Human Jealousy

Disclaimer: this story contains furries. How you managed to get to this point to find my story without knowing, is a mystery. Unless its a link. But then someone had to grab that link huh?

Its also a very depressing tale, so don't get fap happy just yet. There are adult moments and possibly some fetishes that people have, but then that's to be expected and there is no judgment as to why you read stories like this. Or anything.

Hope you enjoy! I threw this one together in 3 and a half hours! And no proof reading! :3

Nathan wakes up to the buzzing sound of his first alarm, a traditional digital clock with that electric buzz that brings pain to any who hear it. He looks down to the dresser at the end of his twin sized bed, glaring to the time. His only goal in life at that very moment was to kill the noise.

With a pained shuffle, his body twists around and he gets up on his knees to hit the off button. His eyes closed yet again, sitting there on his bed, feeling his usual pain in his back and chest seep back into mind. Years of video games to escape reality pained his body and mind, he loved to escape it all.

His long dyed black hair hung down in large messy waves to his shoulders as he waits for another alarm to orchestrate the rest of his motion. He knew he hated today as much as any other. He pries his eyes open and grits his teeth for what happens next, his phone alarm chimes in with a cheery jingle that made him die a little inside every time he heard it. He knew he was a morbid person, pessimistic, far too kind to others, generous, and yet, held a lot of anger inside.

He moves his legs under him and goes to his phone and clicks it off, and disables the next one ahead of time, he didn't need it now that he was sitting on the edge of the bed.

He leans forward and hears his ankles pop and his legs tremble under him. "fuck you too..." he whispers and stretches his cracking body. He was only 19 but he could tell his future was going to be a pale shade of lonely with the shape he was in, and what he was.

He goes to the bathroom connected to his room and a calm motion at the wall flicks the switch on for the light. The white tile blinded him for a moment, a scowl pained his face and he turns on his flat iron, planning on keeping his image even today.

After some tooth brushing, hair combing, and deodorant, he now straightens his hair in sections, left in the cold room in the silence, but hearing the sound of his parents just beyond the wall.

"ooooh! Stop! I don't think I can... AAAAHHHH!" the sexual noises were occasional from his parents, especially since they became furs. They spend all their money to get new bodies, and left nate out of it because they said he was still too young at the time they did it. Now they were too broke to afford a proper breakfast, leaving Nate in a disdainful human state where his only feature he liked was his silky soft hair that he maintained with gallons of conditioner a month.

Nathan heads back into his room and picks out his clothes for today, his favorite outfit; he would need to feel good today.

After a minute of building himself up, he gets the courage to stand up, with his wallet in his pocket, phone in his right pocket, and iPod with headphones in his left pocket. His skater fit jeans helped him look more interesting, more like a hipster. He wears a red plaid bandana and a black hoodie over his favorite shirt which read "F**K THIS SHIRT" in white bold letters on the red background.

In the kitchen, he makes himself some coffee and looks at the supply of sweetener, completely out? And where was the caramel syrup bottle...? that made for a good alternate sweetener in this situation.

As if on cue, his parents walk down into the kitchen playfully teasing eachother. His mother, a beautiful wolfess, was holding something in her hands, but as she sees that Nathan is awake, she hides it. "morning!" she moves to the trashcan and throws it away, seeming really suspicious. Nathan hides his grumpy attitude with a look of exhaustion. "morning..."

his father was taking a moment behind the wall putting on his shoes, the horse had human feet so he could move more fluidly. Nate's mom was dressed for work and seemed in a hurry, it wasn't often he got to see her in the morning with her commute. "you look tired! How late did you stay up?" she says as she grabs the papers on the dinner table and puts them in a file. "2:33am I think...?" he says and looks over at the coffee pot, to think about what to do with it now that their all out of sweetener.

"that's no good! You should really stop playing them so late! But I gotta go! Love you! Bye!" she rushes off to the door for the garage. Nate's father comes around the corner and shouts to her "love you hun!" he fixes his collar and grabs the last bagel from the bag "sorry, gotta run! Big day today!" he rushes off, that gait he had was unmistakable, his horse cock hadn't even fully retracted into his sheath.

