fur.

No too far away, Alex had set down his bag. Acting purely on some feeble hope, Colin staggered over to it, seizing the cordless phone from where it rested on the counter. His legs buckled suddenly and he slammed into the ground with a crash. He moaned softly, the stiffness starting to feel oddly pleasurable it began creeping up his thighs and ballooning out the muscles there.

Somehow maintaining focus, he rifled through Alex's bag and found the container... and Gene Pool's number. His thick thumbs were too big for the numbers and he growled in frustration, slamming an enormous fist into the floor as he just could not get the numbers right...

Then, an idea hit him.

Pursing his lips, he tensed a finger and a claw slipped out. With the additional accuracy of the scalpel like blade, he tapped at the number and then pressed the phone up to his ear.

"Thank you for calling Gene-Pool Incorporated," a voice said from the other end, "your number one source for all your personal enhancement needs. Please pay attention to our menu as our options have changed."

There was a slight pause and Colin growled in aggravation. Part of him quivered as he felt the warmth and ensuing stiffness flow into his shoulders. Having it so close to his head was both exhilarating and frightening at the same time.

"For athletic equipment, press one. For athletic apparel, uniforms and team sales, press two. For non-athletic and commercial applications, press three. For pharmaceutical trials press four. For customer service, please press 5 or stay on the line and an operator will be with you shortly. Thank you."

Colin had no time to wait and practically skewered '5' with his new claw.

"Please hold while we connect you."

Thankfully, he didn't have to endure the torturous hold music as an operator picked up immediately.

"Thank you for calling Gene-Pool. My name is Dustin. How could I be of assistance?"

"Yeah, hi. My name is... Urgh!" Colin grunted which quickly turned into a feral growl. He felt his ass tighten and a loud ripping noise fill his apartment. Cold sweat plus the cool air against his bare thighs sent shivers up his spine before the warm embrace of his fur quickly overtook it.

"Oh, I know that sound. Didn't follow the instructions, did you?"

"What's happening to me!?" exclaimed Colin. He let out a sharp 'ah' as piercing pain exploded from the base of his spine. It grew and grew in intensity and it felt like something of his was trying to push out of from the seat of his pants. He scratched at it with his claws and found success when a long, meaty tail broke free of the small cut he made. The young man let out a silent scream as the black and white furred appendage grew in his paws.

"I have a tail!" he screamed. "I have a fucking tail!"

"Yeah, that happens. So why don't you tell me what product you're trying out and we can better help you."

"I don't know! My friend got them! They were... They were contacts!"

"Reptilian contacts, avian, coloured? You'll need to be a little more specific, sir."

"Considering how I'm growing claws and am covering in stripes I'm going to have to go with feline," Colin snapped with a hint of sarcasm. He suddenly let out a gasp as his chest felt the tightening effects of the change. He watched through half-closed eyes as his pecs burst forward, tearing the straps off his tank top as his back pushed out from the other side. His hard nipples spearheaded the growth, the crest of two enormous, square mounds that gave his chest that perfect barricade broken only by the tight valley of his tight muscles.

"Alright," the guy said from the other side. "Do you have the product number?"

Colin was unable to control himself and let out a loud, lusty growl. His other paw reached down towards his torn shorts where his bulge was clearly visible. The mere touch of the fabric against his cock sent a new sense of 'stiffness' through him and he rolled his eyes at the sensation.

"Sir? Are you still there?"

Colin snapped himself out of it in time to say, "What's... happening...?"

"Look, I'm going to need the product code. Do you have it?"

Glancing at the box, he saw a few numbers and through his half-dazed stare managed to recite them.

"Oh..." Dustin said.

That hint of worry brought Colin back to semi-sanity. "Oh? What 'oh'?"

"Well... See, it seems that product was highly experimental_. It was given to a few employees as a field test. They're meant to enhance perception and especially night vision. We gave our current employees_ specific instructions to remove them after a few hours since their side effects were not know and that product was given too..."

Colin waved a paw absently through the air. "Wait, wait. Did you say 'current employees'?"

"Yes. It's not like we give experimental stuff to just anyone, you know. It could be dangerous."

Current... that meant that Alex was already...?

"Who was this given to?"

"Um... Alex O'Reilly. Been with us a few months now."

A few months... Alex had been with Gene Pool for a few months now. What was he still doing at the bank? How is it that they still let him in? Wait...

Did Colin even see Alex in the bank these days? Another wave of depression hit him as he realised that he hadn't even noticed that Alex had left months ago. Worse, Alex knew more about the bank and its goings on than a current employee! Colin hadn't even know Casual Fridays were back on and Alex did!

A frustrated rumble rolled out of Colin's chest, caught between a cry of frustration and a ragged sob. The sound he made sounded like he was choking and as his chest heaved from the effort, it pushed out further. His gut tightened both with guilt and the accelerating transformation. He actually felt his flanks tightening and forming the distinct 'V' of athletic men. Another half-sob left him, his steel-corded abs rubbing against one another.

"Sir? Sir? Are you still there?"

