The Darkness of Nyte

I suffer in the endless depths,

another moment with many steps,

and endless stairs,

yet so few care

so once upon a time,

I wrote this very ryhme,

to be heard aloud,

yet not before a large crowd

sadly I have been here before,

lost at sanities door,

without happiness my soul becomes poor,

my heart still with wounds sore

I look at the light,

still revealing my plight,

never to answer the golden door,

I can't open anymore

filled with beer and smoke,

I laugh,I cry,

yet I wonder why,

I can't see the light anymore
