The prologue of my dragon story. Watch me for more! ^.=.^

Blood contaminated the water, the screams of the living and the clashing of swords could be heard even over the mighty mountains and the volcano. Roars filled in the small moments of silence, colored jets of fire streaming from maws full of razor sharp teeth. The war between the Humans and the Dragons raged on. Many humans and few dragons had been killed, but the dragons forces were much smaller due to how powerful they were. The Munduare, humans that didn't like the Empires laws, fought alongside the dragons, wanting to rid the country of the law that binded everyone to an oath not ever to use magic. The dragons wanted freedom from their imprisonment in the mountains, forced into small territory and a limited food supply. The valley of the volcano was stained with blood, as well as the small creek. This could not go on. The earth shook with a tremendous roar. "Earthquake!" someone screamed. "The volcano, its erupting!" another yelled, but the dragons knew exactly what it was, and their eyes blazed with fear and anxiety. A jet of crimson fire bursted from the mountain, followed by a stream of blue fire, the two intertwining in the sky, reaching toward the heavens. White diamond-like claws gripped from the inside of the volcano's roaring mouth. Then two shining dragons emerged from the Hell's Gate. One was crimson, like the spilt blood in the valley below and eyes of lava, gleaming with power. He had a scar going diagonally across one of his eyes, a mark of a won war, but the cause was unknown, even to the blue dragon who had fought by his side since recorded history. His wings were like the softest leather, something you would not expect to see on such a creature, he too had a sense of kindness and humor in his aura. Muscles rippled under his armor of scales, spots of light at the tips of the prized plates. The blue dragon had scales like diamonds, stars tipping every one of them, creating a dazzling display that was beautiful but deadly. The eyes were a green and blue that had an edge of kindness but even had an edge of power and darkness. Her claws were sharper than even the sharpest blade, piercing even the hardest of armor. The tips of their tails were shaped like leaves, two long spikes at the base of the leaf, making it a deadly weapon. The two dragons spiraled into the sky, their wings flapping as one, twin fires in the sky. The fires from their maws illuminated the bloody landscape, making it sparkle with death. Fear flashed into the eyes of the gazing warriors and a flame of fear lashed in the dragons eyes, seeing dragons of legends, even of their kind they were worshipped like gods. The two dragons separated and spiraled towards the ground, landing with only grass whispering from the soft wind coming from their arrival. All living things stared in awe at the majestic creatures, even the dragons in battle envying the gemstone scales and the curved polished claws. With a booming voice, the red lord said, "Why must you fight? Many a life has been wasted on this war, each dying in vain. Why not come to a meeting point and discuss making a treaty or countermand the law? I cou-". The blue dragon exhaled blue flame, big eyes of the soldiers staring in awe at the azure inferno. The fiery king stopped, eyes boring into the sapphire dragons eyes. "You are right, but it is not our decision whether the two races can correspond well with each other. Fate must decide." She said with a voice clear as bells. Then she sighed, "If we must intervene then we shall, but remember the last time we did that? The entire empire fell! Now the once thriving cities are now a desolate wasteland full of bandits and rouges. Not to mention the outcast dragons from thousands of years ago. That was a lesson that we both learned, but it costed thousands of lives. We mustn't make the same mistake again. Now, I would like to hear both sides of the story from the leaders." People gasped as the dragon demanded to talk to the King, no one dared to summon him in that manner. She didn't say the respectful and proper greeting. One screamed at the mighty blue giant "How dare you summon our rightful leader like this? It is a dishonor of your race and disrespectful to the extre-." The red dragon roared and breathed crimson flame on the soldier, screams of agony echoing in the valley. The pale faces of the other soldiers watching their ally were illuminated with the flames light. "No one speaks to her in that manner. Respect Dragons of Legend, or else..."As his piercing stare bored into the humans eyes, peering into their souls. His red eyes softened as the sapphire goddess rested her snout on his shoulder, her speaking softly. The words were not audible, but many felt the power of her spell as they drifted into calm states, relaxing. "Still, no one speaks to my Queen that way..." The Crimson God said, making it just loud enough so everyone in the valley could hear him. A jade dragon that had a scarred webbing on his left wing and was wearing silver and gemstone armor walked up to the two dragons, bowing his head to the legendary creatures. "Lord and Lady, it is a great honor to meet you. I am Celadon, commander of this battalion. I'm sorry to inform you that our leader, Zulb-"We know that your leader Zulbaksken has a terrible case of scale rot, poor fellow's white plates becoming a rotten black. I hope he gets well soon." The blue dragon said kindly to Celadon, bowing in return "We well make sure we pay him a visit and cure his disease. Now, if I, Kajatica, dragon goddess, may ask you to tell your side of the story about all of this happened." The emerald scaled dragon bowed and said "As you wish."
