Exceed, Part One
#1 of Yu-Gi-Oh Exceed
I decided to create a new short story about Yu-Gi-Oh, featuring XYZ Monsters but none of the numbers cards, other froms of summoning will also be featured. I hope you enjoy.
"Wake up Virgil, come on, Class is over.", A voice said as a young person's eyes opened. He was a young man, 15 in age. He wore a black vest with grey pockets and a blue undershirt. He had black hair spiked up and red-tipped. He had tan cargo shorts on. On his wrist he wore a D-Pad a common Duel Disk for the age. On his waist was a belt with a container that contained his duel cards.
"Ok, I'm up did I miss anything?", Virgil asked his childhood friend, Tina. As he got out of his desk. His body adjusting as he exited the classroom. They soon exited the school. They walked down the stairs to the courtyard. All trough the areas students were dueling. While it looked like nothing, Virgil and Tina put on an eye piece on their right eyes and monsters appeared.
"So Virgil who are you gonna lose to today?", A male voice said behind him. Behind him stood Quant his friend slash rival. He wore a blue jacket with a black undershirt. He had black jeans. He had red hair the flowed down his head.
"I bet I could beat you, Quant.", Virgil said with a snicker.
"Sure then a duel it is.", Quant said as he walked down the stairs to an empty spot void of any duelists. He then put out his right hand as his D-Pad opened up with five spots for cards. Virgil dis the same but on the other side.
"Your move first, Quant.", Virgil said as cameras started to appear capturing the battle and placing it on screens that were all around the school.
"Ok I start my turn off by drawing. Very good.", Quant said as he looked at his cards on his hands, "I start off by placing Blackland Fire Dragon down on the field!", Suddenly a green dragon appeared virtually on the field. Suddenly on both a screen listing (1500/800).
"I then end my turn."
"Ok, now I draw.", Virgil then drew his cards and looked at them. "I place down to the field Big Jaws!", A massive shark then appeared next to a screen listing (1800/300) appeared. "And then I activate Next World. If you didn't know Next World lets me summon one monster equal to one of your monster's level.", Blackland Fire Dragon then glowed.
"I now summon to the field Armed Sea Hunter.", A Armed warrior then appeared with four fins. A screen then appeared stating (1800/400). "Now here's the kicker, I Xyz Summon, Bahamut Shark!", Suddenly Big Jaws and Armed Sea Hunter glowed and changed into two balls of light. A massive humanoid shark appeared. Next to it a screen reading (2600/2100) appeared.
"And since I can't attack I end my turn.", Virgil said.
"Ok, I draw, and on the field I put down a face down card, and end my turn.", Quant said as a face down card appeared out of thin air.
"Ok, I draw, and now I detach one Overlay Unit, to activate Bahamut Shark's ability. I can now summon one Xyz Monster lower than Bahamut Shark's rank. So I summon to the field Constellar Hyades!", A armored warrior appeared next to a screen reading (1900/1100).
"I now attack your Blackland Fire Dragon, with Constellar Hyades with Lance Blaster!", The warrior then raised its lazer lances and attacked the monster it getting destroyed. A wave then hit Quant, and a screen appeared next to him, the number dropping from 4000 to 3600.
"And now I attack with Bahamut Shark's Ultra Bite!", The Shark then run towards Quant.
"Not so fast I activate Damage Diet! This cuts the damage I would receive by half!", The shark then bit down the screen appeared again dropping again from 3600 to 2300.

Now this is the part of the story where I explain on of the cards in the story. This is Bahamut Shark.
His Xyz's Ability lets him summon one Xzy Monster. Now it says Water but I like the manga version because their is no Rank Three Water monster. This was brought to you by ShadowFlamedramon.
