Oh and adult for swearing

On this particular weekend of racing at Silverstone, the special group of Kauto, Toqeira, Ula and the drivers had been enjoying the for once hot sunshine and hearing the high revving sounds from the V10 Formula One engines. But, even though they were enjoying themselves, they couldn't help but notice a very different Maiden throughout the weekend. So far, he had busted a Pirelli tyres while it was on one of the teams cars. He had been in a very strange mood all weekend resulting in many disturbances at the hotel and to top it all off, he wasn't really saying much to anyone. Kauto was almost scared to talk to him when he was nearby. But one thing did catch his trail of thought, whenever he and the others where getting ready to settle for the night, Maiden was really trying his best not to look at anyone while it was dark. The moon was full at this particular time too, making it very suspicious.

Flashback from the previous night:

Ten o'clock, and the sun was at it's lowest point in the sky, just about to head down behind the mountains. Maiden was on the balcony of his hotel suite looking over the Silverstone Circuit, just admiring the talented drivers going round at this late time. As the burning hot fireball went down, Maiden suddenly felt a little strange. He stood up and looked towards the full moon which had been in the sky for a while. Thinking of what that strange feeling was, he couldn't remember the previous nights actions when he felt the same way. His eyes felt funny, his big paws felt stiff as though his claws were bigger and his whole body felt tight like his muscles were having a workout. There were a couple of notable changes as well, his thick blue fur turned more vivid and longer. He also felt an awkward tightness in his jaw, his sharp Sabre-Teeth were stretching his mouth some. Maiden had an uncontrollable urge to howl at that moon, and did so with venom, almost deafening anyone close by. His whole body was trembling, for some unknown reason as he bellowed to the darkening night sky.

In the rooms next to him, Kauto and Toqeira suddenly came out onto there balconies wondering what the devil was going on. Holding their hands and paws to their ears, they screamed at the top of there voices. 'MAIDEN!!! What are you doing?!!! Be Quiet!!' Furs nearby were looking and covering there ears as Maiden howled. He felt an incredible inner strength build up within, and as he finally stopped Maiden lunged inside and shut the door as he realised what he had just done. The frantic wolf stood leaning against the door, his body shivered against the cold glass. Walking into the bathroom rather anthro like, his foot paws suddenly slipped as he fell back onto the floor.

'What the?' Maiden stood back up and looked nervously again into the mirror opposite. 'Oh.....my.....life, what's happening to me? My eyes......why are they yellow?!' His deep voice rumbled some as he stared into the glass. Maiden noticed his eyes were a very potent yellow and his pupils were very narrow. While peering at his eyes, the Sabre-Wolf also had a shock as he noticed his body rippling under his brightly coloured fur. He felt so tight he could barely move. Then in a split second, that inner strength he could feel burst to the surface. His muscles suddenly became more pronounced and bulged a little under his fur. It felt good, but very confusing. Maiden's tail also bushed out, growing and fluffing in size, literally his whole body seemed to be seeing side effects from......the moon O_o, even though he was now inside. 'Aahhh!' The wolf grunted as he felt his bones suddenly accommodate for the growing muscles. Giving an almighty howl, he bent back and hollered in the bathroom as the effects seized. He flexed in the mirror and grunted evilly. 'Man, that felt good. But why the hell did it happen to me? It's not like something's taking over me, I can still think clearly....well kinda and I'm still me, I think. Why was I howling so much, I don't do that usually either. God what's going on?' As Maiden was saying this to himself, there came a knock at the door and a shout from Kauto asking if he was alright. 'Oh god, they can't see me like this. They'll be scared.'

Thinking quickly, as though his mind had gone through a growth phase too, the worrying wolf grabbed his racing cap and walked to the door trying to cover up his eyes. But, before he opened it, he caught a glimpse of his claws. This shocked him totally as they were at least twice as big as before and in full view. His foot paws were also as clear as daylight with sharp toe claws at the end. 'Oh god, err Kauto hang on a minute I'll be right out in a minute.'

'Are you alright? You're voice sounds a little deeper, did that howling hurt your voice box.'

'Oh that cheeky little swine.' Maiden said quietly under his voice. 'Err yeah, it did a little. Go downstairs and get us all some drinks, I'll meet you down there.'

