Papers flew through the air, flung from the hands of excited roadies dressed in grungy clothing, people grabbed out at the papers to read them. Trevin reached out and clutched one, as he brought it down in front of his face a grin spread, "They're here!"

He turned around and sprinted down the street away from the crowd of roadies, as he pushed through people on the sidewalk he earned many glares but Trevin didn't care. The man was sweating by the time he reached his college dorm; he ran in and went into the college's rec room. His eyes ran over the people around the room until he found his friends, James stood leaning against a wall while Buiton and Rem played against one another in a game of Foosball. Shane chuckled as Buiton called in rage as Rem shot the small ball into his side, "You know what, I'm done with this stupid game!"

Rem smiled in self-satisfaction, "You sure you don't want to play again? You're only losing fifteen games to one, I'm sure the odds are in your favor." Buiton slumped into a chair pouting while Rem high fived James, they all turned their gaze as they saw Trevin rushing towards them.

The man's face was flushed from running, but his face was also covered in an immense grin. Trevin held up a poster held in his hand, "Guys, they're here!"

People around the room glanced at him with minor interest, James stood up straight and walked over and slipped the paper out from his friend's grip. He looked at the poster and a grin appeared on his face as his head snapped to look at his friend, "Are they really here?!" Trevin nodded without saying anything.

Buiton looked up, "Who's here?"

His friends didn't say anything as Rem was handed the paper by James, Rem's face split in a grin as he looked at Trevin. "Did you see them?!"

Trevin shook his head, "I didn't see them, but their roadies are everywhere!"

As Buiton grew fed up he jumped out of his chair, "Who's here?!"

All of his friends grinned at him, "Kingdom Animalia!" Bution's mouth fell to the ground as he was handed the paper and a moment later he was as excited as everyone else.

Their fellow college students were shooting them dirty looks for being so noisy, James looked at Trevin. "Do you know how much the tickets cost for the concert?"

Trevin shrugged as he glanced at the flyer, "Looks like it's going to be... free?!" All of them cheered in excitement as they started to plan to go to the concert.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The friends had started to listen to the band's music a few months prior, the band had come out of the woodwork just a year earlier starting very small. At first everyone didn't pay them any mind until they held their first concert in a public auditorium on the east coast, after a bunch of people attended the concert their opinions changed drastically. People who came out of the concert had cheered their names, apparently changed somehow by the music. The band's name started to spread like wildfire among colleges and more and more people started to become their fans, their music soon a commonplace thing among colleges and high schools.
Trevin had gotten his friends obsessed with the band by playing one of his favorite songs from them, Roaring Tigers, after hearing the song all of them had become obsessed with the band's music. Even James, who was generally the calmest of the bunch, had become excited by the group.
Buiton was tapping his foot impatiently as his friends got ready for the concert, "Come on guys, we need to get to the concert soon!"
Trevin walked out wearing a windbreaker over a black shirt, he grinned at his friend. "Why are you such in a hurry Bui?"
Buiton winced at his nickname given by his friends, "Well don't you guys want to be at the front of the crowd?!"
Shane walked out of the room pulling on a jacket and laughed, "Aren't you afraid of being deafened by teenagers?"
Buiton rolled his eyes as the final member of their group, Rem walked out wearing a trench coat. Trevin shot his friend a joking smile, "You on your way to the alley outside? It looks like you're getting ready to flash somebody." Rem glared at Trevin who glanced away quickly, "So everyone ready?"
The group of friends yelled their agreement as they all walked out and walked up to Trevin's truck, Trevin pointed to the trunk of the vehicle. "Who's riding in the back?"
After a moment Rem, Buiton, and Shane raised their hands, as if they were back in school, James grinned as he hopped into the truck and Trevin sat in the driver's seat and grinned as he looked at James. "Ready for the concert man?"
James nodded and looked back out the window to see Buiton and Rem both talking energetically while Shane listened to their conversation, "I dunno about them though..." He said sarcastically before laughing, Trevin laughed with him as he pulled out from the college campus and drove towards the stadium where the concert would be held.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The stadium was already becoming packed by the time the group of friends reached the stadium, Trevin and the others ran to the stadium's entrance where they were forced to wait through a line. Trevin sighed and grinned at his friends, "Looks like we were a little slow."

Buiton folded his arms indignantly and glared at Trevin, "Told you we should've left earlier..."

Rem grinned at Buiton, "I think you're just a little sore..." Their friend pouted, which everyone had to laugh at.

As they moved towards the entrance of the stadium Shane noted a group of adults who looked less than happy standing in line, "What do you think they're doing here?" He asked the others, as they all looked at them Trevin blinked as he remembered one of the adult's faces.

"Hey, I think those are from the local city council. I've heard that they hate anything that has to do with noise, so I'm guessing they're here to stop any rambunctious or when the band gets loud." Trevin said, everybody frowned as they looked at the adults.

As they finally reached the end of the line and went into the stadium they saw to the sides that there were stands with a lot of punk shirts and a lot of band memorabilia, Buiton ran over to the table and grinned as he saw a punk shirt. He looked up at the salesman, "I'll buy this, how much is it?"

The salesman grinned at him, "Absolutely nothing, feel free to take it."

The group were stunned, Trevin's eyebrow rose in question. "Isn't that bad for business?"

The salesman chuckled, "The band is more than willing to pay for everything, so take anything you want from the table." The friends looked at one another and shrugged before taking things that they wanted, as they walked out into the throng of people waiting for the concert to start they saw the adults from the council looking around nervously, as if being afraid of being shanked by some random passerby.

