A New Series featuring the greek gods and wonderful fun transformation! =D

Fourteen Passengers on a Spaceship heading for the stars and fourteen attendants meant to ride with them, sounds simple enough. Until an odd door appears on the spaceship which leads to an odd place...

I hope you all enjoy, I would love to hear what you think of this! =D

New York City was abuzz with activity, the new spaceship Apollo Infinity was about to launch in just a few hours. Most ship launches wouldn't be that impressive, but the fact that the Apollo Infinity was going to be the first tourist spaceship, it was a big thing. The first of the passengers of the ship had ordered their tickets two years in advance, and not for any small price either. The initial tickets had gone on sale for just over a million dollars.

The spaceship had limited their first flight to just fourteen passengers as the first flight was a test to set the limits of the ship and just how much gas they would need for the flight, faces flashed on the televisions across the world of the passengers who were being interviewed. Each of them were well known in their own right, movie stars, billionaires, heirs and heiresses, though the most impressive of the passengers was the queen of England.

The queen was the only one who had never been interviewed about the flight, and she was the most secretive. The only reason the public had found out about her presence on the ship was that a hacker had plunged into NASA's files and had found all of the passengers' files, it had taken less than a day for the information to spread to all of the news media.

Another person who was riding the plane that made the news was the president of the United States; he had apparently dug into his 'pocket' to pay for the ticket. Though the citizens of the US were less than sure of that, needless to say the President may be hard pressed to win the next election after this stunt.

As the date of the launch came closer and closer, people were hired from airports to serve on the space flight. The attendants were thought of to be randomly chosen as they were pulled from airports all across the world, there didn't seem to be any pattern so whenever a person was pulled from an airport it was a surprise to them.

So when Leonard was stepping off of an airplane after a long day of flying, he was surprised to meet a pair from the FBI waiting for him. The twenty three year old blinked as the pair stepped in front of him; the taller of the two spoke. "Leonard Righ?"

The attendant stuttered for a few moments before nodding, the pair looked at one another and nodded before looking back to the civilian. The shorter man spoke with a quiet voice, "Please follow us." Leonard was hesitant to follow but when he saw the flash of a pistol on the hip of the taller of the two he decided that it would be best for him to follow, the three walked quickly through the airport until they walked into a bathroom.

Leonard watched as they cleared out the bathroom and closed the entrance before turning back to him, the attendant nervously ticked his fingers on his black slacks before speaking. "W... what did I do that the FBI would be interested in me?"

The pair looked at one another once more sharing a knowing glance before the taller one pulled out an Ipad from his jacket pocket and handed it to Leonard, "Leonard Righ, you have been chosen to become an attendant for the Apollo Infinity."

Leonard was shocked before he stuttered, "B... but I like it at this ai..."

But the FBI agents weren't buying it, the smaller once pulled out another Ipad and looked at it. "According to your file, you absolutely loathe your job. Your bosses are dicks according to this report that you submitted 'anonymously'."

A blush spread across Leonard's cheeks, "H... how did you know I submitted that report?"

The FBI agents both looked at him, "Do you really need to question our ways mister Righ?"

The attendant shifted uncomfortably on his feet as he brushed his long brown bangs out of his eyes, "Why are you picking me?"

The short one looked at his Ipad once more, "Your social skills are impeccable mister Righ, every one of your customer evaluations always turned up a ten out of ten. Not only that, but you extremely bright."

Leonard scratched the back of his head, "I'm not that great on my feet though..."

Continuing on the short man spoke, "Yes, it says here that you are a bit clumsy but you make up for that with great reflexes."

Leonard pinched the bridge of his nose, "Why does this all qualify me to be an attendant on the Apollo?!" From his tone, the agents could tell that he was fed up with their continuing banter.

The tall man spoke this time, "Mister Righ, the reason we have chosen you is because you're above the average. We looked at a lot of customer evaluation forms from different airports in the local area and found that yours are always outshining everyone elses. We've decided to make you the President's personal attendant, we need you to be outstanding so the President will be happy at all times."

Leonard's breath became choked as he realized what they were saying, "I... I'm going to be the President's personal attendant?!" The pair nodded, the small time attendant stumbled back and sat on the kitchen sink.

Leonard had grown up in a small town in Oklahoma, when he was younger he had always dreamed of being an airplane pilot. He had studied all of the books, had gotten on a lot of airplane simulators, he'd even attended boring seminars from actual airplane pilots.

