WolfThunder Episode 1 "Arrival Pt. 1"   "Zander! Are my armies ready to make the journey to Earth?"   "Yes, Lord Ramzick, all of your soldiers, as well as myself, and ready to go to Earth and start work on your Underwater Empire."   "Excellent! General, I expect my empire to be done within the next couple of months. Once it's done, I will join my forces and we will be one-hundred-percent strong. Nothing will stop us from conquering that miserable planet. It has so many living creatures on it that just the thought of causing them endless amounts of pain and suffering feels absolutely amazing to me, ooh I can't wait to join in! It will fall to my mercy just like all the rest," he smiled sinisterly.   "But sire, what about your successor? Do you want us to find him before you join us on Earth or do you want us to wait until you arrive to start the search?" Zander asked, his tail swayed back and forth in anticipation for his Lord's answer.   Lord Ramzick stood up out of his chair, towering over the big, red fox general, "I want you to find him as soon as possible. He's been trapped down on that planet for seventeen years now. I know he's been training relentlessly and is awaiting my return. I'm sure he'd even help you and the soldiers build my empire. I can't wait to see my little boy all grown up."   "Yes sire," the fox smiled as his Lord sat back down in his chair.   One of Lord Ramzick's soldiers, a metal-faced robot covered in black fabric, started talking to Zander in robot speak until the fox's tail started swaying happily again, "Ah, wonderful!" Zander clapped his paws and smiled. "My lord," he said to Ramzick, "the pounders have completed packing the ship and everything is ready for our journey to Earth."   "Alright! General, it's time to put my plans into fruition. Go to Earth and start work on my empire, I'll join in you in a few months when the empire nears completion. But more importantly General, find my son. He will be the one who takes my place and will take control over my empire when I pass on."   "Yes sire, the fox bowed before he and the pounder left Lord Ramzick's office.   A smile came over the conqueror's face. He pulled the TV remote off of his desk and turned his chair around to the big television screen and turned it on. An image of the Earth popped up on the screen. He looked at the screen with elation and excitement knowing that his long lost son was on Earth and wanted to be reunited with him so that they can take over the Earth, together.   He imagined what his son would look like now. A seventeen-year-old teenage wolf, with beautiful silver fur. The years he spent training would make him very strong and naturally swift, traits handed down from the extraordinary genetics of his father.   Lord Ramzick stood again, not taken his eyes off the screen. He couldn't help but sigh in anticipation to see his son face to face again. The smile only got bigger as he said,   "Don't worry Zero, daddy is coming home."

A young, silver wolf pup was found on the property of an old, black wolf by the name of Sensei Kai. The pup was sent to Earth by his father, when his planet GAO-13 was under attack. Sensei had taken the cub under his wing and took care of him. As the pup grew up he told him about the evil Lord Ramzick, who claimed to be his father but was not and that his real father was still out there, somewhere, or so he hoped On the pup's twelfth birthday he revealed three pendants of light that he found in the same space pod that brought him here. He didn't know if the pendants were worth anything but he kept them just in case one day he found out what they were. He home-schooled the silver wolf for the longest time until the wolf wanted to see what public school was like. Although by this time he would be considered a senior at most high schools, the Sensei decided to let him do it. But what the young wolf didn't know was that he was heading into a battlefield that no martial-arts lesson could prepare him for . . . being around earthlings.   "Zero! . . . Zero, are you ready? I'm not going to wait forever! I'm not getting any younger," Sensei Kai said from his car. The engine had been running for a few minutes now and was more than ready to go into town. It wasn't a moment sooner when an excited young wolf ran out of the house and down the dirt-driveway to the car.   "Sorry, sensei," he said as he quickly got in.   "You're going to have to start setting your alarm my student, otherwise I will not continue with this experiment," the Sensei gruffed as he got himself buckled in and down the dirt driveway of his private home.   "My apologies Sensei, I really want to do this. I promise I will wake up on time from now on."   "That's fine. My main concern is that the other students are going to find things out about you that they shouldn't be finding out. No telling anybody any secrets, and do not mention anything about GAO-13."   "Everything is going to be fine Sensei. I assure--"   "That's another thing Zero, remember you can't call me 'Sensei' you have to call me 'father.' And no 'show-offy' stuff. I don't want to see you trying to impress any females. You're there to learn and get a proper education."   "Yes Sens--oh, um . . . father." Zero smiled but Sensei just gave him a half-smile back.