'Err ok.' As the Friesian left with Toqeira, Maiden swiftly headed back to the mirror and had a glance at his jaw. 'S***!! how the devil am I going to hide this? Where are my sunglasses, I can't let them see me, I couldn't face the horror.' Maiden snapped his jaw like he could, and hid his huge teeth from view. It felt very uncomfortable, but he would just have to live with it for now. Worrying constantly, Maiden thought he couldn't really stay in his room since it would cause confusion which he didn't want. So he grabbed his furry wolf wallet and put on his sunglasses. 'Right, Don't do anything stupid please.' He said to himself again before heading out of his room and locking it. His arms had rather clear veins protruding under his fur, it was pretty special since his fur was very thick. His huge heart seemed to be pumping very strongly also, so he calmed himself down and tried not to do anything stupid as he went down to the restaurant.

When he sat down next to Kauto, the whole table fell silent. 'Err.......are you feeling ok?' Kauto asked to break the silence. 'Why have you got those sunglasses on?'

'Huh, oh I'm just glaring slightly with the lights. You know, being outside with those flashing lights outside.' Maiden's cheeks glowed a little as he said this. Kauto looked to him with a funny expression and noticed something different about the wolf but didn't say anything just yet.

'Why were you howling earlier, that's not like you.'

'I err, just felt a little cranky as usual heh. Nothing to worry about.'

'Oh, ok. Well are you hungry? I'm paying.'

'Err, I'm not really hungry to be honest. I'm really tired, do you mind if I go and get some sleep.' Maiden got up and headed back for his room looking very edgy. Kauto pouted before following him swiftly. As he reached the top of the stairs, Kauto saw Maiden with his glasses off entering his room.

'Maiden, hang on there buddy.'

'Buddy, since when have you called me buddy?' Maiden snatched a little as he quickly put on his sun glasses again.

'Sorry it just came out, are you ok? You look.........different?'

'I'm fine, look can you please just let me have some sleep I've worked hard all day and I'm not feeling too good right now.' Maiden stepped inside and closed the door rudely in front of the stallion.

'Oh, nice.' Kauto thought this was strange but didn't want to say much and instead headed back down for some food. In his room, Maiden was panting a little and worrying than Kauto knew something. Taking off his sunglasses again, he walked to the mirror and saw that his yellow eyes were now almost shining with light they were that vivid in colour.

'Holy cow! My eyes look...........amazing, my sight seems way better too. God this is one strange night.' Maiden felt amazing, and looked amazing too. But he was feeling a little wary of this change and wondered whether it was permanent. He headed over to the big bed and laid there for a while, running his paws carefully over his body. His muscles felt harder and bigger than normal, in fact his whole body felt fabulous. But while fondling himself, he quickly fell asleep unbeknown to himself.

Back to the present:

After finding out that he was back to his normal self, Maiden was very edgy the following day. His eyes were back to there ice white colour again and he was actually feeling refreshed but nervous since he wasn't sure what caused those actions the previous night. After the race meeting was over, everyone left the Silverstone circuit and headed for the hotel again for a special meal. Maiden had told everyone else to head off without him, as he needed to sort something out. Everyone apart from Kauto went off, but the stallion decided to stay in his lifted truck momentarily to see what the wolf was going to do. Being a little sneaky, Maiden walked out of the car park and towards the river side opposite the circuit. Kauto quietly got out of his truck and followed suit, noticing that the moon was about to come out. And that it would be a very large full moon at that. As he got closer, Kauto could see Maiden looking down into the clear water, rubbing the back of his head in the process. He couldn't think of what he was doing, so clopped his hoof on the floor to get Maiden's attention. The Sabre-Wolf turned swiftly and bared his teeth and claws with a deep growl. 'Who was that?'

'It's me, put your claws away I don't really want to be chopped up by them.'

'Oh err.....Kauto. What are you doing here? I thought you were heading back to the hotel.' The Sabre-wolf said quickly and nervously, looking up to the moon as it appeared slowly through the clouds.

'I was, but I want to know why you've been acting so strangely this weekend.' Kauto stepped closer and began rubbing Maiden's back as he hugged him.

'Kauto I need to do something, err I mean.....can you go to the hotel please.'

'Why, what's the matter? I can help out if you want.'