"Y - Yeah," Colin said. "Will these effects wear off?"

"You'll need to come in to the lab so we can work on getting you back to normal. We'll send a truck to pick you up. Where are you now?"

Colin gave his address and Dustin confirmed that they will be there within the hour. As Colin hung up, he knelt on the ground, no longer really feeling the changes as it rippled across his back and pushed his thighs well past the capacity of his gym shorts. The thin fabric tore at the seams, leaving him with some bare coverings for his groin. The warmth and tension rolled into his cock and balls from two directions; his thighs and his abdominals. The dual wave hit his member like a raging volcano about to burst and he growled in pleasure - but it was all instinctual. Deep down, he didn't feel anything behind the change.

He wasn't sure what to feel...

With a monumental effort, he managed to crawl up to the kitchen counter, hoisting himself up to his thick, clawed feet. He wiggled his toes a little, watching as the change brought with them new claws that he could flex extremely easily. His legs were immense, bigger than he had ever imagined would be possible for a human. His thighs rubbed against one another and the fabric of his shorts was almost annoying as he strode towards his room and the adjacent bathroom.

Without even knocking, he pushed the door open.

Back to him, staring at his own paws, was a half-transformed Alex. His fur was a bright orange and black in stark contrast to Colin's white and black. The brawny feline turned, feline eyes wide in shock as the transformation completely covered his immense, muscular, toned body in fur. His chest was left a creamy white, exposing his pink nipples to the air.

"Why didn't you tell me you're working for Gene Pool since months ago?"

Alex blinked a couple of times before letting out a soft laugh. "We're turning into tigers and that's what you want to ask me?"

Colin bounded over to his friend and -

WHAM!

Slammed a massive fist right into the mirror. A spider web of cracks sprayed out from the contact. They stood eye to eye, nose to nose. Colin felt the stiffness rolling up his neck, widening his windpipe and making every breath like a deep, thunderous rumble.

"Answer me," he growled, his voice an entire octave lower.

Alex offered a soft smile in apology. "I tried... I really did. But... you were so engrossed in your own world! There was nothing that could get through to you!"

"So you decided to do this to me!?"

"I didn't want this!" Alex shouted, holding up his paws in surrender. "Shit, man. I'm probably going to get fired for this! You think I want that? All I wanted was for you to know -" He choked as his own neck widened though Colin suspected that there was another reason to it.

"Know what?" Colin insisted. His jaw was starting to lock up and he glanced turned his head to the side. It felt like someone was pushing his jaw outwards from the inside. His teeth hurt a little like he was teething all over again. His entire face felt uncomfortable and he found it hard to form words as his tongue felt thick and alien in his own developing muzzle. A quick glance into the cracked mirror and he watched his shattered reflection lose its human shape, shifting and moulding itself into the perfect features of a snowy tiger with bright, startling blue eyes. His nose flattened and broadened, adding a touch of pink in the sea of white with black stripes. His ears rounded out, migrating to the top of his head on invisible strings where they became covered in thick, white fur. The tufts of styled, brown hair on his head remained, looking quite handsome on top of his new feline head.

Slowly he turned his gaze back towards Alex who massaged his jaw as it too became a square and feline. For a second, they locked gazes. In the next second, Colin saw a light blush on Alex's cheeks before they were covered in the same orange and black fur that frames the rest of his trimmed, toned body.

Then... it all made sense.

Alex had quit a long time ago but he still kept coming back for Colin. He kept pestering Colin to go out with him. They spent a lot of time with one another even if Colin just lived in his own little world and ignored the signs.

Why else would Alex stay in touch with him for several months? Why would he keep hanging out with an antisocial, oblivious neat freak like Colin?

"Alex..." rumbled Colin.

The other tiger glanced up, his bright blue eyes filled with guilt, sorrow and loss. The moment their lips touched, those eyes brightened in shock. Neither of them breathed for an entire five seconds.

A single tear was squeezed out of Colin's left eye. Before it even disappeared into the fur of his cheeks, he pulled his fist from the broken mirror and seized the back of Alex's head, cupping his friend's nape gently and pressing their mostly naked bodies up against one another. Alex's paws seized Colin's shoulders, pushing him away, panting.

"Buddy... what...? I don't..."

For a second, Colin thought he had read the signs wrong. Maybe Alex was just taken by the sensations of the transformation? No... That wasn't right. He was sure of this.

"It took a pair of fake contacts to finally get me to open my eyes."

Alex's jaw hung half-open. Then he smiled though tears welled up in his eyes. "You fucking idiot."

Their lips collided, strong, muscular arms wrapped against one another as their thick, plump pecs pushed against one another. The sensation of Alex's smooth fur against his bare nipples sent waves of tingling pleasure all over Colin's body. With his thick, meaty arms, Colin hoisted Alex off the ground, pulling the tiger's legs around his waist. Alex curled his arms around Colin's shoulders, his thick arms finding fine purchase around Colin's broad shoulders.

