This is an interlude that takes place after the first part of the this saddening series. Sorrow in some aspects needs to be done in order for ones relationship to increase with others despite how much we don't like it...

Warning: this may cause shock, or feeling under the weather because of heavily detailed surgery you are warned.

NC17 material yet again and everyone is warned, poor boy as much as I cherish Red kun I can't focus on lighter work most of the time due to the fact it's difficult even though I used to do it all the time as a teen.

Warning this is extreme material. This isn't because of sex, or something violent but a very well explained surgery. Note as I wrote this I felt sick, especially when the fact is this is an interlude of sort.

I know it's short, but it's short for a reason because it's just to gross for me to write about surgery even though I write about violence and gore for some reason.

As I said the first time for my author note last part your more then welcome to skip this part if you can't handle the more unethical if not extreme surgical procudere.

I don't know if I am missing any tags, besides blood and well surgical procedures. So I don't know if it will be shock material or not. Note the anestetic is a more of a theoretical version of a possible sleeping gas after anesthesia gets perfectly refined.

As the metallic stretcher entered the surgical room the commandos hidden behind the glass gently unhooked their patient using robotic limbs. One of the commandos looked at the other and replied "I met him once and all I have to say is he was a very friendly guy. I can't believe this happened to him unfortunately..."

One of the surgeons sighed as they lifted Red Savarins limp form and placed him on the surgical table and replied "the knock out gas has done its job make sure to keep those tubes in his nose. Lets see just how exactly he is messed up slowly."

The ceiling hummed as a large device lowered itself before surgical tools lowered from it.

The surgeon looked queasy as he replied "I can't believe we have to do surgery on a 17 year old boy. This is just disgusting on so many levels."

They did a brief scan of his body to pull up his holographic image showing his bone structure, muscles and organs causing them all to cringe.

One of the radiation experts nearly wretched as he replied "what the fuck, his bones look melted, and his muscles among the arteries god I have never seen anything green like that before! This isn't a surgery this is going to be an overhaul. *Sigh* make sure to bring out the anti-radiation injectors were removing everything except for brain, skull, eyes and brainstem."

One of the surgeons nodded as they typed in a few commands that removed a blue needle filled with green liquid.

The surgeons then replied "commencing surgical operation now."

The laser whirled as it lowered itself before activating slowly cutting through Reds neck slowly. The lower it went the more the wound began to leak green fluid as a mechanical arm containing a suction slowly cleaned up the blood as it travelled through the suction. After finishing the opening two mechanical hands slowly grabbed each of the sides and began to slowly spread it open as the laser did the same on his arms and legs.

Muscles, arteries, the bones and the organs were all exposed as the arms slowly placed a magnet on top the folded body parts to keep it in place.

One of the surgeons slowly turned the holographic display around causing Red inside the holofield to be turned onto his back as the lasers slowly cut along it as well. As the lasers cut along his spine one of the commandos muttered "I can't believe that we have to remove his spine, you do realize one misstep and his nervous system will suffer paralysis for life?"

One of the surgeons glanced at him and replied "hey I don't like it either but the damage won't be fixed eitherway if we don't inject it with the anti-radiation vaccine."

The arms whirled around as they began to carefully remove it from his nervous system with a sickening slicing as one of them the hands wrapped around his spine and gently began to pull. With a oft squelch the green colored bone slowly came loose making them gaze at the spinal column.

One the surgeons slowly started to move the holofied back to its previous position placing him on his back but not on the table. They slowly moved the spine to inject it with the drugs slowly turning the green back into it's normal healthy white color as the other arms slowly removed his sternum and unlocked his ribcage.

As they removed his ribs they began to slowly remove his muscles and arteries as well with laser like procession as they cut off the infected tissue letting the necrotic fluid to gush downwards soaking the floor as the black blood slowly moved downwards into the grate bellow.

One of the surgeons looked nauseas as he replied "Christ I never seen so much necrotic fluid before. I'm surprised to see that his organs aren't completely dead yet!"

The surgical tools slowly whirled back around as they removed his calf muscles and the muscles on his arms and legs the arteries dangling as they did like so as they were surgically removed along with his nervous system. The bones in the legs and arms followed suit as well as they were carefully removed from their sockets as the needle slowly pierced the bones and injected the formula leaving the living bone marrow to absorb it and flush out the radiation.

With a soft clack they placed it next to his spine, ribs and tail bone as they removed the muscles on his body except for the ones on his skull. The mechanical hands squeezed the muscles lightly letting the necrotic fluid to gush ooutwards and into a spare container for the necrotic fluid all the while Reds eyes lied open dead to the world from the specialized anesthetic.

As they injected the rotting irradiated tissue they began the slow process of removing the pelvis and the clavicles before the shoulder blades as well. They treated the bones the same way with just enough of the drug before one of the surgeons replied "okay the easy part is done now, and now for the organs to be repaired, prepare the anti-radiation foam and brushes just in case. We better not screw this up."

