The Pokemon Story: Ash vs. King Leonidas (part 1)
Here comes a new story, and this one involves Pokemon. Ash has to go through another journey, except this time, it's a matter of life and death. Will Ash be able to save the world once again, or will he fail to do what he does best, and let King Leonidas destroy the planet? Read to find out. Anyway, enjoy the story.
It was the final round of the National Unova Pokemon League. Ash was prepared to fight the champion, for he had his 8 gym badges and defeated the Elite Four. He thought the champion would be his friend Iris, but it wasn't. It was a mystery lad who had secretly rose beyond the ranks of the Elite Four and had beaten Alder and Iris before Ash had his last gym badge.
"Who are you? Where's Iris?" Ash asked the mystery boy.
"My name... is John. I'm here to save the future. But, to do that, I had to travel to the past, before this planet was destroyed," John told Ash, who was now in shock and surprise.
"No way! The planet...destroyed?!?!?!?" Ash exclaimed in disbelief.
"Yes. And, the only way to save it... is by destroying the one who did so in the future. And that... was YOU, Ash. I'm sorry, but I must obliterate you to save the future," John said, "Now, let's battle! This will be a one-on-one. Whoever's pokemon is KO'ed first wins."
"Alright! Go, Pikachu!" Ash exclaimed as his little yellow buddy hopped off his shoulder and got into the ring.
"The pokemon who helped you destroy the planet. I should have known. Go, Dialga!" John exclaimed as he revealed a Pokeball. Ash was surprised when a real Dialga popped out of the Pokeball.
"I'll have the first attack. Youngest first, after all. Dialga, use Roar of Time!," John exclaimed. The Dialga emitted a violent roar that froze Pikachu in his tracks.
"No, Pikachu!" Ash proclaimed.
"Apparently, you can't attack this turn. So, I'll go again. Go, Dialga! Use your Hyper Beam attack!" John yelled. Dialga Fired a powerful beam from his mouth. It blasted Pikachu, almost finishing him.
"PIKACHU!!!" Ash yelled. All of a sudden, Pikachu broke free from time's control.
"What?! But that Hyper Beam should have finished him! How did he break free from Roar of Time?" John exclaimed in disbelief.
"Go, Pikachu! THUNDER ATTACK!!!" Ash proclaimed. Pikachu emitted a powerful electric bolt that zapped Dialga senseless. He was KO'ed in one hit.
"Wait! I should have finished him. But, if I lost to him, then that means... OH NO!" John exclaimed. Suddenly, a dark aura surrounded John. He cried out in pain before falling to the ground.
"John!" Ash yelled as he charged for John. But, just as Ash reached him, he arose.
"Who is this John you speak of? I am King Leonidas, future ruler of this planet!" Leonidas said through John's body. Then, a blink later, he was gone. Apparently, Ash was part of yet another legend. Will Ash be able to save the world from this new evil. Stay tuned...
