There are those that seek my downfall, those that have hated me and despised me for who I am or what I've done. I have regrets for some things, but I will never regret fighting on.

What comes to mind
When one sees a wolf?
Is it fear?
Is it hatred?
Is it love?
Is it endearment?
But what does one see
When a wolf warrior rises
And roams in the night
Only seen in the moonlight?
The wind blows
The fires rage
The darkness creeps
The light shines
All coming together
For the sake of self-perseverance
For the sake of fighting
Those that seek
To use and abuse
That dangerous power
To take away his freedom
To destroy the wolf warrior
Physically
Mentally
Emotionally
But he simply refuses
Refuses to fall
Refuses to succumb
Refuses to die
The wolf warrior fights on
Knowing the consequences
As his howl pierces
Through the night sky
The moon full
Hovering over this Second City
A lone wolf warrior
Searching for purpose
In a world that desires his downfall.