With a whirl and a whine the arms began the slow process of removing his organs very slowly. First came the removal of his liver and lungs with the surgical laser that removed them and cut off the dead tissue to allow it to regrow. They removed his gallbladder slowly and the stomach as well making sure to remove the entire throat and trachea as well by using the laser to cut them free.

With the removal of the stomach they began the slowly process of unwinding his small intestine letting the necrotic fluid to gush outwards slowly as they began to stretch it out slowly. They cut off the colon before removing that as well and his pancreas, prostate and rectum.

The machine whirled again as they slowly and carefully placed his organs into a container filled with blue fluid to soak them in the anti-radiation drug before returning back to the heart, kidneys and liver.

The liver was a brown organ that was slightly black from the radiation as they cut it free as well as his kidneys. With careful precision they removed his two kidneys and placed them into a new jar to let them soak into the solution. Then the bladder and spleen followed suite before the mechanical hands towards his chest.

The last organ to be removed was the heart and one of the more complicated surgeries due to the four heart valves that connected it to the body. With a soft squish a robotic hand slowly pulled it free from the patients body as they began to remove the organ. With each cut the patients lifeless eyes seemed to darken in the lighting before they successfully removed it. All their was left was his skull eyes, brainstem and brain the rest were gone as he lied spread eagle and organless as they even removed his reproductive system to soak it as well.

The anti radiation foam mixed with the preserving balm within as the radiation slowly began to be cleansed.

The surgeons had to pin his skin flaps to the table with none damaging pins as one of the surgeons replied "standard soaking time is five minutes no more no less. Check his brainwaves if something is wrong we need to make sure to fix it. His life is literally hanging on by a thread if we wait for seven minutes leaving him a corpse..."

He meant this literally as one misstep or one problem with the solution or the tanks that held his organs and he would very easily die. The poor boy was so very close to entering the angelic gates of Heaven. four small scrubbers lowered themselves from the cieling as they spun and whirled around in the anti radiation foam a specialized solution to cleanse the radiation clinging to the insides of the patients skin.

With a whirl and a spin they lowered themselves onto the patients inner skin and began to sterilize it, even as the patient looked as though he was convulsing. Before long the scrubbers went away as the suction returned turning the foam back into the skins normal healthy color. Radiation is a deadly thing if left untreated, organs, skin, fur, the only possible way to get rid of it is to have anti radiation drugs, scrubbers, or specialized fruit.

They used a small vacuum like device to suck up the foam to make sure their wasn't any problems. As they began to slowly take deep breaths to calm their nerves one replied "and now we wait for four minutes..."

Minute after chilling minute past as they slowly placed the repaired bones back into place. The enire arms, and legs followed suite before they slowly began to add the repaired organs. As one of the surgeons began to sweat using the lasers to sew the organs to be reattached slowly and carefully before the heart was last.

They began to reattach the heart to the heart valves and sew it closed as well staring in relief as the organs reconnected before gently tapping his heart. The repaired heart began to thump once before it fell asleep making them relieved before they began the process of placing back all the rest of his skeletal structure and adding his muscles reattaching them to his nervous system.

Reattaching the muscles is one thing but the nerves were another being as they were very careful as they surgically reattached them using the laser once again. They pulled out the pins and folded the skin flaps back as they sewed the holes shut as they closed up the areas where the surgery took place.

The surgeons breathed a sigh of relief as they gazed upon the patient who had very small scars on his chestnut brown fur as one of them whispered "it is done..."

They slowly placed him back on the stretcher as they removed the tubes from his nose and slowly watched the stretcher leave the room...

ugh I knew I did the right thing to finish quickly this because I sort of feeling like that I lost my appetite. Even more so just after finishing dessert I feel a bit under the weather because of this a small tiny bit, I feel quite ill because this is honestly one of my more grotesque works after writing so much detail that goes on for a surgery even if its a hard scifi version.

It's possible to create anti radiation foam but not for surgery, give or take a few decades I'm sure somebody would invent something like this.

As for a point of such a insane procedure I will tell you this. In surgery the entire brain is not supposed to be removed but half the brain can be removed for a more drastic medical procedure. It's not so far fetched for the patient to be completely removed of his organs and still is not classified as dead, ah the wonders of anesthesia however neromoxine is like a more potent and lesser risk version of it however it does have it's side effects.

As for the seven minute thing... Hospitals and doctors always say if the heart stops for five or six minutes you risk mental damage any more then your brain dead. While your body acts as though it's alive if hooked up to a moniter and oxygen tubes in a hospital it's not. Either their is a sign of recovery in a few days or hours depending on the case or not then the doctors will have no choice but to pull the plug.
