Hello everyone! I have returned, kinda. This story has been in my head for a while so I thought I wrote it first before continueing the main story.

The dragon looks around and his eyes rest on the pony. "You are in Equestria, dragon. And I am Princess Luna, Keeper of the Night. Who might you be?" He struggles against the bonds. "I am Tyler. What happened to me?" Luna walks around him. "I don't know, I found you unconscious on the ground. You don't look from around here." Tyler nods. "No, I'm from the dragon realms, but I don't know how I got here. I got another question for you. Why am I bound to the ground?" Luna giggles and sits down. "Precaution. Luna gets up and turns around, then looks over her shoulder. "No, I'm not entirely sure yet." Tyler sighs, not wanting to scare her he keeps himself calm. Luna smirks at his expression. Then, hooting can be heard in the distance. Tyler perks up instantly, knowing what it is. "Oh no, they followed me here!" The pony raises an eye brow. "Who are 'they'?" The hooting sounds really close. Under the bushes, a dozen apes come into view. "Ewww, what are those?" Luna inches away with a disgusted look on her face. "Those are apes, and they were hunting me." Answers Tyler, his eyes switch from the pony to the apes, and back. The biggest ape, presumable the leader, steps forward. "Yes, we were. And still are, even though we are... where ever we are now." Luna clears her throat. "I am Princess Luna, ruler of the- " She gets cut off as the apes push past her. "Shut your trap pony, we are here for the dragon. As the other 9 attack, she releases another shock waves, sending them flying in all directions. The ape leader slaps his hand for his eyes and sighs. "Get back up you idiots! It's just a pony. Use your brain!" "Please listen to me!" Luna yells. "We can work this out, without anyone getting hurt!" "No, they can't!" Tyler hisses. "They are apes! They are one minded creatures, driven by fear and promises of fortune." Luna looks over her shoulder at him. "Oh shush you!" Shoving some dirt in his face with her hind leg. The apes are back on their feet again, this time, actually using their smarts. Three are throwing rocks and other stuff they can find, while the other 6 are trying to get close to jump on the pony. Luna raises a shield to block the projectiles but the other apes can get through, using their poorly constructed weapons to cut her legs. She backs away to Tyler, trying to think of a way to beat them. "Please let me help Luna!" "No! I can do this! Just.. got to find a clear shot." The apes keep cutting her legs as she moves backwards. "That's it boys. Tell you what, if you manage to beat her, I will throw a feast on your honor!" Hearing this from their leader, the apes push even harder. Luna's protective shield flickers and then disappears. She's breathing heavily and falls to her knees. "Okay, I'm done with this." She says between breaths. "Let's see how you like this!" She gets up and focuses her magic in her horn. Her eyes become bright orbs as the magic swirls around her. With a screech, she releases the pent up energy, creating a massive shockwave, burning the skin of the apes. Their bodies tumble through the sky, hitting trees and rocks on their way.
The magical energy creates a large dust cloud, covering the battle field. As the dust clears, the damage can be seen. The apes are laying in a heap, obviously dead.
