How to Unlock - Stay close to Luisa as much as possible and check up on her at least 6 times while in Brookhaven Hospital.

As he roamed the halls of Brookhaven hospital, James started to worry about Luisa. He had barely known her since their first meeting, yet there was something about her that captivated him all the more. Perhaps it truly was her appearance, his mind confused and harkening to want to return to simpler times of love. Or perhaps it was something more. She was different from Daisy, not just in clothes but also in personality. He knew that. Whenever he passed by her room, he always checked up on her, sometimes twice in the same passing. He couldn't help it. Every time he did, she merely smiled at him from her bed. Her pallour was not the best, and her eyes squinted from the pains in her head. "James?" "You okay?" "Hehe...you worried about me?" "A little...you're not looking too good, are those pills doing enough for you?" "Mmmm they're the only ones I can get. I dunno what other ones I can get but my head feels so warm." "Lemme check." He gently went over to her bedside, rubbing a hand upon her warm sweating forehead. He decided to soothe her with a cold clean rag, wettening a bandage with his nanos before wrapping it around her head. It was damp, but not enough to drip, cooling her down immensely. "Mmmm...thank you, that feels soooo wonderful." "Hehe...I'm uh...glad I could help." "Mmhmm...cummere." She kissed him upon the lips, which made the raptor's eyes widen. A strange shiver ran through his body, one he was not entirely sure of liking or not. But he would never forget that feeling ever again. With a stirring blush in his cheeks, he reluctantly left her side, before making his way towards the sealed cooler box. When they reunited again in the pool of the other world's hospital, she had no words of anger for him. All she could do, was embrace him tightly. He did the same. When Pyramid Head had seemingly slaughtered her, the only thing that kept him focused in escaping the hospital's electrical clutches as well as his own grief, was his resolve to avenge her. Just as he had avenged Daisy.

Their later reunion at the Alchemilla Hospital was an embrace that only war veterans and ex-widows had ever felt. His heart soared at the sight of her, and he stayed with her for what felt like hours. His mind slowly began to reminisce of Daisy, but a change would come to them. A change that FG would never even notice. He had made his resolve to stay with her. The only reason he continued to the end of Silent Hill, towards his final opponent, was to say farewell to Daisy. Both in memory and in her sacrilegious form. There was no note upon his awakening after the battle. His trauma had been set, and it only made him want Luisa all the more, to run to her and weep into her breast. The town fog barely seemed to lift itself away, and he heard a voice call out from the streets below. His heart sang as he raced down the stairs to meet warm-furred arms. He weeped into her shoulder, pouring everything about his life unto her, filling her with his tales of trauma. All she could do was hug him tighter, smiling eternally with a newfound patience for her new friend. James could only look up at her with bleary eyes to murmur: "I...I don't...d-don't know what to do now." "Shhhhh...it's okay James. You can stay with me." "R...really?" She nodded softly, and walked him back through the streets of Silent Hill. They passed beyond the commercial district, heading past Alchemilla to head onto the road towards the amusement park. He felt lost, but not alone, desperately holding onto Luisa's arm as they made their long steady walk down towards her home. Soon, they passed the Brookhaven hospital. Whatever life he now had, he spent it with Luisa.

He sat with her in a dusty old mansion, the same one he had guided her to when they first met. James and Luisa sat within the living room, facing each other on opposite chairs beside a roaring fireplace. The world outside passed him by in the span of days. All of his memories with Daisy were soon overwritten by Luisa's words. Her laugh, her smile, her warmth would become the only thing he would ever remember. He never even realised how quickly time had passed, not even when he started to rot. By then, he had become far too enamoured with the enchanting canine. By the time his body fell back against the rotting velour, he had forgotten everything of who he was. There was nobody else in the house. The chair where Luisa sat had always been cold, beside a long-extinguished fireplace. Even when James was still alive.
