So I just got back into writing and I notice that my old submission was well...quite crappy so I figured this would be twice as better. So feel free to pick at it see what you think I did wrong and what I should approve on. Enjoy :3

Summer's Folley 8th , 1757

Life is filled with little surprises while traveling through sea. One of my crewmembers just had child. A young lupine with dark blue eyes, I could tell he would grow up to be a fine sailor or a farmer. The eyes can tell what life you shall lead in your future. Though when I was growning up, I didn't expect to become the captain of the Eathura. I always though I would become a master thief with a lust of coin and young males in my bed, willing to offer any service to me. A draconian can dream right?

Ah life is grand now, greater than it was a few years ago. I always felt the only way to achieve my goals in life would be to break the corrupted system, being one without law, lead by my own moral compass and achieving what I wanted. Even now this feeling dictates my path. The bold bandit thats me, not a thief in the night but a roving swash buckler with as much courage in the fight as speed in the flight if it goes awry.

Winter's Rising 25th, 1748

The wolf curls next to him like a tame dog, holding him tight as not to let him escape in his warm musky bed. Xendrax just lies there while the wolf caresses him as he sleeps, grumbling to himself as to why he did this? Thought he knew exactly why, the wolf had a giant chest filled with treasure. Treasure that no draconian should live without.

Hours went by, Xendrax keeps watching the moon rising up towards the heavens, hoping the wolf would finally loosen up his arms. He then feels his body loosen up, smiling he gently pulls the paws apart from each other. He pushes himself up slowly, his nude body slowly pulling away from the warm blankets; he feels the arms sliding away from his chest, finally upon the floor and away from the brown wolf. He grabs the end of the blanket and slides the blankets between his warm tight cheeks, removing the warm sticky mess that the wolf has made within him.

"Great in bed but he was definitely a quickie. Not my type of male that's for certain." He thought to himself.

He kneels down and moves slowly to his clothes, grabbing only his loincloth and heads towards the bedroom door. He opens the door silently and quickly moves through the door, and shuts it quickly and quietly.

Moving down the hallway, he looks over the portrait of the wolf's family. A noble naval family filled with loyalty and snootiness. He smiles as he spots the brown wolf in his younger years, raising his nose up high towards the sky, looking down into the gazer's soul.

"I bet you were a prick back in your younger years oldie." He said quietly.

Xendrax quickly moves through the rest of the hallway towards the master's office. He looks around, noticing that no one was nearby. He moves towards the door and places his palm upon the door lock. He freezes the door within a few seconds, removing his claw away from the door. He grabs the door lock and pulls it off with ease. He pushes the door open, looking around through the office, trying the spot the chest he was hoping for. He then notices another portrait of the old brown wolf, this time lying on the couch, the blankets covering his nether regions.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me!"

He moves with haste but with silence towards the portrait and lifts it up with ease, laying it against the wall and glows with success. The chest was a classic wooden case, hardened with golden bracing and nails deep within the chest. The family insignia with the wolf's head glows within Xendrax's sapphire eyes. He places his claw against the lock and freezes it like he did with the door. He then conjures up a icicle strong enough to become a walking stick but thin enough to fit through the dark keyhole. He pokes the lock and opens the chest. He jaw drops open, revealing his prize.

Fifty pounds of gold coins and jewelry; enough to make a soul to live a rich life, three times in fact. He fondles through the treasure, only grabbing the sapphire's and rubies for his friend. Then he spots another item within the chest. It was a blood ruby bracelet that hunters used to wear whenever they go out to hunt.

He picks it up and smiles. "Red would surely love this!"

Xendrax then feels the cold metal poking at his head, a gun muzzle he realizes.

Xendrax rather appropriately froze, he felt the chill of cold steel pressing against the back of his head and hears the dull click of a safety being pulled.

"Figures you were here for the money Draggy." the noble drawls "You scaley bitches are all the same, a hoard of scrabbling gold diggers and sluts for hire." the noble draws the gun barrel back a little, "Turn around I would hesitate to call you a man but still I prefer to look a man in the face before I put a hole in it."

Xendrax's breathe flutters as he turns back to face the distinguished older gent. He gulps lightly as the lupine shines the bright light of the lantern upon his green scaley body, smiling nervously.

"Goodness captain, you've caught me red handed and at a grave disadvantage. But surely we can talk this out.... perhaps give you the opportunity to avoid the inevitable question of why the interlopers coupes smells of your musk and cum? I assume your crew aren't aware of your hobbies?"

The captain snorts derisively "Boy you cannot be serious, the pong of gunpowder and your inevitable bleeding and voiding will quite overwhelm the scent of my... pleasures." The noble pauses, licking his lips lightly as though savoring a morsel... "Now boy if you would be so kind as to slip down onto your knees perhaps you could persuade me to let you off with a reprimand." the sleazy old sailor murmurs.

Xendrax struggled to conceal his contempt, he hated gloaters, and he hated rapists. The air temperature around the gun barrel was steadily chilling a thin veneer of spreading ice crawling up the barrel, taking it from the warm temperatures of the captain's body and plunging the brittle metal towards the deepest winter. Slipping down upon his knees Xendrax replies. "Certainly my lord, and then perhaps we could discuss my fee."

Xendrax slams his head against the cold pipe, shattering it into pieces like an icicle, the pipe was cold enough for Xendrax to freeze it enough to make it shattered. He turns around quickly, dislocating the captains arm from his shoulder, kicking him back against the wall and grabs the broken gun, and breaking it in half against his knee. He moves his haste and pushes him against the wall.

"Assholes like you think you're still better than us, thinking that a bloodline elevates you above others. "

Xendrax head butts him the blow causing the captain to reflexively pull the trigger, the loud discharge of the weapon causing uproar across the estate. Xendrax Grabs a few paw fulls of the coins storms out towards the window, spreading his wings out, flying away from the captain's mansion with the goods. He grabs a crystal from his loincloth pocket and touches it against his skin, absorbing the fake color to reveal his brown scale body. He closes his eyes and breath in slowly.

"Damn it Xen...Damn it..."

Summer's Folley 11th, 1757

_ The priest on our ship wants to do a religious ceremony for the newborn child, a grand way to say "Hey welcome to the world little man, where life is filled with surprises." Now let me make one thing perfectly clear...I rather tell a child the truth about the world rather than cover it up with cake icing and call it "Life is sweet." Like I wrote earlier, the world is corrupt but I'm not saying its always corrupt. Life has its own way to become something grand and beautiful though still cruel and mean. If anything, the priest should just do the ceremony and tell the parents that their child should know the truth about the world._

_ I have known the truth about the world ever since I was a youngling. Dark, cruel, and selfish, yet still beautiful and filled with friends you can rely on. Surely everyone has that dark sensation at the back of their head, feeling as if they are alone in the world, that no one else will be able to help them out of the dark. Well lets just say my dear ole friend Red, knows how to bring even the darkest of souls back into the lime light of life._
