The next story for Christmas month. This is another chapter is The Costume Poké series.

Three friends go to The Costume Poké for ice type costumes, they come out as Pokémon for Dorom.

Doug lounged around his with friends who were joking around, "Hey guys did you hear about that one Pokémon costume store?" Their friend Gale asked, she seemed really excited. Their other friend Seymour raised his eyebrow, "Yeah I know it, what about it?" Gale grinned, "I heard that they have extremely realistic Glaceon costumes!" Both Doug and Seymour rolled their eyes, "You and your Glaceon obsession Gale."

She perked her lips then a slow smile expanded across her face, "You know I heard that they also have a Stantler costume there." Doug winced, she knew his one weakness. "S... so? That doesn't mean anything to me..." Seymour laughed, "Well you may have Stantler on Doug but you have nothing on me Gale." Gale slowly smiled, "I also heard that they stocked Beartic suits."

Seymour also winced, "Gale you're playing a dangerous game..." Doug muttered, then a second later Gale's six year old brother walked in with a big smile on his face. "Sissy, are we going now to the costume store?" Both men winced, "Gale you'd better not be guilt us, it's not going to work." Gale winked at him then put on a distraught face and looked at her little brother, "I'm so sorry Duncan, but Doug and Seymour said they didn't want to come." The six year old suddenly had tears welling up in his eyes, "B... but... but I want to get a suit..." He started to cry, both men knew that they couldn't win this fight. "F... fine we'll go." Both of them muttered, Duncan suddenly stopped crying and cheered. "Yay, we're going to the costume store!" Gale winked at the pair mischievously as she helped her younger brother get his shoes on, "Were we just whipped by a girl?" Doug asked, "Yup." Seymour answered. The group pulled on their jackets and walked outside, the town was covered in snow. Doug shivered as he felt the cold air touch his skin, "Holy cow, that's some cold air." Gale giggled, "Winter is cold? No... never." She snickered at him, "Yeah, yeah... pick fun on the tall guy." They walked past the local Pokémon academy, "Excuse me!" They all look over to see a distraught looking woman, "I'm sorry for bugging you all but you have seen my son Johna? He went missing a few months ago before he went on a trip. I have a picture if you could take a look." They all glanced at the picture and they all said that they'd never seen him before, the mother looked heartbroken.

"I hope you find your son soon." Doug said to the mother, she looked at him with gratitude in her eyes before she went off to ask some more people. "Do you think that Johna could've been one of those kids that went missing from the Academy from a few months back?" Seymour asked, Gale shrugged. "I don't think it's our problem; let's get to the costume store!"

The group of four walked through the center of town, as they walk along they suddenly found papers being rained down on them. They glanced up to see a Charizard flying overhead with a sign on him and a bag filled with the papers that he had just thrown down, Doug bent over to pick up one. "Hey these papers are advertising that Pokémon store."

They heard a sparking noise and looked over to see a Jolteon happily jumping around with an Absol, the way that they were jumping around anybody would've expected that they were dancing to an unheard song. Gale squealed in excitement and ran up to the Jolteon, "Oh hello there cutie!" She exclaimed as she stroked down the Jolteon, everyone expected her to get shocked but the Jolteon seemed to trust her.

"Wow, Charg seems to of taken a liking to you." They turned to see a man with a Heracross and a Luxray standing close behind him, "Is this Jolteon yours?" Doug asked, the man grinned and waved his hand across all of the Pokémon that they had seen. "They're all mine, I'm the owner of The Costume Poké Dorom. It's a pleasure to meet all of your acquaintance." Dorom offered his hand, Doug took it and smiled and introduced himself and his friends.

"Well it's great to be able to meet you all, so what're you all doing out here on such a cold day?" Gale grinned and answered for the whole group, "Well it just so happened that we were on our way to your shop." Dorom grinned at this news, "Oh were you now? Well what a coincidence, well then let me guide you all to the store myself then." They followed behind the shop owner, as they followed behind they noticed that the Luxray and the Heracross seemed to be checking every shadow.

"Those are some loyal Pokémon, aren't they?" Doug asked, Dorom grinned back at him. "Indeed, Brix and Tom are amazing Pokémon. They'd do anything for me; even die if I were to ask them." Seymour coughed into his hand; he hated the idea of Pokémon dying. Dorom stopped in front of a store with a Chimecho floating out front; Dorom smiled softly and held his hand out to the Chimecho. "Hello Dorothy, how is the store doing?" The Chimecho let out a small ringing voice which Dorom seemed to be able to understand perfectly, Dorom then looked back at his visitors and grinned.

"Are you coming in?" Gale grinned and nodded and then pulled the rest of them with her, Duncan screamed in excitement as he looked at all of the costumes. He looked up at his older sister, "Can I get a coshtume too sissy?" Gale's expression softened for her little brother, "Of course Duncan, go find one." The little kid ran off to find one, Dorom gestured with his arms to the store. "There are costumes for everyone here at The Costume Poké, now feel free to look for the one that fits you."

