Ben, a human finds Alex, a grey wolf and falls in love with the rich and exciting Anthro.

It was the first time Ben had decided to risk what he considered to be his life. He, a human male, and like many of his kind, was of average height with short hair, his was brown.

It started the evening before at a bar, he met a grey wolf named Alex. At the time, he was very much drunk and his more appealing side was out. Humans did not mingle with the Anthro world, Ben was just another man born in the majority of human oppression and divergence. That evening, he stumbled into a bar popular to the Anthro population. That was when he met Alex. The wolf got him a beer and they began to talk. Ben knew he was alone that night, none of his human friends to judge him. So he had fun, talking about his life and the wolfs' interests. Later that evening he excused himself and made his way to the bathrooms. When he came out of his cubicle, the large wolf stood towering over him. For the first time, Ben realized something. His stomach churned at the sight of the wolf, his blue eyes and furry face. He wanted to see what was under that blue checked, buttoned up shirt. Alex knew what the human wanted. He silently moved up close to Ben, his chest pressed against his. The wolf did nothing, until Ben couldn't hold back; he moved in and kissed the grey wolf.

The wolf returned the favour, but their moods ceased when a stallion, a head higher than Ben walked in. Wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans, he was a dark brown except for the black patch colouring his left eye. He looked at the two of them and smiled broadly "Alex! Who is this?"

Alex casually greeted his friend "Amos, this is Ben, he lives north of town and has come down here for some company!"

Amos strode up to them; Ben shuddered, but set his hand before him. The Stallions large hand retrieved his with a rough and powerful shake, "Nice to meet you Ben."

He looked at Alex, Ben noticed him wink at him. The wolf suddenly retorted "No! It's not like that! Ben met me at the bar about an hour ago. We've been talking since"

"Ah, well, I'm afraid we need to go. Greg is waiting outside"

Ben looked at Alex. The wolf hesitated "well let's give Ben a ride home" he looked at him "What street do you live at?"

"Hill view 42"

Amos nodded "We'll be passing that way"

Ben was at the moment too drunk to elaborate on the situation that was brought upon him; besides having kissed Alex and the lift home that was offered to him. On the way out, Alex asked Ben for his phone. He dialled in his number and said "Come over to my place tomorrow when you're a little less drunk"

Ben considered that for the quick intoxicated moment he could muster and said "Why?"

The wolf shrugged "I like you!" Ben blushed and looked away. When they dropped him off, Alex decided it was appropriate to help the stumbling ben up the flight of stairs to his apartment. Ben was only too happy to oblige as the wolf helped him into his room.

Ben lay on his bed, the walls spinning around him. He could feel his clothes being pulled off him and being tucked into bed.

Ben woke up the next morning to a headache pill and glass of water beside his bed. He frowned at it, but soon remembered; Alex!

He sat up, with a groan as the pain befitted his skull. He decided to accept the pill and water. It took half an hour of lying in bed before the pill did the trick. He got up, showered and had breakfast. He, for the moment, forgot about Alex and last night. Until he began to search for his clothes, his phone was in one of the pockets. They were neatly hung up on a chair in his room.

There was a message "Newland Street 12 - 6. Come for lunch. That is if you want to. J"

Ben set the phone down. What has he done! He kissed an Anthro! If his friends found out... he'd be the freak of the town. He did not want to go to meet Alex. Then again, he remembered how much he wanted the wolf last night. It took the better apart of the morning for Ben to conclude that he could not be happy if he lived around friends who expect him to be somebody he is not. He wanted to meet Alex, so that was what he was going to do.

At eleven o'clock, he was outside his apartment hailing a cab for Newland Street 12. The driver took him on a half an hour drive down to the south of town. First through the thick urban sprawl, until they reached a pleasant suburban area he had never seen before.

He knew it was an anthro district, but never guessed at the classy and elegant houses. The driver was uneasy and asked "Are you sure were going the right way?"

Ben only nodded. They reached a dead end; to le left was house number 6. Soft grey walls covered the view save for a modern house three stories high. A balcony at the top with silver railings caught Bens' eye. He was shocked at the expensive taste, Alex must be rich!

The cab dropped him off. He paid and strode up to the gate before him clearly made of thick rosewood polished and fitted with an elegant silver doorknob at its centre. To the side, was an intercom with a screen and video camera starting at him. He hesitated to press the bell. Before he could the speaker crackled to life "Ben! I'm so glad you came! Hold on a minute I'll be right out to let you in!"

The wolf opened the door. Ben couldn't help but look him over. He was wearing tracksuit pants with a slightly tight white shirt. Ben could see the wolf was well toned, strong biceps and dominant abs. The wolf noted but snorted lightly "You looking good yourself. Especially after last night"

Ben shyly nodded "Yes well, sorry about that"

"Don't be, I had fun. Please come in!"

Ben stepped into a beautifully cared area with flowers and plants following down the grey walls. The house was in the centre of the property with a clear pool before them . There was a massive porch tucked under the top two stories well furnished with couches and large television and a Persian rug covering most of the large rough cut marble tiles.

