It was another beautiful sunny day in Equestria.The sky was clear with no trace of clouds since the pegasus ponies had been busy clearing all week long.The summer was getting hotter and hotter and every living thing was trying to hide itself from the Sun.Everyone but one!One brave pony was hopping on the path and singing a song about adventures.That was not just anyone.It was the world non famous treasure hunter Goldy Cloud with total of -1 found treasures since the last one was taken back by its owner.

Although she had a funny name ,her burning spirit for finding treasures never stop.From child until now,the adventures were always first before everything.Even now she was on another treasure hunt , following the old map she found one week ago.The final destination was Zelus mountain, a giant mountain full with caves and surounded by sharp rocks!And totally safe path between them.

Finally the very tired pony reached its destination and jumped in front of the first cave she saw,thinking only why she was hopping in that blazing sun...After hours of rest finally was time to get to the marked on the map cave and find out whats in it.The sun was falling behind the horizon and the cold air was pushing the hot one back from where it come.Now the caves were perfect for exploring.Perfect for everyone who had a jacket or a warm cloth , such as the ones that Soft didn't had.

As the little freezing pony was walking further in the dark cave full with stalactites and stalagmites,and cold rocks and water touching its hooves,the night was falling faster and faster and the cave was getting darker and darker.It was flashlight time!But even that light wasn't enough to stop Soft from getting lost.At the end everything went fine.The great treasure hunter was in front of the biggest door she have seen in her entire life!Soft pushed with every left power she have and suddenly BAM and the door opened.Soon after that another BAM echoed in the cave and Cloud went unconsciousness!

The night passed and a new day begin.The Sun raised again and the Moon vanquished for another 12 hours.The sky was once again perfectly clear.As for Cloud, she have just waked up with a little headache from the sudden hit on the head.The house where she waked up was big with bright light coming from the colorful windows.The pony jumped out of the bed and started looking around.Everything was so amazing: the floor,the lamps even the bookcase.A nice smell was coming from the kitchen.Cloud hided behind the corner and looked with a curiosity.Three cute ponies were making a soup in a big metal pot just like the one that the witches use."Why don't we go wake up the new pony and invite it for dinner" said the middle pony.Cloud immediately understand what they were up to and with a fail attempt to escape, she crossed her legs and felled in front the ponies."No don't eat me please! I'm not so tasty as you think!PLEASE!" Cloud screamed while trembeling in fear.The three ponies looked at each other and started laughing."He he he, we are not anything like cannibals.We wanted just to give you soup because you looked so hungry.Also we want to apologize for hitting you like that.We don't have many visitors in Mythvile." "What is Mythvile?" asked Cloud with her fear gone. The three ponies still laughing opened the door next to them, and what a sight it was! Cloud looked unbelievingly the amazing view that just bloomed in her eyes.It was big , almost giant city full of light that wasn't coming from above. The light beams were just coming from anywhere! They were moving trough the streets, climbing on the beautiful houses with such old architecture, moving like they were alive! In the middle of the city , there was one huge and tall tower with enormous crystal on top of it.That treasure was the dream of every treasure hunter living in this world. Such jewel was worthy only for kings and queens.Oh the glory and the fame that Cloud would have if she get the giant, pearl like ,jewel.The three ponies hided in the shadows.Cloud was so busy daydreaming that she didn't even noticed the light beam that was moving straight toward the house.*Flash* and everything went black.Next time she will probably reconsider watching at the source of light in dark underground cities , but for now she had to live with it for the next few minutes.

Later, after the returning of her sigh, Cloud understand from her newly found friends that this crystal is the source of all light scattered across the city.The moonlight and the sunlight were coming out from a small crack in the ceiling of the cave, and reflecting in the jewel to the other crystals that were everywhere around them. After that lecture, Cloud almost give up of finding treasures. There were still a small chance that some of the crystals in the cave to worth something. But they didn't... Cloud throwed her bag with the whip inside, and sited down on the ground.

What did make her the pony she was now? She have always knew what is the excitement of finding an old bottle cap or a coin behind the shelf.But this days were long gone. Whatever she found was belonging to someone else or it wasn't treasure at all. This and many other troughs passed trough her head, as the sun was setting. The weather was still warm, but how else could it be in a cave that all day have been under the warm lights.It was dark. Suddenly something light up the place. Cloud looked up and what to see? The moonlight have painted everything light blue. The giant crystal was shining and everything around him started to glow. All kinds of night plants opened their petals slowly and gracefully.The city was even more beautiful in the night.That heart stopping view was enough to bring back the adventure spirit back to Cloud.Her heart was again full of joy.She was again happy.Happy and tired ....