They pulled up to Tailside High School. Zero was just amazed at how many earthlings his age were around him. And of many species, wolves, hares, foxes, dragons, and lots of other species he had never even seen before. Zero was kept sheltered for most of his life, particularly when he was very young, as he got older he wanted to go do things to get himself out of the house, like going to the little local market near their house, but nothing ever as big or as populated as a high school. They exchanged words before the Sensei hugged the silver wolf before he headed on his way.   Zero looked at all the students all around him inside the halls of Tailside High. He was both excited and nervous at the same time for his first day and was going to be around all kinds of different earthlings, he hasn't seen so many of them all in one place. He looked down at his schedule for his first period class and smiled a little when he found the door to the classroom, it was already open for him and had some earthlings already inside sitting at desks. There was nobody sitting in the front row so he decided to take the one all the way to the left, next to the teacher's table. He sat down quietly to himself while the earthlings were all chit-chatting or listening to music on their earphones. He didn't know how to really act around all these other earthlings, at least not without Sensei with him. But he knew that it only being the first day of school, he wasn't going to figure all of this out right away, it was going to take some time to adapt to this new environment. So he welcomed the challenge that came before him.   He felt something swipe across his back. He quickly looked to see a female's backpack inadvertently brush on his red shirt while the female was walking to the next desk. She was a golden-yellow wolf wearing a white collared buttoned-up shirt and a dark blue skirt. She looked rather professional for a mere high school student.   "Hey Silverback, over here!" she said looking behind herself as a big blue wolf sat down in the desk behind her. He didn't look as professional as the female, he wore a black hoodie to cover up his big belly and a baggy pair of jeans. He sat down, the chair creaked once he sat and put his backpack next to his desk. Zero kept watching the blue wolf pulling pencils and notebooks out of his backpack when he heard the female say, "So, you new here?"   His attention immediately turned back to the female. At first he thought she was talking to the blue wolf but her eyes were glued onto his, she was definitely talking to him. At first he wasn't sure what to say, "Um . . ." he hung on until he managed to pull out a, "yes, I am, how did you know?"   She smiled, "You kinda had that look on your face. Hehe it's ok, my name is Sevda and this is my cousin Silverback," mentioning the blue wolf. He gives him a little wave and a smile, "So did you just move to this city?"   Zero cleared his throat, "Um, no I've been here all my life, well most of my life, I was home-schooled. I wanted to go to a public school at least for one year so my Sens--um, my father let me."   "Well, you'll love Tailside High," she said smiling.   "She knows everything about this school," Silverback said.   "That's good," he smiled.   "If you want we can show you around a little bit after school, is that okay with you or do you have to be somewhere?" she asked.   "Um, I'm not sure, I'll ask Sens--my father, my father, if were doing anything later," he cleared his throat trying not to slip out the word "sensei."   "Ok, well we can meet outside the front entrance if you can come, my car is out in the parking lot so we have to go there anyway."   "Um, okay, that sounds fun," he said. His tail started to sway back and forth a little.   "Cool! Oh and before I forget, what's your name?" she asked.   "Zero," the silver wolf smiled.

Zero's fifth period class was "Weight Training." The young wolf was already very powerful from the years of training with the Sensei, but he knew that if he should find a class that will help keep him in shape during his studies. Coach Suel, an older, short brown bear, didn't waste any time to get the students in and start throwing weight around. The first day was very simple, find out how much you can max on the bench press. Coach Suel split up the class into groups of four that were similar in size. Zero, being rather tall for his age got paired with the three biggest guys in the class. A well built black dragon, a tough-looking horse, and a very jacked-up bunny.   "Chelsea was checking me out, tomorrow when I go out to the football field I'm going to ask for her number," the bunny said.   "Make sure to do it after practice," the horse said.   "Why after practice?"   "Because by the time you ask she will already have my number 'cause I'll ask her before practice, hahaha."   Zero decided to speak up, "I didn't know that you guys have numbers."   