The man had passed all of his tests with flying colors, but when he had climbed in the cockpit and had gotten the airplane off of the ground he had found out something awful. When Leonard looked out at the sprawling landscape beneath him, he passed out. According to the pilot he had been flying with, he had acrophobia. The fear of heights, he was completely fine with being in the airplane itself, but seeing the ground so far beneath had terrified him to the point of passing out.

After realizing that he couldn't actually fly the airplane but he felt comfortable in it, Leonard decided to do the second best thing. Become a flight attendant, he excelled in the program and in just under a year he passed the certification test to do so. Now having done years of work on airplanes, it was a shock to be offered the chance to go on the first passenger spaceship.

"So, mister Righ. Will you take the job or not?" The agents asked.

Leonard looked at the Ipad in his hands and turned it on, it showed a full list of the perks of doing the job. It listen a bunch of company related jargin, but what really caught him was the pay. Leonard's jaw dropped, "H... how many zeros is that?!"

The tall agent peaked over his shoulder, "Oh, about eight."

Leonard's mind exploded with the sheer amount of money, "J... just for this one flight?"

The agents chuckled, "Mister Right, that's just for one night."

At that moment, Leonard's mind shut down and he slumped against the mirror. The short man chuckled, "I'll take that as a yes."

Leonard had to go for three days of training before the launch, he sat in a room with thirteen other attendants who seemed as antsy as him. Each of them were taught how to adjust to the zero gravity of space and how to use the different pieces of equipment for the spaceship. As they trained they had to take small tests to become certified for the systems, Leonard had never had to learn so much stuff in such a short time.

Each of the attendants were given dossiers on their independant charges, they were told to learn everything about the people. After three days of training they were all put into a five star hotel, pairs of two in seven rooms to prepare for the flight.

Leonard was hunched over his desk as he absorbed the information from the folder sitting on the desk in front of him, from behind he heard the TV running. "Hey look Leonard, there's the president."

Leonard's roommate wasn't exactly the most attentive attendant that he'd met so of course the man didn't study his folder, instead he found it was more fun to just watch TV. Leonard turned his chair and looked at the TV to see the president grinning at the camera, "I'm going into space to represent America as a whole, I'm sure all of my fellow Americans are glad that I'm going."

A burst of laughter came from Leonard's roommate, "If everyone supports you, then why are there picketers at the white house right now?" Leonard sighed and turned back to his folder, it was true. Most of America hated the President for dipping into the national budget for a simple spaceship ticket, there was more security at the white house at that moment then there had been for a long time. Leonard looked at his watch, only twelve hours until the spaceship's launch...

A red carpet rolled out as a long limo rolled up in front of the spaceship's launching area, out of the Limo climbed the fourteen passengers. Their faces were lit up with bright grins, the paparazzi were snapping off shot after shot as they walked across the red carpet towards the building. People cheered as the fourteen waved at them, the crowds around the area had to be held back by members of the FBI so they didn't overrun popular stars.

After the limo had driven away, cars started to drive up to drop off each pair of the attendants. As they walked up the red carpet they heard people begging them to get autographs, they were surprised when different news reporters begged them for interviews but they declined as they knew that their contracts strictly forbade them from doing so. Leonard scratched his head as he stepped into a grand elevator with the president, each of the passengers were sent up with their personal attendant one at a time.

Leonard coughed nervously as he stood next to the president, the president was a very handsome man. His hair had lines of gray in it, but they seemed to only accentuate his strong looking face. Leonard himself was a nice sized six foot one, but the president seemed to exceed that at his tall height of six foot nine. Not only that but the man was well built, his body was obviously well trained. And to top it off, he was sharply dressed in a black tuxedo, Leonard gulped nervously as he glanced at his own clothing.

He had gone for a white vest over a black polo shirt with a pair of black slacks, Leonard felt underdressed compared to the president. "So, your name is Leonard right?"

Leonard practically jumped through the roof of the elevator, he hadn't been expecting the president talking to him. "O... oh yes sir..."

The President laughed and waved his hand, "Cut the formality, call me Dunkin. As you'll be with me for the next week, I would hate you calling me mister president or sir all the time." Leonard was surprised at how quick the president was to drop formalities, the president grinned at him showing off his gleaming teeth. "So, you voted for me. Correct?"

Leonard's body stiffened up, he had actually voted for the president's opponent but he wasn't about to spill that knowledge. "Yes I did, how did you know?"

Dunkin chuckled and winked, "I can tell when I meet a man who has good taste."

Leonard could tell that the president was going to talk about his views and sighed in utter relief when the elevator's doors opened, "Oh thank god..." He whispered to himself before speaking up, "Oh, looks like we're here Dunkin."