Before they could say anything about the uncomfortable looking adults they heard a riff play which wavered long in the air, silence filled the air as the note was sustained. After what felt like an eternity of the note being held out there was silence once more, the tension of the crowd was building up as a cheer started to build up in every one of their chests.

Trevin had felt an odd sensation pass over his body as the note had been played, after a moment of silence they saw the lights on the stage that had been set up at the opposite end of the stadium turn on. Smoke passed over the stage as four unidentifiable shapes appear in the smoke, they all took their places on the stage and people were surprised as they couldn't define anything of the people on stage. Never had any pictures of the band members had been released, so much of the excitement from attending the concert was being able to see the band members.

The leader of the band, Raphier, walked to the front of the stage and everyone could see that he held a microphone in his hand. His voice rang out, powerful yet containing an odd silkiness to it. "Hello, and welcome to our concert! I want to thank you all for coming here, I had heard of your town and decided that it'd be good for us to come here and show us that we know that you're all here. And I hope this concert will bring good changes to your life!"

Before anyone had any time to question what he meant the band started to play, a loud strum of guitar threads led up the song, quickly followed by a cacophony of drumbeats. As the music started to rise in pitch, people everywhere started to cheer out in excitement as the leader's voice carried out as he started to sing.

The group of friends was cheering as the band was playing, what they didn't notice was that each of them was changing. Everyone else in the crowd, even the adults who had originally hated rock music were enthralled by the sound of guitars, drums, and the wonderful lyrics of the music, so they didn't notice the changes that were happening to them.

Fur, scales, and feathers started to cover the people of the crowd as the music changed the listeners, Shane grinned showing off growing fangs as his body rocked to the music. Glimmering scales started to cover his body as lights pulsed in time with music, his hair started to change slightly as it started to become unruly. His clothes started to shift as well as they went from normal looking clothes to look more like punk rock clothes.

Shane grunted as his legs shifted from normal legs into a snake tail, his cheering became more hiss like as his eyes slitted and he started to beat his head with the music which was picking up speed as the crowd around them changed.

Rem blinked a few times as his eyes started to change as he was able to see farther than he had been able to, feathers spread over his body while a beak started to form upon his face. His trench coat disappeared as his clothes changed from his usually normal clothes to a black shirt with the logo from the band, his legs changed into talons while his arms became wing like.

Rem's cheers became caws of excitement as the crowd's cheers also became animalistic, the man made hawk was able to see through the fog and his mouth dropped for a moment as he saw what they were but a moment later his beak went back to a grin as he didn't care as he beat his head to the music.

James' hair started to expand as a mane appeared around his face, orange fur started to sprout as his voice started to gain a rumbling undertone. His face pushed out into a muzzle and his teeth became razor sharp, a tail sprouted behind him as his pants changed to allow for a hole in them. His jacket became a vest as his shirt revealed underneath to show off a band of animals playing instruments.

As the music came to a peak, James let out a large roar which made the crowd even more excited.

Buiton's body started to take on a light brown fur as he waved his hand in the air which was holding a lit lighter, as his body changed his excitement only grew further. A furry tail pushed out from behind him while his pants also changed, his shirt which he had bought earlier had changed as the sleeves of the shirt disappeared leaving a torn edge. His pants took on torn holes as his shoes disappeared and his pawed feet touched the grass of the stadium, the otter cheered out gleefully.

Trevin was by far the loudest of their group as he cheered, a furry tail pushed out from behind him as black fur encased his face and brown spread. His nose popped as his face pushed out into a muzzle, his tongue hung out of the side of his mouth as he panted in excitement. His ears pushed out onto the top of his head, the dog like ears twitched as the music became clearer.

The changing man's shoes disappeared as his feet changed into paws, black fur with splotches of brown appeared on them. Trevin's clothes changed from the windbreaker with a black shirt, into a blue denim jacket with a white shirt with the band logo on it underneath.

As the changed people listened through the concert, anybody who had reservations about rock before had their opinions changed drastically. All of the adults had changed into much younger anthros as gleeful as the rest of the crowd, as the concert came to the very last song Trevin felt an odd urge and decided to follow it. The wolf bolted from his group of friends and pushed through the crowd of anthros, as he reached the stage he jumped onto the stage and grabbed a microphone from one of the band members and started to sing with Raphier.

At first the leader had stuttered but as Trevin's singing meshed with his, he started to sing as well and after the song Trevin was left gasping for air after the excitement. The crowd went ballistic as the band finish, Raphier started to speak once more. "Thank you all for coming to the concert, I hope this concert had changed all of you in some way."

The crowd cheered in utter excitement, as they started to leave Trevin turned to apologize but was stunned to see a black jaguar grinning at him. "Wow, you are great, you know that right? What do you think about being a part of the band, hell you could be the mascot of the band!"

All of the band mates cheered their approval, Trevin was taken aback. "Are you sure? This all seems really abrupt..."

Raphier chuckled, his chuckling nearly a purr, "Oh believe me, I'm very spur of the moment. Now my wolfish friend, what do you say?"

Trevin was quiet for a moment before grinning, "Yeah! But before that, I have some friends who want to meet you."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The town that had been so against rock one day was changed the very next day, oddly enough people around town started to change into anthros. Nobody really questioned it though as they were pleased by their new animal forms, from the town, Trevin had become a hit as he had joined Kingdom Animalia.
The wolf had been more than happy to travel around the world, especially as his friends had become a part of the group traveling with them. The group of friends had taken very quickly to their new forms, Trevin was grateful to the band that had changed his life for the better.
