#1 of The MacAllseter Monologs

_Before I Post the first chapter, there are some things to note.

First this story deals with mature subject matter. Sex and violence is a regular subject. be aware. If you are sensitive or too young. please do not read.

I is based in a world that is a mix of SinCity and Gotham but only Darker.

Crime is barely repressed/controlled and such heinous crimes as Rape and other darker crimes are regretfully common place enough that the media rarely even take notice. The most of society knows it is bad but they ignore it and try to pretend every thing is fine.

This world is anthropomorphic, aka Furry.

Ive tried to post what I could in monologs done in audio and video recordings. I am open to critique as this story is a work in progress and has been a big stretch for me as I wrote it I have found the point of view rather limiting.

With out father ado I introduce John_

**The MacAllseter Monologs

John**

"I'm lying there. I can smell the coppery, metallic tinge of blood. I can taste it on my lips, feel its sticky slickness soaking into my fur. I open my eyes, I can see the moon is shining brightly in her fullest state. Between the tall buildings, where I lay, I try to turn my head to see where the blood is coming from. As I do, I'm suddenly aware of pain. Every fiber of my being screams in pain.

The next thing I remember is seeing a young white vixen in a lab coat smiling worriedly at me as she fills a syringe. Her fur was nearly the same white as the pristine lab coat, darkening to a silver on her markings. I try to sit up, but my body refused to respond. That's when I realized I could feel nothing. I began to panic as the Vixen padded with a fluid grace quietly to my side, saying, 'Just relax, John." Then I go to sleep, again.

I dreamt again, of shapeless forms that were all trying to tear my limbs and body from my head. Then the Vixen stood, her lab coat shining like the full, blessed moon, bathing me in her soft, comforting light. She just stood there, protecting me from the dark shapes, holding them off. Her body and voice giving defiance as she doggedly refused to move aside.

I awoke to my body tingling, a thousand pins and needles driving me mad. I could feel everything, the air whispering along my fur, every nerve sending a broadcast as the fur danced in the wind. I opened my eyes and screamed, only to see her there with a concerned smile on her muzzle. She did not approach this time; she just stood still as a statue. She whispered, 'Please relax, John, it will pass. Just stay calm. I am here.'

Her words drifted soothingly over my fur, piercing the maelstrom in my head. I looked into her sincere, concerned eyes, and felt the maelstrom of panic receding, leaving calm in its wake, but as soon as I thought about it, it came back a hundred fold, and I screamed again.

'John, please relax,' she pleaded again, as tears made mystic trails on her fur. For some reason, the tears coming from her saintly eyes hurt me more than all of the previous sensations put together.

Okay, I thought, just please, don't cry. I wanted to reach out to her, hold her, reassure her that I would be okay, but my body refused to respond to my mind's urging. So I just gazed into her beautiful eyes, trying to let her know that I'd be okay. Those beautiful, comforting, warm..., sorry, I digress. I'm not making this recording to convey anything but the facts."

The young fur switched off the recorder and sighed. He then set it down, laying back in the full moon's light. He lay on top of the highest tower deep in the wooded mountains. After a few minutes, he switched the recorder back on.

"End of recording," he said, then switched the machine off again. The chimerical figure approached the edge of the fifty foot tower. He was a bizarre mix of fur-types. He had the muzzle of a weasel, with rounded Fox ears and Cat's eyes. His hind paws looked almost comically overlarge as he approached the demarcation between man made object and heaven made sky. He looked down at the dizzying drop, then stepped off of it with a sigh.