'No really, you wouldn't like seeing this.............Oh crap.'

'Seeing what? What have you been doing?'

'No.........nothing, nothing at all.'

'Then why are you shaking? Maiden tell me what's wrong I'm generally worried at this minute.' Maiden huffed and took a few paces back in worry before legging it towards his car. Kauto chased after him but was not quick enough as the wolf lunged into his Aventador J and raced off. The stallion got into his truck and headed off after him. Kauto managed to follow him to the hotel, but wasn't quick enough again to catch him as he raced up to his hotel suite. 'Maiden! What's going on?! Open this door!' Toqeira, Ula and the drivers came out of there respective rooms and were wondering what the fuss was about. 'Maiden's acting really strange and I don't know why.'

'That's strange, here let me have a try.' Toqeira walked up to the door and knocked politely. 'Maiden? What's wrong, are you alright?'

'I'm fine!'

'Can I come in? We'll just have a chat you and me.'

'I don't want anyone in here, I don't feel well.'

'You are feeling fine, now open the door!!' Kauto shouted.

'Hey, that's not going to help. Look, Maiden I might be able to help you if there's something wrong.' As Toqeira said this, Maiden thought momentarily that since the tiger had so many unique features he might actually be helpful. He walked up to the door and leant against it, the effects of the moon not present just yet as it kept peering through the clouds and then disappeared.

'Toqeira, can you come in and no one else?'

'Err.......' The tiger turned and looked to the others who nodded. 'Ok, go on open the door.' Maiden opened it and was suddenly barged over as Kauto charged in. the stallion grabbed Maiden by his big arms and held him against the wall next to the open balcony doors.

'Maiden, you're not seeing someone else are you?! You better not be or I'll seriously pound you.'

'Kauto! I'm not seeing anyone else!! Now put me down!'

'Not until you tell me what's going on.' Suddenly the moon appeared through the clouds as they cleared and beamed brightly in the night sky. Maiden looked up outside and gasped as his eyes tingled. But this time it felt quite a lot stronger, the moon was certainly bigger and brighter. As he gazed at it, Kauto looked at him, wondering what he was doing. 'Maiden why are you looking at the moon? You're not a werewolf.' Unsuspectingly, Maiden's eyes started to glow and change colour like the previous night. His pupils narrowed as his vision became immense. As they glowed a bright yellow, Maiden grinned at the moon evilly showing his teeth as they started growing again. Kauto suddenly dropped the wolf, as he did, Maiden's body trembled and filled out with fresh muscle, stretching his fur out noticeably as it too became a more vivid blue. His tail fluffed out and this time, he couldn't hide his teeth as they seemed to get longer than before. 'Ma.....Maid.......Maiden! What the f*** is happening to you?!' Toqeira, Ula and the drivers quickly scampered out of the room leaving Kauto inside not being able to take his eyes off of the changing wolf as he grinned even more evilly and grunted to the moon. Eventually as he finally slowed to a standstill, Maiden gave another almighty howl, scaring Kauto as he shivered and squealed. Flexing and rippling his whole body, it was as though the Sabre-Wolf had no control of himself during the changes.

Kauto was stood like an ice cube frozen in the middle of the room, not moving an inch due to his shock. As Maiden steadily came round to his senses again, he looked up the Friesian who had his mouth wide open and his body stiff as a bone. 'Kauto?' Maiden caught a glimpse of himself in the bathroom mirror and gasped. 'Oh s***! Kauto, Kauto come on. Snap out of it.' The yellow-eyed wolf snapped his teeth into his jaw with some struggle, before he shook and slapped Kauto's face trying to bring him round, but nothing worked. 'Awe god, what am I going to do?' Thinking quickly again, he ran into the bathroom and filled it up with freezing cold water until it was full. The door to the corridor had locked itself so no one could get in. As the bath filled, Maiden went back to the frozen stallion and picked him up gently in his hugely pumped arms. 'I'm sorry, I'm really sorry.' From a short height, Maiden dropped Kauto into the freezing water and jumped out of the way of the splash. As he hit the water, Kauto instantly came round and screamed at the top of his voice. He lunged out of the bath and grabbed Maiden by the waste to get warm, not realising what had just happened. Maiden put his arms around the stallion nervously as Kauto hugged him to warm up against his fur.