All of them went off to find their costume, it took Seymour a few seconds to find the Beartic costume. He smiled lightly as he felt the material of the costume, Dorom's voice broke into his fauning over the costume. "Ah a very good costume for one as well built as you." Seymour blushed as he looked back, "Will it fit me?" Since Seymour was a kid he had a problem with getting costumes, they were always too tight on his shoulders and would usually rip.

Dorom smiled and nodded, "The term one size fit all applies to all of our costumes, even if they don't appear like they'd fit you." Seymour was confused by this but he didn't question it, he walked up to the counter to wait for his friends. Gale jumped in excitement as she found the Eevee isle, "Now it's time to find the Glaceon costume!" She said in excitement, but after searching for it she found that it wasn't there. "Excuse me, Dorom?" She called across the store, the store owner popped right up next to her scaring the poor girl.

"Yes Gale?" The store owner asked politely, "I was wondering where the Glaceon costumes are?" Dorom's eyes flashed, "Oh so you want a Glaceon costume? I can easily grab you one." He started to walk away but Gale grabbed his arm, "Why aren't there any out here?" Dorom pursed his lips, "Usually I don't put out certain costumes because they aren't requested as often and I'd rather not have their material tarnished by kids."

As he went back to grab the costume for Gale Duncan ran up to his older sister holding a costume, "Sissy! I found my coshtume!" Gale smiled as he held out the costume, held between his hands was a Delibird. "Oh that's perfect for you Duncan, I think you should wear it out of the store don't you?" The six year old grinned and nodded wildly, as Dorom came back with the costume he smiled at Duncan. "I see you found your costume Duncan; I think that one will fit you perfectly."

Duncan grinned a big toothy grin, after Gale and her little brother had gone up to the front he walked back to find Doug looking for a costume. "Have you found your costume yet Doug?" Doug glanced back and shook his head, "Well maybe I can help you, what costume do you require?" Doug took a breath, "Well I think it'd be pretty cool to have a Stantler costume..." Dorom's eyes flashed, "Well then... I'm sorry to say we don't have one in stock."

Doug's face fell, "Oh... alright then, I guess I'll just wait then." Dorom hesitated for a second and sighed, "All right, I'll make you one. It'll take a few minutes if you'll be willing to wait." Doug's eyes widened, "How are you going to make a costume in a couple of minutes?" Dorom smiled, "I have my ways, Tom follow me." The Luxray and master walked upstairs. After a couple of minutes all of the lights suddenly dimmed and a strange light appeared from upstairs, after a moment the lights came back on and Dorom walked downstairs without Tom.

"Well there we have it, your costume is finished Doug." The store owner grinned as he held out a Stantler costume, "Oh wow! This is the most realistic costume I've ever seen." The costume seemed to glow, Dorom winked. "When a costume is freshly made it looks lifelike to even me." Tom the Luxray walked down the stairs a couple of minutes after everyone had bought their costumes, he look extremely exhausted. "Is Tommy alright?" Duncan asked as he petted the Luxray on the head, Dorom smiled. "He's fine, he's just tired from helping me make Doug's outfit."

A couple of minutes later the group was leaving the store, "Thank you so much Dorom, these costumes are amazing!" Gale called out, Dorom waved to them as they all left. After they all left he sighed and sat back exhausted, "I really should keep more costumes in stock, making costumes on the fly like that drains me far too quickly."

Gale waved to her friends as they left; the group had all run home in excitement to try their new outfits out. Duncan grinned in his outfit, he had changed into the Delibird costume just before they had left from the store. "How does it feel Duncan?" Duncan didn't seem to realize that she was talking to him, his eyes seemed a bit strange for a moment before she called his name again.

"Oh what sissy?" Duncan looked up innocently at her, she sighed and smiled. "I asked how does the costume feel." He hopped in happiness, "It feels great sissy!" Gale smiled, "Well wait here, I'm going to go get changed into my costume to see how it feels." He nodded and waddled around in his costume while she left. Gale pulled the costume out of the bag and smiled as the shimmering blue material sled through her fingers like water.

"I can see why Dorom would be worried about kids touching this..." She muttered as she started to put the costume on, as it slid over her body she smiled at the beautiful blue material. A moment later she pulled on the mask and smiled under the mask, she walked over to a mirror and gasped as she thought she was looking at a real Glaceon for a moment. She walked out of the room to show off to Duncan but the six year old was nowhere to be found, "Duncan? Duncan?!" She called out for her little brother but she got no response.

She noticed that the front door was open and started to panic, too panicked to remove her costume she ran out in it. She ran down the street and saw that the boys tracks led back towards the costume shop. After a while Gale slid on a sheet of ice and fell onto his hands, she usually would've gotten back up but found that running on her front hands felt perfectly natural to her.

As she ran further through the town she didn't realize that her arms had become forelegs and that her tail that had originally been hanging limp was now in full motion. Not only that but she was so concentrated on her little brother that all other things started to slip her mind, like the rest of her family and her everyday life. As she ran further and further into the city her suit had stopped being a suit and was now her body.