The two chuckle, "Yes, of course," the rabbit said, "Chelsea Jacobs is so hot. She has a body any guy would want to wake up to every single morning. And it will be mine soon." Zero thought it was interesting that these creatures each have numbers and if one talks to another for only a short period of time then they become your friend for life. Thoughts of having sleepovers with all kinds of friends would be cool. Sensei never let him have sleepovers before, he never figured out why.   "Hehe that sounds cool, can I have your two guys' numbers?" Zero said. The two guys just give him a weird stare.   "Hey guys, the bench is all set up!" the dragon said. He was busy getting the bench set up with a large amount of weight.   "How much is on here?" the horse asked.   "Two-hundred and ninety-five pounds," he said, "You're up," he pointed to Zero.   "Oh, I'm not sure I can lift that," he said somewhat nervous.   "Oh, well here I'll just take some weight off," he said.   "No, no, it's okay, you can go first." He made sure to watch carefully because he had no idea what a bench press was or what he were supposed to do with it. The black dragon did a little stretch before lying down on the bench so he was properly under the big, metal bar. He reached out and grabbed it and pushed it up off the rack and proceeded to push the bar up and down. He breathed heavily and the rabbit took position next to the dragon to spot him. After about three reps he put the bar back on the rack. He stood up breathing heavily and sweat dripping from his forehead.   "Good job," the horse said.   "Okay," the dragon panted, "Who's next?"   "I'll try," Zero said much more confidently now that he's seen what to do, in fact it looked very easy.   "Okay, let me just take some of the weight off," the dragon continued to pant.   "No, I'd like to give this a try."   "You . . . pant . . . sure?"   "Yep!" Zero immediately sat down on the bench excited and grabbed hold of the bar. He picked it up and started doing the same thing the dragon did . . . only a lot faster. He pushed the weight no problem, one rep, two reps, three reps, four reps, he just kept going. His breathing didn't change very much and he didn't even break a sweat. Ten reps, eleven reps, twelve reps, no problem whatsoever for the young wolf. After twenty five reps Zero put the bar back on the rack and sat back up and jumped to his feet, "Wow, that was fun! Who's next?" He smiled wide, but the other three guys just glared at him still somewhat in shock. Finally, the horse spoke up and said,   "S-s-s-ure, I'll go," he said nervously.   Zero felt a little parched after that and quickly walked out of the weight room over to the nearby drinking fountain next to the door. He bent down and took a big drink of water when the dragon followed him, "Hey, you're very strong," he said.   Zero wiped a couple drops of water off his muzzle and smiled, "Hehe, thanks!"   The dragon took a quick sip from the fountain, "Yeah, you're definitely not a stranger to the weight room. I mean wow, you didn't even break a sweat! You're easily stronger than me. What's your secret?"   "My father told me not to tell anybody any secrets, oh!" He quickly put his mouth over his muzzle.   "Oh, your dad taught you how to lift, hehe that's cool, I'm down with that," he smiled. The young wolf couldn't help but smile back, especially when the dragon extended his paw and said, "My name is Night Dragon, what's yours?"   He took his hand and shook it, "Zero."   They spent the rest of the class talking weight lifting techniques and nutritional tips (Night did most of the talking though) to increase muscle mass. The honest truth was Zero had never seen the inside of a weight room in his life. He got some of his strength and was very fit from Sensei Kai's training of course, but his abnormal strength is genetically from his home planet. Beings from GAO-13 are naturally very strong, much stronger than any earthling, at least that's what Sensei told him when he once picked up his heavy desk with one paw.   Throughout the rest of the class he had throw some weight around on other machines but he made sure not to lift anything heaver than any of the other three were lifting. He would pretend to be fatigued and working hard when doing a lift. He still couldn't break a sweat though because each lift felt like child's play. Zero thought about possibly switching out of this class with another one for fear he would be discovered to not be from Earth when he's easily lifting twice the weight of anybody in that class. But Night was turning out to be a cool dragon and a friend was something the young would could always use. Night even asked him if he wanted to go to the football field after school but he declined since he already had plans with Sevda and Silverback. He didn't want to make two plans at the same time.   All in all, this high school experience was starting to turn out to be a very good idea; he was making all kinds of friends, which was something he didn't have before.