'What the god dam hell just happened? Who put me in that it's freezing?!'

'Err..........I did, I'm really sorry.' Maiden said trying desperately to keep hold of the stallion in his arms.

'What?! Why did you do that?'

'You froze in the middle of the room, I couldn't wake you and that was the only way. You're not mad at me are you?'

'Well, no. but I do need to warm up. Why do you feel so big all of a sudden?'

'Huh?' Maiden replied confusingly and worryingly while rubbing Kauto's muscular back.

'You feel like you've gotten bigger and your fur is thicker too. What's happened to you?'

'Err......do you know why you froze in that room?' Kauto thought for a moment and then realised why he had. Suddenly he tried to pull himself away from Maiden and flea the room, but he was held so tightly by the Sabre-Wolf he couldn't move.

'Let me go! Let me go!!'

'No! Kauto let me explain! I'm not letting you go until I do.' The stallion stopped struggling in the wolf's vice grip and waited for a response. 'Are you done?'

'Yes, tell me please I'm pretty scared right now.' Maiden hugged him and started explaining.

'First off, I don't have a clue how or why it has started. But I...........actually would it be easier to show you?'

'Maiden, if you look anything like what I think I can remember, then no.'

'Come on, it's pretty hard for me to explain to you. Look, I'm still me I've just changed a little. I promise I won't do anything to you, we're hugging now.'

'Ok, ok. You can show me, but please make it easy for me and don't scare me.'

'I'll try not too, let me get my sunglasses first.' They stayed together so Maiden could hide his eyes while showing Kauto. After putting them on, he told the stallion to turn the other way and face the wall. 'Ok, I'm going to show you my fur and body first since they are the least scariest I think. As you noticed, I have gotten bigger by quite a lot.' Maiden stood behind the stallion and asked him to turn slowly and look. As he did, his expression told the story. Kauto's mouth opened wide as he gasped at the wolf's size and rippling mass.

'Good god, you look great. Look at your tail, it's so flush and big heh. Why was I scared?' Kauto began feeling Maiden's big chest as it raised gently with his soft breathing. His pecs were impeccably hard and ripped under his very thick blue fur. 'Come on take those glasses off.' As Kauto took the glasses off the wolf, he quickly covered them with his big paws and accidentally revealed his huge claws to the stallion. 'Holy crap! Maiden your claws are huge!'

'I know! Give me my glasses back!' Kauto did so as Maiden grabbed them and put them swiftly back on. 'Please don't do that. Look my claws are part of this.....change that's for some reason happened to me. I seemed to have gotten bigger in a few departments, particularly muscle and my claws. Feet and paws heh.'

'Err......I'm shocked. I should be scared but you're still you're normal self.......so far.'

'Yeah well, things get a little worse. As well as my claws getting bigger, my teeth have become huge.' Maiden snapped his jaw and showed Kauto his crazy large teeth. 'I looked in the mirror before and panicked when I saw them. You can't remember me bearing them at you can you?' Kauto had a flashback and could indeed remember the wolf bearing his teeth, but not at the stallion himself.

'I can, but you weren't bearing them at me, you were looking up at the moon. I can also remember your eyes, they were......different.' Kauto squinted at the wolf and tried to peer through his sunglasses.

'Don't even bother taking my glasses off.'

'Oh come on, how bad can it be?'

'Very is the answer. Kauto I'm really worried about your reaction, my eyes are evil.'

'Evil Smeevil. Take them off, you thought the rest of you looked bad but I've seen it and not been scared.'

'So why were you scared before when I was........changing.' Kauto again had another short flashback and remembered the whole moment when Maiden began changing into what he was at the moment.

'I started shouting at you, then for some reason you looked outside and then............'

'Then.......I changed into this.'

'Yeah......but I froze half way through. Just as............just as you were looking up and your eyes...........Oh my god.' Kauto put his hands on his mouth and gasped again.

'What?'

'Your eyes were changing colour and glowing. Please, let me see them.'

'No!' Maiden walked out to the balcony and couldn't help but stare at the moon.

'Maiden, it's the moon. You've changed because of the moon, look you can't take your eyes off it.'

