"No!"

What a dreadful word.

"No! No! Stop it!"

It's so negative. Such a show-stopper, a candle-snuffer, a curtain-dropper.

Perhaps I watch too many plays.

"Stop...No..."

Good, the word is much easier to bear when it's spoken softly, like a last wish. This one is delicious.

"Please...stop...have mercy..."

Oh damn it to Hell.

I dropped the body of the feminine rabbit. He was feminine, but definitely male. He made it obvious when he tried to stuff his oversized crotch into one of those pink-laced panties of his wife's. He'd be fine. I would have finished him off and felt a lot less guilty if he hadn't pleaded. I suppose that was my weakness. When they pleaded, it touched that cold heart of mine, it spoke to me more than anything else they could say.

He pleaded. Realized his situation and begged, and I had total control of his life. And when I had that total control, it just frightened me to use it. Like it always did.

The rabbit bled on the pavement in the alley behind the theater, but he'd be fine. The wound wasn't deep enough to kill him from blood loss. He'd only have trouble explaining to his wife where he was that night. But if he was exploring her wardrobe, I imagine that'd be the least of his worries.

Onto more pressing issues. Because that frail little thing interrupting my meal, I'd have to find a second course in order to survive the rest of the week. I wiped the blood from my teeth, wrapped myself in my coat, and let myself dissolve into the crowd around the corner from the alley.

The city was teeming with people, many of them ones that called themselves "creatures of the night," but it hardly seemed like much to me to wear a decorated black cloak and a grimace on your face. I know what they wanted: to be looked at. I was different. The less I was seen, the better. These imitators never understood that. And they could never get the right degree of gauntishness on their face.

I found that rabbit while watching the show that night. He looked like he had something to hide, constantly squirming in his seat with an uncomfortable grimace. I never thought the answer would be as simple as tight undergarments.

I target the outcasts. The ones with secrets. The ones that have a need for something but must hide it from the ones they know and love. I figure they'll appreciate me, maybe even let me free them from the prison they call their lives. But they never do. They always have something to cling to.

That doesn't stop me from trying. And they are different. They don't scream, especially when interrupted with their secret exposed. It's very entertaining to see them react.

As I passed a pub, a thought occurred to me. Many of society's fearful secret-holders strangely endanger themselves by wasting money on alcohol in places like this. Perhaps I would get lucky and find my next meal there.

Entering the pub, I was immediately disappointed. It was as full as the street outside, but there were no people acting defensive or outrageous. I sat down near the door, watching. No, this place was stricken with the disease of calm drunks. They were all either thinking out loud about how life could have been or fawning over their wonderful friendship for each other. Honest. Disgusting.

I had nearly decided to leave when a confident young fox passed me. He had a vague smile on his face, and once he reached the door, he turned around, holding up an invisible glass in his hand, which had a ring around the third finger.

"Forever David! You and me!" And with that, he left. How inconspicuously conspicuous.

David was at the opposite end of the bar, a bat that blushed crimson when mentioned by his lifelong friend. Not only that, but he made sure to successfully hide his lower body when most of the pub looked toward him upon the fox's exit.

He was someone to keep an eye on. I remained seated near the door, glancing away whenever David's gaze landed near me. It didn't take long before the bat passed me to leave. And he wasn't so successful hiding the obvious bulge in his pants. Oh yes, he was a great one. Looked delicious too.

The bat wasn't in sight the seconds after I left the pub, but I heard footsteps from around the corner in the alley. David, it seemed, couldn't hold in his friendship.

I stepped silently toward the backside of the building, which took a tediously long time. Making silent movements requires grace and concentration, which I was not gifted in, so I made up for it with a lack of speed.

By the time I had turned the corner, the bat had dropped his pants to his ankles and was touching his reasonably-lengthened meat. I stayed still, barely visible against the adjacent building, the night helping me keep myself as a voyeur of the bat.

"Oooh...Gregory..." He moaned as he stroked himself, lifting his head up. He kept repeating the name between moans and grunts. I decided it was best to stop him while he was ahead, especially since I'd be helping him get what he really wanted.

Quietly, which took a much shorter time than silently would have, I moved behind him and placed my hand on his right shoulder.

With a yelp, the bat stopped, opened his eyes and started to turn himself around. When he saw my face, he gave another yelp accompanied by the thud of him slamming himself against the wall behind him. I put both hands on his shoulders.

"I see you're having an enjoyable time out by yourself. Why not share the fun?" I asked him.

