Stormy sky
I thought of a little poem to type up about some things. Enjoy it guys, you're the best^^
I sit alone and again I sigh
looking out of the window
at the storm and rain
lightening flashes in the sky
thunder rumbles like a train
The cars below hiss by my window
As I sit here wondering
where did you go?
Was it something I said
something I did
I think of you
lifting a bottle removing the lid
Watching the storm
and having a drink
wishing you were here
I stop and think
If you were here at my side
my heart would swell with so much pride
but i am alone
still watching the rain
bottle in paw I close my eyes
a loud rumble of thunder
catches me by surprise
hearing it makes me sigh
Wherever you are I wish you well
you are the one
to save me from hell
The bottle is empty
my journey has begun
I move away from the window and glass
stumbling slightly
If you were here
id hug you tightly.
You are so kind and caring
I try to be as calm as you
as i am chaotic and daring
You complete me you always do
Going to bed
after the wine
I think of you
and ask for a sign
One day I will be there
at your side
protecting you
I wont have to hide.
But now alone I sleep
without you here
I silently weep.