'God you're right, that moon looks so good though. I can't help but stare at it and.............' Maiden took off his glasses, shut his eyes and growled again, this time it was pure evil as his teeth made it look even worse. Kauto leaned back against the balcony wall and shook, again not being able to move due to his fear and shock. Maiden gave a few fake howls before slowly building into a commanding howl. With his eyes still shut, he howled powerfully at the night sky, the sounds of Stargazer ringing through his mind. Kauto stood dumbfounded and shocked by Maiden's amazing display of passion to his wolf side. He did however, have to hold his ears tight so he wouldn't be deafened by the wolf's howls. Toqeira, Ula and the drivers who had earlier ran out to the cars to hide were in them now looking up to the balcony seeing Maiden bellowing to the stars. They all got out of their vehicles and gazed up like a trance. Suddenly as they were doing so, Maiden even began howling the tune to Stargazer. Kauto and everyone down in the car park didn't know what to do, they were so engrossed in the display of passion. 'My eyes are bleeding! And my heart is weeping!!!' Maiden suddenly sung at the top of his voice with his eyes now beaming brightly at the night sky. Kauto was in a state of pure shock and confusion as he simply couldn't just stop Maiden doing this for the simple fact it was one of his favourite songs. 'Take me back! I'm going hooooooooooome! Look at this tower of stone! I see a rainbow rising!!!! Give me back my will! ooooooooh ooooooooh!! Take me baaaack, Take me baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!! Back to my home!!!!' His eyes glowed like diamonds as he screamed without knowing it.

'Kauto! Do something, make him stop please people will be wondering what the hell is going on!!!' Toqeira shouted abruptly from the car park as Maiden now just stood and stared at the moon. Kauto looked around and started to notice a few furs coming out to see what the commotion was. The stallion quickly pulled Maiden inside and shut the balcony door including the curtains. Placing the Sabre-Wolf on the bed, he was worried sick.

'Maiden, wake up. You're going crazy!' The Sabre-Wolf fell back onto the bed and rubbed his head while he opened his eyes. To Kauto's amazement they were still a bright yellow but had stopped glowing. He held the wolf tight in a hug. 'Are you alright? What on earth was that all about?'

'Oh god, what was I doing. I felt so free and oh man does my throat hurt.'

'Well it would, you were howling and singing like crazy.'

'What was I singing?'

'Stargazer heh, you're a good singer, just a little loud.'

'Oh god I'm so sorry, I've got to be careful with that moon it can play some weird tricks.'

'Why were you suddenly doing that? You were ok before hand.'

'I don't know, it's whenever I look up to the moon I just want to howl at it.' Maiden suddenly looked up again and was about to howl yet again, but Kauto quickly stopped him and sat on the bed next to him facing away from the balcony.

'That is really strange, why has it only started happening now though?'

'I don't know!! God stop asking so many questions!' Maiden's temper seemed to also have returned during this time, he was certainly different. 'I need some sleep, my head is spinning like mad. Do you want to stay in here with a monster or go back to your room?'

'Maiden you're not a monster, I'd like to stay in here with you if you'll let me you could do with calming down a bit.'

'Yeah I'll let you of course, just try not to get too close to these.' He said while pointing to his claws and teeth.

'I'll try my best, I'm kinda still cold from that water you dunked me in. Can I just rest in your fur for a few minutes?' Maiden looked to Kauto and actually smiled, his mind finally coming back to normal after those crazy antics outside.

'Yeah, I'm really sorry about this weekend. I've been acting really weirdly and not felt too good.'

'Well, I can totally understand why. That moon is horrible heh.' They nestled up closely and fell asleep within mere moments. In the morning, Kauto opened his eyes and found Maiden to be back to his proper self with no crazy large teeth or claws. They were still big, but not quite as big. But one thing he did notice that remained was that Maiden was still the same size muscle-wise. He too opened his eyes and looked to Kauto who looked back softly. 'Maiden, you're going to love this. You're eyes, claws and teeth are back to normal. But you're pretty much the same powerful size to last night. You haven't shrunk an inch heh.'

'Holy cow! I feel great too.' They lunged out of bed and went down for a morning snack, feeling relieved more than anything else. As they sat down and ordered breakfast, Kauto went for his normal horsey type meal while Maiden ordered a substantial amount. His appetite was almost as big as he was.

'Well.......at least you haven't lost your love for food...........or music haha.'