Nate opens the top of the coffee maker as it stops and pulls out the filter and ground coffee beans. He opens the trash can and sees the bottle of caramel syrup squished and used up, on top. Poor thing was no doubt used as a sex toy. He drops the filter in the trash and scowls "ugh... fuck this..." he goes to the coffee pot and dumps it out in the sink, the steam felt good on his hand since it was so cold.

Grabbing his keys on the way out, he starts his fairly nice Bonneville SSEI and pulls out of the third slot in the garage, the single door side, somewhat apart from the shared garage door for his parents.

His mind drifts to thoughts of his games, things to do, people to talk to and the fact he forgot to mention a job idea to a close friend. It could wait. For now, he only had to worry about getting to his friend Jeff's house. He was a blue husky with short, darker blue hair, that took after his father, especially since he was born a fur, his mother was also a husky.

Nathan waits in his car with his phone in hand, sighing often, waiting for time to pass. He was early, and he wasn't certain that Jeff would be ready yet. He sends a text to his friends number with only the word " here" and waits about a minute before he sees movement in his mirror. His friend has his bag ready and upon opening the door, he makes a swift effortless move into the car, sitting down with a wide stance, his toned legs were kept apart so as not to squish his natural hyperphallusicm.

"morning!" he says with a grunt as he fixes his seating and closes the door right afterward.

"morning..." Nate replies after a moment and gets ready to take off.

"hey! We're early! Whats the rush?" Jeff asks and Nate slumps back in his chair, closing his eyes. "rough morning... I want a good spot at least."

Jeff peers at his friend a moment and sniffs "i don't smell coffee, were you out of caramel syrup?" Jeff knew all about his friend's morning schedule because they had gone through bits of explanation before. "yeah. Parents wasted the whole new bottle last night." he pulls the gear into reverse and backs out.

"damn... that's harsh. It smells like you made..." Nate looks at him with an irritated look on his face. "sorry. I'll stop..." he sits there with his hands in his lap and the two are left in awkward silence with the hum of the car deafening the emotion in the car.

Jeff liked being around Nate when he was in a good mood! He was a really nice guy, but he was so filled with hatred for others that he never got close to others. This only made Jeff like him more as a friend, and on occasion he even thought of him in other ways, but nobody knew he was gay. He hated the thought of anyone knowing. He was happy as is, although shy about his oversized junk that pressed against his pants no matter how baggy.

"lets go get breakfast!" Jeff exclaims, giving a bit of a smirk. "ill pay! And just walk into class late! They don't care!" Jeff didn't have a class for an hour after they got to school, but Nathan did. They carpooled because they were friends from high school and Jeff didn't have a car. Nate just gives a sigh and shakes his head a bit. "fine."

After some coffee and a good meal at a fast food restaurant, they are back on the road, and plenty late for Nate's first class. The friends wave farewell until later, and Nate slowly makes his way to the classroom, 20 minutes late.

The class goes on as usual, and afterwords, Nathan sits in the empty classroom doing homework for his next class. He pets his hair a bit while he works, but moves on to his next class ahead of schedule. The day was fairly decent. His day was made so much better by Jeff, and he was thankful for having him as a friend. Nate drifts off into thoughts of his games, Jeff, and keeps making himself pissed off at the world by realizing he lies online at the fact that he is a fur like them. His friends hate the idea of being human as much as he does. Jeff loves being a fur, he accidentally uses his sharpened senses all the time, and that only makes Nate jealous.

Nate even hated the fact that he was jealous. His parents cut him out of the doctor visit deliberately. They said he could do it later, and later never came. It was his biggest dream from birth, and it was denied from him due to the recent recession. Less and less doctors were studying that field because the humans left over, didn't ever want to be furs, and everyone else already was. It was a dead field now, and the procedures were only $120,000 for any transformations from any race to any race.

On the last class of the day, math, Nate sits in the bright white room, watching the chubby elephant woman walk around the board and point out new mathematical wizardry, taking a couple notes and trying it a few times himself, seeing the result seemed to always work out. Math kept his mind busy the whole time. He struggled with it and needed to try extra hard to keep up, but he always ended up overdoing it and screwing it up somehow.

Now, they had worksheets in front of them and Nate takes this opportunity to drift into his thoughts. He thinks about becoming a fur, a fox maybe, he liked those! He thinks about what it would be like. His ears flickering at sounds, tail swishing with his emotions, and fur keeping him warm all day.

