Um this is a commission for Night_Spore426. It's the plot development for the second part- or third parts- hope my watchers like it! xxx

(This is just a fantasy/idea, not a foretelling of a story.)

Ben was lounging on the couch; his dog, Jack, was laying on his leg. Jack was quite a normal dog, a dalmatian. They were close, and liked each-other's company. Ben was holding a beer in one hand and stroking Jack's back with the other. "Sorry about Lizzie, I am, but it has to happen. You know what she's like when you go off with the neighbors dogs'. It's not my fault, and it's not yours either." Ben had sympathy in his voice, and he knew Jack could understand. Jack gave a glance back to him, and Ben could read it like a book. "Don't look at me like that Jack, it's her issue, but. You know what she's like, and. I can't refute." Jack gave a whimper. "You know I can't say no to her. Don't make this harder. I'll take you to the vets next Tuesday. I'm sorry, I really am." Jack gave another glance, and extended his paw, putting it on Ben's knee. "Jack~" Ben wished Jack didn't have to be so reasonable. "Don't be like this, I know, I know it would be different if you were my son, you could say that, but if you were I don't know how she'd react. It's all theoretical." Ben sighed, he had more conversations and arguments with Jack than he'd care to admit. "I know I know... It's fun with the neighbors' too but why can't you just find a nice bitch instead? It'd make it easier." Ben made a grumble, and a whimper. "Ah I know it's not like that... Sorry Jack. I am." Jack crawled over and laid his head on Ben's lap, and Ben ruffled his ear. "Why don't I take you to the park? She won't be back for a few hours from the firm, it'd be nice. Alright?" Jack gave a nod, any other owner would be confused but Jack and Ben always understood eachother.

Ben patted Jack's head and he leaped off, returning a minute later with a Frisbee in his mouth. Ben was already standing by the door, putting his jacket on, and grabbing his keys. "Maybe, but you have to behave." Ben ordered, picking up his lead. Jack gave a growl, he didn't like that lead, he much preferred the one he picked out. "Jack, I know you don't like this one but if I take you for a walk in your pink lead, it won't go well. Alright? So just, okay?" Jack could feel the tire in Ben's voice and reluctantly walked towards the door, it was an ugly black lead, and he hated it. He huffed, and let Ben put it on him. "I know you don't like wearing it I'm sorry." Ben opened the door and walked them both out before locking it behind them.

A few hours later they'd arrived home, Ben unlocked it and Jake clambered in whimpering, his paws scratching at his leash; which Ben then leaned down to unclip from his collar. "Better?" Jake barked, and licked Ben's nose; it wasn't uncommon if Ben got close enough. "Eeeyy silly." Ben muffled, wiping his nose clean and ruffling Jake's spotty ear. Ben looked to his side, and saw something laying on the table next to the key bowl, there was something on it. It looked like a pencil, but it was thicker; black, with a one white stripe, and two white spots. "Hmmm... what's this?" Ben asked himself, he didn't recognize it, he hadn't bought it, won it, found it anywhere but here. He put it down and walked to the kitchen, kicking off his shoes and hooking his jacket on a hook. "Cmere boy." He called, opening the cupboard and putting some of Jake's dry food in his bowl.

They both heard a loud set of clashes, crashes and thumps and suddenly Elizabeth crashed through, in another foul mood and a grimace across her face. 'Why do you keep feeding that mutt?! When're you going to get him fixed?!' She yelled from the other room. Jake growled, walking between his owner's legs. 'I'll get it done later okay, calm down.' Ben sighed. They could hear Elizabeth throwing her bags on the floor. "What's this stupid stick thing? What did I tell you about keeping your shit around the house?!" She yelled at him, and Jack ran through, a loud smacking bang resonating through the air and knocking him to the floor. 'Aggh what the Hell?!' He grunted as his back hit the cabinet. He heard a loud bark and a whimper, and he tried to get to his feet, but couldn't. 'Jack? Jack are you okay?' He groaned, and managed to use the counter to get up, limping into the other room to see his wife laying on the floor on her side, her coat covering her almost completely. It took him a moment to look around, Jack was nowhere to be seen, and he fell down to beside his wife, turning her over. 'Elizabeth?! Elizabeth are you okay?! Oh please be okay I love you!' He near-screamed in desperation and she coughed, recoiling over, and he felt something hit his leg in a beating motion but he ignored it. 'Lizzie, are you alright? Please be okay.' He said, slightly quieter but still in shock.

She coughed again, turning to face him and smiled. "Y-yeah I'm okay." She didn't smile often and it seemed out of character. "W-what h-happened...?" She gurgled, putting an arm around him to pull herself into a sit, and he felt a softer hand on the back of his neck and he pulled her closely into a big hug. 'I've no idea what happened but I'm so glad you're alright.' He squeezed her tightly. "I. I'm alright don't worry." She kept coughing, then made a bark like noise and Ben panicked, pushing her away for a moment and almost leaped back from her. "Benny? What-what's wrong??" She asked, her voice was soft, very soft and not like her at all.

He recoiled looking at her, and scrambled backwards against a closet, opening a drawer and almost throwing a hand mirror at her. "Benny? Benny what what is it'??" She looked down into the frame quizzically. It seemed normal to her, a long, white furred snout with black spots. "Benny? Why're you making such a big deal? Nothing's wrong!" He shook his head wildly, attempting to speak, but no words could come out. "Benny? Benny please you're scaring me!" 'Y-you're you're a dog!!' Ben shouted, unable to control his voice, almost shaking. His wife cringed, moving away, genuinely hurt. She leaped to her feet. "If you didn't like how I looked today you could've just said it!" She barked, rushing out.

Ben sat there bewildered, wiping his brow with the back of his hand, trying to piece together the situation. He sighed deeply, laying back and accidentally hitting his head on the cabinet.
