Red cringed as he added "I might have killed Bruno and Baion but it was needed because they were going to destroy the world but I didn't like it. So why do you hate it and yet thrive in it?"

Evan sighed as he lowered his fork from the pot roast he was eating and answered "I have a condition, this condition has turned man into monster, and killer into a abomination. This condition only shows itself if the person has rage stored away for a long time and it's released. It's called berserker blood, it makes you want to fight and fight and never stop fighting if you don't have an iron grip."

Red grimaced as he furrowed his eyebrows and added "that's pretty grim, you don't like it do you having to kill?'

Elh sighed and added "their gone due to Lares. That accursed Luno destroyed us all expect for me and Baluga. Even now that our immortality is gone we will age."

Evan frowned saying "that's saddening, but the thing is my genetic traits of the type of furries where I come from reach their peak and stop aging afterwards but we can still die."

Evan grimaced and added "the kind meant for waging war and infiltration, but in some cases if it gets really bad they will send out the Armored Cores..."

Red raised an eyebrow and asked "Armored Core?"

Evan frowned and explained "its mech built for speed, strength, and very powerful weapons although its huge. Armored cores are capable of wiping out continents and it gets insane depending on how good of a pilot you are. Basically if you were a pilot for an AC short for Armored Core you would have kicked everyones asses and run circles around everyone here without a scratch on the shielding!"

Red and Chocolat coughed nearly choking on there food until Evan patted their backs to get them breathing once again. Red answered "you have energy shielding?! That's something the Sheperd Republic has been dreaming about for a long time!"

Evan smirked and tapped his armor saying "true even our armor has energy shields meant for stopping most weapons light or a bit higher in strength. It's why my armor wasn't shredded when that bomb went off in my hands."

Red shook his head and whistled saying "would you have an Armored Core?"

Evan shook his head saying "you have to buy one which costs and arm and a leg. There really expensive so which is why most military foot soldiers do some mining in the asteroid belts."

Chocolat and the others looked in curiosity as Red asked "asteroid belt?"

Evan smirked and added "when the solar system was made the reminants of it's birth created two rings of asteroid, the closer belt is a few planets away the next is past a small moon. This is where miners go to work but it's an extremely dangerous job. The benefits however are more than a few crates worth of coins being delivered every few seconds."

Red merely felt his jaw dropped and added "that's insane!"

Evan nodded and added "of course it is, the material in an asteroid alone is more than enough to equal all the materials found on Earth or the islands alone."

Evan flicked it upwards and let the blades tip land on his index finger and twirled it around before kicking up his other knee sending out another one that landed on his other index finger and spun it as well. He concentrated carefully as he span around on one foot while making sure to not let it fall and explained "you see I am even deadlier with a weapon however I don't use them all the time. The reason being is that I have a multiple styles under my belt and two of them would be perfect. Eskirima the art of knife fighting, Kendo, and other sword styles however there is only one martial art I have ever taught to my family and loved ones. If you rely on a weapon you might stagnate in self-defense."

Red shook his head saying "I can fight pretty well without my sword but what is this style that you only teach once?"

Evan flicked his fingers sending the knives skywards before grabbing their handles and slid them into the knife holsters making them stare. He folded his arms and added "it's originally a style created from South Korea called Tuk Gong Mu Sol. Don't laugh because of its funny name as it's regarded to be the most dangerous fighting style in the world. The simple purpose of it is to cripple or exterminate the opponent. This style also uses weapons in its routine, knifes, blades, staffs, swords and lances. I don't teach it to others because it is very hard to learn."

Red merely grimaced before adding "that's pretty intense, still you can help me with my sword fighting?"

Evan nodded making him laugh as he jumped and hugged him once again making him chortle as he hugged him back as well.

Later Evan was in his boxers as he slipped under the covers and started to read a book as Chocolat and Red joined him. He smiled softly before asking "Elh would you like to join us?"

The grey cloaked kitten eyed him before smiling softly as she replied "no thanks, I feel flattered and thankful that you would ask me."

Evan smiled as he spoke "I'm sorry if we have been well neglecting you if you feel like that in anyway."

Elh merely shook her head and huffed saying "as long as Red is happy I am, I don't feel jealousy that he likes you!"

Red snuggled closer into Evans fur and Evan gently stroked his tired form feeling his slightly yellow fur making him breath a sigh of relief. He watched him pluck his bone out of his mouth and placed it on a stand next to them as he watched Elh and beluga get ready for bed.

He snickered quietly feeling Reds stomach slightly slosh from a gentle touch and Red gently nudged him saying "knock it off will you?"

Evan chuckled and added "sorry about that Red."

Red rolled his eyes before smiling as he watched him close his book and made a small mark on it before placing it next to his gauntlets that were resting on a stand. He slowly crawled into his lap making Evan say "what are you doing?"

Red merely asked "can I have a good night kiss?"

He was answered as Evan gave him a kiss on the lips and he responded in kind before swishing his tail. Evan broke the kiss and watched him eye him and added "do you want to sleep on my chest?"

Red merely shrugged his shoulders before answering "is it that obvious?"

Evan chuckled and added "oh alright." As he wrapped his arms around the younger canine and they slept together in bliss.

Was his wifes voice, as she barked out her orders to the scrambling scientists in the Enforcers R&D lab. Currently she was overseeing the creation of the interdimensional doorway as she heard the sound of welding and drilling by the drones.

Her father grunted as he asked her "you would go this far for your husband?"

She scowled and added "daddy I would do anything for my husband as would our son and daughter. Yesterday however was quite interesting it turns out he has a male soulmate where he ended up."

Her father widened his blue eyes and added "a male so- oh ho! Looks like your family just got larger. Where do you want this to be because we can't destroy them you know that right Sheana Youngs Wolffang!"

He teased her making her huff as she adjusted her glasses as she answered "in our backyard and shut the hell up, for one I actually like the fellow, and two he used to there version of project hybrid with the virus if it wasn't for the serum."

He snorted as he answered "so that is why I have had reports of a doctors with stick up there asses bitching like no tomorrow. Arrogant corrupted bastards we should done a closer and deeper sanitization of the hospitals in the first place."

She rolled her eyes and gazed at a scientist who replied "the gate construction needs a few weeks to complete but it's getting there. When it's complete we will move it in the designated area and check through the quantum signatures, your husband has a very unique signature I haven't seen anything like it."

Her father frowned and added "that is classified information for all enforcer or friends of his ears and eyes only."

The scientists scrambled onwards as Sheana whispered "Evan I do miss you terribly, I hope he is cutie though!"

She giggled before turning around and walking away outside through the large glass double doors in order to get into her car and drive home to their children and pet.
