The night slowly crept over the dense rain forest, its dark but gentle grip blanketing the untamed land. Creatures of the day took heed of the night, retreating to their homes and hiding places. The tall trees atop the central hill were the last living beings to watch the sun slip beyond the horizon. Their leaves falling in the will of gravity as if resting for the night. Many creatures sang their night songs, mating calls to seek each other. Large predators stalked the under brush with stealth, taking heed of the night's dark call for silence.

Most would think that the night brought with it the chill of fear but in this forest a different emotion ruled the night. Even the night creatures respected this emotion, but they did not fear it since it carried neither malice or feral hungry. This emotion would only join the night once the pure darkness had covered the skies above, with the life giving sun hiding her face beyond the edges of the world.

What started with only one creature falling silent soon spread from the top of the hill, down the slopes and throughout the humid forest. They knew what was coming and respected its arrival. Above the tallest tree on the hill, a faint mist started to gather, slowly flowing in from many sides into a soft loose cloud. A brief moment passed as the cloud started to faintly glow, spilling its pale blue light over the canopy of the forest. The night creatures closest even hiding in the respect they held for what was arriving in their forest. Then with a silent and gentle flash, the emotion formed. Floating about the forest with the grace and radiance one would expect and welcome.

Beauty incarnate, graceful elegance, and pure in purpose. With this came the emotion, any creature that saw it would feel at peace, their minds calmed, heartaches forgotten, and malice quelled. The could fading slowly showing the physical form of the emotion. A long scaled serpent with four limbs, a thick flowing mane down the neck, two silver horns and two long ears adorning the head, and two long barbels flowing from the muzzle. She was the Goddess of nature and beauty.

Often she came to her forest to bless the lands and ensure the safety from the encroaching desert.
