Jesse scowled at the water's surface as she waited for James and Meowth; the red haired woman had been waiting for more than an hour for her cohorts. They had run out of food the day prior due to the two boys gorging themselves on their precious food after Jesse had slipped off to bed early, she blinked as she played with her hair as she looked at her reflection. She had thought she had seen something humanlike swimming where her reflection shown on the water, Jesse started to lean towards the water before she heard a knocking on the door.

The trio had been staying in a small warehouse on a pier of a city, "Coming." Jesse called out as she straightened up from leaning over the railing, as she walked towards the door an irritated face popped up from the water. Jesse opened up the door and scowled as she looked down to see Meowth and James lying on the ground, "What are you two idiots doing?"

James and Meowth both groveled at the ground at her feet, "Well you see we were buying the food.... Until we realized that we didn't have money so we were kicked out of the store with nothing..." James said hesitantly, deep within Jesse's eyes a fire brighter than any Charzard's ignited. Both Meowth and James screamed in terror for their lives, Jesse sighed as she calmed herself down.

She turned around and walked over to a small bag, "Just in case you idiots ever messed up like this I planned ahead." Jesse spoke as she pulled out a small purse out of the bag, she pushed her fingers in and pulled out money. She walked over and held out the cash to the boys, "Here, now go buy some food for us. But if I find a dollar that isn't accounted for on the receipt missing I will kill you, do you understand?"

The boys looked at one another and started nodding wildly, "We understand Jesse!" They spoke in tandem before standing up and running in a cartoonish fashion back towards the store, after a moment of watching the pair run away Jesse turned back towards the water.

She sighed as she leaned on the railing and gazed out bored out at the water, as her gaze traveled over the water she frowned as noticed a few hairs out of place from her long hair. Jesse started to brush her hair back into place as an odd little glowing water stone was flung out of the water and scuffed against her shoe.

The Team Rocket member glanced down at the rock, she frowned and leaned over and picked up the stone. As it rested in her hand Jesse felt an odd tingling feeling flowing through her body, "A water stone... what is this doing here?" As the red headed woman looked it over she didn't notice her usually well held back hair started to defy her hair spray and started to fall down into a wave of curls, Jesse blew a lock of hair out of her face unconsciously.

After glancing the rock over Jesse shrugged and threw it onto a box in the warehouse, "I don't need this, it's not like I have any water types." Jesse straightened up and stretched out her arms as she lazily glanced around the small area and decided to lie down for a short nap, she lied down on a small pile of sand bags and let her eyes shut. As she slept her body started to change in an odd way, her shoes slipped off of her feet which were changing into what appeared to be flippers.

From where her feet were her clothes started to disappear slowly up her legs as her legs fused together and scales spread over her legs, the scales that appeared seemed to be every color of the rainbow shimmering brightly. Soon her pants and skirt were gone having given way to a long fish's tail, but Jesse wasn't diminishing at all in fact the fish tail seemed to be longer than her legs had been.

Though whatever magic had been changing Jesse wasn't done yet, her shirt started to disappear and in its place was replaced by an assortment of water flowers. When the woman awoke she gasped as she looked down to see that her body had been changed, "W... what's happened to me?!" She started tried to pick herself up but as she grabbed at the edge of a crate her hand grabbed the water stone that had landed on their earlier, she fell back onto the bags and found herself gazing at the water stone once more.

As Jesse gazed upon the small stone her eyes started to flash with blue waves as the water stone glowed the gentle blue of the ocean, as her eyes glowed memories of humanity slipped out along with the urge to catch Pokémon. Replaced with those thoughts was the urge to change others into mermaids and mermen, she blinked quietly as she looked around and smiled as she saw the flowing water. Jesse slipped off of the pier and dived into the water gracefully, she smiled as she saw a merman who looked equally happy to see her.

"How are you feeling sister?" He asked her as he swam next to her, Jesse smiled serenely.

"I'm feeling good brother, though I'm ready to make more brothers and sisters." Jesse spoke as her hair flowed out behind her in the water.

The merman smiled, "Well that's good sister, because a human will be coming to this human shelter very soon." Jesse and the merman smiled as James and Meowth's voices rang through the door of the warehouse.
