W.W.C - Mistletoe
A free verse poem about Alex and Sam, and how they kissed under the mistletoe as young teens.
The touch of his lips against mine
The shiver it sends
The sensation from my tongue to his
We were young and I was rejected
And he came to me
To show me I was loved
I was a teen fox
He was a teen wolf
And I was hypnotised
I was in the kitchen
And I knew I didn't belong
As all the others were in the front room
The wolf boy, muscular for his youth
With his fluffy grey tail
Came over to me and asked 'what's wrong?'
When I denied anything
I spilled out
And then he pulled me
He tugged me under the mistletoe
Pulled me close to him
And looked into my eyes
His tongue was warm
And my tail wagged rapidly
My body tingling
He pulled away
Rubbed his paw down my face
And said 'merry Christmas'
I know he's my friend
And I know we were young
But I wish we could do this again
But he has a Dalmatian
And they are in love
And I can stop that
They are in love
I had crush
And it all started under the mistletoe