A look of annoyance popped up on Dunkin's well tanned face but he shrugged and grinned once more, "Alright, let's take our seats."

The inside of the spaceship was truly astonishing, it looked as if someone had hired all of the best furnishers in the world and had them design the interior of the ship, which honestly wasn't out of the question.

Leonard saw that each row had two seats on each side, one meant for the passenger and one for the attendant. He saw placards for each of the passengers arranged in beautiful penmanship put above each of the rows, "They really went all out for this, didn't they Leonard?" Dunkin said in a pleasant fashion as he found their seats.

As they took their seats, Dunkin by the window with Leonard by the aisle, Leonard saw that they were sitting right next to the queen. The queen was wearing was appeared to be her casual clothes, which consisted of a very slim white creamy silk dress. With her long black hair and sapphire necklace, she made an impressive vision. Her attendant looked bored as he looked at the roof and twiddled his fingers.

A voice came on over the intercoms as Leonard got settled into his seat, "Lift Off will take place in one hour as we have to prepare, so please feel free to lay back and rest."

Leonard started to doze off when he realized that he wasn't the passenger and snapped to attention, but Dunkin only laughed as he looked away from his window. "Feel free to sleep Leonard, if I need anything I'll wake you up."

Leonard smiled before letting his head tilt back and lay against his headrest and fell asleep.

Stars, that was the first thing that Leonard saw as he awoke. Leonard snapped to attention as he realized that all of the passengers and attendants were nowhere to be seen, "What the...?" He muttered in confusion, his eyes drifted over the cabin until they settled on something odd. At the end of the aisle where a bathroom door would usually be found, there was a glowing white door which had odd symbols etched into it. "Was that there before?" Leonard asked to no one in particular.

Going against the foreboding feeling in his gut, Leonard stood up forgetting that there was no gravity and slammed into the roof. After regaining some semblance of orientation, he pushed off towards the back of the cabin and slowly opened the door and was suddenly sucked into a world of white.

Fourteen chairs appeared around Leonard as he looked around, standing in front of each of the chairs were the fourteen passengers. Each of them were looking at him with a look of boredom, Dunkin grinned at him though. "Ah, there you are Leonard. Took you long enough, we were all waiting for you."

Leonard was perplexed, "W... what's going on here?"

Dunking chuckled, "Well, all of the passengers myself included are about to transcend to a new realm of existence. And all of you attendants, well you are going to become our subordinates."

Shaking his head in confusion, Leonard glanced around to find all of the other attendants standing nearby in a daze. He looked back at the fourteen, "Wait... so you planned all of this? What do you mean go to a new plane of existence?"

One of the stars that had come onto the ride growled in annoyance, "Can someone shut him up?! I just want to do this thing right now!"

Dunkin sighed, through his grin stayed on his face. "Indeed, it is time." He looked at Leonard, "Witness Leonard, you shall watch as we all become gods."

