Chapter 1: Same Beating Time

One, two three, one two three... the whistle, the ball bouncing and hitting the wall, some yells and some people cheering up, pretty normal until a loud sound stopped everything and a low and strong voice came from the coach.

-Leo!, bring your ass here!

He stopped moving and walked towards him, his ears lowering while he wondered what happened - yes coach?- He replied and looked up at his couch.

-"There's no strength or decision, you're not training right; I don't know what's happening to you but go fix what's keeping your mind apart from here- the couch said

The young lion gulped and nodded, slowly taking his gloves off and the rest of his stuff.

Walking to the exit he started to wonder what to do, with that that is making his mind so unfocused, so confused even sad.

He entered to the lockers room and took his uniform off, tossing the sweaty shirt and shorts to the locker, then followed by his boxers, leaving himself in his natural uniform, he sat down on the bench and lowered his gaze to his own paws, still wandering what to do with "that"; after a minute or two he stood up and walked to the showers, since the training wasn't over it was all for himself, he placed the towel on the rack at the entrance of the shower, and stepped in closing his eyes while the rushing water matted his fur, making it to get wet and tight against his form, his bristled gold pelt went down at the contact with he warm water, he took some lotion and smeared it over his shoulder then down to his chest and belly, after a minute or two he rinsed his body and turned the shower off, as it is said by common people the shower helps you to think and cleans your mind and your soul, that happened to him, now calm and ready, he took the towel and dried his fur, his hand paws a bit damaged by the sport he plays but nothing important; taking advantage of the situation, he walked naked to a small area where a big mirror is, he analyzed his form, up and down from his gold and short mane, down to his face, his big brown eyes staring into themselves, a small bur warm smile on his muzzle, down to his chest, flat and shiny, his belly well toned and with small 6 pack on it, because of the sport he practices his legs are strong and a really marked, he was a good looking guy that is what he tough at the moment, now feeling more confident his tail started to sway lightly, walking to this locker he took his clothes on, green cargo pants and red shirt with a small zipper that goes from the neck to the shoulder and some white lines transversal to the zipper line.

Smiling he came out of the locker room, and took a deep breath, his ears perked while he grinned and started to ran, he wanted to fix everything, he wanted to end the ankward situation, he wanted to be in peace, the young feline body ran down the road, it wasn't too far less than a kilometer, he walked through a big avenue but he did not checked for cars coming or going, he just appeared there running and voiding cars, until he reached the other side, by jumping and sliding over the window of the last parked car, he took a small break and the ran again jumping trough small fountains and over a thin but long garden, the Parkour was extreme and he was doing good, finally he reached a building, he was panting and pretty exited, his tail waving lightly until the young lion took a deep breath and walked up stairs gulping lightly to met someone.

Every step lasted life for him, his ears down and his heart racing while he wondered what to say, his tail waved curiously behind him until her reached a wood door he lifted his paw to knock at it and stopped just an inch away, he took a deep breath and knocked up at it, after like 20 or 30 seconds someone opened a young and tan cougaress came out, she was a bit smaller than him, her hair was long and silky in a black tone, her eyes beautiful were green, she was in pretty good shape and very lovely dressed with a nice skirt and a pink blouse, her tail swaying a bit under her while she said.

-Leo!- the young male smiled lightly and answered by taking her paw in his and pulling her out of the door and upstairs to the roof.

-I'm sorry for taking you like this but we need to talk- He said in a serious but still warm tone, his ears up and down constantly-

"I'm afraid that I'm still in love with you, I've been trying to forget you, to not think about you but I can't sorry Paula I can't" He growled lightly and looks away sighing lightly, his ears going down at the tough "I've been really sad and confused... Paula we've been playing with each other, you've been dating others and I get mad, I dated with others too and you get mad so why don't we just stop this game and say what we feel?"-

He looked up at him and tilted his head; the young female came to him and lowered her ears, she wrapped her arms around his form and hugged him from behind

-"I love you too and I'm really sorry"- Paula said in a warm tone, her words passed landed on his chest and made his heart to beat fast.

-"Paula you mean it?"- He asked nervously even a bit scared to get a negative reply.

-"Yes I do Leo, and I'm sorry for being too selfish, but I was scared, I wasn't sure I needed time but that time just expired now IF you want we can be together"- She replied to him and he turned so he could face her, he smiled lightly and nodded lightly, his big brown eyes fixed on her deep green ones, his paws moving down to her waist, pulling her a bit closer while he leans to her and tilts his head slowly smooching her cheek

-"Mmmhmm love you"- He said keeping his lips against her furry cheek.

She murred and giggled cutely at the feeling of his wet lips against her, she lightly lifted her hand paw to rub his cheek and turned him a bit, until her lips met his, her glossy, juicy and sweet lips caressing his into the kiss, tugging and giving his lower lip light bites making the young lion to moan lightly, his ears went down and back to his head while his paw rested on her side, he sucked and moaned a bit over her upper lip while they kissed deeply and lovingly.

In the need of air, the lovely cougaress broke up the kiss and made him to gasp for air, her big green eyes fixed on his until she licked at the corner of his lips and down to his jaw line, he mewed lightly and purred at such amazing feeling, his tail waving intensively, while he did the same to her but gave her neck a light kiss and a long lick up and down her throat, his muzzle wrinkled some allowing to see his white fangs, licking her neck again.

They were having a bit of fun, he took her scent into his nostrils and growled lightly, feeling how his fur bristles at how sweet and sexy she smells, she murred and roared lightly at the licks on her neck just letting her body to react at the gentle touch; both enjoyed the cuddling time until they heard a small giggle from behind the partially closed door, both felines separated immediately and blushed brightly, under they brownish fur appeared two light red spots on each cheek -"who's there?"- He asked

-"Hello Leo" A small giggle was heard when a younger feline girl came from behind the door and told to Paula -"our mother wants us to go with her so tell your boyfriend that he can come or he can see you tomorrow"- We both blushed even more while the young girl that obviously was Paula's younger sister grinned and said evilly.

-"We...well ummm" - he said nervously and looked at Paula.

-"Shhhhhhh see you tomorrow then" He blushed brightly and nodded still confused, for him it was obvious that they were mates but she always has been really strange in that so he would ask her nicely before making a victory dance "hehe okay Paula I'll see you tomorrow" He blushed and pecked on her cheek murring lightly at her scent "okay dear" Paula replied and smiled warmly

-"Bye Susan"- He said to the little cougar girl; then the gold lion ran downstairs and looked up trying to get to see her again, not having success he went to his house not far away, thinking and smiling, he was so happy so excited, until he remembered that it wasn't clear for him... about their status.
