Basically... I had a moment of inspiration. I thought a few words, started to write them down, then BAM! This was the result.
I don't mind critique if I get it, but if I get a few likes then ill start doing more poems ^_^

Poem The cold rain from the clouds brought down upon that dismal day, The lambs that fed upon that ground have all but ran away, the trees that grew into the air have all been cut apart, and from the ground hath man not found the beating of a heart. The crunching and smashing and grinding of steel is yet what drives them now, to take control of what others stole and use to make them bow. From history and legends tell of mortals greedy need, in towers, town halls, courtyards and barns did the innocent still bleed. Now here stands a hero clad in armor dark as night, rought with fear from winged ones who from fire did they take flight. His valiant effort did slay the beasts who's names shall not be known, and from that day forth the valiant knight did sit upon the thrown. A millennia past those days of dread when dragons roamed the sky, when armies marched towards the north to fight but still to die. The valiant knight now set in stone a victor for the ages, when machinations of old enemies rise as here in this land war rages.