After school Zero met up with Sevda and Silverback as planned and they decided to go to the mall. He called Sensei and told him about the friends he met and to come pick him up later. Silverback owned a very nice, black SUV and they took it down to the mall which was only a few blocks away from the school. The mall was another new experience to him because Sensei never took him to one. Sensei never saw the fascination with malls and quite frankly wanted nothing to do with them. Zero's breath was taken away when he and his two new friends walked into the front entrance to see lots and lots of different stores side by side with each other, and it was just the first floor. There was a whole other set of stores on the second floor. He was certainly getting an education from being in a high school environment.   Although he was new to a mall he surely wasn't a stranger to food, whether cooked by Sensei, microwaved by himself, or deep-fried by a nearby restaurant fry-cook. So when they passed by the food court he and his newly-found friends had to stuff their faces with greasy, salty, and delicious food. Zero and Silverback already knew they were going to get some burgers and fries from Burgerlicious Royalty while Sevda got some sweet-and-sour chicken at China Best. The food court was crowded, mostly with high school kids from their school.   Sevda smiled as she sat down at the table next to her cousin. Zero sat opposite side of her and was already chowing down on his food. Sevda got her chop-sticks in paw and took a couple of bites of her chicken and looked back at the silver wolf who started looking around at all of the other tables of kids and families eating, he looked at them in amazement. She chuckled to herself a little,   "Are you okay? You act like this is your first time inside a mall."   Zero thought to himself for a second to think of something clever to say, "Um, no of course it isn't my first time in a mall! Hehe, it's just been . . . a long time since I've been to this mall. It's decorated a lot differently since the last time I've been here." He stuttered somewhat at first but he thought he managed to pull out a good enough lie for Sevda not to get suspicious.   Suddenly Zero's ears perked up when he heard a clack-clack sound. It was Sevda accidentally dropping her phone on the floor. She looked down and the phone lands next to her feet underneath the table.   "Oops," she said as she leans down to get it. But Zero said to her,   "Oh, I'll get it." "Thanks hun but it's not even on your side of the table," she smiled at him and looked back down on the floor, but the phone was no longer next to her feet where she dropped it, it wasn't even under the table anymore. "Huh? Where is it?" she asked as she continued to look for it but then she looked back up and Zero had his paw out with her cell phone caught in it.   "Here you go, Sevda," he smiled. She looked at his paw with a confused look on her face before taking it back.   "Um, thank you," she said before Zero went back to his burger. She couldn't figure it out; she saw the phone land next to her feet, she looked up only for a second and then it was gone. Then all of a sudden Zero had it. She didn't even see him lean down to get the phone, and suddenly he had it just waiting for her. She thought maybe she was just imaging things and decided to just brush it off and go back to her food. THWOOOOOMB! All three canines heard what sounded like an explosion seemingly from outside. Some dust from the ceiling came down and landed in front of them on their table. Everyone started to panic, sounds of chairs moving around engulfed the food court as all of the citizens got up and started evacuating as fast as possible.       "What in the world was that?!" Sevda said.     "I don't want to wait around to find out! Lets go!" Silverback said as he started gathering his stuff as fast as he could.     Zero grabbed his backpack and started to run with them when he looked down at the table and it was dark purple. He could have sworn the table was blue but it was turning a dark purple. Then he looked around and it felt that time was starting to slow down and his sight very dark. The sounds of yelling and the footsteps of the teens leaving was slowing down into a garbled sound. And everything that Zero saw was turning dark and purple before his eyes. Then just as fast as it came the vision went away and everything around him was back to normal speed as all of the citizens ran to the nearest exit and the darkness was gone and the color was back.     "What the?" Zero said to himself.     THWOOMB!     "Oh no, it must be Ramzick! Sensei was right." Zero threw his backpack on and started running as fast as he could to the front exit. He jumped over a turned over chair and got out of the way of a spilled soda as he made his way to the entrance. He could hear the words of someone, or something speaking,       "I sense the prince approaching," he heard as he ran threw the doorway     Zero's eyes grew wide as he saw the huge General Zander Fox with several black suited robots around him. Earthlings were still spilling out of the mall trying to get away. Zander smiled and put his laser pistol down.     "Ah yes here he is pounders. The great successor to Ramzick's empire. Zero, your father will be arriving to this planet soon. I can see you have been training just like Lord Ramzick said, you look absolutely phenomenal my prince. Hurry, we must get you to the ship so we can await our further orders. I'm sure you're more than excited to see your dad again."     "Sensei told me about your forces, you evil slime! There's no way I'm going anywhere with any of you," he growled showing his teeth.     "Slime?" Zander looked concerned but his concern changed to an evil growl, "Prince, have you forgotten that you are a descendant of the great Lord Ramzick, your father?"     "I've been told that Lord Ramzick is nothing but the definition of evil and I want no part of him."       "Hmm, it seems the young prince has been brain-washed by these earthlings . . . Pounders!" All of the metal-faced robots stood ready to charge. "Pounders, we need to bring him to Ramzick under any means necessary."     Zero threw his backpack off and readied himself in a fighting stance.     "Pounders, attack!" TO BE CONTINUED . . .