As she ran into the center of town the only thing she could remember was her little brother, but as she followed the tracks she suddenly bumped into another form. "Jolt!" She heard the cry of another Pokémon; she looked up to see a Jolteon sitting across from her. He looked up at her and seemed to be entranced by the Glaceon, likewise the Glaceon had become hypnotized by the looks of the Jolteon. "Ah Charg, it appears that you have entranced our little icy wind here."

Dorom walked up to them, with a cheery little Delibird beside him. He looked at the newly made Glaceon, in the brief moment of seeing Charg Gale had lost the memory of her brother and now could only think about the Jolteon in front of her. "Well since it seems like you like Charg I think I'll put you on duty with him and Marko, and I think your name shall be... Crystal." Crystal smiled and barked in happiness at following her master's orders, as she prepared to help Charg she rubbed up against his body. He yipped in happiness and ran off along with her. "Well... that's the first two, now it's time for the others." Dorom muttered as he and the Delibird at his feet walked towards the other street.

Seymour grinned as he looked at himself in the mirror, it was amazing to see how well the costume fit his body. "Wow... it's as if Dorom made this costume just for me..." He muttered, as he admired himself he noticed a form sprint past his window. He looked out to see that it was Gale running after something, "Whoa! Something must be wrong..." He decided to help his friend, he stumbled out of his house in the costume and started to follow after the lithe form.

Seymour panted as he did his best to follow his friend, after twenty minutes of walking he didn't notice that he had grown far larger. Not only that but the simple act of just concentrating on Gale had made his mind susceptible to the mind wiping abilities of the costume. By the time he reached the halfway mark of the street he could barely remember who he was, in fact he found that he was far angrier than he usually was.

During his whole life Seymour had been a pacifist but now all he could think of was finding some Pokémon to fight. After a few more feet of walking he had grown to the extreme proportions of eight feet, he was then met by a small figure standing in front of him. Dorom grinned up at the hulking monolith, "Ah there you are Seymour, it looks like your process is almost over." The icy bear roared at him in anger, but before he could do anything he suddenly felt the presence of his master and he realized that Dorom was his master.

"Good Beartic, now I think it's about time for me to give you a new name. Seymour is rather lackluster for a Beartic, how about the name Boryce?" The newly changed Pokémon roared his pleasure with the name, "Good, now I want you to be my heavy lifter at my store. Sometimes I have huge orders that I can't possibly lift on my own, now I have you to do it for me." Boryce nodded his agreement.

Dorom watched as the Beartic walked back towards the Costume Poké. "One to go, come Dunc." The Delibird cheered it's delight at following it's master.

Doug attempted to pull the head of his costume off, "Why won't this stupid costume come off?!" He practically screamed, he had been satisfied with the costume and had decided that he would put the costume back on later but the costume just didn't want to come off. He started to panic, what if the costume never came off. Doug pushed his front door open and walked out into the frigid air, he was about to run to his neighbors but suddenly found that his legs didn't seem to be able to carry all of his body weight.

He fell onto his front hands and was the able to stand, not only that but his arms and his legs seemed to be getting far longer. He also felt his tail connecting to him, "The suit... it's changing me... I... need... to... get... heantler... Stantler..." He found the ability to make words was leaving him, he was about to start pounding his head into a door when he suddenly felt something stop him.

Doug found that he was being forced to move in the opposite direction. He walked into the middle of the street and looked over to see Dorom, "Stantler!" He screamed in anger, Dorom tutted. "You shouldn't say words like that to your master." Doug wanted to walk up to the man and hit him but he could barely even blink without Dorom's permission, "Now Doug I know that you want me to let you go and change you back but I'm afraid to say I can't do that."

Dorom walked up to the Stantler and set his hand on Doug's head, "Now I'm just going to take away these little memories of yours..." Doug tried to keep his memories but the memories were escaping him far too fast for him to do that, but before all of his memories were taken he grabbed some of his most precious memories and sealed them behind a small mental wall where Dorom couldn't reach.

A moment later Doug's human life was gone, "There we go, now are you ready to go Douglas?" Dorom asked the Stantler, Douglas stamped his hoofs in agreement and followed behind his master. "I think that you'll make a good door guard Douglas, with your hypnosis ability I think you could make anyone do anything you ask of them." Douglas happily agreed with his master, as the group walked through the center of town Dorom noted that Crystal and Charg were rubbing their noses against each other. "I think I'll allow it..." He muttered to himself.

They quickly got to the Costume Poké and left Douglas at the front door to protect the store from invaders, as Dorom walked in he smiled as he watched Boryce pick up a huge load and carried it into the back. "Another successful group of costumers..." He happily stated as he sat down with Brix and Dunc at his side. As Douglas stood guard at the door a small memory survived from his past, it was a memory of Gale, Seymour and himself hanging out perfectly normal.