Emotions get the better of him and he finds his face shifting to one pained with sorrow, tears ready to fall from his eyelids, face red. He stands up with his head down and walks out the door, walking a short ways down the hall huffing quietly, until he gets to the bathroom.

With the padding noises of his hands hitting the cold sink hanging loosely on the wall, he turns on the warm water and waits for it to get to a searing point. He cups his hands into the stream, and grits his teeth. He pulls his hands away and puts them to his face, letting the little remaining warmth soak his face. He cools the water back down after a moment and washes his hands. He washes his face a couple of times and stares at the sink, finishing up his crying and masking it as best that he can with the water.

Nate didn't even realize that he had company up until now. To his left at the urinals, he can see the pattern of a zebra. He turns his head a little and sees the muscle of his arms holding his impressive length. Nate quickly turns his head back to the sink and stands up. The zebra was apparently done, and was shaking his huge bobbing member around for emphasis and maybe because he liked the weight of it. The zebra's cock goes mostly back into its sheath and he zips up his pants. "so like horse cock do you?" the zebra says with a confrontational voice.

"excuse me?" Nate says and looks back over to him.

"humans should be jealous of furs. We are the result of evolution!" the zebra walks over and Nate turns to face the fur slightly, he has to watch his motions, but his hair was in the way. "you last few humans are an embarrassment. You think its a proud thing to hang on to the last of the original blood, but you miss out on the bonus strength, agility, and senses." the zebra stops near Nate.

"fuck off." Nate says with a shutter and the zebra doesn't take kindly to that kind of thing. The equine grabs Nate's collar and lifts it up slightly. "you're brave for a girly little human." he pushes Nate back and Nate's body falls against the broken sink. The zebra backs up and Nate's body collapses with the sink falling flat against his back and making a clank. The zebra sees this and walks off quickly out the door.

Previously, Nate tried to keep his hair dry when washing his face, but now, the sink over him was gone and the pipe was spewing water lazily over him. It pools quickly around him, but he doesn't get up. Nate felt too broken now. His back was weak, and it felt like it popped wrong, aside from the physical, he was mentally broken. His luck was horrible for being such a good person that he is. His hair streams like silk over his face, breathing just fine because of the way his head was tilted forward. He could curl his toes, so that meant he just hurt his back, didn't break it.

He closes his eyes and feels the cold water rush over him like a cool breeze. For the time being, it was the happiest place he could be. His heart was broken, dreams crushed, his will had finally faded, and for once he felt good. He let go of everything in this moment, just let himself be nothing in a cool breeze. All of his worries, troubles, and pains washed away.

It seemed like a good few hours, but the feeling of hands lifting him out, and the sensation of a brain freeze hit him like a freight train and he jerks awake to see some school staff standing around him.

After about 10 minutes of questioning, Nate is allowed to leave the dean's office. The Dean didn't sound too pleased with his excuse, and didn't seem to have a patience for a soaked human. He was a tiger after all, even choosing to have the digit grade legs and some of the primal instincts.

Nate walks down the hall as the bell rings, shoes squishing with each step. He reaches his classroom as everyone is leaving and they walk out past him, looking at him as he doesn't even lift his head from its hanging place.

After they walk out, Nate slips in and picks up his papers in his notebook, stuffs it in his backpack, and walks out quickly. He shuffles through the hall between all the furry bodies of all colors. people complain about the wet floor and make their way out of the doors, and Nate follows suit, still mostly empty, but a building rage wells within him. His head was filled with a ringing sound, and it seemed to heighten with peoples tails hitting him, or a gay couple peck kissing each other nearby, or the girls behind him making fun of him being soaked, and thinking he cant hear them because of his dull human hearing.

The crowd thins and Nathan steps into the grass that leads to his car in the separate parking lot. Jeff's ears lower when he sees his friend soaked, and eyes dulled with sorrow. "dude, what happened...?" Jeff says as he starts walking with his friend. Nate doesn't answer, and instead, reaches his car and drops his backpack on the dirt ground of the lot.

"Nate?" Jeff's ears were pried back so far, they almost hurt. "what happened...?"

Nathan digs in his pocket for his keys and pulls them out, never stopping his staring at the edge of the window. But his hands couldn't keep up with the still wet keys, and they drop into the dirt beside him.

