The description for my first recurring villain in Tremor City. Madaran "Mad Cyrus" Cyrus or just "Mad" for short.
Name: Madaran „Mad Cyrus" Cyrus
Species: Mutant Leopard
Abilities: Lack of psychological barries when it comes to physical assault further enhanced by mutation, allowing him to perform monstrous and grotesque acts of violence.Recalibrated Gravity boots allow for impressively damaging kicks and stomping.
Info: Not much of Mad's life story is known to the public though his fur-less body and his crimson red skin heavily imply mutation and exposure to large amounts of radiation. A murderous, psychotic smile adorns his face and three small earrings are embedded into his left ear. His preffered attire consists of a dark grey furnace suit pants, recalibrated gravity boots and a dark grey tank-top.
His affiliation appears to be with one of Tremor Cities gang's, serving as an all-to-enthusiastic hitman for em. He remained under-the-radar until a group of heroes dropped in on one of their drug-smuggling operations. Cyrus succeded where his gang-mates have failed, massacring the entire super-team in extremely grusome fashion, earning him infamy amognst heroes, peers and civilians alike. He is still at large and extreme caution is advised for any heroes attempting to kill/arrest him.
Civilians seeing him are advised to run...just run.