"What is it you do?" Ben asked in awe of the comfortable and modern taste.

"I am the leading engineer for military aircrafts"

Ben nodded and quickly concluded something, blurting it out before he could stop himself "That's why you're so hot... well built..."

Alex laughed "I was a pilot in my day"

"How old are you?"

"Twenty four, I'm no longer flying because the doctors concluded the g-forces in flying would worsen the state of my heart. I had surgery and I'm still recovering"

Ben nodded "That's impressive"

Alex smiled and stopped to have Ben walk right beside him. Ben couldn't help but notice how the wolf leaned in towards him. His stomach fluttered like the night before.

"I'm just so happy you could come. You see, Amos and Glen are gone for the good part of the month and I feared I would be lonely"

"so you ask a stranger like me to come over"

Alex stopped and looked at him "I enjoyed your company last night. That's a rare thing. My only friend is Amos, Greg annoys me. You don't, which surprises me as much as my invitation has surprised you. I hope we could be friends"

Ben nodded with a grin "Well, I hope we can be". He meant it; he loved how straight forward the wolf was. He was an interesting character and someone he perhaps needed in his life. Something different from the one tracked human existence he was familiar with.

They went through the porch area and past glass doors into an open planned kitchen that moved into a casual dining area and a lounge. The floors were the same dark rosewood that was at the entrance. Ben gaped at the expense of Alex's home. The wolf nudged him gently forward behind the kitchen island. "I have no idea what you'd like to eat. So I decided to wait, we could prepare something together. That is if you don't mind"

Ben was thrilled with the idea "Sure, I'd love to do that. What do you plan to make?"

"What would you like? Pizza is a good start. Can you cook?"

Ben shook his head "Not really, no"

"No need to worry". Ben underestimated those words. Alex proved to be remarkable in the kitchen. All he had to do was what the wolf asked him to do. He enjoyed it. They ended up with two bases they themselves had made along with a tomato sauce and the topping. Everything was made in the kitchen. It was clear to Ben that Alex was a healthy eater. He began grappling with recipes and tips the wolf only too happily handed him. Alex's mind was packed with interesting stories and intelligent information. Ben never expected him to be such a sophisticated being. He considered the opposite of the Anthro population and yet here Alex was interested in the same things as he was. They had so much to talk about. The pizzas took an hour to prepare before they could go into the oven. At that point there was nothing they could do but wait.

Alex invited Ben to sit and watch Dakar, of which they both loved. He was handed a cider; deciding that bear was not a good idea for him, and left for a moment while Alex checked on the food.

He momentarily returned with a cider of his own and, to Ben's surprise, sat as close as he could next to him; but never appeared to be trying to win him over. As if he had already done that.

Alex took a sip of his drink, Ben watched him. His stomach fluttered again as he looked over the wolf. Down to his pants where, to his silent delight, was the prominent bulge. The wolf was huge!

He looked away as Alex moved. The wolf's arm beside Ben stretched lazily and, very noticeably, rested over Bens shoulder. He almost squirmed with excitement. The wolf was hitting on him in the most casual and straightforward way, he loved it. They continued to watch until the ovens bell sounded. Alex stood "You wail, I'll bring the food"

He returned with the two plates and two more ciders in the other hand. They sat and ate, talking fondly about how they would love to do the Dakar themselves. Alex was considering it over flying, and suggested Ben should join him should the opportunity arise. Ben accepted the offer.

It was three in the evening; they had finished their late lunch. Over the past few hours, they sat closer and closer until it would have seemed to the casual eye that they were in a relationship. Alex hand his arm over Bens shoulder casually stroking his arm. Ben was leaning into the wolfs masculine chest. They were watching a quiz game show and took it upon themselves to answer the questions before the host revealed the answer.

IT was at that point when Ben realized how close he was to the wolf and how much he enjoyed him. He finally confessed to himself that he had a crush on Alex. When the commercials started, Ben took a swing of his drink. He gingerly placed it down and turned to ask Alex something. His query faded the instant the wolf leaned in and kissed him. He kissed back and soon Alex was on top of Ben.

Ben got as far as removing Alex's shirt and fir the first time felt the furry, rock hard chest. They passionately continued until they relaxed on the bed, too tired to continue. Alex had Ben in a warm embrace. The evening was late and cold air was blowing in through the open doors and windows.

At quarter to five, Ben reluctantly pried himself loose from the wolfs hug and sat up "I'm afraid I must be going. My uncle calls the house number in an hour and I need to answer it"

Alex did not complain. He insisted upon giving Ben a lift home. Going in one of his cars, an Audi which was what he described as his casual vehicle. They spoke about the evening, and how they should do it again. Ben would come over the following day; Alex was going to pick him up. He was passing by his street to retrieve Amos from the airport. Ben accepted the invitation.

At his apartment, Alex followed Ben up to his door where they kissed again for a brief minute before Alex bade him farewell for the evening.

Ben closed the door behind him and sighed in awe. He was in love with the hottest Anthro alive. He could not stop jumping around with giddy excitement for the rest of the evening.