"Y-y-y-you're...you're...a..." He stammered.

I smiled, which only made the bat cower more. "Ooh, let's try an exercise. I'm feeling narcissistic. Describe me, as you see it." I commanded, pulling the string on my cloak so that it floated to the ground.

"You're...You're a vampi-"

"A Hunter of the Night, yes we KNOW that. Tell me what I look like, not what I am."

"Uh...Uh..."

"Hurry it up," I said, squeezing his shoulders, "I don't have all night."

"You're a wolf...Kinda grey...You look all young...but kind of gaunt..."

"Very good. Keep going."

"You've got a vest on...It's dark, striped...I can't see the colors..."

"Navy and silver. A wonderful combination. Very slimming. Continue."

"You...You're naked besides that."

I sighed. "I suppose that's good enough for now." I let one of my hands slip down to his thigh, rubbing it softly. "Gregory's gone now, so why don't you help me out instead?" I asked, gesturing to what was below my vest.

"No...I'm saving myself for him..."

"But if I'm not mistaken, he's not interested in you, or anyone else that didn't put that ring around his finger. Gregory has fallen victim to the disease of marriage, hasn't he?"

"He promised...Forever..."

"Well, I didn't take my time sneaking to be denied by a hopeless dream." I lifted his chin and stared into his eyes, quickly letting him become trapped in mine. "It's not Gregory that you want, is it? No, you want any man. You want the one in front of you. You want me."

He immediately fell victim to my charm, sinking into my eyes. I could see them lose focus. "I want any man." He repeated. "I want you."

"That's my good bat. It feels nice to hear that, doesn't it?" I said.

"Yes...feels nice...I'm a good bat..."

I smiled, "That's right. Now be a good bat. Service me like you want to." I said, adding pressure onto his shoulder. He sank quickly to his knees, staring at my crotch. "Lick, my bat. Excite me."

He leaned forward and let his tongue explore my body. He lifted his hands to the sac beneath my meat, which was starting to grow in front of him. It wasn't long before he started to lick my fully-grown length from base to tip.

David was no slouch a pleasuring a man with his mouth. "Good bat," I said as he lapped at the underside of my shaft. He might have practiced on himself, or even been so lucky as to get another crush of his drunk for a night. It didn't matter much, not as he took my tip into his mouth and suckled on it gently. No, it didn't matter at all.

I moaned loudly, which spurred him on, taking more of my member in his maw. His fingers softly worshiped what was still exposed and not yet in the bat's mouth. He took more and more, a wonderful feeling of warmth slipping down my wolfhood, causing me to start leak pre into his mouth.

He let out a happy sound, something like a chirr. But it didn't distract him from his task, and soon he was slowly bobbing back and forth on my shaft, causing more pre to leak from the tip. I placed both my hands on the wall behind him, leaning my head forward and grunting out sounds of ecstasy between whispers of "Good bat...keep going..."

David reached up and grabbed my balls, causing me to elicit a loud, high moan. He tickled just below them as he sucked on my tip again. It was too much, he was too good at it. I reared my head and arched my back, my own shaft exploding, sending my seed into his mouth and even down his throat. The bat did not complain though, only repeating that happy chirr as he swallowed it all down.

In the quiet space after my climax, I slid down to my knees after pulling myself from David's mouth. Oh, this bat had a beautiful neck. Just beautiful. I softly fingered it, tapping it lightly with my fingers. "David. Don't ever give up on Gregory." I said. "Take him here as often as possible. One day he will make a mistake, and then you will strike and take what you want. Like the good bat you are."

"Take what I want...Like a good bat..." He lazily repeated, a smile still on his face.

"Good bat," I said, and then pushed my lips outward, sinking my fangs into his beautiful neck. Oh yes, he was delicious. Just the right flavor I needed after that rabbit. Complementary, like a good wine and the right main course. The rabbit was my main course. David was my wine.

"N...nnn..." He spat out, the charm fading.

He almost said that dreadful word. But he staid quiet, giving in to my dominance of his body.

I reached the point where I could stop and live for a good week or longer, and David would survive.

Pleading was no longer the only thing that would stop me.

I took my fangs from him and let him rest against the wall of the pub.

"Th...Thank you..."

I smiled and wiped the blood from my teeth. I placed my hand on his slow-beating heart. "Remember, David, to be a good bat."

David closed his eyes and slept, oddly peaceful, but not before he watched me slip my cloak back on and turn the corner to blend in with the other creatures of the night.