The white tiger carried Alex out of the bathroom, still with eyes closed and lips locked. They collapsed onto the bed where Alex rolled the white tiger onto his back. His long, rough tongue lashed out, rolling across Colin's sinewy neck, making the tiger rumble in pleasure. Alex's huge paws rolled over Colin's pecs, squeezing massive muscles that hadn't been there an hour ago. Each pectoral was the size of a dinner place and as hard as a slab of steel. Alex's tongue brushed the hard crevasse they made right down the centre of Colin's chest, making the white tiger squirm in pleasure.

Deprived of his taste of tiger, Colin quickly seized Alex's arm, pulling the thick slab of meat straight towards his lips. His tongue brushed against the monumental mound. When it tensed and bulged, when that vein pushed up against the skin and fur to kiss his lips, when the muscle forced his fingers apart, his cock jostled in his torn shorts.

Sensing his need, Alex reached down his with free paw and pushed Colin's shorts free. All the while, Colin adored the mound of thick bicep in between his lips, being careful not to pierce the flesh with his fangs. He adored the muscle, enjoyed its rounded shape and its sculpted frame not because it was one part of a feline Greek God but because it belonged to his best friend; a friend who despite moving on to greener pastures kept waiting around for him to final open his eyes and catch up.

He felt a thick slap against his abdominals and cracked open one eye. Alex's thick, pink cock pressed up against the base of his pecs, drooling precum from its pointed tip. It looked somewhat alien now that it was just pointed and sported tiny barbs along its length. Grinning to himself as he lathered Alex's arm with his tongue, he drew a single finger along the length of the gargantuan member.

Alex shuddered above him, each quake pushing his virgin ass closer and closer to Colin's likewise erect cock. His friend reached behind him, seizing the barbed member in his big paw. Colin growled and bucked his hips, making his intention known. Alex gleefully complies as he leaned back, his hot pucker pressing against the eager tip.

The orange tiger sat up, cradling Colin's flanks in his huge thighs. Slowly, with a lusty grin on his face, he leaned down on Colin's cock. A moan escaped them both as that first inch pushed deep into Alex. Colin seized Alex's throbbing cock, squeezing it tightly and giving it one long stroke, squeezing out a long splash of precum onto his chest. There would have been a time when he would have squirmed at the thought of having another man's fluids sprayed across his chest but this was no ordinary man.

This was Alex.

He eagerly wiped the creamy precum into his fur, purring softly the sensation of the warm fluids melding into his very being. Alex's musk melded with his own, cementing in his mind just how much they belonged together and how they always belonged together.

A loud gasp rolled from his throat, sounding more like a soft roar as he hilted deep into Alex. For a second, he wasn't sure what to do from then on. Then, Alex slowly pulled away, the sensation of the hot flesh rubbing against the barbs of Colin's cock driving the white tiger wild. Yearning for more of that sensation, Colin pushed back into the retreating Alex, his paw rolling up and down Alex's cock as he eagerly drenched himself in the latter's precum.

All the while, Alex rolled his eyes back into his head, tail thwacking excitedly against Colin's thighs as in rhythm with their mounting love making. Moans of pleasure turned into lusty, feral growls and half-roars. The bed squeaked loudly beneath them. Alex's claws tore into the fabric with one paw and the other seized Colin's right nipple, giving the fleshy nub and tight squeeze.

The blast of pleasure sent Colin rolling wildly off his limit. He arched his back and let out a monumental roar. He slammed his cock deep into Alex, his ball churning violently as they pumped spurt after spurt of precum deep into his best friend. The shock likewise sent Alex over to top. The tiger's cock blasted hot streams of feline seed straight into Colin's face.

The hit was both shocking and at the same time, incredibly arousing. Colin was driven wild by the taste of his lover's cum on his lips. With all his strength, he seized Alex's shoulders and threw the orange tiger onto the bed. Alex let out a cry of shock as the initially introverted Colin showed his true passion by licking up the splotches of cum on his faces and then driving their lips together.

The taste of salty seed was shared between the two, their hot, muscular bodies pressed against one another in a tight, loving embrace.

As the last blast of seed spurted from their cocks, Colin pulled away... and slowly opened his eyes. Finding himself staring deep into Alex's half-glazed, beautiful, amber eyes... he just couldn't help but smile.

No words needed to be said between them.

Words had failed them both at one point or another.

All they needed to do was to stare into each other's eyes...

...

A soft ringtone echoed in the room.

Alex blinked and glanced towards the bedside table. It was his phone.

Colin reached for the device, purring softly as his still very erect cock jostled inside of Alex. Just the mere movement made him eager for a second round. He could tell Alex was gearing up for a round two as he took the phone with a flash of agitation.

"Yeah?" Alex asked, pressing the phone to his ear.

With his new, improved hearing, Colin could hear Dustin's voice coming from the device.

"Alex? Hey man, it's Dustin. That guy you've been pining over for months called up. Said you guys are turning into felines? I'm here to pick you up for detox."

Alex exchanged glances with Colin for a moment to which Colin replied by swiping the phone and saying...

"Give us thirty more minutes."
