Prologue:

Auxilus prime used to be a wonderfully rich world, the varied minerals and nutrients that blessed the soil made it one of the most prosperous farming planets in the entire universe, always producing vast stockpiles of every possible variety of fruit and vegetable known across the universe. The planet always handed out whatever excess it produced, never once asking for payment and never once was it demanded of for extra supplies, leaving it completely peaceful and a friend to all.

This lack of defences meant it could not protect itself when the Vara swarm hit, within days the green field and farms that had once spread across the entirety of the planet's surface were gone, replaced by burnt black ground, presided over by huge hives built from the rubble of the planets ruined trading posts and space ports, once bustling with traders from across the universe, the torn apart buildings now housed winged Vara soldiers as well as six legged Vara slave masters, responsible for forcing the surviving males to dig mines around the hives to retrieve the precious minerals that the Vara used for food. The females that survived the attacks were also rounded up but kept within the hive as each day they were raped, sometimes 2-3 times, sometimes more each day as the Vara forced them to act as breeders to grow their army ever bigger.

A few months after the fall of Auxilus prime to the Vara, the newly formed SLUT sent a small group of agents to the planet to try and slip round the Vara's defences and break open a gap for an assault force to break through and liberate the planet. The groups initial insertion did not go off smoothly though....

Chp 1:

"We're hit!!!" Screamed the pilot as another blast impacted off the side of their small craft as it hurtled towards the surface.

"Fuck! Buckle up and fucking pray to whatever god you believe in ladies!" Lieutenant Suleen screamed at the top of her lungs as her three team mates desperately lunged for their seats and buckled themselves tightly into them, each one muttering either a prayer to something or just simply cursing over and over under their breath as the burnt ground of Auxilus prime grew closer.

Their little shuttle had been attacked by a swarm of flying Vara troopers as they'd come hurtling through the atmosphere, the insectoids hammering it with every weapon they had, first blowing away half their engine and now managing to cripple the shuttle's stabilisation system. Suleen's nerves threatened to force her into panic and the craft began to spin rapidly as they started making out the remains of charred farm buildings as they got closer and closer to the ground.

"Lieutenant! Hit the dam emergency release!" Screamed the pilot, making a futile attempt to regain control of the tumbling ship and quickly realising it was too late.

"What about you?!" Suleen screamed back over the wind rushing in through the multiple holes in the sides of the shuttle.

"Don't worry! I'll be fine!" The pilot screamed back. "At least I hope so..." She added under her breath.

Not entirely convinced by her pilot's hopes, Suleen reached out for the emergency release button that would separate the cockpit and the passenger compartments from the rest of the burning ship, struggling to force her arm through the howling wind, she managed to slam her first down on it and almost instantly felt the air being forced from her lungs as the craft split into three as the engine block shot away underneath, trailed by the Vara's soldier, following the heat still being generated by the fires their weapons had caused. The cockpit flew straight ahead and slammed down through what was left of a farm workers dorm block, completely destroying the one wall left standing and crumpling into a small tangled mess of metal, even if the pilot had somehow survived that, the steel roof beam that smashed through the remains of the front screen immediately ended any hope of recovering her.

Suleen watched with horror as all this happened beneath her as the passenger compartment floated slowly down on it's automatically operated parachute. Closing her eyes, she silently prayed to the gods of her home world that the rest of them would avoided the fate of their deceased pilot.

"Poor bitch." Whispered Lye'lyei from beside her. Suleen turned to look at her friend and was surprised to see what passed for tears in Lye'lyei's eyes. Being made of a primordial goo like she was, it was almost impossible for Lye'lyei to cry or sweat but sometimes it was possible to see little balls of goo forming around her eyes before being sucked back into her main body.

"All the more reason to squash these stinking bugs." A voice from behind them added. The female sitting behind them slowly moved her head round to speak to the others better. Being from a planet mostly covered by giant oceans, the light blue colouring of the newly appeared face didn't surprise Suleen as her best friend Elise leant forward to survey what had happened. The group's resident hot head, Elise was never far away from a fight during their training and even now Suleen could sense her itching to get back at the Vara.

Beside Elise, the airhead of the group sat whistling to herself. Mothy stood out amongst the team as being the only one wearing an non-regulation piece of headgear but try as they might the bosses back at HQ had been unable to get her to remove her treasured bubble hat and goggles combination, Suleen wasn't sure if Mothy continually forgot about their warnings or if she did it just to annoy the commanders but through it all the hat had stayed.

'The whistling and the ignoring what's happened may just be her way of coping.' Suleen thought to herself, deciding not to snap at the pink and purple furred girl and bring her attention back to the here and now.

"I just hope they're not waiting for us once we hit the ground..." Suleen muttered under her breath as the blackened ground slowly rose to meet them.
