This dreamer and his wine, Exploring memories of time. I can see you reaching for me, On this picture of eternity.
Sparkle this scenery before me, With your perfect smile, A loving touch, Meant to last a lifetime.
This one, last perfect verse, Is still the same old rhyme. A Writer torn apart by distance and time.
Safe me from this realm, Show me love, I've never felt before.
No more need for words, Show me the way, To dreamers hideaway.
"The Dreamer and the Hideaway"
' I'll live long enough to hear the sound of war, Long enough to hear the cries of the dead, Long enough to see my friends betray me, For this I am running away. Into dreamer's hideaway.'
The dreamer is dead, time took his life. A loving heart on this graveyard gray, Torn to pieces a thousand times. His soul wandering around forever more.
A long journey ahead, Walking the lands of the undead. Afraid, so afraid.... Being haunted for eternity.
War is closing in. The land is rotten. The sky is black. All that's left are ashes of a world so great.
I see a mother holding her child, Smiling at him, knowing he is about to die... Lost hopes and dreams.
I see this dog barking at me. Wounded and aggressive. All pride has left him. I see only fear.
Unheard cries, A child without a mother. A lover without love. All holding on to those little things they have left. A ring, a necklace, a picture, ... Items filled with memories that survived the passing of time. They would die to keep them. They would live to see them.
' I'll live long enough to wake up screaming every night'
The sky is brighter, Gunfire fades in the distance. Nature rises as the sun shines. The feeling in my heart of a long forgotten happiness.
' But long enough to find the one I love...'

Shush, my child, You're home. Find safety in my arms, Feel my love.
Search for Beauty, Search for Love, Search for Forgotten Places, Search for Me.
Though we're miles apart, The stars above us, Are the same. Shining bright. Bright as my love for you.