Leonard had no time to question what the president meant as all fourteen passengers sat on their chairs and the world turned to black.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Leonard blinked a few times, his eyes smarting from the brightness, and looked up to see the chairs once more. But this time no longer sat the fourteen passengers, now there were fourteen figures dressed in different clothing. They all emitted a visible aura of power, Leonard's gaze slowly turned from each one and looked at them. "W... who are you all?"
The one that had taken Dunkin's place chuckled, "We are the greek gods. You see, the mortals that you were accompanying decided to make a pact with us. A pact to become one with us and channel our powers, sadly they were not powerful enough to become the dominant personalities. Though I don't blame them, we are gods."
The one who had taken the queen's place giggled, "Indeed husband, though I can feel her vainness in my own self now. Even if they aren't dominant, they are indeed people with much self pride are they not?"
The first nodded before looking back at Leonard, "Now little human, I'm sure you're wondering what we will be doing to you."
Leonard nodded hesitantly, dreading the answer. Zeus chuckled, "We will be making each of you into a form of our power. Shall I show you what I mean?" Leonard nodded and Zeus started to raise his hand when another god jumped up from his seat and rose his hand and jumped up and down as if he were a preschooler, Zeus sighed and looked at him. "Yes Apollo?"
Apollo grinned, his teeth glowing. "Can I show him Zeus?! I would love to be able to flex my powers after soooo long!"
Zeus sighed and waved his hand, "Fine, though if you make this mortal explode then you're not getting another."
Apollo nodded and looked at the attendant that had been serving the star from earlier, "Come forward servant." The attendant blinked as the spell he had been held under was broken, he panicked as he feet started without his own commands and he walked right in front of Apollo. The god's aura flashed a golden hue as he waved his hand, "Take upon my godly power human."
The attendant screamed in pain for a moment as the golden aura consumed his body, after a minute the aura dissipated and he stood there normally. Leonard looked at him perplexed, "Um..."
Apollo shushed him as he looked at his attendant intently, "It takes time..." The man looked himself over and started to look angry before a pained squawk escaped his lips, from his lips a beak sprouted an offsetting black against his white skin. Apollo roared in delight, "It worked!"
From the beak, a wave of black feathers sprouted quickly running over the human's body as if it were water. The man's hair disappeared as it was replaced by feathers as well as his ears which quickly sank away. As the feathers reached the man's clothes, they vanished to be replaced by a silk toga which was lined with golden silk.
The man's face was at first one of agony, but an odd look passed over his face as his eyes changed from blue to an amber color. Leonard could tell something was wrong as the changing man looked at Apollo with a look of growing adoration, "This can't be good..." He muttered in fright.
The man soon grew a pair of wings from his back while his arms were covered in black feathers and his hands became taloned while his legs became bird like. For a moment there was no words spoken as the man turned bird looked himself over before he looked up at Apollo and dropped to his knee and bowed, "My lord apollo! Thank you for releasing me from that human shape, I am yours forever."
Apollo grinned, "Thank you, now for a name..." He pondered it for a moment, "Your name shall be Corvus."
Corvus cawed his pleasure at the name. Leonard looked at Zeus in horror, "T... that's horrible..."
Zeus chuckled, "Don't you worry, soon you will all become ours now Leonard." He gestured toward himself, "Come."
Just like Corvus before him, Leonard's legs betrayed him. As he approached the god, he felt feelings of horror traveling through him. "Please... don't do this..." He begged Zeus, but the god wasn't listening.
Zeus gathered up power in a hand and held it out towards Leonard, "Take upon my godly power human." Leonard's body stiffened up as a silver aura traveled over his body and an immense pain was dredged up from within him, an unearthly scream was dragged from within his throat and escaped his lips. The scream only lasted for a moment but it felt like it lasted for years to the poor human.
Then it stopped, nothing. It was as if nothing had happened in the first place, Leonard knew that it wasn't true though. He looked up at Zeus one last time, "You're evil." He said simply before the change started, a powerful snout pushed out of his face with a silver ring dangling from the nostrils. A layer of silky black fur extended from the muzzle and passed over his head, a pair of horns grew out from the sides of his head and then changed direction up forming into a formidable pair of horns.
Leonard's normally slim figure grew out into a much more bulky looking one as the transformation took him over, his neck turned very thick as the black fur changed his body. His white vest and polo shirt soon disappeared as a toga with silver silk lining appeared on his body, his arms became muscled beyond belief.
In the changing man's head, he was fighting a change that was threatening to overcome him. He tried his best to hold his ill opinion of the god but it was hard as the wave of godly energy left only the lasting feeling of how great the god was, how he would change the world for better. Things that were unnecessary were torn away, why should care about a human name? His past, he had no past other than Zeus, his god. It was becoming hard for him to think about anything other than Zeus, his godliness... As his mind was changed his eyes went from a brown color to an emerald green color.
Soon the man's body had changed completely to that of a bull's, standing tall, strong, and proud. No longer was he Leonard, the human. Now he was a bull yet to be named by his god, he was an emissary for Zeus.
The bull looked himself over, unlike earth bulls he was able to stand as if he were a human. Unlike humans though, he was stronger than any possibly man could get. He was an extension of Zeus's power, and this made him extremely proud. The bull looked up to Zeus and nearly cried as he looked upon the god, he fell to his knee and bowed his horns nearly touching the floor. "My lord, I pledge everything I am to you. You have given me the form of your power and I can never thank you enough, please accept me as your vessel."
Zeus grinned, "I permit this. Your name from this day shall be Bovem, you shall be my vessel from this day forth until eternity ends." A sense of elation passed through Bovem as he felt his master's approving gaze settle upon him.
The red carpet was once more laid out as the ship landed, the world waited with baited breath as they looked at the grand spaceship gleamed in the late day's sunlight. As the door opened they prepared their cameras but froze as they realized what they were looking at, a strong looking man that looked remarkably like the president was followed by a bull standing straight with a toga on. Both had a silver aura surrounding them, the bull stepped in front of the man and cleared his throat before speaking.
"Greetings human, I am the vessel for my god Zeus, Bovem. From this day forth, the world is under the gods' control once more. Prepare to take on the form of your respective gods." As the bull's proclamation finished, the world freaked out.
