The Fox

Story by RoiLion on SoFurry

So I got inspired after reading T. S Eliot. I dont think I'm an amazing poet or anything, but I do enjoy righting them if I feel like it. For this poem I did not use any rhyme scheme. I did use near rhyme however. Id like some feed back on this one. I just wrote down what came into my brain. I really like this one and I hope you do too. Enjoy.

Fox fur can be rather soft

But not in june

For he is gone

Fox paws are not very big

Put fast and quick and sharp

You see he has a cunning brain

This makes him rather smart.

His intelligence is unrivaled

By the other cunning things

These things that we give names

We think have such soundly rings.

But true are we to such depravity

Our heads held down by social gravity.

We think our brains are quick and sharp

Not unlike the cunning fox.

We have a lot to learn from them, the other animals.

To be cunning can solve nothing, but stall our problems more.
