Prologue

12 year old Nusha Nightsar was born to Medusa who wanted a son for her Husband Ash Nightstar but once Medusa went in to labor she seem to snap for when she found out she gave birth to a girl child instead of a boy she felt that she failed her husband and that he was going to leave her .when really he feel in love with his beautiful baby girl with her bright red hair and bright blues eye that could see in to one soul and she saw in to her father soul as Nusha grew up her father would teach her how to hunt and do thing on her own for as he told her you never know when you will need these skills in life even though you may be a princess. As they head home and got close to the house they hear her mother screaming and all Nusha could think about was what was her problem now for she had been harping on Nusha and her father every time they went out and even more so that she was pregnant again with another child that she claimed would be a boy that way she could have a heir for her husband she would not even spend time with Nusha cause she saw Nusha as a mistake in her eyes Nusha saw her nannie as her mother not this bitch and hope she never became like her as they enter the house they saw her mother on the last rung of step with blood covering her finger and lower part of her dress and feet her father rushed to her picking her up and taking her to the bed room calling for someone to get the doctors Nusha rushed out the door and on the her horse heading to the Doctor Murries house which was not that far as she pulled up she saw him and yelled for his help he mounted up on to his horse bear back and head over to her home he didn't even wait for his horse to stop before he had jumped off and in to her family's home Nusha stayed down in the family room with the maids waiting for the new on her soon to brother or sister no one came down till late in the night but when someone did come down it was father and the Doctor and neither one looked happy but very sad Nusha walked up to her father slowly that's is when he noticed her and shook his head tilling her in silence that the baby didn't make it so she spoke up is mother ok not really caring if she live but new her father still loved her even with all her mental problems " she has lost a lot of blood but will be fine she just needs to rest she miscarried the baby cause she stressed herself out and I told her to take it easy she never listen this is the sixth miscarriage and I don't think she will be able to carry full trim without it killing her " said the doctor Nusha looked at her father who was dark color looked all most white Nusha could see how much this new was hurting her father and so she hugged him with all that she was . after that night Nusha mother mind seem to snap worse than it had be for and she was taking all her anger out on her only child Nusha blaming her for losing her child and take the love of her husband away when in life she was doing that on her own every time she treated their daughter like a slave and locking her in the dungeon every time he left for long period of time but he knew he could raise his daughter on his own and still have her grow up to be a lady he had no other chose in his eye but to leave and hope his soon to be ex-wife wake up and see what she was doing to their daughter before it was too late so one day Ash walked in to his wife Medusa room yelled at her and told her he was leaving and never coming back and that he could take it any more on how she was treating him and his daughter.

That was the day Nusha cried so hard one for her father abandon her and two for her mother beating her almost to death with a cat of nine tails she had deep wound that wear almost to the bone the maid took her to the Doctor and he could only look and Nusha in plain shock that her mother would do this to her Nusha had no idea that she where she was she could only hear for when the Maid got her to the Doctors house her face was swollen and she had tons of open gashes on her back arms and legs he face was swollen cause it looked like she had been punched in the face several time with no guilt Murrie fixed her up as best she could but there was a lot of healing need for her and he didn't feel it was safe to send Nusha home with the maid and told the maid to tell her mother that she ran away from home because of the beating . it was a couple days before the doctor would let Nusha out of her bed so that she could walk around at stretch her muscles she walked around stiff but knowing it would be good for her but Doctor Murrie wouldn't let her outside even after she healed only cause her mother had a warrant out on her whether it be dead or alive and he didn't want anything to happen to her. Then one day Medusa men were heading to the doctors house cause one of his patient told her that was where her evil daughter was hiding out from her that's when the doctor took action and hide Nusha in the cellar of his house and cover the door with a rug and told her to keep quit no matter what happen and to get away when she could and to run far and find someone to take her in. when her mother men showed up the drug the doctor out and searched the house but couldn't find her they didn't think to find a cellar for no one knew the doctor had one put in she moved to a small hole where she could look out and see what was happing to the one man beside her father who cared for her. She watched as her mother dismounted her horse and walk up to the doctor and say "where is the little bitch at Doc I know she was hear you have been hiding her on me why would you betray me like this Murrie I thought we were friends for so many years " she looks at him putting her hand genital on his face "I was your friend till I saw what you did to that poor child she has only wanted your love ever since she was born but cause she was a girl you hate her it not her fault she was born a girl and not a boy more like your fault you should have known your family only has girls first then boys but you were hoping it would be different but your heart was stuck on that for year even though your husband told you many time's he didn't care if the baby was boy or girl as long as they had both your love and this is what you do to your one and only child I'm ashamed of being your friend " Murrie told her not looking away Medusa pulls her hand back and smack him so hard it makes his lip bleed "where is Nusha Murrie then I will get out your life forever " Medusa say with a smirk " she left a couple days ago I told her to run toward the north and told her to find a better family or maybe even look for her father like you would care Medusa" say Murrie with a smile that doesn't reach his eyes

Medusa is mad you can see it in her eyes as she looks a Murrie she lean in close to Murrie and Whisper something to him but Nusha can't hear it that's when she see what her mom has planned for Murrie but it's too late for even Nusha or her mother men to stop medusa as she stabs in square in the chest right below his heart so that he bleed out slowly and die a very painfully death her mother push the men off her and mounts her horse and tell the men to move out that they were heading north to look for her even though she was not that far away as soon as they leave and Nusha can no long hear the horse she come out of the cellar and race to Doctor Murries side he is still alive she lifts his head and put his head in her lap " doctor Murrie don't die Don't die for me please I don't deserve it" Nusha say and she know she is watching the life flow out of him he smile weakly up at her " you are worth it more than you think young lady you are your father daughter that was why I am dying for you I watched you grow as if you were my own child " Murrie say as he cough blood up his eyes start too dull and she know he is leaving her alone with no one to help her she is going to have to depend on what her father was teaching her she hug Murries to her chest and he whispers to her one last thing " promise me you will make your mother pay for what she did to me and what she did to you Sweet girl" he say with his last breath and then he is gone Nusha runs her hand down over his eyes closing them so that he looks like he is sleeping and lays his head back down on the ground softly and runs inside to get some stuff till she can find a new place to live far away from Her messed up mother and all the evil she has done Nusha heads to the woodland to the south away from the village and all that she has even known not looking back Nusha head out for he soon to be new life.
