Chris stood out side Makuyi's hotel room nervously, he had been waiting 4 hours but there hasn't been any sign of Makuyi. His parents hadn't come by and so far all he's heard was mumbling that couldn't be heard from outside the room.

"I can't wait any longer for him"

Chris carefully turned the knob and opened the door as to not disturb Makuyi. He looked over at the second bed where Makuyi was sound asleep. His light snoring filling the quiet room. He walked toward him and sat on the floor next to the bed.

"Wow, he's really cute when he's asleep" Chris said running his paw through Makuyi's blonde head fur.

"Chris...stop touching me like that" Makuyi giggled.

Chris pulled his paw back and crawled back, scared that he woke Makuyi up and that he just discovered that he was gay and that he was hitting on him.

But then Makuyi had gone back to his light snorting and Chris took a deep sigh of relief but then looked at Makuyi in confusion.

"He giggled? Is Makuyi also...?"

Chris said as he ran his paw down to Makuyi's crotch and felt it lightly. The moment he did he yelped a bit.

"He's hard...and he's thinking about me?!" Chris said as he brought his paw to his lap. Suddenly everything came to him.

"Makuyi, you've been blushing because of me this entire time. You're hiding it because you're ashamed." Chris said sighing.Chris got up and kissed Makuyi on the cheek.

"I'll see you tomorrow,Makuyi" Chris said smiling as he left the hotel room.

*****

Makuyi sat on the edge of his bed as he looked out at the scenery. He had gotten up 15 minuets ago and he smelled the faint scent of his parents who probably left sometime before he got up.

"I hate them for ignoring me, but I'm glad that they brought me along" Makuyi said as he looked out the blue and grey sky, running his paw though his head fur. It looked as if it were about to rain but he was still going to go out with Chris as usual.

Makuyi got up from the bed and started to walk to the door, when all of a sudden he finds a note on his parent's bed.

Dear Makuyi

It's been a Fun Vacation, but your father has been called back to work. Start packing your things because we're going back home tomorrow. I'm sorry you couldn't enjoy your vacation more.

Love Mom

Makuyi read the note over and over again, finding it unbelievable that this was his last day on the island. His ears dropped as he sat down in his parent's bed and started to cry, his tears dripping on the letter.

"So this is the last day I'm really gonna see Chris?" Makuyi said to himself as he watched his tears smear the ink. Makuyi sat silently as the thoughts ran though his head.

"How do I care so much about a guy that I just met...on the other hand how could I not...he's caring and outgoing...and simply loveable"

Makuyi almost choked as he completely broke down and burst in to tears, sprawled out on his parent's bed.

"Hey Makuyi!" Chris said as he burst in to the room happily, holding a notebook in his hand. But his excitement soon came down as he saw the emotional distraught Makuyi crying his eyes out on the bed. Chris sat at the edge of the bed and looked down at Makuyi.

"Hey Makuyi what's the matter" Chris said as he picked up Makuyi and wiped the tears from his eyes and fur.

"Its...I....Chris..." Makuyi stuttered as he tried to explain to Chris what was going on but he couldn't.

"Listen, why don't you come with me to this really nice spot on the island? Its gonna take us about 10 minuets to get there but it will give you time to calm down and tell me what's going on.

Makuyi looked at Chris and nodded his head. Chris hugged Makuyi and reached out his paw.

"You're going to enjoy it there" Chris said with a smile as Makuyi took his paw and they both started to walk out of the Hotel holding hands.

They walked behind the area behind the hotel, away from the beach. To the forest. High trees made the area very shady and cool. Chris was walking slower than usual but still fast enough that Makuyi had to walk just as fast in order to keep him from falling and being dragged.

"Chris where are we going" the sniffling Makuyi asked.

"A really nice spot on the island, trust me" Chris said.

Makuyi smiled a bit knowing that his last day with Chris was going to be a nice one.

"How long have you been on vacation here" Makuyi asked in order to make some small talk with Chris. However Chris stopped walking and stood for a moment, his ears dropping.

"I'm not on vacation" Chris said a bit sadly. Makuyi was confused.

"What do you mean?"

"I'll explain once we get there, its just up that grassy hill and ill explain everything" Chris said.

Makuyi was astounded as they reached the top of the hill, it was a view of the ocean, and there was no shore, with beach chairs, towels, or tourists. Just pure ocean, the grey sky looming over the water.

"Gosh this is amazing Chris! it looks awesome" Makuyi said excitedly with his tail wagging rapidly as he sat down.

"Yeah, were on the other side of the island" Chris said as he brushed his hand though his head fur as he sat down next to Makuyi.

"How did we get to the other side of the island in 10 minuets?"

"Shortcut"

"Plus you walk pretty fast" Makuyi giggled.

Chris smiled as he saw that Makuyi was cheering up.

"I live on this island, my parents are pretty rich. They both are presidents of major companies. Since living here me kinna know where everything is" Chris said. Makuyi's jaw dropped.

"Whoa you serious, that's pretty cool" Makuyi said.

"Yeah and for the past few months I've been coming up here and drawing landscape drawings" Chris said showing Makuyi his notebook. Makuyi took the book and started flipping though the pages.

"Wow! You're such an amazing drawer!" Makuyi said.

"Thanks Makuyi" Chris said smiling.

"Must be cool having rich parents and living on an island" Makuyi said closing the notebook and placing it on his lap.

"You would think, but my parents aren't really around, we move around a lot. And I never keep friends, I'm good at making them but never keeping them" Chris said sadly.

"my parents don't really acknowledge I exist either, they brought me along here but we haven't spent anytime with each other, and even at home we aren't around each other that much" Makuyi said.

"Then I guess we're both in the same boat"

"Well, I'm in a boat. You're in a yacht"

Chris giggled. "Being rich isn't that rewarding, I rather have things such as friendship and love than getting everything else I want, which is why I'm glad to have you as a friend Makuyi" Chris said smiling.

Makuyi looked down at the ground and started to cry.

"Makuyi! What's the matter" Chris said as he got close to Makuyi.

"Today's my last day on the island, I'm going back to my town tomorrow" Makuyi said crying.

Chris hugged Makuyi tightly.

"That's funny, because I'm moving in a couple of days to some mansion in some town" Chris said starting to tear.

Suddenly Makuyi and Chris felt the urge to tell the other how they truly felt about the other, it was the last day they were going to see each other and now was that chance.

"Chris..."

"Makuyi..."

"I have something to tell you"