"Nate say something. Please! You're scaring me." Jeff holds the straps on his backpack and looks over his friends body language. He was hunched over differently, his body was shivering. He smelled like the poor sewage of the school, but to him it was just water.

"sink." Nate mutters in a cracked voice. "I was pushed into a sink. I was made fun of, and then pushed into a sink. It broke." he then looks down at his keys beside him, and turns to bend over for them, but his back feels some pain and he falls over on his side. The dirt clings to his side and anything still damp.

Jeff just watches wide eyed as we witnesses first hand, the broken will of his human friend. Nate on the other hand, watches coldly as the dust from his fall disperses and then looks to the sky as he falls on his back.

"every day I deal with the reality that I'm still a weak little human. I get sick constantly because everywhere is colder than normal, because I don't have fur. I get weird looks because I'm so rare. My own parents denied me the only thing I ever wanted. I wished for it for Christmas every year since I could talk. I loved my uncle's tail as a child, and I would play with it forever." Nate says in a monotone voice, his eyes fill up with tears and his face turns to that of a face pained with sorrow. "I'm stuck like this!" Nate's voice cracks and quivers with his breaths. "If I saved up my whole life I might be able to afford the procedure right before I died. And for what? A life of pain and misery wasted so that I can achieve what everyone else already has!"

Nate bellows out into full tears and hugs his stomach. Jeff stands there feeling helpless, heartbroken to what his friend has been reduced to. The husky starts crying as well, each wail of emotional pain and trauma coming from Nate only hurt him more and more. People are still moving into their cars and trying their best to ignore the two, but Nate couldn't help himself. His agony was already out for all to see and this was just him, finally expressing himself.

Jeff sets down his backpack and kneels beside his friend. He had to do something. But Nate wasn't having any of it, and puts his arms up over his body. "no... leave me alone! I'm not as fragile as you think!" Jeff backs up, biting his lip as Nate struggles to get up.

Nate is on his knees and his right elbow, which put pressure on the shoulder that he landed on after he fell. It hurt like hell but it was the pain in his chest and head that were giving him trouble. It took him all of his effort to get on his knees, and even then, he wanted to lay back down. His right side was still dirty from the dusty ground, and his tears left streams on his face through the dust, although a smaller bunch of dust stuck to his tears.

Jeff still watches his friend struggle, as he always had. He knew he had to do something. But what could he do for his friend now? Nate said it himself. The price of the procedure was too high, and that was pretty much the only way, unless magic lamps were real.

Nate grabs his keys and wipes them off, but slows to a halt and looks down to the metal. He had a huge pit in his stomach. Maybe it was the realization that he was doomed to this fate for the rest of his life. Or maybe it was the fact he just had a breakdown in front of the one person he cared about.

Just then, Jeff's arms wrap around Nate and pulls him into a close embrace. "Nate, I'll always be here for you. I love you. I hate seeing you suffer. But you gotta hang in there. You've dreamed harder than anyone for this one thing. Let me be your joy. We already get along." Jeff can feel Nate melt in his arms.

"let me drive you back to my place. Is that okay?" Nate doesn't move, and seems motionless in Jeff's arms. "stop that thinking thing you're doing. Every time you come back out you show how much you think. I feel left out in your conversation!"

"I'm just too jealous of everyone else. I cant live with it any more. I'm going home. I need to think of something else for a while." Nate stands up and breaks out of the hug. "i cant love you back. I'm sorry. I just cant see anything else for me. I don't want to be the burden any more. No more favors."

Nate turns to his door and puts the key in. he turns it and grabs the backpack beside the car, tossing it into the passenger seat and sitting down carefully. He pulls his legs in and looks to Jeff, which is crying again. Nate goes to say something but holds it back, closing the door and starting the car.

Nate backs out of the spot, and leaves Jeff standing there to watch him drive away. Jeff's heart collapsed in on itself. But that only meant he had one last resort. Nate meant so much to him that he would do anything for him.

Jeff pulls out his phone and goes through his contacts, and messages his family to get the number of one of his oldest cousins. This takes about 10 minutes of Jeff just standing there, but he finally gets the number he's looking for.

"Kevin? Its Jeff. I have a really big favor to ask you. I'll even do that one thing you wanted to do. ... yeah. Its one of the most important things to me..."