After a good and long nap , Cloud waked up in the same old bed she waked up yesterday.The sunlight made her open , her sleepy eyes and realize that she wasn't still lying on the ground outside , but moved inside in the house. "What a nice friends those ponies are" Cloud trough to herself.The lizards outside were singing like birds, and the town was lively as always.Cloud didn't had anything to do, so she started making plan for the day. That wasn't any ordinary plan! It was The Super Treasure Hunting ultra Great Plan , HUG for short.The first thing that was on the list , was leaving town and new adventure.Cloud was happy in here, but she didn't want to give up on her dream no mater what , so she packed her things for 20 minutes , even if she didn't had anything at all inside , and left for the city , to tell her three girlfriends that she is leaving.The tower was big and she knew that if she climb it , the entire city will be like map and her friends would be easily spotted, but fate had something else in mind and the pony got lost in the small streets.Who could imagine that the city was so big?But that wasn't a big problem. Cloud get her whip out and used it to climb on the near roofs making a clean getaway from the street maze , straight to the tower.Almost half the way... *CRASH*... Suddenly half of the city was swallowed by darkness. The pedestal where the huge jewel was broken and only half of the gem was under the light."Oh too bad for them , I hope they have some candl....... " suddenly Cloud's troughs were interrupted by another crash.In the darkness, a giant black figure started moving.A creature raised from the ground and slowly moved toward the tower.Cloud stopped and looked the creature... It was non else , but a Night Golem , the creature that never sleeps. No wonder why this city is so secret.Everyone were running and pushing and the exits were full.The creature was making slowly his way to the tower, with the clear intention of destroying the gem and freeing himself from the light prison!

The little adventure pony looked right at the eyes of the beast and galloped to the center of the city. She lost her hope already once this week , and she didn't want to lose it again by staying stuck forever in the dark with no chance of escape! In the far distance a brown pony with a hourglass on his back was watching ,and eating popcorn intensely,this battle between light and darkness.He was just one of the many witnesses still stuck in the middle..

Cloud jumped from roof to roof. Her hooves were hurting so badly but she continue to run.Nothing was able to stop it , until someone catch her , and something wet hit her on the face. It was Flawery , one of the three ponies Cloud met at the first day in the city. She was crying , then she hugged the little adventure pony and said " Don't go , please .. There is no way you could do it . Lets escape together! We still have time , come with us!" "No" , Cloud pushed her back " Even if we go now , there is now way for us to pass the gates with so many ponies.Once everything is dark this monster will destroy the gates and believe me it will be much more faster than now.Have faith in me , I can do it , I can save you all , just believe in me!" With this words , the brave pony rushed again.

The Golem was near the tower stepping closer and closer.Cloud reached the tower , but now was the hard part - the climbing. The stairs were going up forever in circles...some parts were missing from the destruction caused by the giant footsteps, but She just skilfully jumped over them. 3...2...1... finally she was at the top. The jewel was standing right in front of her.Just one push and everything would be fine again.Cloud started stomping the gem , moving it little by little , just a little more , just one more hit... *BAM* and the ceiling felled on her.The Night Golem was right in front of the tower. He looked the little pony and laughed so hard that the ground started vibrating.Even with that the top of the cave didn't collapse , like everyone were hoping. If only Cloud was able to hit it once more while the monster was laughing... Everything was lost. The hopes were lost again. There was no more treasure hunting for this pony.No more digging for chests , no more climbing , no more swinging with the whip... Wait, the whip? Cloud reached with her last power to the whip in her right pocket of the bag and grabbed it.The Golem still laughing saw her at the last second , when she hit the jewel with the whip , fixing it right into place.

White... everything was white. The light was everywhere. Cloud lost consciousness ...

Few days later she opened her eyes.The bed was soft , and the air smelled like a hospital.

Her friends were right next to her smiling and crying from happiness. "Hey how much time i have been asleep?" asked Cloud? "It has been 4 days" said the second pony called Waffle "We've been so much worried about you!" "Nah ill be fine , i already feel great thanks to you girls." Cloud smiled "But have you been waiting me to wake up all this time?" "Of course we did, that's why are friends for , but we saw your plan back home... Are you really leaving us? said Flawery. The Treasure Hunter , now a here , sit in her bed and said : "You know , now I've been thinking for some time , while running toward the tower.. I don't need to be Treasure hunter anymore , because i found the greatest treasure in the word right in here , and im not talking about the jewel. Im talking about friendship. Friendship is the best treasure of all."

And that's how , after the group hug , Cloud moved to Mythville and with the status of a hero , lived with her best friends on the top on the frozen Golem.
