#2 of Lussuria
I have created this to help fill in some background and flesh out the world of Lussuria. It is an ongoing work and will be added to and adapted as time goes on.

APPENDIX A
CREATION OF LUSSURIA
AND
THE GREAT EVENTS OF ITS AGES
THE FIRST AGE:
Gedebis, a pandimensional Swan floating on the cosmic waters lays a single egg. From which hatches The Eternal Lovers, Phanes and Nyx bound together by a great Serpent called Apophis. The egg shell broke perfectly in half and became the land and the sky. The Serpent twisted and unbound itself from the Lovers and delved deep into the ground, the movements it made beneath the surface pushed up hills and mountains. The lovers remained above the sky now free from the serpent their embrace was stronger than ever, the sweat fell from their bodies and formed the oceans. The result of their first copulation was a Tree that quickly blossomed as its routes spread beneath the ground, so the surface of the world became green with flora. The result of their second copulation was the MegaFauna, a race of nine pure white spirit animals. Lion, Dragon, Eagle, Fish, Horse, Wolf, Gorilla, Goat and Arthropod. They had the ability to change sex and were highly seductive creatures, together they created all the Animals of the world including Humans. Jealous of the Lovers creations the Great Serpent emerged from the ground creating a towering mountain that gave the world fire. The Serpent slithered up above the sky¹ and into Nyx, destroying her womb. A single drop of blood was the only evidence that fell from the sky, it landed upon the land and sank into the soil. When the Serpent slipped back out of Nyx, Phanes captured it and ripped it apart, its blood was black and it too fell through the sky like Nyx's and sank into the soil². Phanes and Nyx embraced³ each other once again and it is believed that they have had no further involvement with their creations since those days.
¹ By the fourth age many believe the great serpents emergance to be nothing more than a volcanic eruption and that the column of smoke produced from it was mistaken to be its body working its way up into the sky.
² By the fourth age many believe that Nyx's and the Serpents blood that fell from the sky were meteorites
³ Phanes and Nyx's embrace creates the day and the night. When Phanes mounts Nyx so Lussuria turns to night and When Nyx rides Phanes so Night turns to day.
THE SECOND AGE:
The Second Age begins with the humans consciousness of time. They breed and spread their dominion over Lussuria, but a darkness builds in the heart of man and after a time war breaks out between the different human nations. The MegaFauna select and seduce six men and one woman to breed with and create Nine Anthro Gods to help rule over Lussuria, thought to be the perfect combination of Human and Animal attributes.
From Lion came Luciana, Lioness Goddess of Beauty, Love, Fertility, Sex, Passion, Pregnancy and Childbirth. (She lives at her golden dome shaped temple, Fensalir.)
From Eagle came Arke, the Messengar Goddess. (Her home is upon mount Orvilos with her mate Zeus.)
From Goat came Pan, God of the Wild, Shepherds, Flocks, Hunting, and Music but best known for his love of Extreme Sexual Pleaures and his Fructifying Powers. (Castrum Novum is his place of residence, it is a grand camp filled with tents and often moving from place to place.)
From Horse came The Mares of Thrace, Goddess's of Strength, Power and Sexual Potency. They are hermaphrodites and have a taste for Human flesh.
From Gorrila came Hanuman, The only God who has complete control of his senses, he is also the destroyer of evil spirits. (He resides upon Anjaneya Hill.)
From Arthropod came Neith, The Spider Goddess of Time, Spinner and Weaver of destiny. (It is no longer known where she lives.)
The three twins born from the Human Female were:
Hades son of Dragon and ruler of the Sky, he has power over Fire. (Had no permanent place of residance untill he was imprisoned in Tartarus at the end of the third age.)
Zeus son of Wolf and ruler of the Land, he has power over Lightning. (Lives in his magnificent temple atop mount Orvilos with his mate Arke.)
Poseidon son of Fish and ruler of the Sea, he has power over Water. (Resides at the flooded temple, Tell Basta.)
They each possessed power that the Humans had never witnessed but the trio born from the Human Female were the most powerful of all. The humans worshipped them all and the new Gods demanded Human sacrifice to breed with and so the Anthro race was born. Some humans viewed this as the result of the Serpents blood and called it an abomination, Once again the Humans started a war but this time they were united against the Anthro race. Angered by their actions the Anthros fought back against them and developed a deep hatred for the Human race. After a war that lasted over half a century, all Human cities were either destroyed or under Anthro rule. Rumours of a Human collony lost at sea spread but were never proven. Some Humans survived but were viewed as pets, sex slaves and little more than dirt in the eyes of the Anthros. The end of this war against the Humans also marked the end of The Second Age.
THE THIRD AGE:
Over 1400 years pass, the anthro races have become fully formed, many of the events of the first age have passed into legend. After a very long time of peace war once again starts to break out, this time between some of the Anthro species due to their different beliefs. Zeus, Hades and Poseidon begin to scheme and plot, each trying to assert there ultimate dominion over all the Gods. Hades becomes infected by an ancient evil, Zeus and Poseidon join forces and engage Hades in an epic battle. Victory is eventually theirs but they cannot bring themselves to kill their brother and so they trap him beneath the worlds surface, down the same fire spitting hole that the great serpent once emerged from. This marked the end of the Third age.
THE FORTH AGE:
Nearly 1000 years pass, Battle and Peace come and go between the races. Its a time of great change, new crossbreeds are emerging and something dark spreads its influence across the land, something is pulling the strings and bending minds to its will...
